I want to be able to fit better in my dresses this holiday season. hehe. So my goal is to lose 5-10lbs and I hope the alli Weight Loss Pills will aid me with that.

I will not go into much details about alli as you can read more about it on their website.
But basically, "alli prevents your body from absorbing about a quarter of the fat you eat. So if you eat a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet and use alli capsules, you can make a real difference in your weight as you limit the total number of calories that enter your system." That's also the main reason why I chose alli. It actually helps you become more conscious of what you eat and pick what you eat carefully. Then naturally you will learn to make smarter choices when it comes to food and adopt a healthy eating habit.

This is the beginner program. It costs about $45 at Walmart but you may also get it at many other drugstores.

It comes with brochures to help you get started...

Also comes with a smaller holder for 3 pills. Very convenient to take it with you on the go.

Please don't hate me for wanting to look skinnier ^.^

I do workout but I eat wayyyyy too much on a daily basis. Can't blame me, I see glitters on foods. Anyway, just want to adopt a more healthy eating habit and maybe shed some flabs along with it. heheh

DIY Compressed Face Mask

I love pampering my skin with a nourishing face mask several times a week but it's getting a little bit pricey considering a face mask would cost about $2-5 a piece or even more depending on the type. Recently, I found a really cool way to have face mask every single day without breaking my bank. That is Compressed Face Mask!

Don't they look like drugs? hehe

They're actually little knitted cotton sheet that are compressed in a tablet form. These are 100% cotton or viscose, non-toxic and made without alcohol. They're about 20*20mm in size. Very small and convenient to carry around especially for travel.

So what you'll do is you would soak one of these into toner or floral water or any type of liquid that you'd want to nourish your skin with. I used organic milk mix with honey :)

I love this part! It will take about 10 seconds for the pill shaped face mask to absorb the liquid and open up/expand and turn into a face shaped sheet.

Carefully place the mask on your face...and relax for 5-10 minutes. Your skin will feel refreshed afterward.

*Note: You may also use your homemade face mask recipes on the mask. Just make sure to soak it into a small bowl of toner or moisturizer or any type of liquid for it to open up first then apply the recipe onto the mask afterward.

Fimo Nail Art Tutorial

Hello all, I'm back after a long hiatus ^^
I went to many places this past summer and I loved every single bit of it. I'll post up some pics later but today, I wanna share a really cute way to design your nails. It's very cute, simple & so easy to do.

Ever heard of Fimo Nail Art? well, it's a type of nail art design that uses polymer clay canes. They come in many cute fruit and flower designs...

They're very tiny...I believe it's 1/4" in diameter and the length is about 4.5cm - 4.7cm.

What you would do is cut these canes into very thin slices and decorate them onto your nails.

Here's a tutorial to a very simple version I did.
1. Prepare your stuffs. What you'll need is of course, the fimo clay. You can get them online. Just do a google search for it. I got mine on Ebay. You'll also need a base coat, top coat, and a glitter nail polish. I also used a tweezer to easily grasp the thin pieces of fimo clay to place them on my nails.

2. Apply a clear base top coat onto your nail. Apply it on one nail as a time because you want the pieces to stick onto your nail before the polish is dried.

3. Use a tweezer or whichever is more convienent and easier for you...place the polymer clay onto your nail, one by one.

4. After applying the pieces, if they're too thick, use the file to file it down.

5. When you're satisfied with the design, apply top coat over it.

6. Finish it off with the glitter nail polish on the tips of the nails.

Here's the finish version. I had many compliments on them and they're so fun to look at.

*Note: If you want the pieces to stay on longer, use nail glue. I didn't use glue on mine and they stayed on for about 3-4 days. But I was picking on them too ^^

YAY!!! I found another favorite BB Cream: Skinfood Aloe Sun BB Cream.
This BB cream has SPF 20 PA+ (PA stands for Protection Grade of UVA. There are PA+, PA++ and PA+++. Of course, PA+++ has higher level of protection which suitable for those that stay out in the sun most part of the day).

