Mischa Barton Held in a Psych Ward?

Mischa Barton has been hospitalized, per the recommendation of her doctor, her rep tells ET.

"Mischa lately has looked a little bit more disheveled," David Caplan, senior editor, People magazine says. "Her face is puffy -- that was attributed by some people to having her wisdom teeth out. But her looks really have changed lately compared to how she used to look."

Caplan adds that she is being evaluated by mental health professionals. Allegedly, she is being held under California's involuntary psychiatric hold law, after being taken away by police.

Katherine Jackson has always been the rock of the Jackson clan, but a new report says that the ordeal surrounding son Michael Jackson's death may be taking its toll.

"Katherine has been crying a lot -- her eyes are really red, and any time anyone mentions Michael, she gets very upset," says Anne Marie Cruz, People magazine staff editor. "Right now Katherine's really struggling to hide her sorrow."

According to People magazine, on stands today, the shock of her son's death, combined with the family arguing over where to bury Michael and the funeral service that stopped traffic in all of Los Angeles has finally caught up with the Jackson matriarch.

La Toya Jackson Song Becomes Tribute to Michael

A poignant La Toya Jackson song will be re-released in memory of her late brother Michael.

La Toya's tune "Home" will appear on iTunes on July 28, says the Associated Press. Proceeds from the song will benefit AIDS Project LA.

People says the dad of eight's new place boasts two bedrooms.

Fatal Collapse of Madonna Stage to be Investigated for Manslaughter

Prosecutors have opened a manslaughter investigation into the collapse of a stage being constructed for a Madonna concert in Marseille, France that claimed the life of two men and injured eight others.

The Associated Press reports that an investigation for manslaughter and involuntary work-related injuries has been opened and that initial hearings would begin on Sunday or Monday.

A French worker was killed immediately following Thursday's stage mishap, and a British worker passed away on Friday, the AP reports. Eight others were injured as a result of the collapse, one of them in critical condition and four others in serious condition.

"We're sort of bringing back the Tupperware party," Brooke tells ET's own Mark Steines. "There's this sort of kitsch aspect to it. It's fun. I think people started making fun of it, but I guarantee you people are rushing to the table to see the product."

ET First: Debbie Rowe Sues Over Custody Reports

ET is first to obtain court papers filed Thursday afternoon by Debbie Rowe, who is suing a woman for allegedly fueling reports that Rowe is willing to surrender her custody rights over her two children with Michael Jackson for millions of dollars.

In the papers, Rowe sues Rebecca White -- who allegedly claimed she is a "close friend" of Rowe's -- for defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Jackson’s ex-wife alleges that White fabricated emails and other communications allegedly sent to her by Rowe.

Specifically, Rowe claims in the papers that White, during an interview with a media outlet, falsely claimed she received an email in July from Rowe stating of Prince Michael and Paris: "I'm not going after custody. … These kids are not mine. They were never mine. They were always Michael's."

Michael Jackson's brother Tito Jackson is speaking out to British tabloids and insisting that Michael is the biological father of Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II (Blanket).

"They are all his children," Tito tells the Daily Mirror. "Blanket is Michael's, I can tell. Those eyes don't lie. Them eyes are Michael over again. I see a lot of Michael in him."

"It's kind of amazing what that guy has accomplished, he was just such a genius" Jeremy Piven says about the late King of Pop. "There was no one like that guy, and it's all been documented so we get to watch it over and over again."
