GUEST COMICS wanted!

I moved back to find a home in 20yrs of disarray. Our landlords, being family, have yet to fix many of the major issues. So, taking it upon myself when I find employment again, I am going to be doing the overhauls needed that I can handle. New plumbing in the bathroom, new toilet, new shower head, treating the bathtub, recaulking the bathtub, cleaning and disinfecting the mold issue in the bathroom, installing a ventilator fan, redoing the tiling in the bathroom, repainting my room, repainting the living room, replacing the backyard flood light, installing 3-pronged outlets, cleaning out and putting on a yard sale, trashing old non-functioning electronics, upgrading the old furniture (IKEA!! ^_^) and bugging my aunt and uncle to do the other stuff that they should have done in the 20 years we’ve lived here. I think I’m going to re-sod the back and front yards as well. Trim down the lemon tree that’s hanging over from my aunt-and-uncle’s yard into our yard, redo the privacy fencing between ours and the neighbor’s yard, and refresh the front garden. Maybe the backyard garden.

Anyway, this monumental undertaking is the big reason behind why the comic has been late, why there are fillers for the past two weeks, and why I’m asking for guest comic art. If you wanna contribute, I’ll take anything with my characters doing whatever (clean, though…I’m an adult comic not a mature comic) in your style (no need to match mine) as a PNG or PSD (PSD is better so I can resize and tweak for upload). My comic posts in a page format, I think at 800 wide by about 600 tall. I usually create at 300 dpi for print later, but it’s obviously at 72 dpi for web purposes. You can submit as either, it’ll be converted during/before upload. You can combine your own characters or whatever. Any webcomic help is appreciated while I’m tasked with this huge job of repairs and upgrades, mostly doing it alone.

I’m still in the middle of cleaning my room, but I’m also in the middle of creating a guest comic for FERA. After all this, I should be able to catch up on the comic again continuing the Change storyline. But, aside from all this, I’m also toying with the idea of a 2011 Eccentricity calendar and the graphic novel adaptation of Arthur’s Rigor. There’s not much of a story there; it’d be an exercise in … something.

Anywho, my mind is completely focused on sexy muscular Alexander and Anubis lately, and I think it’s due to lack of boyfriend. We can work on remedying that later. Not a priority. If you pay attention, I’ve been relocated to Southern California and have had to store several of my things up in Northern California. I’ve also been at the Gallifrey One convention all weekend, with 98% of working and 2% of having fun…excluding LobbyCon and the following video wherein Convention Operations (of which I became a happy member over that weekend) ambushes Sarah Jane Adventures actor Tommy Knight with water guns in the lower outdoor area of the LAX Marriott hotel.

We also ended up being really bored and creating a bit of Torgy action figure porn poses, but you’ll have to ask me for the URL for those images. They’re not exactly work-safe. Never leave Con Ops people alone and bored. With chocolate and candy.

Anyway, filler comics this week while I clean and organize my former and current bedroom. Mom has filled it with a lot of junk, as well as my own junk.

Rarnar Industries still has control over the planet’s weather systems, and Los Angeles has still been locked in a snow/rain storm for the past year or so. He just kind of forgot.

So, in a move that Puddlecub isn’t used to doing, Amy and her fenines are off to explore LA. Puddlecub is one walkies without a leash, and well, Peek is very slow on walkies, so he still gets to floaties.

Not all are as they project upon the world.
