ফ্রিল্যান্স মার্কেটপ্লেস সাইটে কতগুলো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় আছে যা ভালভাবে না জানার কারণে অনেকে সফলভাবে ফ্রিল্যান্সিং শুরু করতে পারেন না। নিচে এরকম কয়েকটি বিষয় আলোকপাত করা হল:

রেটিং (Rating) - একটি কাজ সম্পন্ন হবার পর ক্লায়েন্ট কাজের ফলাফলের উপর ভিত্তি করে প্রোভাইডারকে ১ থেকে ১০ এর মধ্যে রেটিং দেয়। এখানে সর্বোত্তকৃষ্ট রেটিং হচ্ছে ১০ এবং সর্বনিম্ন রেটিং হচ্ছে ১। নতুন কাজ পাবার ক্ষেত্রে এই রেটিং খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে থাকে। তাই সবসময় ১০ রেটিং পাওয়ার জন্য প্রজেক্টের রিকোয়ারমেন্ট পরিপূর্ণভাবে এবং দক্ষতার সাথে সম্পন্ন করা উচিত।

রেংকিং (Ranking) - একটি ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সাইটে রেজিষ্ট্রেশনকৃত সকল প্রোভাইডারের মধ্যে একজন নির্দিষ্ট প্রোভাইডারের অবস্থান কত তা জানা যায় রেংকিং এর মাধ্যমে। সাধারণত একজন প্রোভাইডারের গড় রেটিং এবং সে কত বেশি ডলারের কাজ করেছে তার উপর ভিত্তি করে রেংকিং নির্ধারণ করা হয়। রেটিং এর মত রেংকিংও নতুন কাজ পাবার ক্ষেত্রে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে থাকে। যার রেংকিং যত সামনের দিকে তার কাজ পাবার সম্ভাবনা অন্যদের চাইতে বেশি।

ডেডলাইন (Deadline) - প্রত্যেক প্রজেক্ট শেষ করার একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা বা ডেডলাইন সময় থাকে। এই সময়ের পূর্বে অবশ্যই কাজ শেষ করতে হয়। কোন প্রোভাইডার যদি ডেডলাইনের পূর্বে কাজ শেষ করতে না পারে তাহলে বায়ার ইচ্ছে করলে তাকে কোন মূল্য পরিশোধ না করে সম্পন্ন কাজটি নিয়ে যেতে পারে। উপরন্তু ক্লায়েন্ট সেই প্রোভাইডারকে একটি নিম্নমানের রেটিং দিয়ে দিতে পারে। তাই কোন প্রজেক্টের ডেডলাইন সময় প্রয়োজনের তুলনায় কম হলে কাজ শুরুর পূর্বেই বায়ারকে অনুরোধ করে বাড়িয়ে নেয়া উচিত।

মেডিএশন/আর্বিট্রেশন (Mediation/Arbitration) - একটি প্রজেক্ট চলাকালীন সময় বায়ার এবং প্রোভাইডারের মধ্যে কোন সমস্যা হলে তা সমাধানের জন্য মেডিএশন এর ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। এই পদ্ধতিতে সাইটের যথাযথ কতৃপক্ষ উভয় পক্ষের সাথে আলোচনা করে এবং সমাধানের কার্যকরী পদক্ষেপ নেয়।

এসক্রো (Escrow) - কাজ শুরু করার পর ক্লায়েন্ট কাজের সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ওই ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সাইটে জমা রাখে। এই জমা রাখাকে বলা হয় এসক্রো যা কাজ সম্পন্ন হবার পর কোডারের টাকা পাবার সম্ভাবনা নিশ্চিত করে। ক্লায়েন্ট টাকা এসক্রোতে জমা রাখা পূর্বে কাজ শুরু করা উচিত নয়।

অর্থ উত্তোলনের উপায়সমূহ

কাজ সম্পন্ন হবার পর প্রোভাইডারের পাওনা অর্থ ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সাইটের একাউন্টে জমা থাকে। মাসের শেষে বা মাসের মাঝামাঝি সময়ে সর্বমোট অর্থ বিভিন্ন উপায়ে দেশে নিয়ে আসা যায়। এখানে টাকা উত্তোলনের কয়েকটি কার্যকর পদ্ধতি নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হল:

