Hi, Everyone!

You can safely replace the cashews in this recipe with organic raw Brazil nuts. I've tested this a couple of times and I'm very pleased with the results.

This raw vegan iced dessert goes really well severed over raw banana crepes for a very decadent dessert or breakfast.

Wishing you health and happiness!

Your friend,

I've been making this without any sweetener at all, it's coming out great! I just soak the walnuts overnight, then blend with 4x the amount of water, then strain. It's delicious!
