But they do say behaviour breeds behaviour. As we now have to collectively contend with Energy Companies charging whatever they want or feel they can get away with. Doesn't it sound like PPI "Payment Protection Insurance" all over again.

Honesty is the best policy and imagination is more important than knowledge if we collectively cooperate, collaborate our combined energies to create more meaningful alternatives. A vital difference that will quantum leap change, call it our own insurance policy.

Therefore we gratefully request that you help QU & ARK to execute, perform and deliver educational content, stage, medium and platform. That will not only educate our audience but also the powers that be. So we are not all politically held to ransom.

Via the creation of an allocentric brand i.e. community minded, more than an ordinary mutual, not any old cooperative but a partnership by the people for the people. Whose preferential interests are our collective interests.

It's quite daunting, even extremely surreal to have a Buckminster Fuller or Howard Hughes "I Can See The Future" revelation, epiphany or wake up call? Even A New Year's Resolution but it's the same dream I've had over and over again but why is it that only I feel that the whole of humanity is pissing in milk bottles, certainly in respect of the unsustainability of our current built environment. For if humanity identifies, qualifies and quantifies QU & ARK can rectify our future, why is it they cannot or will not verify what we have? For the answers lie within us, not the politicians, bankers and captains of industry that are oblivious or ignorant to our needs! Whilst protecting their own interests.

To address fundamental, pressing issues within the current built environment that have not, thus far, been addressed.

"We cannot meet a sustainable future by doing what we unsustainably did in the past." ~ Scott Northcott.

However, that being said, every action has either a positive or negative reaction. QU & ARK Affordable Eco-Modular Flood Proof Housing Off Grid or Micro Grid is an extremely imaginative concept and vision, however the necessity of this initiative further highlights the volatility of our current built environment, intertwined with the unpredictable intensity of our ever changing weather patterns.

Restraint, or rather the lack of it, has ultimately got us all here. We all have to take personal responsibility for the absence of prudence, caution and conservationism. This is why I'm doing what I'm doing. Artificially inflated and highly geared property values, added to the sky-rocketing price of utilities, plus, plus, plus weekly food prices hikes are adversely affecting nearly every household throughout our world.

The potential negative reaction by designing, engineering and producing a far superior, but especially more affordable built environment are the potential negative financial impact, but for whom? Politicians? Financial Institutions? Regulators? Or you personally? Based on recent economic failures thus far the consequence of other's presumed actions or inactions fall back to you as a taxpayer! Ultimately, you pay the price via your mortgage, rent, gas, electric, water, food etc etc etc.

Can you afford to ignore this? Can you also afford to be ignorant of increasing evidence that suggests that ownership or rents are unaffordable in a third of the UK? This probably applies to most of the built environment in our world, certainly in built up urban sprawl. Hi Scott, thanks for your question. Through partnerships with environmental experts and by using new technologies we are finding ways to help reduce the impact of our operations on the environment. We plan to spend $100 billion from 2011-2014 to support new energy production. We are entering more challenging environments to unlock new resources and boosting production from existing fields so that the rate of depletion might not be that once thought. At the same time, we are using new technologies and an innovative approach to limit our impact on the environment and find effective ways to engage with communities near to our operations. Considering our impact on the environment runs through everything we do.

From a Public Relations perspective as one of the largest petroleum organisations in the world it would be prudent, cautious & conservative, plus Eco-Ethical kudos to execute, perform & deliver a balanced equilibrium in energy terms i.e. carbon & clean 50/50 mix. Obviously there are associated benefits over & above environmental attributes, such as economic and financial. Whilst QU & ARK hasn't shared our allocentric “Community Minded” concept, vision & dreams for a balanced world & equilibrium I can categorically assure you there is not an organisation in the world doing what we are about to embark on. Recent world events have proved that unless social, economic and political trends are met unrest & dissatisfaction, plus turmoil will prevail. Therefore we all need to be Eco-Socially Responsible in meeting consumers expectation beyond a mere & pure monetary perspective.

Less is more! Can less really equal more? < = > Micro energy verses macro energy! Fixing something after the problem has already occurred by trying to close Mother Natures stable and barn door after she's let loose her fiery raging horses. I really feel for the people of America Hurricane Sandy last year which brought down the National Grid like a domino effect, simplistic chain reaction easily understand if one is not an engineer or electrician. Now the horrific images of Oklahoma Twister reputed to have been the worst they've ever seen and experienced. Most certainly felt and look that way to me as I gasped with shock and horror at the devastating images I've ever witnessed by the 200 miles per hour, that's an incredible 320 Kilometers per hour raging storm. Thoughts and prayers to the people of Oklahoma, I've certainly been shocked and horrified by the images I've seen reported over the past few days, even now whilst I am writing this post. Very alarming and poignant realizations now that various critical building methodologies, such as cells and pod design ideologies saved life's as well as the day. There's perhaps a message in that type of execution, delivery and performance by the way the built environment hasn't transpired? Analysis and evaluation will materialize long after the storm has calmed but perhaps a far greater public storm will brew. P.S. Let us not forget Haiti, along with the rest of the inhabitants of the Caribbean. Along with the residents of Fukushima, all stark portraits of how the current built environment ideologies are failing.

Whether it be work, rest or play in a truly natural habitat and surroundings or man made domesticated and residential situation or commercial scenario, oh natural balance and equilibrium is paramount, plus core to any sustainable environment. That constantly truly performs and continually really delivers, plus executes longevity by a restrained and controlled attitude, behaviour and culture. Prudence, cautious and conservatism in days gone by. A's, B's & C's of a modern balanced and fairer, plus more equal society. Fulfilling expectations that exceed the beliefs of the inhabitants and communities, therefore not only achieving but constantly attaining a true sense of harmony and well being via the balance and equilibrium accomplished.

To fulfill this assurance we need to name a global brand in the world that we trust implicitly? That imaginatively inspires us all by creating constant and meaningful change, plus vital difference! That's navigated you away from the eye of the storm by sailing you to calmer waters. With all hands on deck, with sufficient lifeboats for all the passengers in an extremely robust and sturdy vessel. Rob Goffee and Gareth Jones recently wrote a combined article in the Harvard Business Revue entitled "Creating The Best Work Place On Earth." Whether it be political, industrial, commerce, banking or finance, regulatory or charitable collaboration needs to occur as I, me, you, us, we, the collective cannot meet our futures by doing what we did in the past.

