DotA 2 will be release on 2011 ?!

After a long wait and all the rumors Valve has announced official release of DotA 2 in 2011 which will be released on both Mac & PC. As you may already know, IceFrog was hired by Valve in late 2009 for the development of most popular Warcraft 3 Mod - DotA. Now, they are about to release Valve DotA 2 in which the whole DotA concept will be ported in upgraded manner.

What's a Dota?

Dota 2 takes its name from the Warcraft III mod Defense of the Ancients, a drastic change to that stock real-time strategy title, which pits two teams of five players against each other in highly competitive, 40-minute or longer matches. Unlike most RTSes, DotA has each player controlling a single hero who levels up and stockpiles gold to purchase powerful equipment and consumables. As computer-controlled armies continually spawn and rush the enemy's base, players are responsible for using their powerful heroes to turn the tide of the battle in their favor.

DotA quickly gained massive popularity on Blizzard's Battle.net service, with the growing community utilizing user-created channels and the rudimentary custom game browser to connect players. As mods tend to do, it branched into several variations as time passed. Eventually, one rose to the top: DotA-Allstars, originally created by Steve "Guinsoo" Feak (now employed with Riot Games designing League of Legends). Allstars is currently maintained and updated by IceFrog (who declined to give his real name), who was hired by Valve in 2009 and is now working on Dota 2.

Shortcuts
[Ctrl] + [INSERT] will run Warcraft3 or toggle the window from maximized or restored state.
[Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Spacebar] will toggle minimize/restore for warcraft3.

Default Inventory Hotkeys
[Alt] + Q = Numpad 7
[Alt] + W = Numpad 8
[Alt] + A = Numpad 4
[Alt] + S = Numpad 5
[Alt] + Z = Numpad 1
[Alt] + X = Numpad 2

hotkeys below are not inventory hotkeys, I just added these for me but you guys might find it useful as well.

[Alt] + E = O button (the hotkey to add skills)
[Alt] + D = Escape button
[Alt] + C = U button (to add stats)

Garena Shortcuts
Ctrl + enter will add a random number at the end of your chat to allow spamming of invites
/f = /find
-c or -clear will clear the chatlog
Escape will also clear the chatlog
middle clicking on a person will tunnel
middle clicking on a buddy will trace
middle clicking on a room name will try to join

ctrl clicking on a room will auto click
escape to cancel it.

DotA Replay Manager is a tool for browsing Warcraft III replays with additional features for parsing DotA replays.

* Explorer-like replay browser (tree view+list fiew) with functions for copy/paste/drag-and-drop, delete/rename and creating folders.
* Organize replays by folder or by date
* Auto-copying new replays (from LastReplay.w3g) and batch copying existing replays
* Replay search with a lot of options like game name, length, map version, player names and heroes
* Viewing replays directly from internet (if a URL is supplied)
* Displays a list of replays with statistics for player or hero

* DotA data is fully loaded from the map, so when a new version of DotA is released the program will automatically read the new data

Warcraft 3 Mods - Customize your war3 theme!

Here comes a set 46 Warcraft 3 Modded Themes (by K-4-iN) which can make your Warcraft 3 stylish by customizing the old background animation and buttons texture, it doesn't change anything inside the game. Warcraft 3 Mods/Themes Installation Guide:

Step 1, Get the Files
• Download the Warcraft 3 Modded Themes from the links above and extract the compressed file to any folder using WinRAR.

Step 2, Select your theme
• Select your favorite Warcraft 3 theme from "Themes" folder, you will find screenshots there of every theme along with their installation files.

Step 3, Install the Theme
• Now, Run "CUSTOMBG.reg" and copy the "Textures" and "UI" folder to your Warcraft 3 Installation Directory.

Step 4: Enjoy
• Your Warcraft 3 theme is installed!

Step 5: Uninstalling
• If you want to uninstall your Warcraft 3 theme, just remove the "Textures" and "UI" folder from your Warcraft 3 Folder and Run "UNINSTALL.reg" file from your Warcraft 3 Themes directory.

Notes:
• Your Warcraft 3 must be closed during the installation of the modded themes.
• If you do not have functioning background of your theme, go your "Passo2" folder from your selected theme directory. Move/copy the folder "UI" into the "Warcraft III" directory and replace the files.

Inventory Hotkey(Warkey)

1. Support 1.26 patch and other previous versions.
2. Active/Disable Enemy/Ally HP bars.

6. Very simple and nice interface. Strong function.
7. Set Inventory Keys to, ALT+[1][2][3][4][5].

The great feature of WarKey++ is, it does not effect the chat system when you have hotkeys turned on (it will automatically disable warkey when typing).

DotA 6.70c AI Rev2 Changelogs:

1. Fixed Human Phoenix Auto Super Nova after Dive and Low HP.
2. Removed the debug message after Invoker`s Meteor.
3. Fixed Walrus Punch not working when used on the same hero twice.
4. Added Phoenix basic anti Sun Ray and Super Nova reactions.
5. Fixed a bug in Invoker`s system skills usage making him use Ghost Walk when he can`t.
6. I put some delay on endscreen generation but I don't think that fixes the bug with missing data at some point.