Snail Mail Check
এই পদ্ধতিতে খরচ তুলনামূলকভাবে কম কিন্তু এটি সময়সাপেক্ষ পদ্ধতি। মোট আয় যদি ১০০ ডলারের এর উপর হয় তাহলে চিঠির মাধ্যমে একটি চেক পাঠিয়ে দেয়া হয়। প্রতিবার টাকা উত্তোলনে খরচ পড়ে মাত্র ১০ ডলার। তবে চিঠি আসতে কয়েক সপ্তাহ সময় লেগে যেতে পারে। আর চেকটি আসবে ডলার-এ, তাই এটিকে টাকাতে রূপান্তর করতে হলে ব্যাংকের সাহায্য নিতে হবে।

টাকা উত্তোলনের একটি নির্ভরযোগ্য ও নিরাপদ উপায় হচ্ছে ওয়্যার ট্রান্সফার। এই পদ্ধতিতে মাস শেষে ৩ থেকে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা সরাসরি প্রোভাইডারের ব্যাংক একাউন্টে এসে জমা হয়ে যায়। তবে এই পদ্ধতিতে চার্জ একটু বেশি - প্রতিবার টাকা উত্তোলনে ৪৫ থেকে ৫৫ ডলার খরচ পড়বে। এই পদ্ধতিতে টাকা উত্তোলন করতে হলে নিম্নে উল্লেখিত তথ্যগুলো ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সাইটে প্রদান করতে হবে:
•প্রোভাইডারের ব্যাংক একাউন্ট নাম্বার, ব্যাংক এর ঠিকানা এবং ব্যাংকের SWIFT Code
•ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সাইটি যে দেশে অবস্থিত সেই দেশের একটি ব্যাংকের নাম যা অর্থ প্রেরণের জন্য মধ্যবর্তী মাধ্যম হিসেবে কাজ করবে। এজন্য আপনি আপনার ব্যাংক এ গিয়ে জেনে নিতে পারেন তারা ওই দেশের কোন কোন ব্যাংক এর মাধ্যমে অর্থ আদান-প্রদান করে থাকে।
•এরপর মধ্যবর্তী ওই ব্যংক এর Routing নাম্বার সংগ্রহ করতে হবে যা ব্যাংকটির ওয়েবসাইট এ পাওয়া যেতে পারে। ব্যাংক এর সাইটে না পাওয়া গেলে Google এ সার্চ করে দেখতে পারেন অথবা আপনার ব্যাংক থেকেও সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন। যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের ক্ষেত্রে এই নাম্বারকে বলা হয় ABA Routing Number ।

উপরের দুটি পদ্ধতি থেকে সবচাইতে দ্রুত পদ্ধতি হচ্ছে Payoneer Debit Card । সম্প্রতি প্রায় সকল ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সাইটগুলো এই MasterCard সার্ভিসটি চালু করেছে। এই পদ্ধতিতে মাস শেষে আপনি টাকা খুবই দ্রুত পৃথিবীর যেকোন স্থান থেকে ATM এর মাধ্যমে উত্তোলন করতে পারেন। এজন্য এককালীন খরচ পড়বে ২০ ডলার আর সাইটির মাসিক ব্যবস্থাপনা ফি ৩ ডলার। ATM থেকে প্রতিবার টাকা উত্তোলনের জন্য খরচ পড়বে ২.১৫ ডলার + উত্তোলনকৃত অর্থের ৩%। এই কার্ড দিয়ে টাকা উত্তোলনের পাশাপাশি অনলাইনে কেনাকাটাও করতে পারবেন। এমনকি এর মাধ্যমে বিদেশে অবস্থিত আপনার কোন আত্মীয় বা বন্ধুবান্ধব তাদের মাস্টারকার্ড বা ভিসা কার্ড থেকে আপনাকে টাকা পাঠাতে পারবে। পেওনার সাইট থেকে সরাসরি এই কার্ডের জন্য আবেদন করা যায় না। এটি পেতে হলে ফ্রিল্যান্সিং যে কোন একটি সাইট (রেন্ট-এ-কোডার, গেট-এ-ফ্রিল্যান্সার বা ওডেস্ক) থেকে আবেদন করলে ২০ থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে এই কার্ডটি হাতে পাওয়া যায়।