Each and every person I meet on this journey on a day to day basis, from the ordinary man and woman on the street to the high flying chief executive of a global business I ask the same question. Name a global brand in the world that you trust implicitly? That imaginatively inspires you by creating constant and meaningful change, plus vital difference! The vast majority struggle to give an answer with vague or numbed facial expression. Which would explains the current dissatisfaction and disillusionment amongst the general public as a global consensus as a whole. There are undoubtedly some parallels between Rob Goffee and Gareth Jones research and mine. They established effective leadership needs to be authentic as people will not follow what they feel is inauthentic. But to be truly authentic themselves people need to be employed and work for an authentic organisation.

Therein lies the problematic challenge or the vast opportunity dependent on your own personal perspective. So the company or organisation of your dreams remains largely aspirational, or does it? They offer their findings as a global challenge, an international agenda for leaders and organisations that aim to create the most productive and rewarding working environment possible. Myself and QU & ARK rose to that challenge quite some time ago. Although with all the thorns on that prickly bush the sweet smell of a blossoming flower that flourishes in all our bountiful gardens, fundamentally relies on. Fertile soil, organic seeds, ample nurturing and pruning of the prickly thorns on a withering bush.

Depending on where in Scotland the term 'Doss' is used, determines what meaning is intended to be conveyed. In Edinburgh for example, if Bob was to call his mate Tam a "Doss C..t", he would be using the term as an adjective to mean thick, useless, stupid. However, if the term 'Doss' is used in Perthshire, Angus where I'm from and the North East then it is generally intended to mean...Ace, fantastic, shit-hot etc...Edinburgh "Git a Fu..ing haud o yersel ye doss c..t." Perthshire "Did you see Liverpool in the European Cup last night, it was pure doss!" Every days a school day!!!

How am I conveying 'Doss'... & in which context, plus meaning? Well I'm playing around with words I'm being facetious, appropriate humour as opposed to inappropriate humour. Respectful again as opposed to disrespectful humour, respect is something that has to be earned and very little of that has been fairly or justly earned these days. The meaning to me is based on my fond childhood memories based on the Arbroath, Angus, Scotland analogy and terminology but for the purposes of this poignant post. My acronym has been abbreviated to serve a purpose of a view, opinion and perspective of the current 'Bigger Society.'

Yes I'm being facetious but moving on swiftly it's quite appropriate that I've delayed my March post due to a mixture of reasons that I wont bore you with. Especially after the Archbishop of Canterbury's Justin Welby's first sermon, if it's meant to be it will be and March's post was meant to be written today. Perhaps there were greater forces at work delaying my wordsmith-ship to collaborate with other current events, parallels and synergies etc? The Ex-Oiligarchy who left the oil industry in 1989 obviously had a religious epiphany and calling, shame that hadn't rubbed off on some of the Oiligarchy I've met throughout the duration of this journey. He warned against "The Hero Leader" culture or putting our trust in one person as this can lead to false hope. Or as I would say no hope! He also said if we ignore "complexity and humanity" we end up "unreasonably disappointed" with everyone. He urged society to recognise "human fallibility" but in my opinion society as a whole knows we are only human and therefore are all fallible but it's politicians, bankers and captains of industry that seem to be immune to their failings! It's the rest of society that suffers financially for their continued failings. "Setting people or institutions up to heights where they cannot but fail is just mere cruelty, " he added. I beg to differ and disagree again, as it's politicians, bankers and bad stewardship that creates institutions that become too big for their boots or too big to fail based on lacks regulation, insufferable restraint via monopolies and mergers.

Lead by example, behaviour breeds behaviour, scholars and gentleman where have they all gone? If politicians cant practice restraint, how can they expect bankers to? and if politicians cant be prudent, cautious and conservative either, how again can they also expect bankers to follow a lead that does not exist? There in lies the problem!

We need to create Eco-Socially Responsible organisations for the people by the people globally. Allocentric in values, plus principles, community minded, concerned with the interests of others more than one's own. With a psychological dimension which corresponds to the general cultural dimension of collectivism, believe, feel, and act very much like change-makers and different shakers, plus collectivists do around the world. Preferential shares for individuals not institutions, that's the only way to change a corporate culture that is inbreed from the top down. People need to take the lead and lead by example, the initiative to create a new model that makes the old model obsolete. If we cap our own desires, aspirations, wants and needs, perhaps those at the top will inclined to follow suit. Allocentric people tend to be independent, define themselves in terms of a group that they are part of and behave according to that group's cultural norms. They tend to have a sense of duty and share beliefs with other allocentrics among their in-group. Allocentric people appear to see themselves as an extension of their in-group and allow their own goals to be subsumed by the in-group's goals. Additionally, allocentrism has been defined as giving priority to the collective self over the private self, particularly if these two selves happen to come into conflict.

So humanity has tried communism, socialism, capitalism perhaps it's now time for allocentrism. QU & ARK is following this ideology, philosophy & idealism.

Lower classes via social housing shortfalls, endless waiting lists nationally, let alone the perverse 'Bedroom Tax' the under resourced charity Shelter will be stretched to their limits. Middle classes are not immune either via hugely inflated and unrealistic prices for abodes not being sustainable within the context of being affordable to maintain from an energy perspective, now or in the future. I'm certainly no academically qualified economist but that being said these are my national observation of the Western Worlds Built Environment. "If our abodes are affordable and our energy bills were cheaper we would therefore have more disposable income for the little luxuries in life we can no longer afford." Let alone the now escalating food costs people have to sadly suffer and bear the brunt of globally. Holding onto the reins restraint and control, plus regulation in this sector has been void and pretty much none existent via politicians, bankers and business leaders who should have really anticipated this cliff. However that being said there were allot of lemmings who were gladly lead to the edge of this cliff.

