Dana Sellers, Chief Executive Officer, Encore Health Resources
Dana Sellers is the CEO of Encore Health Resources, one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in the Healthcare IT industry, and one of Modern Healthcare’s “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” for two years in a row. Dana has more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare, technology, and consulting. She works with healthcare providers across the U.S., helping them bring about positive change through improved processes, enabling technology, and the insights that come from business intelligence and health analytics. Dana has assisted both small and large provider organizations with strategic planning, has managed large clinical transformation projects, and has served as CIO for an academic teaching hospital and for a large integrated delivery network.

Dana has broad experience in healthcare and information technology. Before founding Encore in January 2009, Dana was President and Chief Operating Officer of Healthlink, which at the time was the largest privately-held, provider-focused healthcare information system consulting firm. When IBM acquired Healthlink, Dana served as a Partner in IBM’s Global Business Services organization and leader for the U.S. Healthcare Provider team.

Dana’s career has also included leadership roles in DuPont Healthcare Products and Trinity Computing Systems.

Dana is involved in healthcare and healthcare technology at a national, state and local level. Dana has served on the Board of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), the CHIME Foundation, and the CHIME Education Foundation. She is committed to improving the health of her local community, as well, and is a past Chair of the Board of Healthcare for the Homeless in Houston, where she lives.

James Kouba, IT Strategic & Advisory Services, Encore Health Resources
Jim brings Encore nearly 30 years’ experience in designing and delivering IT solutions, including over 25 years of data modeling experience and 20 years in the healthcare industry. He is recognized as an excellent communicator and is effective in large corporate environments as well as in smaller, entrepreneurial settings. Jim has engineered numerous enterprise and warehouse, patient-oriented data models for healthcare, including a healthcare-provider industry model. He has extensive healthcare industry experience covering analytics, business intelligence, systems integration, systems operations, and data integration.

About Sean Benson
Mr. Benson co-founded ProVation Medical, now part of Wolters Kluwer Health, in 1994. He has been closely involved in most areas of the company’s operations, including Research & Development, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Client Services. This broad exposure to the company’s activities has allowed him to serve as a valuable knowledge resource for others as the organization has grown. Mr. Benson has a BA in Mathematics and Economics from St. Olaf College (1990), where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He worked as a consultant at Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire, Illinois immediately after college.

About Andre L’Heureux
Mr. L’Heureux joined ProVation Medical, now part of Wolters Kluwer Health, in July of 1997. Prior to joining ProVation, Mr. L’Heureux was the practice administrator of Minnesota Gastroenterology, where he had P/L responsibility for all operations. Mr. L’Heureux’s 17 years in healthcare include strong administrative experience in large clinics, including managing multi-site clinics and group practices, engineering sales of facilities and strategic mergers, and working with different managed care models. He is also experienced in the implementation of electronic medical record systems, and has served on several vendor advisory boards and information systems committees. Mr. L’Heureux currently manages several software products and works in the area of business development.