The description found on the package states that Aloe Sun BB Cream is rich with aloe, which possesses excellent hydrating properties and soothing effect, this multi-funtional skin care product (UV protector and blemish corrector) provides moisture and nutrition to your skin while providing protection from UV rays.

What I don't like about this BB Cream:
-It only comes in lighter shades. I believe there are only 2 shades, #1 (radiant) & #2 (natural). The one I got is #2.
-Availability. For most of us there are no store location that we could actually come in and test the product out. The only way to buy this is to purchase it online with the assumption that the color, scent, consistency of the product will work for us.
-Scent. This BB cream has a scent that's a little above mild point. For me, the scent is actually very nice but this could be a big turn off for people that preferred natural product without any scent.
-A little bit hard to blend.

What I like about this BB Cream:
+It's inexpensive. It costs me less than $15 including shipping on Ebay (yep, good ol' Ebay for me!!).
+Has SPF 20 PA+
+Makes skin glow and looking vibrant! I love how after applying it I could immediately see the difference on my skin. It looks so much brighter and healthier.
+Coverage is light to medium. What I like about this product is you can build up coverage by adding more product and yet, your skin is still looking very natural.
+Oil control is very good. This is very much comparable to my other favorite, LEGERE. Both of them doesn't leave my skin too shiny of oil. I only need to blot my face once during a day.

***Overall, this is another one of my favorite BB Creams. If you wanna try BB cream and don't know where to start, give this a try! I recommend getting it from LEGENDEUX, the Ebay seller I got it from. Prices are cheaper than most others on Ebay and very easy to deal with.

Japanese Goodies Haul

I was bored today. So I went shopping which made me happy ^_^

Went to Mitsuwa. I was gonna get the K-palette eyeliner but ended up forgetting it. lol.
I haven't been curling my hair in ages so I got the lucidol hair styling lotion. It's actually a liquid base...don't know why they called it lotion.

Other damages:

Ever heard of Komenuka Bijin? It's a Japanese beauty brand. My sister introduced me to this brand. They use mostly natural ingredients that dated back to centuries ago. I got the Eye Moist Gel and the Essence Whitening Serum. Click here to check out other products by Komenuka Bijin (how do you pronounce that?!!!). I also got Menard LS Cream. It's also a Japanese brand. I tried this before but that was when my skin was on the oilier side which was too hydrating for me. And now that I got older, my skin tend to be a little more dry, I thought I'm gonna give it a try again. The SA says it's also her best selling brands. Will update on how these products work.

Face Slimming Roller Massager

I took these pictures yesterday but forgot to upload it.

I ordered this Japanese Slimming Face Roller/Massager about a month ago on Ebay and got it last week. I laughed at this product before just like any other weird product/inventions by Japan...And here I am today trying it!!! HAHAHA

This is a roller that target both the face and neck. The purpose of this is to exercise your face muscle and promotes blood circulation. In results, it will firm your sagging skin or if you don't have sagging skin yet, it will help prevents it.

I think I'm doing it right....

Ouch!!!

It can be a little bit painful. Well, not really more like uncomfortable. The one I got is a 2 in 1 function. Meaning, I can remove the neck roller and just concentrate on my face alone. HEHE

Check this lady out, she's using the face roller too!!! Thanks Mel for posting the vids...I had a good laugh watching her vids even though I have no clue what's she's saying. Now I'm addicted!

Eyebrow Shaping Tips

This is for the babes who wanna know how I shape my eyebrow. I actually did an eyebrow tutorial a while back but I don't like the pics on that one, so I'm doing a new one here. lol. But this one will be very basic, if you want a more details one check out my previous tutorial: How to shape your eyebrow.

Here's the basic chart to follow when shaping eyebrow:

There are several basic rules when it comes to shaping or grooming your eyebrow. And if you follow these rules correctly, it can help enhance your overall look.