Be like the above inventive and ingenious Kiwi "Knowledge Innovation With Imagination" create a rope to help you over the cliffs edge, nail the roots of your foundations as the Kiwi did. Fundamentally those roots planted and nailed in by us all helps to make us all glide or create our own thermal current and fly to a better more fulfilling destination. Don't follow the zombie crowd or rather the lemmings to the cliffs edge and or be a sheep stuck in a pen. Been doing exactly what I say on the tin since time immemorial thanks friends QU&ARKer's for being my billboard. Cooperation and collaboration via far flung corners of the world but that would be expected as many countries are blank canvasses and have very little to loose but everything to gain. However if only the gains and benefits, plus future longevity here in Britain and our Kingdom were measured by other barometers, gauges, instruments and methods we'd be Greater and more United again. i.e. Eco-Socially Responsible Corporate, Institutional and Governmental Behaviour for the greater good and benefit of all, as opposed to a few.

Tides Of Change - Bridge Is An Intellectual Game.

There is a tide in the affairs of men, which taken at the flood, lead onto fortune. Omitted, all the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat. And we must take the current when it serves, or lose our ventures. ~ William Shakespeare.

We can either go with the tide moving along with the effect of outside forces or swim against the tide, by doing something that is in opposition to the general movement of things. Or continue pretty much doing what we are doing just now to tide us over, until something happens by it's own accord but of course the tide will not turn at all. As time and tide waits for no man, things will not wait nor change by not making a significant difference or creating meaningful change. The latter I believe will accomplish more results by turning the tide, to cause a reversal in the direction of events. This cause and effect will have an extremely positive effect on mankind and a reversal in public opinion. Cyclical? man made? That is the question but to do the same thing over and over again, is borderline insanity. "Doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results is insanity." As Dear Old Uncle Albert Einstein used to say. Furthermore as our other Dear Old Uncle Buckminster Fuller also used to say "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the old model obsolete."

Could these prolific thinkers ever have predicted or imagined a World that builds and grows but hasn't really truly evolved. Well they did, as they pretty much predicted what Stephen Hawking's predicts today, we're all doomed and the end is nigh. Why do we think we've advanced any further as a race when we haven't attained or achieved an meaningful equilibrium and or balance with our ecology that feeds us, along with our environment that should protect us, if in turn we return the favour and gesture, by protecting and ultimately safeguarding it. Through practices of sustainability that offer longevity for the whole of and entirety of humanity. Why do we focus on conquering space and exploring other planets when we haven't truly or really explored the optimum of the possibilities and potential on our own circular habitat and ball of fun.

QU & ARK has an abundant and vast ocean of ideas, many of which like our dear planet haven't truly been explored but do in there simplest form stem from different cultures, periods and historical events, plus ideas, concept and visions ideologies and philosophies but I do hasten to add with a futurist twist. That may at that particular time, been before their time. Admittedly enhanced, tweaked and refined, plus extended or further elaborated on but never the less a culmination of ideas historically explored that were not refined to their optimum, sad but true. Many of which are simple solutions for our extremely complex problems. Hey but it wouldn't be the first time that someone has over engineered what is in essence and it's rawest form an extremely simple idea. Our global and extensive collaborations with academics, professionals, kindred spirits and like minded people substantiate a desire, want and need for necessary change and a vital difference. You can decide whether you wish to continue playing a game of poker in which a few players ultimately win, along with the house. But it's very rare that one should wander or stray into a Casino that has altruistic/allocentric values or principles. As the saying goes their in it to win it. Bearing in mind there your chips their playing with. But should they really be gambling with our ecology, environment and keeping any cards close to their chest? I believe not!

But there are always choices in life and alternatives, as recent boycotts of brands and organisations proved via loop holes and tax avoidance scandals. Through the public distaste or rather disgust, that people power does finally prevail. So if you are not happy or ecstatic or elated build some bridges and join a table were the players, play for sustainable fun and futures but have an apparent motive and visible agenda which consist of longevity for humanity beyond all other motives and vested interests.

The smart money that is morally and ethically created but is influenced and stems from other values and principles other than profit and greed will create the necessary tides of change and vital difference but it will not and wont prevail from individuals or entities that have vested interests in an ideology and philosophy that has fundamentally failed.

That's what I've done & continue to do! "Redirect My Energy" I'm entirely focused on the alternatives and wholly driven to inspire ordinary people by evoking passion for something far better, more vibrant, plus sustainable and visionary than the current academic and professional theory which is clearly not working via their incompetent practices. Now not serving the middle classes let alone the lower classes That offers longevity undefined by classes or demographics. Which I anticipate will be a little less trying and challenging as it is proving to be via social media influence. Than the media, politicians, bankers and captains of industry who really shouldn't have their own interests and or personal agendas, mm? "How much is your advertising and marketing budget?" Editorial influenced by money, surely not, quite! It's quite ironic in this game of poker that most are playing with our chips, or rather 'Your' pension pot if such a thing will exist in the future? as opposed to their own, as rewarding failure still continues. Heavens forbid economically and socially responsible pillars of society for the masses, now there's a novelty.

I've met with endless politicians and been uninspired by that process as one particular example. How romantic I've become in my old age, yes rose tinted glasses but in saying that it may be poppies for those other than our brave soldiers who ignore or avoid the necessity and urgency to deal with our immediate global energy crisis, largely fueled by unsustainable wars. I repeat right here right now, check your receipt at the petrol station and cringe with the thud as your utility bill arrives on the doormat. Time is now, let alone the economic calamities which seem to be affecting the lower classes, as opposed to the upper classes, as I said failure is the order of the day. You're born, you take shit. You get out in the World, you take more shit. You climb a little higher, you take less shit. Till one day you're up in the rarefied atmosphere and you've forgotten what shit even looks like. Important to emphasis at this point I love the Queen and have no inclination to over throw or abolish the Monarchy what so ever. Whilst also being a huge fan of Prince Charles's foresight via his various visions appertaining to our ecology and environment through his endless endeavours. Sadly I do not have the distinguished or privileged position to provide a platform for my various passions, visions and concepts. I do however have much hope and faith in my recent referral from The Bank of England to Her Majesties Treasury, with the suggestion that they will be able to assist my various allocentric efforts. Who's aims are to raise the rate of sustainable growth and achieve rising prosperity, through economic growth and employment opportunities for developing and executing the British Government's public finance policy and economic policy. "God Save The Queen." whilst she and the treasury has a responsibility to save and perhaps rescue it's people and give us belief and much needed hope for better futures.

