Investors fleeing from risky assets in favor of safer government bonds, had a major effect on the stock market this Thursday as several major financial institutions suffered losses in the subprime mortgage sector meltdown. The situation has become so bad that The Bank of Canada and The European Central Bank had to injected a larger-than-normal amount of funds into the banking system in an overnight tender to help calm the jittery markets.

First and for most I would like to offer my sincerest apologies�?? to my readers for my absences these past few days. I have been busy with helping my Associate who is an Awesome Investing Texas Realtor build her marketing strategy for our real estate company.  

And things are going quite well, as matter of fact. We now have a company blog called eAgentfx and a corporate website, which I recommend you check out and keep your eyes peeled for some really nice upcoming features and attractions.

But I must admit it�??s been quite a journey, I can tell you that, but it been quite educational as well. And as I was doing research into effective marketing for our business, I stubble across this amazing book called �??Move the Mouse and Make Millions�?? by Matt Heinz and the HouseVales University Press. I can tell you that, although I�??m still trying to work through the first chapter, this guy�??s got some amazing advice, and most of the things he asked you to do are free!

I couldn�??t believe it either, I mean most of the stuff he talks about doing to market your business, I do for fun. Like blogging, or joining social groups like facebook and myspace.  OMG, if I�??d had read this book, two years ago when I was in high school, my myspace junkie days would be bring in some major cash right about now!

But anyway so I�??m going to be starting a new series on my Blog called �??Marketing Tips Made with the Millennial Mogul in Mind�??, that well be posted every Friday. And basically I�??ll just be explaining how I�??m using the tips and advice that I�??m following to market my Real Estate Investment Business effectively.

 However, most of my entrees will be summaries and tailored for the young and aspiring moguls that are well versed in web and business lingo. So, I defiantly recommend you get the book as well, if you are serious about marketing your business on the web.  Also check Matt�??s blog as well for more advice on marketing.

The High Definition picture is the finest presentation of your favorite movies today. The HD DVD�?? s contain 6 new pixels, and 51 gigabyte, that the regular DVD�??s. Microsoft uses the application VC1 to create the new enhanced pixels of the movie. You can choose between two formats Of The HD DVD Players, The Blue ray Player by, Sony or The HD DVD player by Toshiba. The Blue ray Player is mostly for mostly use in the games, such as the x-box 360 to create high quality piture and animation for gamers. The price started at, roughly, around, 1000 dollars then the company cut the price to half that so they could get more sells. Companies such as Samsung, Dell, Apple, Disney and 20th Century Fox back up the Blue Ray player The HD DVD player, started around 500 dollar, and is now down to about 300 dollar, and is said to be the best to use because its cost less, and is use by companies such as NEC, Sanyo and Universal Pictures.

This device is awesome for your Special fx!!!! When you use the HD DVD player, you must buy the HD DVD�??s to put in inside the player, in order to watch high resolute picture to the fullest. You can also, flip the new HD DVD over and watch the regular side of the move, which is no where compare to the picture quantity, of the High defined side of the disk.

Hello, I am eAgentfx. I was asked what does eAgentfx stand for.  Well eAgentfx “stands” for something or “will” fall for anything. 

The “e” in eAgentfx, stands for: electronics, internet, IT pro.  The “Agent” in eAgentfx, stands for: Investing Realtor Agent, in which I am. The “fx” in eAgentfx stands for: special fx, or special effects, or the effect that I have on my clients when I show them how to pay off their home in 5 years by making ”Smart Invesments” in Real Estate, or by showing my clients how to qualify for “Smart Homes” the non-traditional way, or by making Great Income, in “Smart Investments” in Real Estate and being able to purchase a home, or by purchasing a “Smart Home” that accomodates the “Way You Live”.

What is a “Smart Home” that accomodates the “Way You Live?”  How about a “Smart Investment” in a “Smart Home” that is pre-wired, and has wireless accomodations such as built in speakers throughout your house for your iPod, mp3 player, play station, WII, flat plasma HDTV, computer, hi-speed interent, security-alarm system, cleaning system, and on and on!

Sound Great to me! That is the “Way You Live?”  We enjoy our electronics on the go, but are disconnected at home.  We enjoy family and home, but not bosses, traffic and a hassled life.  How about “Smart Investing 4 the Way You Live”, to make the “Smart” and “Live Smart” and enjoy our “Lives.”  That’s what this Blog is all about, that’s what this eAgentfx or this e-Agent-effects!