Take out a straight object, be it an eyeliner, pencil, brush, or ruler and start with these 3 basic rules:
1) The starting point (line D on the chart) should aligned with the outer rim of your nostril.
2) The bridge or the highest point (line E) should aligned with the outer rim of your iris when you're looking straight forward.
3) The ending point (line F) should be aligned 45 degree from the outer rim of your nostril to the outer rim of your eyes.

* Try to visualize those points before you begin to draw or shape your eyebrow. If you're not use to it, you can make light dots on those points.

4. Take an eyebrow pencil. Preferably one that's a little lighter than your eyebrow color. Begin to make the bottom outline of your eyebrow using very light and gentle stroke.
5. Repeat step 4 but this time do an upper outline.

6. Use an eyebrow powder and eyebrow brush to fill in your eyebrow. Starting on the middle point.
7-8. Gradually work toward the ending point. *Notice the way I held the brush. After filling the middle part with eyebrow powder, I didn't add anymore powder but just pulled the brush gently toward the end.

*I said eyebrow powder but I was actually using MAC eyeshadow in espresso. It works just fine!

9. After filling the middle and ending point go back to the starting point and begin filling out. Start with very little powder and gradually add more if needed.
10. Take a look at your overall result. Touch up missing spot with eyeshadow if needed. And if a spot is too dark, use a q-tip and gently dab on it. Do not rub. If you rub, the powder/eyeshadow will blend and make it look awful!

Nicely shaped eyebrows can positively enhance your overall look and draw the attention or focus to your eyes. Wish I've realized that before I decided to overplucked my eyebrows :(
I've been drawing my eyebrow since h.s. Let me tell you, it's not a fun task at all!

And to make it worse, I finally gave in and accept the fact that I'm beginning to have belly fat!!!

Etude House BB Magic Cream Review

I got a bunch of BB Cream a little over two weeks ago and have been trying out different ones every single day. For each of them, I wore at least two times before doing the review just for quality insurance. hehe.

I've tried out almost all the BB creams from that haul except for some from the SKIN79 kit. The Etude House stood somewhere in the average range.

Here's a pic of me wearing Etude House...of course, this picture is touched up! The ones on the bottom are untouched ^^

Here's the Etude House BB Magic Cream tube (35ml)

Description on the package:
Etude House Moisturizing BB Magic Cream with Sun Protection.
BB Magic Cream offers natural looking coverage that nourishes, corrects skin tone and protects against sun damage.
Direction for use:
After facial cleansing, apply a small amount of product to hands and spread evenly across facial surface. Cream may give a whitish appearance upon initial application but will naturally blend with skin tone once lotion sets.

Unlike some other bb creams tube where you have to squeeze it out, this one takes a little pumping :)

I actually preferred the tube where you can squeeze the product out. The pump makes it hard to control the amount that you wanna take out and it can get a little messy. If you're trying this remember a little goes a long way. Start with small amount first.

The consistency on this product is soft and light. It has yellow undertones.

I wore this several times with makeup base, without makeup base and with moisturizer.
The thing about this product is it's a little tough to blend with moisturizer. It can leaves flaky residues like so....

But it's all really depends on your makeup base/moisturizer.

And if you blend it in well, the result can be really nice:

Let's start with the NEGATIVES:
-It's a little hard to blend
-I have dry to combination skin so it's a little oily on my cheeks....but this is fine for me since it's the same case with a lot of other products.
-Coverage is very minimum. The pictures is a little tough to see + my skin is already light so it makes it even harder...but it really doesn't do much to covers my blemishes. I have some very light freckles a little above my cheeks and this bb cream doesn't cover it up!
And the POSITIVES:
+Brightens up my face and makes it glow even with minimum coverage
+SPF 30
+Great for people with less blemishes and want natural glow to their face
+Inexpensive. It's selling online for anywhere between $10-18.