Perhaps William Wallace should be positioned in front of Holyrood as a stark reminder of his influence also in Scottish politics. My word is my bond and in whom we trust, once upheld and now also forgotten by our previously renowned historically prudent, cautious and conservative Scottish bankers, who may quit Scotland if independence goes ahead. What ever happened to slogans such as "This is home? Wherever I Lay My Bowler Hat and Umbrella! Helpful Banking anywhere but an independent Scotland. Without forgetting "Make It Happen" and they most certainly did that, economic melt down and global financial tsunami. Promises to execute, perform and deliver should apply in all ivory towers. Yes the practicalities of the real World is that there should be a balance and equilibrium across all social classes, with out divides of financial suffering. I'm what might be described as a romantic futurist but trust me I've imagined far better possibilities of a more vibrant and sustainable future than the current state of affairs. A Unionist or perhaps even a Globalist but one thing I have learned on this journey is that ancestry, heritage, culture, nationality, language, home, parents, country, birth, colour, national/geographical origin, racial roots, twang, twee or dialect is immaterial. What does count in this globally connected community is openness, honesty, frankness and transparency but most of all authenticity. People all over the World need something to believe in and trust again. Something more robust, meaningful and with purpose. I most certainly have the will power and the determination to continue with that challenge.

Ethnicity is like authenticity and those who are concerned with their action locally and how they impact others globally in my book are the Eco-Socially Responsible Entrepreneurs of the present paradigm shift and future leaders. Our current Prime Minister David Cameron recently cried war at the CBI Conference of the Confederation of British Industry with the suggestion of forgetting to cross every 't' and forgo the dotting of every 'i' are hardly what Sir Winston Churchill would subscribe to when contemplating variable maneuvers via his enemies. Perhaps the Great and the United Britain and Kingdom should and could be far more effective in influencing and colonizing the World by leading by example rather than our historical force. Whilst realizing we'll never change things by fighting the existing reality but to really change something, building a new efficient and more meaningful model with a better purpose. That makes the old inefficient model obsolete.

Thank you to all those that are redirecting their energies towards QU & ARK and believing and we dearly wish we could share more commercially sensitive material but consider this, we have the technology,will power, skill set and determination to execute, perform and deliver an alternative model. 3rd Open Letter E-Mailed & Posted

Dear Governor

I refer to the body of my two previous letters on Friday 30th March 2012 and Monday 13th August 2012. In summary, QU & ARK will act as a vital Eco-Social Environmental Investment Institution/ Fund. To this end we are seeking the full support of the Bank of England, in pledging fiscal policy monies into the institution/fund so that capital expenditure for green sustainable/renewable energy based projects can be better funded, and hedged to ensure an investment is prudent and offers a solid return for all stakeholders/investors.

Our funding will be monetary policy monies from private (including many well known celebrities) and institutional investors, drawn only from those with a proven history and track record in Fair Trade and Ethical Practices. These monetary policy monies have already been pledged. What is required now is confirmation from the Bank of England that public funds can be pledged.

QU & ARK's drive and focus is that of a socially responsible profitable enterprise, but benefiting it's future shareholders as a publicly quoted entity. To this end we do not continue discussions with financial institutions who do not meet our, admittedly demanding, Eco-Social Criteria. This reflects new consumer trends and behavioural changes in public opinion, attitude and consensus.

The economic model used is based on the principles of John Bowman, where corporate social responsibility means organisations reinvest their returns on investment from sustainable investments from sustainable projects, with operating profit being injected back into the company's investment plans ensuring stability, growth and renewal of current and future sustainable projects. Embracing such a PPP investment model and fund will create a paradigm shift in corporate social responsible microeconomics, a new Zeitgeist for companies to move forward in a united vision, progressively, out of recession and into growth for the UK and global economies.

I refer to your colleagues Louise Dabson and Paul Southgate's e-mails referring me to the web link http://www.bankofengland.co.uk/about/Pages/procurement/default.aspx in relation to our consortium and foundation offering services to the Bank. Unfortunately, this procurement page does not have a category, at present, for the services we are offering - a unique, first of it's kind, sustainable investment model/fund service - acting as an advisor/auditor to the financial community on behalf of the Bank of England, where investment in sustainable/renewable projects are policed, if they are PPP based projects. QU & ARK can harness knowledge, skills and resources, in a systematic approach, to give stakeholders/investors a handsome return on investment. Please, can you or your colleagues confirm that a bespoke category can be authorised by the Bank of England for us to carry out this service, at your convenience? We have all spent far too long in this recession, without any true vision of when it is going to end. What is needed now is a sustainable vision of the future with ultimate longevity, where successful companies balance sheets are juxtaposed with their Eco-Social credentials. This months post has been influenced via a mixture of events and stuff going on around me, plus external influences and media occurrences. A very long standing friend who will remain nameless, for his benefit not mine, best to apply some discretion here. It's not his fault that he cant put all the pieces together of the various multi faceted moving parts and infinite dynamics, with various ulterior motives and hidden agendas, mm quite! But he did however take great pleasure in emphasising that I should be doing what David Fishwick is doing from Burnley, mm well DOH! as Homer Simpson would say, I am! but with more and greater complexity, perhaps far and beyond what Mr Fishwick is doing but never the less a worthy effort of emphasising the lacks a daisy, attitude socially and economically void of responsibility, plus sustainability that offers true longevity via our collective bankers.

Whilst Bank of Dave was hugely entertaining £350K "Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds" will hardly solve the economic wows of Burnley let alone our Nation or even the World but again I reiterate it was enlightening, certainly entertaining but educational, well perhaps for my anonymous friend with the low IQ who found it most informative, certainly in educational terms for him. However what I will emphasise it that David Fishwick clearly and concisely simplified the very basics i.e. depositors obtained a 5% annual return on deposits and borrowers borrowed at 10% per annum. If you therefore take out the ridiculous salaries and astronomical bonuses Bank on Dave made a profit after six months which they donated to local charities in Burnley.

