This video demonstrates some new features of the SAP BusinessObjects Mobile App for iPad. This demo utilizes a Web-intelligence report from an SAP BusinessObjects BI OnDemand account for financial services. The apps dashboard view displays the Webi report and formats it in an interactive and visual way.

Business Explorer is SAP’s BI Warehouse component that provides flexible reporting and analysis tools to come up with strategic analyses and decision-making support within a company. These tools include query, reporting, and analysis functions.

By selecting different measures and filters, you can see how it reflects data in the charts/graphs. You can export to different file formats including CSV, Excel, WEBI, images and even choose to email or publish the document.

SAP today announced that the SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation applicationhas been awarded the top mark “especially excellent” by the EBS Executive Education program of the EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden, Germany. The certification confirms that SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation provides excellent support for modern budgeting processes.

The EBS Executive Education program is an expert panel that evaluates planning software to help ensure that it meets the requirements of modern budgeting. SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation was evaluated against 40 different criteria defined by the panel. Evaluation findings concluded that the application achieved excellent results in 38 criteria and, as a result, it was awarded the highest rating overall.
