haih... long time i didnt update my eat blog. kinda funny because since the last update, i did eat a lot.. tons of them.... haih.

today i talk about one of the famous dish from the east coast of malaysia that is nasi kerabu(is a type of rice which is blue in colour (dyed by a kind of blue flower), originated in Kelantan state.).... nasi kerabu is made from rice, add up flavor of special herbs and telur masin ( egg that been coated with sort of thingies that made it salty... is it marinated egg?)

they taste is made perfect when budu (Budu (Malay language) is a fish sauce and one of the best known fermented seafood products in Kelantan, Malaysia as well as Southern Thailand) being used.... haih.. im not a budu eater but when it comes to nasi kerabu... walao.. budu is also i sapu (made clear)

next time when you see, sign nasi kerabu.... why don't you give a try....

Danny and his camera

Danny showed keen interest in photographing. So i let him used my sony cybershot for a while...
And he was a fast learner.. He managed to operate the camera properly...
I always encourage him to seek the subjects before taking photos...
I think i will give him my sony camera once i had purchased the dslr..

i had mee rebus at kampungku restaurant in tapah. The taste was great indeed... Mee rebus must have boiled egg... If not it is simply not the real mee rebus!

ORIENTAL FRIED RICE.. A bit oily, em, maybe im kinda a persoh who cant stand oily food! The rice was okay.. None sticky type but just too much oily made me geli!

I went to Tapah Rest House again. And i ordered grilled beef steak! Wah... So tempting la... The sauce and the meat mixed well.. Worth to try for... Actually, i was also a bit takut2 because.. Cholesterol! I sensed they were jumping up and down! But lucky, i managed to decrease my kolesterol back to normal! Try to dine or luncheon at Tapah Rest House! Its simply the best so far!

Nasi Kandar and Nasi Beriyani u still cant beat Mamak's hands! hahah...
I would like to share another my eating experience at Teluk Intan.
Ghulam Rasul Nasi Kandar!
Various of Curries to choose from.. just name it.. U can have it all!
I like Nasi Beriyani very much!

Pro: Great place for us to enjoy various dishes! Delicious also! The price of food is quite reasonable!
Con: None so far..

Restoran Harishah
Nasi Ayam and Satay

MAIN DISH TO TRY

I went to Bidor purposely to have my dinner..
This time I choose Restoran Harishah..
Maybe it was kinda early that they just started to open their restaurant.
So, i ordered Chicken Rice as it was clearly stated Chicken Rice on the Billboard!
The taste of the chicken rice was quite ok.. the soup and the chicken (main) were also quite OK.. What can i say more? It was OK.. huhu..

Pro: Fast serving.
Con: Quite ok... 5/10*