ইন্টারনেটে অনেকগুলো জনপ্রিয় ওয়েবসাইট রয়েছে যারা আউটসোর্সিং এর সুযোগ সৃষ্টি করে দেয়। এই সকল সাইটকে বলা হয় ফ্রিল্যান্স মার্কেটপ্লেস। ফ্রিল্যান্স মার্কেটপ্লেস সাইটে দুই ধরনের ব্যবহারকারী থাকে। এসব ওয়েবসাইটে যারা কাজ জমা দেয় তাদেরকে বলা হয় Buyer বা Client এবং যারা এই কাজগুলো সম্পন্ন করে তাদেরকে বলা হয় Freelancer, Provider, Seller অথবা কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে Coder. একটি কাজ সম্পন্ন করার জন্য একাধিক ফ্রিল্যান্সাররা আবেদন করে, যাকে বলা হয় বিড (Bid) করা। বিড করার সময় ফ্রিল্যান্সাররা কাজটি কত টাকায় সম্পন্ন করতে পারবে তা নিজ নিজ সামর্থ অনুযায়ী উল্লেখ করে। এদের মধ্য থেকে ক্লায়েন্ট যাকে ইচ্ছা তাকে নির্বাচন করতে পারে। সাধারণত পূর্ব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা, টাকার পরিমাণ এবং বিড করার সময় ফ্রিল্যান্সারের মন্তব্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে ক্লায়েন্ট একজন ফ্রিল্যান্সারকে নির্বাচন করে থাকে। ফ্রিল্যান্সার নির্বাচন করার পর ক্লায়েন্ট প্রজেক্টের সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ওই সাইটগুলোতে এস্ক্রো (Escrow) নামক একটি একাউন্টে জমা করে দেয়, যা কাজ শেষ হবার পর সাথে সাথে ফ্রিল্যান্সারের পাওনা পরিশোধের নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করে। কাজ শেষ হবার পর ফ্রিল্যান্সারকে সম্পূর্ণ প্রজেক্টটি ওই সাইটে জমা দিতে হয়। এরপর ক্লায়েন্ট ফ্রিল্যান্সারের কাজটি যাচাই করে দেখে। সবকিছু ঠিকঠাক থাকলে ক্লায়েন্ট তখন সাইটে একটি বাটনে ক্লিক করে কাজটি গ্রহণ করে। সাথে সাথে এস্ক্রো থেকে অর্থ ওই সাইটে ফ্রিল্যান্সারের একাউন্টে এসে জমা হয়। সম্পূর্ণ সার্ভিসের জন্য এসময় ফ্রিল্যান্সারকে কাজের একটা নির্দিষ্ট অংশ (১০% বা ১৫%) ওই সাইটকে ফি বা কমিশন হিসেবে দিতে হয়। এরপর মাস শেষে সাইটটি ফ্রিল্যান্সারের আয়কৃত অর্থ বিভিন্ন পদ্ধতিতে তার কাছে প্রেরণ করে।

Wannabe industry analysts might sign up for TechDirt’s Insight Community, a marketplace for ideas about technology marketing.

2. Sell photos on stock photography sites. If people regularly oooo and aaaaah over your Flickr pics, maybe you’re destined for photographic greatness or maybe just for a few extra dollars. What is Xomba?

By looking at the average Cost Per Click - what an advertiser PAYS to use that keyword in an ad - we can figure out how much you will EARN per click. The more an advertiser has to spend, the more money you will earn. So pick keywords with a decent CPC.

The Search Volume columns show the average number of times a keyword is searched for using the Google search engine. More searches means the topic is more popular. But be careful to watch the Advertiser Competition too. Too much competition will make it difficult for you to get your article / content on ranked well in Google or other search engines.

The thing is, this niche audience is probably already reading the other bloggers who are writing about the same niche, which is why you have to bring something different to the table.

4. Keep up with your niche religiously.
Reality Steve doesn’t blog about every single reality show, but the ones he focuses on, he keeps up with fanatically. This means fans can consider him a go-to source when they want the latest news and analysis related to these shows. That keeps them coming back.