I have this on going argument and constant debate about QU & ARK being an Eco-Minded Socially-Aware and Responsible whilst being "Profitable" Enterprise in the process, surely back in the ethical days that's what our banks used to be. As there should always be a fine balancing act of all parts being equal, especially nowadays, being ecologically minded, environmentally conscious and most of all, is it also sustainable and does what ever you are doing offer ultimate longevity. Therein lies object of the exercise and the Eco-Social aims, goals, ambitions and ultimate overall objective.

However the conundrum 'Trust' especially consumer and investor trust alike is a huge mountain to climb, especially when those entrusted with out futures have betrayed us but surely confidence can be better attained by those that have not shat "Scottish" for shit on you from an almighty height. There's an idiom, if somebody shits on you once they have a problem and if they shit on you twice it's you that have the problem but what if they carry on continually shitting on you?

A retired banker once said to me, the only real difference between bankers these days and the Mafia is that a banker leaves his sporting guns at home when he goes to work. I've sadly met so so many of them on this journey responsible for their Ivory Towers, whilst others wade in the shit and sewers they created. However their stench is more potent than the unsustainable shite they created.

As Niall Ferguson quite aptly said more eloquently money, wonga, cash, dosh, dough, bucks etc etc etc is "My word is my bond in whom we trust" - 'that's the ultimate definition and interpretation of currency.' Without that there is no real value!

Yes it is a new model with no skeletons in the closet, let alone the financial dungeons the banks have created via their irresponsible behaviour but most important of all via our pledge raising process we are building sturdy bridges and much needed trust via our partners, affiliates, associates, future clients and of course most of all consumers that need something else to believe in via a brand that will execute, perform and deliver with the utmost responsible attitude and culture focused on change and difference. That will honour and obey their investors needs, most of whom go beyond mere financial reward and or financial gains but are willing to make a significant difference and create meaningful, plus worthwhile sustainable change. An equilibrium and balance at the core of it's ethos, transcending throughout all layers! Quite simply leading by example!!!

Masters Of Money? Or Slaves Of Their Errors?

How would Maynard Keynes practices let alone theories have dealt with fraud, corruption and continual failings? All in this together, are we? have we been? will we ever be? Have and will vital lessons ever be learned? Or will history keep on repeating itself, over and over again? We need more competition with ample and adequate safeguards? A level playing field will create these future shelters! As Maynard Keynes attributed and identified, plus primarily focused his attention on humans behaviour. For without understanding this but most of all predicting behaviour before it occurs, finance, economics and money is pretty much useless. If only we had all personally and collectively predicted bankers sinful behaviour ourselves but hadn't the writing been on the wall!

We've All Been Trumped

I attended the showing of the international acclaimed and award winning documentary "You've Been Trumped" at the Independent Belmont Picture House Aberdeen on Saturday 14th July 2012. Gasp, shock, horror even after being so close to the story or rather saga I'd still been quite flabbergasted by the portrayal I'd seen on the silvery screen. I sat next to Susan Munro one of the residents affected by Donald Duck and his Mickey Mouse ideas but if we are going to cast blame lets not stop there, local politics had been over road, rode rough shod, pressured by SNP "The Scottish Not-So-Nationalist Political Party." Two Aberdonian girls approached me after questions and answers suggesting that my take, plus contribution would have been quite compelling as Granite folk, Scots and the rest of the World would have been intrigued to know that other indigenous sustainable ideas had been promoted and advocated but had been snubbed as well. Sowing the seed, reaping the harvest and ringing Scotland's till. Aberdeen has future aspirations and desires to become the renewable energy hub of the Northern hemisphere but surely that should be from the grass roots up. Firstly Sir, thank you kindly for the various courteous replies via Louise Dabson for and on your behalf, plus our national central bank. Along with the proactive acknowledgement reference my 1st open letter on Friday 30th March 2012.

Secondly The QU Consortium & The ARK Foundation via our various partners & associates, plus colleagues are extremely privileged and undoubtedly very honoured to be directed with the further requested to subscribe as a potential and or possible service provider to The Bank Of England.

Caroline Lucas's office kindly acknowledge my communication and recognised my comments, suggesting she would draw on them within her work. Sadly Sir no other acknowledgement and or recognition has been received thus far to date by our PM, DPM, SOS, OL.

We all have herculean tasks via Eco-Social Responsibility when it comes to changing bad or poor behavioural practices of centuries, let alone decades. In whereas individuals and or organisations "Too Big For Their Boots" are void of social & economic responsibility or consequences for their foolish even selfish actions.

The parallels of learning from Britain's Olympians is a good analogy and example of ethical, cultural & behavioural practices that have inspired the whole World let alone a Nation badly in need of some euphoric feeling of "PRIDE." However an extremely vast & hugely expansive financial springboard had been provided to achieve this united "PURPOSE" within our kingdom putting the great back in Britain again.

I personally lost myself within the wave provided via Team GB & the Olympian Mania that swept from Land's End to John O'Groats. Admittedly the sporting stage and platform had been politically supported, financially backed by every conceivable means, lottery funding thus enabling individual contributions, public sector and private sector via corporate sponsorship. Then executed, performed and delivered ecstatically via our hugely supportive overwhelmed population. Who excelled in positive terms, as much as our athletes who performed on the day when it mattered, plus counted.

Care sourcing as opposed to mere crowd sourcing is our preferred route, or our only visible alternative. As we've gathered endless supports, plus intents via Banks like lettered ribbons with the promise of various medals but sadly to no avail? There is hope though as various British Olympians proved years and years of personal sacrifice can be overcome in mere moments and seconds. QU & ARK have identified, qualified, quantified, even rectified, plus constantly verify ideas, concepts, visions. Through to the know how from various international academics and professionals leading in sustainable design, eco build, via mean, clean and green abundant but more to the point affordable technology. Financially stabilised via precious commodities to collateralise our dreams of an environment totally self sufficient & sustainable from market leading, plus ground breaking renewable technologies. Giving back more than what is taken is our motto & philosophy.

