Well it's Monday again...
You need some more encouragement.

Step by step we need to be walking in our salvation, working it out with fear and trembling, knowing that by faith God has saved us. We didn't do anything to deserve it, we didn't do anything to earn it, and we can't do anything to lose it.

We offer our hearts to God because He loved us, He loves us, and He'll love us.
He loved us before we existed and before we knew Him
He loves us and we can't do anything to separate ourselves from it
He will love us forever and always no matter what.

It's been a while since we've had a Musica! where I highlight some amazing Christian music... and to be honest this one is just because I was listening to some songs and I got amped up enough to write about them. So here it is...

I LOVE it whenever a band puts tracks together on a CD that blend into each other seamlessly.

"What track are you listening to?" "7... oh wait it's 8 now... weird."

That's when you were listening to track 7 and then it goes to track 8 without you knowing or being able to tell. It feels more like you're EXPERIENCING the music rather than listening to it. Below are two Hillsong United songs that do that.

I don't know how or why this impresses me so much but what I find most impressive about this is the fact that many times Hillsong CD's are live recordings. That means that they planned it that way, musicians and composers never cease to amaze me.

Another CD that does the seamless thing that I love is Delirious' Glo CD. If you have that CD then hopefully you can go listen to it again and gain a new appreciation for the seamless goodness. :-) If you don't then you can click the link and download Glo and Mezzamorphis together.

Random Question Wednesday is back! Last Wednesday was BIG NIGHT! We had a great time, great food, and even though we were very sweaty we had a great time on the inflatables!
