Permanently Remove (turn off, disable) Google’s Personalized Search Feature

It took me forever to find the link to do it, but here it is: https://www.google.com/accounts/DeleteService?service=hist This link will produce an error if you don’t already have Google personalized search enabled. But if you do, and are logged in to your google account, it should let you remove it. Worked for me, but ymmv.