As Buckminster Fuller famously said and I quote "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." Perhaps QU & ARK would better serve an entire World let alone a Nation with an ideology and culture advocated and practised via it's various partners, associates and colleagues wishing to be the change we all want to see in this World. But what we can advise you, is that we have identified enough to truly change the 21st century built environment paradigms for the better of mankind, whilst being kind to our Planet.

Affordability, correcting an imbalance, plus a void equilibrium is our agenda and is our primary objective, aim, goal and medium to longer-term ambition. My recent actions lead to circumventing the Banks, many of whom have historically issued supports and intentions, without sufficient follow through or a mutually shared “Eco-Socially Responsible” agenda and worthy action indicative of our QU & ARK shared ethos and Global ideology. You’ll be pleased to know that not only did we obtain an initial acknowledgement three days after our initial communication but we had also been advised that a formal reply would be forthcoming in due course. That formal reply and recognition was duly received 12 day after our original introductory letter. Quite rare and refreshing to finally receive some form of recognition, especially from the office of the Governor of the Bank of England, who has been made aware of our correspondence and is grateful to those that take the time to write to him personally.

Ultimately our objective had been to get myself our QU & ARK vehicle noticed via our objective, aims and goals and to that end this has pretty much been accomplished. An inclusive request had also been made to register via the procurement section of the Bank to provide a service. It is with this in mind that we wish to clarify both your position and that of your organizations, by gratefully requesting a detailed outline over and above historical supports and intents of your current terms and conditions, plus fee base for that of yourself and that of your organizations, by return please. Fully inclusive of your continued support and collaboration.

Our Agenda over the forthcoming months.

We think the formula for continuing Time is Now is the one discussion that needs to continue. Thus enabling us to make a combined impression on the world's media and sustain a corporate structure that can be maintained through revenue of a solid foundation that will eventually make a difference via Eco-Socially Responsible agendas, focusing on ecological, environmentally sustainable medium to long-term aims and goals, with short-term objectives. We have to be more proactive and results oriented. I think we were so focused on influencing policy makers and captains of industry, that we may be forgot that we can start smaller and build our reputation and indeed cash flow via social media activities, of which we’ve been hugely successful based on the limited resources available - which will enable us in turn to attract the attention of the former, after the latter i.e. the people are advocating our activities, of which they are already but millions as apposed to hundred of thousands - so let me see if we can outline a plan that will enable us to be successful, in holding policy makers and captains of industry more accountable and responsible based on our purpose. i.e. Totally self sufficient and sustainable communities from, mean, clean and green but affordable, plus abundant renewable energy.

(1) Website & platform, plus stage, premise & theme being to engage, entertain & educate a Global audience. Chance for individuals to show of their own personal contribution, as well as a future leader and exemplar, plus fee based accreditation by a QU &ARK standard.

(B) Comedy sketch “Eco-Social Apprenticeship” Donald Trumps ideas verses our Scott Northcott & that of QU & ARK’s. It’s going to be really engaging, entertaining and educational for all.

(C) Science class heading “Simple solutions for complex problems” pitch initially to adults, leading to consent to pitch their children for whom our habits of a lifetime & behavioral changes, plus vital energy consumption alternative differences need to occur. Because it really does matter as the clock is ticking, to make something happen right here right now, the time is now. Will be a continual theme!

(3) QU & ARK Ethical clothing line, tee-shirts, sweat-shirts etc intertwined with other promotional awareness items. Moving eventually into a complete & comprehensive clothing line & other promotional items, perhaps a future QU & ARK catalogue. All contributions are relative!

(5) Produce a concert in? Country as of yet to be determined? Where ever the political will & desire exists, plus the people warm to the meaningful theme & ultimate purpose! Currently Germany is leading this initiative, closely followed by Scandinavian countries and North as well as South America.

(6) Continued focus & concentration on £1M pledges & 100 hundred prestigious founding members of QU & ARK VI&IP “Very Innovative & Imaginative People.” Via managed risk pledge process. (Until Political will is visible & truly existent, therefore minimizing future shareholder/investor risk.)

An ecologically and environmentally stunning area and location, as the backdrop will be our natural model as well, significant in our message, story & journey. It must be capable & able to more than adequately cater, plus deal with 100,000 attendees via transportation and infrastructure etc. Our primary objective, aim and goal of an event and or events, must be that of mass awareness & global mobilization of people towards Eco-Socially Responsible motivation, themes & purposes. It will not follow a LiveAid or LiveEarth theme but a new rhetoric and theme yet to be disclosed, that will change the events industry as well as the energy industry and built environment we primarily wish to influence. Never been seen or even comprehended technologies. Through sufficient & adequate mass media engagement and entertainment, plus education of the entire World & changing these paradigms.

Approximately £100,000 sterling risk capital, finance, pledge or donation is required as seed capital to kick start the immediate execution, performance & delivery of the above. We then intend to pre-sell tickets prior to the event and or events as all concerts with a view of create a further fund for additional costs & expenses. Dear Governor

Good morning, may I take this opportunity to introduce myself and describe my profession, plus also outline some immediate observations objectively.

I would describe myself as an Eco-Social Entrepreneur ecologically influenced, environmentally driven and sustainability focused via meaningful longevity.

My function as is yours and our political leaders should be centered and primarily focused on true openness, fairness and transparency. My only ulterior motive and hidden agenda is attaining and ultimately achieving an equilibrium and balance via our depleting finite natural resources. The basis of my passion and drive is neither primarily based on cyclical nor man made climate change but ultimately as Biologist Doctor David Kennedy said to me and I quote "In 100 years mankind has consumed 50% of our finite natural resources." He truly believes we are past the point of no return. I hope and pray we can endeavour collectively and unitedly to implement 'Sufficient' practices to prove his theory wrong.