5. Do diligent work.
Essentially, if you want to be considered such a go-to place, you don’t want to half-ass it. Be thorough. If in some cases you can’t be thorough in detail, at least be thoroughly entertaining, or informative. That doesn’t mean you have to put out long post after long post, just try not to miss things that matter.

6. Collect trusted sources (and use them).
Reality Steve has his regular sources, which he trusts, where he can get key information that he needs to be on top of news related to his area of coverage. This helps keep him at the forefront of breaking news in this space. Having these sources can also be useful for driving links to your blog from other blogs and publications.

7. Develop a good track record.
This is directly related to number six. It’s easier to have a good track record of accuracy, when your sources are trustworthy, but sometimes you may get tips that turn out to be busts. Always indicate if there is any doubt to what you’re reporting. If you can’t take it for fact yourself, you shouldn’t report it as fact to others. If you ever make a mistake, acknowledge it as a show to your audience that you can still be trusted.

8. Use social media.
Use social channels to connect with fans and promote your content (these channels can also add to your visibility in search engines – as an added tip that Reality Steve didn’t really talk about, it can’t hurt to employ basic SEO practices). “Both have been a godsend for my website,” Reality Steve tells WebProNews about Facebook and Twitter.

9. Product-related material can interest both readers and companies.
This isn’t so much a step, but just something to keep in mind, and I don’t mean this from the receiving goods for positive reviews standpoint. You might want to read up on the FTC’s guidelines if you’re interested in that. However, Reality Steve brought up an interesting point about how the networks don’t seem to mind his blogging about their shows, even when he’s spoiling their outcomes, because it brings attention to their products.
If specific products are within your niche, you can reach out to people within the companies that deliver these products, for possible trusted sources, and they might be willing to give you the occasional exclusive story or first shot at breaking news, which can also get you links and help you build credibility.

10. Stick with it.
You may start small, but obviously the goal is to become big. This can take time. Reality Steve has been doing this for 8 years. Following these previous steps over time, they should start to pay off.

1. The Domain Name

Most search engines do look at domain names when ranking pages, but the direct benefit of having keywords in your domain is very small. There is also an indirect benefit to having a keyword-rich domain name: Search Engines like Google that factor link popularity into their ranking algorithms often also look at the anchor text of incoming links. In other words, the text used in a text link that points to your site should - as far as possible - contian your keyword. If your site is about purple widgets, you want people to link to you using "purple widgets" as the link text. Like this: Here is a good site about purple widgets. Not like this: Here is a good site about purple widgets. But this is of course in the hands of the webmaster linking to you. How do you increase the probability that they will link to you using your keywords? Yes, keywords in the domain. Many people (I'm one of them) prefer to link like this: Purple Widgets This is a good site about purple widgets www.purple-widgets.com Apart from SEO considerations, there are other (arguably more important) considerations when choosing a domain name. A good domain is: short, easy to say and spell, descriptive and memorable. You should be able to say it over the telephone once and the other person should know how to spell it and they should know what you sell. If you can do that AND work keywords in there, good for you. If you can’t, skip the keywords.

2. The File Name

The same applies here. The filename should preferably be short and descriptive. Having keywords in the filename helps, but not a whole lot. By the way, if you do use keywords in the domain or filename, separate them with hyphens rather than underscores.

3. Content

The actual page content should have a keyword density of about 10% and should weigh in at about 200 words - but there are as many opinions about this as there are SEO experts. Some say keyword density should be 5% and some say it should be 20%. 10% works for me. There is more consensus about page length @ 200 words. Those that disagree usually say it should be more. Some say it should be 500. I've seen longer pages doing very well in the SERPs for highly competitive keywords so longer might be better. Don't fuss too much about this. Keep the file size under 101K though because Google chops anything above that.

4. Layout and Design

You should have more text content than HTML elements. No fancy stuff (Flash, Splash, Animated Gifs, Rollovers etc.) unless absolutely necessary. No frames. No JavaScript. If you need JavaScript, call it from an external file rather than dumping the code in the HTML file. JavaScript drop down menus prevent spiders from crawling beyond your homepage. If you use them, be sure to include text links at the bottom of the page. No ads if possible. Nothing that does not fit perfectly into the page topic; There should be no doubt in the search engine's mind (or in he user's mind) what your page is about. No unnecessary directories. Keep your files as close to the root as possible.

