Update: Dr. Conrad Murray Has Not Been Subpoenaed

As the Michael Jackson death investigation continues, we have the latest on Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who was with Michael on the day he died.

A rep for Murray's attorney tells ET that the police have not contacted Murray since June 27, two days after Jackson passed away.

Since then, the police have not asked Murray for any additional information and there have been no warrants or subpoenas issued. And while not revealing where he is now, she did say that he is free to travel anywhere he'd like.

After spending the weekend with a group of guy friends, People.com reports that Tony continues to take in the nightlife. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback was seen out at the casinos in Lake Tahoe, CA.

He's there for the American Century Championship golf tournament at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, where he had an early morning round of golf before trying his hand at poker that night, according to the magazine.

Brooke Shields Helps to Pay It Forward

The last time we saw Brooke Shields, she delivered an emotional eulogy to her longtime friend Michael Jackson at his public memorial in Los Angeles. Now, Brooke has a fun new cause to share, and hint hint: It involves parties!

"We're sort of bringing back the Tupperware party," Brooke tells ET's own Mark Steines. "There's this sort of kitsch aspect to it. It's fun. I think people started making fun of it, but I guarantee you people are rushing to the table to see the product."

But Brooke isn't just pitching a new product; she's involved in Tupperware Brand's Chain of Confidence campaign, which is giving a million dollars to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to support the SMART Girls program, among other worthy building block causes.

Behind the Scenes of the Tragic Michael Jackson Pepsi Commercial

ET has eyewitness reports from the day Michael Jackson's hair caught fire during a Pepsi commercial back in 1984, resulting in second and third-degree burns. Rebecca Reddin, the talent coordinator on the commercial, and Naomi Naughton, her then-teenaged daughter who watched from the audience, describe the scene -- and watch the new video for the first time.

"We saw Michael enter, we saw something go wrong, and we knew that there was a problem," says Naomi of the disastrous take in which pyrotechnics went off early and the King of Pop's hair caught fire. "The next thing we knew, the very large body guards … threw themselves on Michael. We didn't know why."

Rebecca worked for the commercial's director, Bob Giraldi, and also worked with Michael and Paul McCartney on the "Say Say Say" video. During the commercial, Naomi sat in the fifth row with two of her friends right behind Janet Jackson.

ET First: Debbie Rowe Sues Over Custody Reports

ET is first to obtain court papers filed Thursday afternoon by Debbie Rowe, who is suing a woman for allegedly fueling reports that Rowe is willing to surrender her custody rights over her two children with Michael Jackson for millions of dollars.

In the papers, Rowe sues Rebecca White -- who allegedly claimed she is a "close friend" of Rowe's -- for defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Jackson’s ex-wife alleges that White fabricated emails and other communications allegedly sent to her by Rowe.

Specifically, Rowe claims in the papers that White, during an interview with a media outlet, falsely claimed she received an email in July from Rowe stating of Prince Michael and Paris: "I'm not going after custody. … These kids are not mine. They were never mine. They were always Michael's."

Second Death After Madonna Stage Mishap

A second person has died after an accident that occurred on Thursday during construction of the stage for Madonna's show in France.

A French worker was killed Thursday after the roof fell apart at Velodrome Stadium in Marseilles, France and landed on several workers. The hospital authority tells the Associated Press that a second worker passed away Friday from injuries suffered during the accident.

Eight other workers were injured but none of the victims' identities have been released, the AP says.

James Caviezel Injured in Motorcylce Accident

'The Passion of the Christ' star James Caviezel was injured in a motorcycle accident Thursday in Washington.

Washington State Patrol confirms that the 40-year-old actor was injured in an accident after a man threw a bicycle into the path of his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Caviezel was transported to a nearby hospital and according to Washington State Patrol, he was wearing an approved helmet, and only suffered cuts and bruises.

Jackson insider Flo Anthony is speaking out about UsMagazine.com's video of the dramatic 1984 Pepsi commercial, in which Michael Jackson's hair caught on fire. Watch the video to hear Anthony weigh in on how the incident affected the late King of Pop.

"What we also are failing to see is what happened to Michael is the psychological ramifications...," Anthony tells ET.

Anthony describes the video as "extremely shocking" and "disturbing," saying that the magnitude of Jackson's injury was not made known to the world at the time of the accident.

What's the upside? I overcome my nausea, fall deeply in love, babies, normalcy, no more self-loathing. What's the downside? I date Michael Scott publicly and collapse on myself like a dying star.”

Of course, she’s a big Hollywood star who was asked by Clint Eastwood to sing at a tribute for him -- after all he did direct her in 'Absolute Power.' And, yes that was her in '27 Dresses,' '17 Again' with Matthew Perry, 'Thank You for Smoking' and about a bazillion other film, television and stage credits.

Kevin Bacon & Jon Cryer React to Emmy Noms

ET has the reactions from male nominees Kevin Bacon and "Two and a Half Men" star Jon Cryer.

Bacon is nominated for Outstanding Actor in a Mini-series or Movie for his role in HBO's "Taking Chance." This is his first nomination. His wife Kyra Sedgwick is also up for an Emmy for her role in the TNT program "The Closer."

"The most nerve racking part of going to awards, to me, is that I'm going to step on the end of [Kyra's] dress," Bacon tells ET's of escorting his wife to the Emmy Awards. "So, I find myself often kind of carrying her train, and I guess this time I'm going to actually be able to walk next to her so that will be good. I'm hoping maybe she'll have to worry about stepping on my dress."

Propofol, also known as Diprivan, is speculated to be what triggered the King of Pop's cardiac arrest. Thousands of vials of propofol have been recalled after testing confirmed that two lots of the drug may be tainted.

Kathy Griffin's enjoying life on the A-List today as she basks in the glow of two Emmy nominations. And with the newly surfaced footage of Michael Jackson's Pepsi commercial accident making headlines, she reveals an incredible connection to the King of Pop on that fateful day!

Kathy was an extra on the commercial, shot in 1984, and she tells ET's Kevin Frazier, "I remember everything about that moment -- I was way in back of the crowd scene, and when it happened, we didn't really know exactly what happened at the moment, and it's really fascinating to watch that footage because you can tell that Michael doesn't know for a minute, and being the consummate pro, he keeps dancing and stuff.

"To see Michael Jackson come out with the glove and the sparkly outfit, and he was so thin, I have to admit it's one of those moments that you look at him and go, 'Is that really that person?' And it was really exciting to see him," she adds.

The stars raised the roof -- and over $5 million -- for the Starkey Hearing Foundation at its Ninth Annual "So the World May Hear" Awards Gala.

'Twilight''s Taylor Lautner Transforms for 'New Moon'

Taylor Lautner is opening up about bulking up for his role in the highly anticipated sequel to 'Twilight,' in which Taylor becomes a strong member of a wolf pack.

Taylor revealed just how much muscle he had to put on for 'New Moon' in Interview magazine, saying:

"As soon as I finished filming 'Twilight,' I knew I had to get to work right away; there could be no waiting involved. The day I finished 'Twilight,' I came home and started bulking up. For 'New Moon,' I’m 30 pounds heavier than I was in 'Twilight.'"
