Etienne Erquilenne, major behind-the-scenes contributor to the show, chased down the famous Dr Eyjo for an interview at Fanfest.

Dr. Eyjo (Eyjólfur Guðmundsson) served as EVE’s chief economist up through June 2014. Famous to the playerbase for publishing the semi-regular Quarterly Economic Newsletters, Dr Eyjo oversaw the general indicators for EVE’s economic health. He now serves as Rector at the University of Akureyri.

This is a little confusing, but there is no Day 2. Could not wrangle a panel on a Friday night, and the news was a little light to justify a 2hr stream. The important news from Day 2 is covered here in the Day 3 stream. Also, I have added time jumping to both fanfest streams, so feedback is appreciated.