It is to that end that I objectively write to you appertaining to 'Implementation,' and how we accomplish the seeds, that will bear the sustainable fruits of our ethical behavior and labour, sooner as apposed to later. One only needs to look at events last week in particular to establish that the energy crisis is a current dilemma and not necessarily a future catastrophe, in the wings and waiting to occur, in my opinion it has already happened. Nuclear Power Plant opt outs, North Sea Platform Gas Leaks and Petrol Pump Mayhem, plus Chaos and dare I say it astronomical inflated price hikes. When I started this journey I never anticipated or even comprehended that QU an acronym for 'Queue you the people' & ARK representing 'Architecture responsibility and kudos.' Would ever be perceived as a Political Party, let alone interpreted as a Religious Group but more so as an Eco Environmentally Sustainable Transformative Movement as I would prefer to call it, that is growing at quite an exponential rate. But its true growth is based on new found hope and faith via optimism for an alternative sustainable future and more meaningful 'Purpose' that is viable ecologically, environmentally and financially.

The great privilege and honour bestowed upon me is the 'Trust' via various international inventors, scientists and professors that have come to QU & ARK as some sort of shining beacon and light. An extremely divergent 'Think Tank' with their and our unique and innovative ideas, concepts and visions. Some of which are patent approved, patent pending, others still on the drawing board and some still in research and development stages but never the less, ground breaking and revolutionary, with huge alternative mixed clean and green energy sources of incredible potential. I hasten to add the likes of which have never been concieved, let alone comprehended ever before, ground breaking revolutionary ideas. I must admit the hope and faith I believe and think we offer, is that of being change makers or wave makers. As the policy making processes we are not party or even privy to. However, we can but hope and pray to influence policies and those makers of policy via anticipated engagement. Also Entertainment of which I will elaborate on further towards the end of this letter and vital education with essential difference via alternative clean and green energy mixes. I am never too old to be educated, even by my own Son, who has been a huge influencer of my social media endeavours where my voice, message, story and journey has been overwhelmingly heard around the World.

When asked what is QU & ARK all about, my normal response is a Vital Eco-Social Environmental Sustainable Hedge Fund. That will 'Only' exclusively invest in future green initiatives for and behalf of innovation or influence rare commodity behavioral changes and practices via offsetting and combined contribution towards these clean and green initiatives. Further more without over complicating things at this juncture, potentially a green financial entity, a future brand to be 'Trusted,' of which the World is more than eager to recieve and vital that we deliver. With mixed funding channels, private already tentatively pledged and hopefully public funds yet to be committed, plus institutional but only those that have a proven ethical background, history and track record in Fair Trade and Ethical Practices. Our mode of operation will be driven and focused as that of a socially responsible profitable enterprise run like a co-operative but benefiting its future shareholders as a publicly quoted entity. I have ceased speaking with banks and financial institutions who do not meet our extremely demanding criteria, as apposed to their fundamentally lacking Eco-Social criteria. This barometer can be measured by new consumer trends and behavioral changes in public opinion and general consensus. Of necessary changes already migrating towards entities of eco-eccentricities values and principles, as apposed to ego-eccentricities. Which is a huge social dynamic change and cultural shift of difference, plus visible pattern materializing all around the Globe.

Continuing with the rhetoric of 'Purpose' it is our desire and proposal to engage, entertain and educate anyone and everyone appertaining to the essential changes and differences that need to occur right here right now by changing the 21st century built environment paradigms. Again this weeks proposed changes to National Planning in favour of sustainability is a positive step. Surely future schemes and developments totally self sufficient and sustainable from renewable energy sources, specifically via brownfield sites is an ease and alleviation of future burdens and strains to our National Grid, which are more surmountable. Whether it is ecologically, environmentally or economically and sufficient energy mixes. From an affordability perspective the previous system has fundamentally failed, the evidence is all around us, merely through lack of financial restraint and regulatory policing. Initially we intend to adopt a platform and medium through social media QU & ARK which can entertain the entire World on vital and necessary changes via differences that will become World Leading exemplars. Secondly via an event that would be the first event ever in the World generating totally self sufficient and sustainable energy from renewable sources. 'Some Commercially Sensitive Ideas At This Juncture, Too Sensitive To Mention.' I will highlight and reiterate yet again 'World's First, 'which in turn becomes an exhibition for immediate apparatus and prototypes of our future, concepts, designs and ideas to minimize the impact on our planet. These two innovative miles stones, will not only create an Eco-Kudos via perhaps the next social media trend, in which it becomes extremely chic and fashionable to show off ones individual contributions and be proud of ones achievements. Let alone Global trends and positive environmental impacts, that will not only generate income streams but more to the point highlight Britain's as a truly responsible country leading by example in this ethical field via advancement and advocacy in this space and arena. I can think of no greater 'Purpose' and or agenda.

Think along the lines of the 2012 great eco environmentally sustainable platforms, mediums and exhibition. More than LiveAid, even more than LiveEarth but real people with simple solutions for complex problems. My inspirations are the people listening to me and I in turn listen to them, the caliber of which will overwhelm you as it does me. The passion is the confidence and ability to not only attain, plus achieve a balance and equilibrium but ultimately provide a sense of Global Pride which in turn will lead to International credibility via designing, owning, creating, producing, plus manufacturing a more sustainable and meaningful 21st century built environment. Ultimately providing meaningful skilled jobs with and of much needed longevity.

In Whom We Trust My Pledge Is My Bond

QU & ARK is right relevant and timely, how here and now depends on me, you and us all but the time is now. Keeping it simple stupid, the previous World as we knew it fundamentally failed to maintain our hopes, faith & trust by inefficiently and ineffectively mismanaging our risk. Whilst not guaranteeing our sustainable futures via longevity, balance and equilibrium. This skillful art eludes most people from many walks of life. It is this foresighted ability to balance and glide steadily through the ups and downs, the peaks and troughs, the highs the lows that those wise and fully centered within themselves and connected to others ultimately master. Yet only few perfect this art and canny knack in their lifetime. Perhaps the ultimate craft and worthy definition of an allocentric guilds man and true scholarship is sharing those rewards socially.

Shrewdness careful actions and dealings via clever and cautious endeavours and pursuits in business is a lesson learned by us all. Probably the most expensive lesson in the University of Life, there is no tuition fee in my mind that would be too costly or invaluable in mastering this undoubted and remarkable feat, plus ability. A natural sixth sense perhaps? or a nose for danger even a whiff or scent in the air? It comes with the terrain and territory, for the landscape has changed quite dramatically. The hunter gatherer must have their whits about them at all times and be alert to the ever changing climate. Irrespective it would seem, whether ethical or allocentric via your "Mission Statement," the eco-social values matter not. As the prize you ultimately pursue invariably diminishes others perceived prizes of others.