5. The Page Title

The page title weighs heavily in the algorithms of all the major search engines, so be prepared to spend some time on it. Here's what to look for: Write an accurate, keyword-rich page title of about 7 words. Do not include stop words (and, the, a etc.) in the title. That just wastes space. Remember that each page can (and should) have a unique title. Remember that the title is the first and probably the only thing the searcher will look at in the search results. Having a keyword list as title might get you listed higher (if you're not penalized), but it's less likely to get clicked than a well structured title.

6. Meta Tags (Maybe)

The general consensus among SEO experts is that meta tags are dead. Even so, many of these same experts continue to use meta tags in their own sites. At the time of writing (May 2003) and to my knowledge, Inktomi is the only major search engine that still looks at meta tags. Meta tags still matter on some smaller topical and country-specific search engines. Here's a great idea from a recent thread (posted by Quayfee): "Would the best way to use them simply be for your own records? ie. by putting the phrase for which that page is optimised in the keywords and description tags you have a permanent record of your work, you then gain the benefit for the smaller SEs and don't risk misuse." If you decide to use meta tags, here's how:

In the HEAD section of the site add:
<meta name="keywords" content="KEYWORD1 KEYWORD2 KEYPHRASE1 etc. - about 30 to 40 unique words">
<meta name="description" content="An accurate, keyword-rich description - about 150 characters">

7. Headings

Use headings responsibly. From my own experiments they don't seem to make a huge difference, but they do count and won't hurt your site. Unless you misuse them of course. Don't be tempted to wrap your entire page in <H1>.

<H3>Level 3 Heading</H3>
etc. all the way down to <H6>..

8. Bold text

The same applies to bold text. The general consensus is that there is a slight advantage in having important keywords in bold text, but use it sparingly.

9. Linking

9.1 Internal Linking

Every page on your site should link to at least one other page. This has to do with the distribution of link popularity. I discuss this in more detail in the Search Engine Yearbook.

Your homepage should include a link to your sitemap (a page that links to all the pages in your site). This is good for users and allows spiders to quickly access all your pages.

9.2 External Linking

Only link to external sites when you absolutely have to. Decide if it enhances the user's experience. If it does, add the link.

9.3 Reciprocal Linking (link exchanges)

Only exchange links with sites your visitors will find useful. Don't exchange links only to increase link popularity.

9.4 Anchor Text / Link Text and Link Titles

Use descriptive anchor text for all your text links. Most search engines consider anchor text of incoming links when ranking pages. The jury is still out on whether search engines also consider other elements on the link page (like text surrounding the link, the page title etc.).

Link titles are like alt text for text links. Very neat. Link titles add to the usability of a site. It is not clear whether search engines consider like titles when ranking pages. I'm guessing they do.

10. Images And Alt Text

All images should include descriptive, keyword-rich alt text.

Alt spam (alt tags that's nothing more than a list of keywords) is fairly common, but can get your site penalized. A good guideline is to use alt text to describe the image. If it's a product image, describe the product in such a way that someone with a text browser or images turned off knows what the image is about.

One possible exception is the title image. To just put "logo" in the alt is of no use to spiders or your site visitors. Here is the alt text I used in the logo at the top of this page: "Pandecta Magazine E-Business Forums: No *BS* E-Business Know-How." That tells browserly-challenged visitors what they're missing and helps the spider understand what the page is about.

Don't be tempted to make it very long. If it does not fit in the image placeholder, it's probably too long.

11.Themes

Most of the major search engines prefer sites that focus on one theme. If your site is about widgets, gizmos and ...uuhm... Santa, you'll do better if you register a unique domain for each and split it into 3 separate sites.

Please note: Do not register multiple domains to house different parts of one theme. If you have a site selling pink widgets and blue widgets, that should be on one domain - not on pink-widget.com and a blue-widget.com respectively. That will just dilute your link popularity.

