<p>A 4 burner meal with garlic chicken, pan grilled vegetables, pasta and a light cream sauce.</p>
<ol>
<li>Brown garlic over heated olive oil</li>
<li>Cut and grill chicken over the garlic while seasoning with garlic powder, salt and seasoning salt</li>
<li>Cook veggies in frying pan over heated olive oil</li>
<li>Cook pasta</li>
<li>Maka da Sauce</li>
<li>Toss all together in large bowl</li>
</ol>
<h4>For The Sauce:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Mix 3/4 cup each of chicken broth, light cream and grated parmesan, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, teaspoon salt and pepper in a sauce pan over medium heat</li>
<li>Stir for 15 -- 20 minutes</li>

<li>Spread sauce over tortillas</li>
<li>Fill tortillas with desired amount of meat</li>
<li>Top meat with shredded cheese</li>
<li>Wrap tortilla in aluminum foil and press on grill for 2 minutes</li>
<li>Unwrap aluminum foil and press for 30 seconds</li>

<li>Mix all ingredients in a bowl</li>
<li>Marinate chicken for 10 minutes on each side in the refrigerator</li>
<li>Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes a side or until cooked through</li>
<li>Lower heat and pour in the marinade and simmer chicken for 5 minutes per side</li>

<li>Sprinkle flour on a wooden cutting board and roll out dough</li>
<li>Add 1/2 cup of cooked cubed chicken marinated in barbecue sauce on on side of the dough</li>
<li>Top the chicken with 1/2 cup of mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of ricotta</li>
<li>Fold over the dough and seal the edges</li>
<li>Mix up 1 egg with a splash of water</li>
<li>Use a pastry brush to paint the egg wash over the dough</li>
<li>Slice breathing slits into the top of the calzone</li>
<li>Bake for 25 minutes at 375</li>

<ol>
<li>Add filets of Tilapia to a baking pan</li>
<li>Put 3 pats of butter on each filet, along with light breadcrumbs, a lot of Paprika, black pepper and a teaspoon of minced garlic.</li>
<li>Squeeze fresh lime juice over each filet</li>
<li>Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 375</li>
<li>Cut filets into &#8220;wrappable&#8221; sized pieces</li>
<li>Spread sour cream on a tortilla</li>
<li>Put Tilapia on the tortilla and cover with chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese</li>
<li>Wrap it up and enjoy!</li>