Overall, this is an average BB cream for me. I'm giving it a 3/5 rating.
I preferred SKINFOOD (review coming soon) and LEGERE BB Creams better.

Skincare, Makeup, Beauty Products to Avoid

I don't know about you gals but when I buy a product, I RARELY bother to read what's in it. It's not that I don't care but every time when I started reading the ingredient list on the back, I feel STUPID! Why do they just make things so complicated with all these long string of words? They either trying to be technically smart or confused us consumer! And most of the time, I'm on the confused side o_O

For all the confused babes like me, this site is very helpful: COSMETIC DATABASE
You can basically search for products, be it skincare, makeup, haircare, nailcare or whatever beauty care you'd like to know more about. Their database is currently limited to American products only. I do hope they extend it to Asian products later as most of us are very KEEN on Asian beauty products hehe. Basically, this site offers breakdown on the ingredients in each product. It will grade the ingredient base on a 0-10 hazard scale starting from o being low and 10 being high. You may find your favorite beauty product listed and don't be surprised when it does have a grading of 5 or above.

Epistick Facial Hair Removal Review

Ever heard of Epistick or Epicare or Epilator? well, they all have the same purpose: remove unwanted hair. I got the epistick on Ebay for less than $2. Pretty cool huh? hehe

The purpose of epistick is to remove facial hair on your chin, upper lip, forehead, and cheeks. The idea is very much similar to threading. It will remove hair from its root so when it grows back it will be thinner and less visible.

I didn't want to post this...but I guess it wouldn't hurt, would it?
...me WITHOUT MAKEUP o_O

Please don't laugh at my eyebrows. I decided to overplucked my eyebrows to be cool back in HS. It never really grow back. And now that I'm older, instead of being cool I can see how ridiculous I look >:(

Anyway, to use the epistick, you bend the epistick into a U shape and place it on the hairs that you want to get rid of. Hold both ends of the epistick and twist it in opposite directions.

You will notice that the hairs will be trapped between the coiled spring.

Look at all the little hairs trapped on my epistick! It took me several tries to get use to it! the result is amazing. This may seem a bit painful at first since you're pulling more than 1 hair at a time. But it will be better and it really work too!!!

I really like this. It makes removing facial hair so much quicker. Not sure about it growing back being thinner since this is the first time I tried it. But if you're used to plucking or threading your facial hairs then this is a very similar technique. Although, you shouldn't do this before you go out since it does cause a little redness. Get yourself one HERE.

*Something to keep in mind*
-It does hurts and will takes some time to get use to.
-There are certain areas on the face that's more difficult to reach and therefore the hair will not come off that easily. Such as, the area between your brows. This will take some time and practice. If you're not use to it, don't do it as you may accidentally take off your eyebrow hairs.
-It doesn't pinch MY FACE. I don't believe it's made to pinch your face even though it looks like it would.
-It's more painful when your hair is long. So if for some reason your hair is long, trim it off a little bit.

How To Cut or Trim Your Own Bangs

I've attempted to cut my own bangs before and it was a horrible disaster. Although, I wanna try again. So here I am, bored at home...I'm browsing through the internet for appropriate ways to cut my own bangs and I came across this:

And then this....I seriously thought the girl is gonna poke her own eyes!! OMG!!! How can she do that without pulling the hair away from her eyes?? bad example!

Here's a good one. Ever imagine how Angelina Jolie looks like cutting her own bangs? Well, imagine no more...lol

Coach Julianne Handbag

Whoohooo my Coach order came in. I'm a happy bee :))
This one will be my second Coach bag although I'm not so much a Coach lover. Some of you who have followed my blog from the beginning know that I'm more keen toward LV. I own practically every single one in its collection. Well, ok maybe not every single one but I'm not too far from there ^^ hehe.

Anyway, back to my Coach purchase. Like I said, I don't like Coach that much. They never came out with any style that catches my eyes. But recently when I saw the Julianne Handbag, I knew right away, I gotta have it. It's so big and comfy looking. Just what I need.

