It's Christmas!!

As a lot of you well know, I turn into a proper child around Christmas, mainly about the awesome amount of music that I love to listen to for one month a year. I made two long mixes last year for me and my family, but I thought I'd not only upload them this year, but I have also made two more. Four CDs worth of Christmas music, including classics and hidden treasures. There are two 'Merry' discs, full of Christmas cheer and merriment. And two 'mellow' discs, which are more chilled and wistful. Plus, each part includes audio clips from Christmas TV and movies from all over the place. Enjoy, and have a great festive December.

Hey guys,

I can finally bring you one of my most proud long mixes (if I do say so myself).

I have released this before, but it was simply toooooo long. It's called 'A Clubbing Voyage', and it charts the history of modern dance music from 1978 to today.

It was originally one continuous mix, coming in at over FIVE HOURS. Clearly, this is too much for anyone to listen to in one sitting (I'm guessing).

So I've decided to release it as six volumes, all about an hour in length, so less than a usual CD. It serves as a great introduction to mainstream dance music, and to see how it has morphed over the years. I reckon it's perfect for pre-night parties, house parties or working out/running.

Halcyon Part 1

Hey everyone - been a while :)

I've made a few long mixes over the past few years, but have only uploaded some. I thought this was one of my better ones, so I thought I'd share it with you.

They are two parts - both 80 minutes long (the length of a normal audio CD) - and they are both full of extremely chilled and relaxing pieces of music, along with various sound effects to put you in a state of chilled-ness. I reckon the best way to listen to them is either in a bath, in the background in your room, or even on top of a hill at night time. Not sure why you'd be there but who knows what you lot get up to.

Welcome to my new blogspace for me to easily show off any new mashups or mixes I create! Rather than having to put it on the main site with all my proper albums, for the odd random mashup I can just put them here which is much easier.
