Whoever said that on line work is just a breeze, easily done part-time and quickly rewarding you with oodles of money, is either blessed with a continuous run of extraordinary luck or just merely pulling your leg to have a laugh. Yes, you can be extremely lucky, but that would not last. The reality is more like plain conscientious hard work, consistency and self- discipline in effort. And, of course, it helps if you know what you are doing!!

We finished off the year with the release of Big Value Depot which is a fantastic website in the style of e-Bay. Being brand new it will take some time to build. Anybody who has looked at the site will agree, I am sure, how neat and well-structured it is. BVD is now ready for this new year intensive marketing assault that will kick in before end of January.

Well and truly into the second week of the new year and I am having tech problems with my site when I should be full steam ahead writing and marketing! Apart from our relocation last year I have spent an incredible amount of time researching and learning and dealing with tech problems to the point that the actual task at hand is no closer since its inception 6 months ago – - -  what was that? Ah, yes:  diversification and creation of a permanent income stream!

I have discovered many great sites and some of the elite of on line marketers, and I also have spent quite a bit of money for the experience.  I am no closer to earning any, however – as it surely must be a long haul to create a permanent lasting income stream on line, – and remember, over 95% will fail anyway. . .   depressing odds!

If it comes to EasyExtraIncomeNow – then let me assure you that the only method I can truly recommend is INVESTMENT IN REAL ESTATE – the sooner/earlier, the better!  Never give up! Never sell! Only buy as you progress through life – and you will have your cake and eat it!  Passive, permanent, guaranteed income!  Now is the time to get back into investment – especially, if you are young, full of energy, make a few sacrifices and you’ll be rewarded,  fail-proof!

So, coming back to my efforts on this site, I am glad to report that trading the Forex is not only fun, but also profitable, albeit not easy.  It has the element of NOW of the EasyExtraIncome.  The real estate is for LATER by contrast, but guaranteed.  Forex and on line marketing are much more of a gamble. But FX will give you immediate rewards ( and punishment at times)! With on line marketing there may be nothing but HOPE for a long time:  “one day, you too will share a place and glory along with the gurus – after all, you’ve put in the miles, you’ve done your work, you’ve never given up, and the demand, your market potential, is ever so high and exploding beyond believe!  There must be something in for you!”

Alright. I think it important to consider your options from time to time and scrutinize the path you’ve taken.  I have discovered that the bulk of on line marketing relies on a narrow range of  “marketable goods and services”, promoting massive income, minimum effort, with the aide of all sorts of educational opportunities, technical facilities to facilitate and improve productivity and success, e-books, courses, programs, &c, &c. . . and infinite free enticements to lure the potential disciple/customer into your web. Once accomplished, you as expert marketer are on your way.

There are some real treasures to be found – But beware! Real traps and costly snares abound! Is it real?- YES.  Is it work?-YES. Can it be successful?-YES Will it pay?- yes, there are many success stories.  I found hot products, eg. new releases coming out, being the same promoted by many of the gurus I’ve got to know. There is repetition that concerns me. Market opportunities come and go very quickly: – your niche may be a “mystical”  thing, fragile, even an illusion? The “expertise” you are marketing having been created through others and their programs, and your customers lured into believing that you may know it all, honest, straight forward – after all, you’ve got all theses freebies. How could anybody give all these great things away for nothing! Of course, . . .  “I rely, I need your success!  Because, if you are successful, I will be successful.  Look, I’ve made such a lot of money, I just can’t handle it on my own anymore!  I just want to share my success with others, like you! It has grown so big! It is exploding! You must be part of it! Buy it NOW before it is too late!  This opportunity is unique! Only limited access! Sounds familiar?  BEWARE!  The same things are happening all over again the next time you are surfing the web, every day, any day, any time.

This brings me back to Forex:  Yes, it is all real: education, skill, work, instant money, profit and loss – ALL and ONLY depending on your decisions NOW – only YOU are responsible for your fortune, or the lack of it.  New fresh opportunities every moment, every hour of the day, the year, always!!! Your best written articles may still not produce the results you are looking for and you may wonder why. You may not have given enough attention to the content of your resource box.: Have you filled in all your personal details? Name, your URL, about yourself and most importantly, one useful morsel for your reader to entice a visit to your website? This is your “hook”, the trigger for your reader to want some more. There are a number of hooks or lures you can use to this effect:

2 HOOKS: must be useful, preferably free to your reader and invite return visits or subscriptions

2.1 NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION: Needs confidence and skill to provide regular useful information. With disciplined commitment you will be able to build a significant readers’ list and potential customers. This will mean money in the bank! – The more interaction and direct responses available, the greater the success rate.

2.2 E-COURSE: This involves a short set of lessons, How-To- Do-Things specifically, that is delivered over a short period of time – best daily! This requires a subscription/Opt-In action and becomes another important building block for your readership & business.

2.3 E-BOOK: There are already many free e-Books available for re-distribution, or you can create your own, eg. A collection your best articles on given subject is a great start. This is a simple and relatively easy way to lure a reader to opt-in for more information. Remember, it has to be specific in its subject to be useful to your reader.

2.4 YOUR OWN ARTICLE: Write your own, clearly targeted and well researched quality article relative to your niche. If possible, write about frequently asked questions/ problems giving clear instructions of how to master these difficulties. This will encourage regular readership and provide the content of your future e-Book, or e-Course. Show how your reader would benefit from using your (free !) service.

2.5 PARTICIPATE & GET INVOLVED in some of the following:
BLOGGING: Somebody else’s blog of same or similar interest: leave comments, share ideas, share contacts and offer help first – offer something of value!
FORUMS: Join 1-2 Forums of your niche – post some questions, give some answers, leave your link.
SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES also offer great opportunities to link up with like-minded entrepreneurs. There are many – you must choose carefully. Two of the best I have come across are Adland Pro and Reality Networkers.

3 PUBLISH YOUR ARTICLE:
Besides posting your article on your own blog you should also submit your work to other outlets, eg.: ARTICLE DIRECTORIES such as ezinearticles.com, articlealley.com, or one excellent site that I have just become aware of now: submityourarticle.com. The latter is not free, but will ensure quality submissions, or you may search for other sites from http://directorysubmitter.imwishlist.com.

Whatever you do, just remember there will be no reward without effort: This means consistent regular work, no shortcuts, honesty and quality of what you offer will lead to ample rewards eventually. So, keep it up and good luck!
