I purchased this product on amazon from the seller sethi sons.the product was genuine.The only thing that sucked was delivery charge that is 200rs and took a week time to deliver. I have been using this product for a week now. The first two days i felt head ache hyper-sensitivity and swelling in mouth etc. Then i searched about each ingredient on web md. So the element which was causing me these symtoms was red dye no.40 which is used in the geletin so now i do not use the geletin; i empty the capsules in glass and add small amount of water and drink it(extremly bitter so i use tik-tak just after that or sugar free oral b gum). During workout you will get some energy as said.the only thing that helps i think is hunger suppressants and after taking this product you will make some wise choses about your eating habits.i will add more about the product after some time to give complete review. And yes i have lost 0.916kg in one week because of hard workout and walks(i have been working out for 6 months so i have lost fat not just water weight) and mental focus and hunger supresents in the product. I must say it again you will have to work out and have very low calories...it helps and aid in weight loss; its not a magic pill.

Firstly i had a body fat % of 20 . I had poor insulin sensitivity due to overeating carbs and no exercise . As a result What ever i eat goes into my fat mass not to my muscles.Result is spare tyre around my belly and sluggish metabolism.. So i did some research and found out that Improving Insulin sensitivity (nutrition partitioning capability of the body) is the only way decrease fat and build muscles at SAME TIME.... Only way to increase sensitivity is by doing Intermittent fasting...I came though a intermittent fasting technique called lean gains..http://www.leangains.com/...please go through this website.for details....basically what happens is that i do a fasting of 16 hours...including 8 hours sleep...and eat only in the next 8 hours(12 pm to 8 pm).....the timing will be something like this 8 pm dinner prevoius day.....overnite fasting+ morning hours...12 pm next day lunch...and 8 pm again dinner....important thing is that i am not in calorie deficit...i eat more than my daily calorie requirement(+300 calories) because i have to build muscles also...And please dont forget the macro nutrient ratio...its very important...

Now coming to the product the clinically dosed combination of Green tea extract and Yohimbine of Hydroxy cut is the BEST for fatty acid mobilization .where there is less blood flow...example ..belly fat...

Summary:
1) Yohimbine is the best cure for Stubborn Fat
2) Yohimbine works only in Fasted condition...SO intermittent fasting is mandatory
