Üzerini kapatın ve ılık ortamda 1 saat mayalanması için bekletin. Hafif yağlanmış tavaya birer kepçe hamur dökerek arkalı önlü kızartın. Pişenlerin üstüne tereyağı sürün. Sütü ve şekeri ekleyip kaynayıncaya kadar karıştırın. Vanilya ve damla sakızlarını ekleyip ateşten alın. Mikserle 10-15 dk. sürekli çırpın. Cam bir tepsiyi suyla ıslatıp suyunu dökün. Muhallebiyi döküp, buzdolabında 3-4 saat bekletin. Tarçınla servis yapın. Şeker,tuz ve tereyağını ekleyin. Azar azar unu ekleyip ele yapışmayan,yumuşak bir hamur yoğurun. Üzerini örtüp 1 saat mayalanmaya bırakın. Hamura çekirdekleri çıkartılmış zeytinleri ekleyip tekrar yoğurun. Parçalar kopartıp oval şekil verin. Tepsiye dizip 15 dakika tepsi mayası için bekletin. Yumurta sarısını ve sıvıyağı karıştırıp hamurların üzerine sürün. Susam serpip önceden ısıtılmış 180-200 derece fırında pişirin. Çıkınca üstüne elinizle biraz su serpip temiz bir örtüyle örtün. Hamuru yoğururken canım kakaolu isteyince, yarısınıda kakaolu olarak yoğurdum. Hem sade, hem kakaolu un kurabiyesi formunda muz kokulu kurabiyeler oldu. Hamuru yine çok basit ve sıvıyağlı.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 paket muzlu puding (toz halde)&lt;br /&gt;1 bardak sıvıyağ&lt;br /&gt;çay kaşığının ucuyla karbonat&lt;br /&gt;Aldığı kadar un (3 bardak kadar)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Önce sıvıyağla pudingi, şekerin erimesi için el çırpıcısıyla biraz karıştırın. Aldığı kadar un ve karbonatla kulak memesi yumuşaklığında yoğurun. Yuvarlayıp 170-180derece fırında hafif pembeleşinceye kadar 15-20 dk. pişirin. &lt;br /&gt;1 bardak şeker
&lt;br /&gt;1 çorba kaşığı çam fıstığı
&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı süt
&lt;br /&gt;1 su bardağı su
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Yağı bir tencerede eritip irmiği ilave edin. Hafif ateşte pembeleşinceye kadar kavurun. Fıstıkları ilave edin. Birkaç kere karıştırın. Su, süt ve şekeri ilave ettikten sonra tencerenin kapağını kapatıp hafif ateşte suyunu çektirin. 15-20 dakika beklettikten sonra karıştırıp 2 dolu çorba kaşığı şeker serpin. Tencerenin kapağını tekrar kapatarak demlendirin. Afiyet olsun..