I gotta tell you Coach did something right lately. Their designs for Spring and Summer 09 are way better than their previous collections. The Madison Julianne Handbag is one of their popular ones. I checked several Coach stores around my area and none of them have this specific one in stock. I had them ordered it and just got it several days ago.

$498 w/o tax. Pretty affordable for a leather purse isn't it? Me like so much <3
You can wear this purse two way although I got it for the main purpose of wearing it as a messenger bag.

Wanna know something funny? Well, I'll tell you anyway.

I got the leather cleaner & moisturizer from Coach to clean my purses but more specifically to clean this leather purse that I just got. The SA sold me the damn craps without telling me that I'm not suppose to clean this purse with COACH LEATHER CLEANER & MOISTURIZER. WTH???!!! Coach needs to sent back all their SA for a COACH101 class eh?!!!

Also got some body butter at The Body Shop. These thing smell so delicious!!! I especially LOVE the strawberry...so yummy and fresh!

Dippin Dots ice cream anyone? I'm so happy when they opened a store near me. I'll never get bored eating this!!!

I want to share with you gals one of my favorite skincare products that I've been using religiously for months now.

First time I saw and heard of this product was when I went to Costco to get their brush set. The lady that work there offered me a bunch of samples from Kirkland Borghese brand. And one of the samples that got me liking from the start is the Borghese Age Defying Wrinkle Serum. The texture of this product is so freaking soft. It's the softest I've ever felt in any products! It's a velvet serum that when apply leaves your face feeling silky smooth and amazingly soft.

This product got me at first try. So what I did was went back and get more and more and MORE. I even got several for gifts. The bf also got this for his mom. The amazing is, everyone I ever recommended it to, ADORED it just as much as I do.

Anyway, a little info on my favorite product:

It is made by Borghese, a very reputable makeup/skincare company that was "Built on a heritage that dates back to the 14th century when people first sought the healing waters of the Tuscan Earth, Borghese was the first to respect the synergy between health and nature, luxury and science." The Age-Defying Wrinkle Defense Serum is formulated to:

Advanced complex to help firm and smooth way wrinkles
Skin looks more youthful and vibrant
Dermatologist tested
For all skin types

The key ingredients found in the serum are:

Aloe
Olive fruit extract
Wheat bran extract
Vitamin C

Why I Like This Product:
+It has a velvet texture. It's so soft and light that when apply on my face, I feel like I'm a baby all over again hehe.
+Very easy to blend. Again, the soft texture made blending so easy and effortlessly.
+Great for makeup base. I'd preffered this over bareVitamins Prime Time Foundation Primer. If you've used bareVitamins Prime Time Foundation Primer, you'd notice how soft the primer is but this one is even better. You should definitely try this if you like BV primer.
+Has antiaging properties.
+Can be use both day and night.

Why I Don't Like The Product:
+Availability. So far, I only know Costco carry this. But knowing Costco, this product can be discontinued any time. I'm praying that day won't come =/ You can also do a google search and get this online. But sometimes online stores increased the price ridiculously. So do some research before buying it. I got this for around $20 at Costco. I've seen an online store sell the same version for as much as $30. WTH >:[

"Where to buy BB Cream?"

After I posted the review on Legere BB cream, some of you emailed and asked me that question.

For now my favorite website to buy BB cream is Ebay. And recently I found out something really cool. You can get cashback on your Ebay purchase through Live Search. Cashback varies and changes very often but it can reach as high as 25-35% of your total purchase. Which is pretty cool for BB cream lovers like myself or anyone who loves makeup and wouldn't mind a little bit of saving hehe.

Anyway, here's how to get cashback:
1. First you need to create a Windows Live ID.
2. After you've created a Window Live ID, CLICK HERE to sign up for a CASHBACK account.
3. When your account is all set, go to Live.com and start searching for products you're interested in. Click on the first or second results with the dollar sign and where it says Live Search cashback. Please don't mind the small looking particles on the bristles. They're actually makeup/eyeshadow. This reminds me these brushes are overdue for some deep cleaning. LOL.