Another note: Don't cross-link your domains. There is a lot of speculation about just how much cross-linking is safe. Don't go there. If the info you want to share is all on one theme, keep it on one site. If it is on multiple themes, place it on different sites with no links between them. There are rare exceptions where it's ok (from an ethical point of view) to cross-link your sites, but remember that search engines cannot look into the intentions behind every instance of cross-linking and your site might get penalized.

12.Tricks

There are no tricks in long-term SEO. Cloaking, hidden text etc. etc. will all hurt your rankings in the long run. Build pages that the search engines will love (text-based, content-rich, tightly focused - like this page:-) and you'll reap the rewards. At the time of writing, this site has an Alexa rank of 37,194 - and still going strong - without spam.

By this time you may have gone through my post: Adsense-what it is n Blog- what it is! But don't have clear idea how to create a blog in details till now? This post is for you to tell you step by step setup procedure.

You may be wondered why don't I still disclosing why start blogging with Blogger. The answer is very simple......As becoz it is easy to setup with Blogger. But guess How? You don't have to know squat about web design or web programming. Of course you'll have to learn some web terminology along the way but you can start from the scrach from today. The great thing about blogging and potentially earning money with AdSense is that you don't have to be a web guru.

Remember : You do not have to be a web guru to start a blog with Blogger and use AdSense.

A lots of blogging tools out there in the web. Some free, some are not. If you haven't noticed, I'm using a tool called: Blogger. So,Why Blogger? Well the reasons are: 1.) It's Free! 2.) It's Easy to setup and 3.) Google owns it. Yeah, the same Google that's helping us earn money smartly through their AdSense program - A perfect match indeed.

Ok, so you have your blog topic (or maybe not but you will soon…right?) I'm going to get you hooked up to the service in no more than 10-20 minutes (times will vary for Gobbets and small children). At the end of this you'll be ready to start writing up some content, free of charge. To get help onthis visit here.

1.) Go to Blogger and sign in with your Google account. If you don't use any Google services like Gmail you can create a new account here.

As we learned in my earlier post What is StumbleUpon how the StumbleUpon service can help drive traffic to our blogs. While the word traffic makes most of us cringe in our every day, offline lives. We know that traffic in the online world is our friend - and ultimately one of the most important keys to Earn Money Smartly from Home with our blogs.

In this post I want to show you how easy it is to create a link on your Blogger blog that will direct your reader to your StumbleUpon profile. This will increase the value of your blog experience with your readers and will help promote, and generate more money from your blogs content down the road.

It's time to navigate over to StumbleUpon and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on the Tools & Buttons option in the footer menu.

You will find that the StumbleUpon Buttons and Tools page gives you access to some really nifty features. But today we're most interested in linking our blogs to our StumbleUpon profiles to help spread the word. Go ahead and click on the Link to Your Profile.

Blogger make it easy for Adsense

In my earlier post Options: Adsense for Blogger, we learned that Blogger gives us AdSense for Content options: ad units and link units (yeah, you guessed it right- links!). But just as important as the ads themselves are the colors.

To Earn Money Smartly from Home you need be smart enough in customization of your page gadgets that suits better and make your page awesome. If you are not creative like your content it'll not work better.

It is an advantage of all Blogger user that it allows it's users to customize their Adsense Ads color to best suits with the template the user uses. Like many other customizable options, AdSense ads are no different - They also seamlessly blend in with the rest of your site, and lucky for us, Blogger makes that really simple.

Just as you done earlier, head back on over to your layout screen, click the same 'Add a Gadget' under "Add a Page element" and click on the 'AdSense' section. You'll see the familiar Configure AdSense screen.

Now it's time to have a look at the Colors section. You'll notice a drop down list of options and ways to customize the colors.

Choose any one you like from the above. But bear it in mind choose option that matches with your template. As you can see that I've choosen 'Mother Earth' for my Adsense Ads

You'll amazed that just in a seconds Blogger will help us blend our AdSense ads into our page. This nice option will get us 90% of the way there… we just need to do some tweaking to the colors.

Look closely at the colors presented and watch as you make changes - the preview will automatically update for you. This is a great way to fiddle around with the color scheme and get it just right. Off to the right there are a bunch of funky looking numbers and letters. Don't get scared - this hexadecimal, and is a color combination to tweak your ad just right.
