Diane Dimond Reports from Staples Center

Diane Dimond has been covering Michael Jackson news since 1993, and now the investigative journalist talks to ET from the site of his public memorial: The Staples Center in Los Angeles.

"Since 1993, I saw a marked decline in not only his behavior and temperament, but in his songs. They got dark after 1993. They got especially dark after 2003," she says, the latter being the year of the molestation charges of which he was acquitted.

Jackson died on June 25, and the coroner is waiting for the results of toxicology tests before announcing a cause of death.

Dame Elizabeth Taylor has tweeted about her plans for tomorrow's public Michael Jackson memorial.

She tweeted Monday: "I've been asked to speak at the Staples Center. I cannot be part of the public whoopla." She wrote a couple of minutes later, "And I cannot guarantee that I would be coherent to say a word." Then, she wrote a minute later, "I just don't believe that Michael would want me to share my grief with millions of others. How I feel is between us. Not a public event."

She then wrote, "I said I wouldn't go to the Staples Center and I certainly don't want to become a part of it. I love him too much." She followed that up with, "My love goes out to [Michael's mother] Katherine and Michael's beloved children."

Jenna Fischer of NBC's "The Office" is going to tie the knot!

The actress got engaged on June 30 in Europe to writer Lee Kirk.

The couple has been dating since January of 2008. Fischer separated from her previous husband, director James Gunn, in 2007, and their divorce was finalized later.

ET has exclusive details behind the list of celebrity performers who will participate in the public memorial service for the late Michael Jackson to be held at the Staples Center on Tuesday, July 7.

ET has learned that both Smokey Robinson and Berry Gordy will speak at the memorial service, although Robinson will not be singing.

Jennifer Hudson is set to perform with the Andrae Crouch Choir -- and ET has learned that an invitation was extended to Alicia Keys to perform, but the singer's attendance has not been confirmed.

ET has obtained actress Joyce DeWitt's booking photo after her arrest on the suspicion of driving under the influence.

The 60-year-old former "Three's Company" star was arrested on July 4 in El Segundo, Calif., for suspicion of driving under the influence.

DeWitt was stopped by police after officers say they witnessed her drive past a barricade intended to keep away traffic. Officials tell ET they administered a field sobriety test on the actress after police officers say they observed signs of alcohol intoxication. Her bail was set at $5,000.

Latest: Debbie Rowe Not Attending Jackson's Memorial

ET has learned that Michael Jackson's ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, will not be attending tomorrow's Staples Center memorial.

Rowe attorney released the following statement to ET:

"Although Debbie had originally planned to attend tomorrow's Staples Center memorial service, we have concluded with Debbie that she will not be attending. The onslaught of media attention has made it clear her attendance would be an unnecessary distraction to an event that should focus exclusively on Michael's legacy. Debbie will continue to celebrate Michael's memory privately."

ET has confirmed Kara DioGuardi tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Mike McCuddy.

The couple wed on Sunday in Prospect Harbor, Maine and the bride wore a Vera Wang dress.

Star Jewelers did the wedding rings for the bride and groom. The couple got engaged last December while vacationing in Mexico.

Katherine Jackson Loses Administrator Rights to Son's Estate

ET has confirmed Katherine Jackson is no longer the temporary administrator of her son's estate.

A Los Angeles judge ruled that the co-executors of Michael Jackson's will, John Branca and John McClain, will be the special administrators of the King of Pop's estate.

Branca and McClain will have this title until August 3 when Katherine can challenge the decision.

Michael Jackson's Chef: I Saw Dr. Conrad Murray with Oxygen Tanks

The personal chef to the late Michael Jackson, Douglas B. Jones, disclosed to RadarOnline his experiences with Jackson's physician Dr. Conrad Murray.

Jones told the Web site that Dr. Murray was at the house five nights a week and says he noticed some peculiar behavior. “There were occasions where I noticed during my term of employment in the security mobile unit that was located in the driveway that there was a few oxygen tanks there as well," he told Radar.

As the Associated Press previously reported, police found Diprivan at Jackson’s house. Radar notes that medical literature states this powerful sedative is not for home use and should always be used with oxygen.

"This is the most powerful documentary since 'The Lion King,'" explains Bruno to ET.

"We went to, like, Syria, Palestine, and Jordan -- you know, it was the whole of the Middle Earth," he says about the film's myriad Middle Eastern locations. Tickets to Michael Jackson Memorial Service Released

After an overwhelming amount of Michael Jackson fans registered over the weekend for free tickets to the King of Pop's memorial, the tickets have been released and the winning registrants have been notified.

ET confirms that ticket winners received vouchers from Ticketmaster via e-mail, and were instructed to pick up their tickets Monday June 6 at Dodger Stadium.

Winners were determined by a random drawing of 8,750 of the total number of registrants. Those selected will receive two tickets to the memorial service Tuesday June at either the Staples Center, or the live simulcast at the Nokia Theatre.

Madonna paid special tribute to Michael Jackson when she resumed her Sticky & Sweet tour in London Saturday night.

Madonna performed a special song and dance number in memory of Michael, according to the Associated Press. First, a photo of a young Michael was shown on stage, while Madonna performed "Holiday." This was followed by the entrance of an MJ impersonator, dressed in homage to the late King of Pop.

The concert took place at London's O2 arena, where Michael was slated to stage his 50-date tour.

The private funeral service for Michael Jackson will take place on Tuesday morning prior to the public memorial at Staples Center in Los Angeles, the Associated Press reports.

L.A. police told AP that the Jackson family is planning a "private family function" at Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills, but they have no other details.