But you get the idea right?

Overall I really like this brush set. Here are some positive pointers for me:

+The bristles are very soft, sleek & great in quality.

My only complaint with this brush set is it doesn't pick up makeup that well compare to the other brushes I have. And it's a little more difficult to blend. A lot of people use this for mineral makeup and they say it works better with mineral makeup. Anyway, aside from the little negative pointers, I'm really impressed with the quality of these brushes. My other brushes shed a bit after cleaning and the bristles are not always intact, but that's not the case with these brushes. They look brand new after each cleaning!!! I recommend this brush set to newbies as well as makeup gurus...you can't beat the quality and prices like this anywhere else!!! Grab one HERE.

Smokey Eyes Tutorial

Doing a smokey eyes look today. Nothing fancy. Very simple, quick & easy!

1. Apply eyeshadow base all over eyelids. I'm using Clinique Touch Tint for Eyes.

2. Apply eyeliner close to the lash line. I'm using Jane Be Pure Mineral gel eyeliner.

3. Apply eyeshadow (preferably a darker shade) to eyelids and spread it evenly toward brow bone. I'm using MAC Carbon.

4. Using an angle, eyeliner or eyebrow brush apply the same eyeshadow (same color as step 3) to bottom lash lines.

5. Use the same brush as step 4 and apply a different shade (preferably darker than the previous one) to outline the eyelids starting from the inner corner toward the end. Do it several times and blend it evenly to make your lids stand out. I'm using MAC Beauty Marked.

6. A) Use a black liquid eyeliner and trace the top as well as the bottom lash lines. I'm using K-Palette Black Eyeliner. This thing is amazing!!! Everyone should get one!
B) Use a black pencil eyeliner and traces on the inner lash lines. Be careful to not poke your eyes if you're not use to this. But this step is essential to make your eyes more alluring and sexy. hehe.
C) Apply mascara and you're done.

This is my favorite lazy night out look. Why lazy? Because it only takes me 10 minutes to do and it actually looks like I spent some time on it.

Give Yourself A Makeover

Some of you asked me if I could do tutorial on how to edit photos like the ones I did on the PinUp Girl contest. I can but not anytime soon maybe when my schedule is more settled.

But here's a very cool virtual makeover program to check out: TAAZ
It's an online program so you don't have to install or set up anything. All you need to do is sign up and upload your photo to start editing. The process is simple, quick & easy. Unlike photoshop, this program main focus is to give you a makeover. That is, adding lipstick, contact lenses, eyeliner, hair color, false lashes, foundation...etc...to your face! Trust me, you'll be amazed at the results.

Just to give you an idea, I snapped a picture of myself several hours ago to do a makeover.
Here's the natural, untouched photo. The angle on this photo is very bad for Taaz since it's not straight but it's bearable. Oh and just ignore the lips, would ya?

After a good 10 minutes or so on Taaz. Here's the results:

I didn't do much just splashed my face with a bunch of foundation and blush. Gave myself a pair of upper false lashes, purple contacts, and purple lips. Still looks very natural right? or not. hehe.

But here's a dramatic one:

After doing my makeup on Taaz. I thought the pic still looks quite boring so I went ahead and add some color to it using Photoshop. I think I like this one better. You can totally tell it's photoshopped but it's more interesting and fun to look at.

BB Cream Haul

Hey gals, sorry for the lack of update. Work has pulled me into many directions. I'm still in one piece though.

Quick message for those who emailed me and haven't heard a response, please kindly email me again. Mr. SPAM has been raping my poor Inbox so I wasn't able to get to the emails that was sent to me. I've placed a restraining order against him so everything should work fine now...or until he finds another way to get in. lol.

Anyway, today is a quick update. Just wanna let you gals in on my little excitement...

