NEW EKP On-Time POLICY

LATE TO CLASS ~ READ ON...

If you are late to class and the bags are all occupied by other boxers we cannot accommodate you at the class. Instructors need about 5 minutes before class to adjust to a partner style class. It is unsafe and disruptive to both the instructor and your fellow boxers to come in late after class has begun and create a different class/environment for another member and the instructor.

If you come in late and there are open bags we invite you to join the class as this does not disrupt the other boxers or create a new class/environment for the instructor. Just sign-in and take the open bag where gloves are not hanging or leaning against the bottom of a bag.

It is HIGHLY recommended to get to class about 5 minutes ahead of time. This is not to make sure you get your own bag as partner classes do happen from time to time, this is to ensure the instructor has time to adjust to a partner class and maintain a safe and effective workout for the entire class.

Parking at Eastside Kickboxing

At times parking can become tight at our gym. We encourage you to carpool whenever possible. Please be kind to our neighboring business and do not park in their respective spaces. Thanks!

Weather Related Closure Information

EKP follows the Issaquah School District (ISD)

Closures & Delays Format as follows~

Schools Canceled: ALL morning classes are canceled (6 & 9:30)

Delayed 1-2 hours:

6:00 am canceled.

9:30 am can most likely hold class. Please email, check web site NOTICES page or our facebook page to verify as we will not know until the morning.

If you are unsure about the evening or weekend classes please check web site NOTICES page, facebook page or email.

All instructors have the right to stop class if snow starts during class and they feel unsafe to go any longer before heading home.

ISD school closure information will be on all local news web sites and news programs. You can also look on the ISD web site www.issaquah.wednet.edu
