1 medium acorn squash, halved, seeded
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 small onion, diced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon gluten-free mild curry powder
Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste

Heart Failure patients treated with medications, such as beta blockers, were randomly assigned to take either placebos or 2 grams of omega-3s EPA and DHA.  At the end of one year, those taking the omega-3 supplements