I got all these from a seller in Korea. Shipping is amazingly fast! Everything came in perfect condition in less than 10 days. The seller is wonderful too.

Is LY NA PEARL CREAM Safe?

Some readers brought to my attention that the Ly-Na Pearl Face Cream many beauty bloggers adored may contain a very dangerous ingredient that had been banned in Singapore and many other countries. The dangerous ingredient suspected is MERCURY. I know that there are many cheap skin lightening products that use mercury as their active ingredient to provide fast results. Although the initial price is cheap, it's the consumer who actually paid a larger price in the long run. Studies shown that long term use of mercury will cause permanent damage to your skin and even "neurological damage" (MSNBC). Whether or not LY NA PEARL CREAM contains mercury, I can't answer that question. However, I came across websites that indicate LY NA PEARL CREAM is a very dangerous products. Personally, I'm not a fan of LY NA FACE CREAM. I've used the green version several times before. It did help my pimples healed quicker otherwise, it doesn't give me an end result like many rave about. But after hearing about all the news, I'd rather stay away from this product. It's better to be safe than sorry.

San Diego Fun

This past weekend was quite busy for me. The Man and I had to go down to San Diego for some work but we tried to squeeze in some activities whenever the time permits. It was fun but tiring since we were always on the go and didn't get much sleep.

Anyway, here's a recap of all the little fun we had this past weekend:

Most ppl who travel to SD would get quite acquaintance with these babies O.O They're probably the most popular BOOBIES in San Diego. lol.

We stayed at the Welk Resorts in Escondido. It's a little drive from downtown SD. The resort has a nice comfy feel to it. Here's a glimpse of our mini kitchen which we didn't get to use. lol...

this place is popular for golfer...too bad I'm not much a golfer myself :(
but nonetheless, the surrounding views from our room are very nice:

we didn't get to enjoy the time at the resort much since we were always on the go and the only time we ever spent there was to sleep...sux!

I always love flower field and have heard from some friends about the flower field in SD. We decided to take a quick stop there. The flower field open from March through May. We came there early March so not all the flowers on the field are bloomed. But it's still breathtaking view <333 href="http://tinypic.com/" target="_blank">

Maybe not on the same exact location but my future house will have a huge flower garden surrounding it. And let me tell you, this is not a dream. It's a GOAL!!!

Anyway, after work instead of resting we got ready and head out on the town...and the good ol' me managed to snap some pics before heading out....

We wanted to go to Gaslamp in downtown SD and decided to stop by Sushi Deli. Aireen recommended this place to me although we didn't get to try it because the restaurant closed at 10PM and they won't let you on the list after 9:30pm. Hrmm....what kind of sushi restaurant closed at 10PM? I guess it must be a goooooddd one....look at the line....

since we can't get sushi the Man got on the phone to contact one of his buddies who's a local for other recommendation...

His friend recommended Gaslamp Strip Club Steakhouse. Sounds pretty interesting eh?

It's a steakhouse where you, the customer have to cook/grill your own steak....now, that's another interesting point. We love to try out new things so there wasn't a bit of hesitance to go there.

Here's a pic of my Man doing all the dirty work while I was enjoying the view far away from all those smelly smoke! It was such a great experience, I tell ya =P

Take a look at my NY steak. Doesn't look so pretty but tastes very yummy. Great prices too. $20 for a steak. Can't really complaint since you're your own chef or in my case mine's my Man's own chef.

Don't you hate it when you get red with just a little sip of alcohol? all you red face drinker...I feel ya pain!!!

So we worked too hard, played too much, and didn't get enough sleep. But we were on a mission and it can't be complete without a stop by Coronado Island. This Island reminds me of Catalina for some reason. I guess it's the settings....or because it has "island" after its name.

I'm pretty much well fed but always seem like I haven't been fed for days. Sorry mommy, I brought shame on you but I love food too much! Please feed me before I bit off my tongue!

On our way back. I don't like coffee much and I can definitely live without it. It's not healthy for you anyway. But ever since I discovered McD's coffee....I can proudly say that I do have a favorite coffee too. I still can live without coffee but wouldn't mind having a cup of McD's every once in while. It's gotta be the hazelnut...the taste is divine...I'm telling ya....it makes your skin glow.........nah, just kidding.

Can't believe it's Thursday already. Don't you feel like a week gone by so fast?
I wish I have more time in a week. There are so much to do and so little time to waste!!!

I bought the Clarisonic Brush a while ago. The reason why I bought this brush was undeniably due to its GREAT reviews!!! Many people claimed that their skin has never been better after using Clarisonic Brush. I was convinced by the great reviews. I used it consistently for a week, however I started breaking out after using it. I didn't know if it's because of the brush or because of the change in my diet during that week; so I decided to stop using it until my pimples went away.

After a while, I decided to try it again. This time I was breaking out, but not as much as before. I wanted to try this time to see if it helped clear up my pimples since many people claimed that it does. But it actually didn't help much with my pimples. So my overall experience using this product is not so great. Check out the pros and cons below:

PROS:
-It does clean skin well. My skin feel so much cleaner using the brush compared to just using regular facial cleanser.
-Leaves skin very soft and smooth.
-Waterproof. Can be used in the shower or bathtub.
-Like how it claims, after cleansing, it feels like my skin absorbed the moisturizer better.

CONS:
-Expensive. The Clarisonic Skin Care Brush System retail at $195. Plus another $25 after every 3-4 months for brush head replacement.
-Does not do much with my pores. They still feel and look the same.
-Doesn't get rid of my pimples/blemishes.

I got so many brush heads along with the order just to test it out. They come in four types: delicate, sensitive, normal, and a new spot therapy...

The brush heads all look the same. The only difference is the texture.

Overall, I'm not very satisfied with Clarisonic Brush. Although it cleans your skin well, it still doesn't do all that it claims for me. But, if you have $200 to spare then why not grab one and spoil your skin. Make it feel cleaner, softer and smoother. However, I believe you can get an alternative skincare brush that's a portion of that ridiculous price and still get the same affect!!! Suit your own needs....well, in this case, suit your own wallet's needs!!!

Let me tell you whoever came up with the name Bamboo Fun is a genius. It sure is alotta FUN using Bamboo Fun. It helps bring color into my artwork and takes it to the next level. Don't believe me? Alright, so I did tried this product! Who wouldn't right? I mean, I do want sexy twins too! Don't get me wrong. I'm more than happy with the way I am right now, but hey, if I could get a little more, why not?! hehe :)

The products come in two forms. One is cream which you use to massage on your breasts daily ^_^

The cream is light in texture. It does leave a little sticky feeling after massaging it into your skin. It has a strong aroma. Although the smell doesn't bother me that much.

Active Ingredients: Pueraria Mirifica Extract - 10%, Red Clover Extract - .5% & Sepiliftiiii
Ingredients: Aloe Vera Concentrate in Purified Water, Lanolin, Montanov, Lecithin, Butea Supera Extract, Avena Setiva Extract, Fenugreek Extract, Saw Palmetto Extract, Red Clover Extract, Wild Yam Extract, Damiana Extract, and Muria Puama Extract, Shea Butter, Sepiliftiiii Sodium Hyaluronate Acid, Borage Oil, Sepigel, Retinol-A, Vitamin E & Germall.

The second form is a pill which you have to take daily:

These are not too pretty looking and the smell is also NOT PRETTY! It has a very strong HERBAL like aroma. Tastes like herbal too, of course.

Ok, I've been using this for several weeks. If you look at the cream, you'll see that I'm half way through...this gives you an idea of how much product I've been using. I didn't notice any side affects while using the products. I also didn't notice any changes to my TWINS :( It does not firm, enlarge, enhance my babies in any way!