Are you in or are you out? In for change and to make changes, up for difference? via creating something different! The QU & ARK pledge raising process has been devised to gain "Trust" to build ethical bridges to minimize risk, to be void of an issue or concern via any and all perspective pledge holders. It is not only open, honest and frank but transparent, most of all authentic! Consider the alternatives, property and real estate development involves speculative risk, a punt. An off plan bet or gamble, even hedge that values will increase, the lure and enticement is that values increase via your normally discounted incentive for being an early adopter. However it is normally heavily wavered in favour of the developer, even the financier or financial institution that leverages your pre-sale against debt but via an asset they control. Invariably the only title and deed you have are normally glossy pictures and a reservation receipt. Timing in that process is everything!

There is no variables via the infinite benefits associated with early adopters of QU & ARK. Firstly your pledge is retractable, revocable and strictly private and confidential. Perhaps 2012 is the rebirth of another revolution, rekindling the values and principles of the Co-operative Group or were they also a movement in 1844, perhaps? For it takes allot to change public perception and consensus which finally leads to universal agreement, for necessary change. Sadly even change beneficial to humanity, now as the ethics, values and benefits of principles far and beyond monetary values reappear. Quite astonishingly when the facts and evidence are all so evident and visible also, climate change, cyclical or man made is not the debate but rather depleting finite natural resources. The QU & ARK Movement have been continually promoting and advocating these changes for quite some time and it should be about protecting land with the depleting, plus exhausted habitats with the protection of that natural resource. It should also be about politicians, locally, nationally and internationally with their responsibility and stewardship or rather the neglect of that responsibility. "Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy" but as we know all too well ulterior motives and hidden agendas is the basis of making the simple complicated is commonplace, but we can make the complicated ever so simple, awesomely simple, and educate the entire World, that's creative.

- Scott Northcott Dear Lorraine, I have been the deceived on the receiving end before but am by no means a deceiver. Are you familiar with the legal phrase collusion, well I suffered the brunt of that in a spectacular fashion of several millions of pounds. Statistically proved my business model via hefty premiums & leverages that were unimaginable, or so certain so called professionals told me. By chance the same that colluded, mm quite! Therefore you could say I've earned my stars & stripes, what I do now is not for money per se but a principle via the infinite value of that untold story & the moral or rather lack of morals. I'm just a mere conductor who has orchestrated a fail safe plan, with a distinct ethical message & a shared journey I wish all to experience. Even these endeavours assures it's final success via openness, honesty, frankness & transparency but most of all authentic values & principles. It's too good to be true, as I've mastered all the angles, degrees, spins, twists, turns & bends, plus agendas. Put quite simply, individuals or organisations via guaranteed no/zero risk with various ethical ducks in a row can be the ethical change we all want to see in the World & make a significant difference towards rekindling & re-sparking integrity. On a MUCH more simplistic note ~ as a role model, guide and confidant to many young minds ~ I remind my students ~ that the power in observing is very significant, but it has to be developed. And much more importantly ~ I advise them to delve into/as a social experiment ~ amongst their peers ~ to watch how people behave about and around food and money........ both can shed volumes of information.......

Bearing the torch & carrying on somebody else's flame is a humongous mammoth task & responsibility. The ritual symbolizing many connotations but in essence it's the ability to carry that flame irrespective of distance, adversity, and or hardship for & on their behalf but could also symbolize something that serves to illuminate, enlighten, or guide us all. It can relate to the Olympics as well as the image below via the Stonehaven Fire Balls on our Scottish Hogmanay , which is quite apt & appropriate given QU & ARK's message, story & journey the origins of which stem from Scotland. However the Angel & selfless bearer of this torch, light, sparkle & glimmer of hope, faith even dignity & pride for humanity stems from another geographical location. I acknowledge & accept the challenges, stamina & strength required to be exerted. By applying & bringing to bear a force, influence, plus quality that will influence our entire World, both now & in the future.

Dear Leader Of The Labour Party

To say that I have been around the political houses would be putting it very mildly indeed and an understatement of the appalling ignorance to my constant pleas . As a direct result I am forced further from pillar to post via others inaction's towards my existence, correspondence but most of all my selfless allocentric exploits and "Eco Environmentally Sustainable" promotion for and on behalf of our country and its people. Through selflessly advocating socially and corporate responsible values and principles via my countless endeavours in the best interests of our country and its people for sustainable futures of significance and difference, which we're all accountable for.

KISS "Keeping It Simple Stupid" I've identified, qualified, quantified and rectified the concept, vision, dream and ideas quite some time ago, via further enhancement of the necessary people with skills resources and know how to execute, perform and deliver without wavering or faltering a long long time ago as well. Truly something of phenomenal future kudos, a potentially World Leading exemplar of how the built environment could and should evolve in the 21st century. Britain would therefore lead not follow in this sector, dynamics with a positive impact not only for our ecology and environment but also sustainable green jobs with ultimate longevity.

You're recent conference speech inspired me and heaven knows we all need some inspiration in these extraordinary times. I do not believe and in my opinion none of which I hope and pray, plus wish to achieve can be truly attained or achieved even ultimately optimised via old thinking or thinkers. Out dated regimes and rhetoric's, plus ideologies and methodologies that have fundamentally failed to satisfy and deliver an equilibrium and or necessary balance of sustainability with vital longevity across the entire spectrum of everyone's life and our natural cycles. As shortism seems to have been the order of the day and as you said that culture needs to change right here right now.

There are no invidious choices within and the perception is more than right but ultimately actions speak louder than word. Dear Deputy Prime Minister

Nick Robinson's BBC Political Editor described you yesterday as previously comparable to the great and legendary Sir Winston Churchill Via Clegg mania pre-coalition. That is before tough and difficult decisions were made that changed your voter popularity but ultimately the real question via the current economic battle of Britain, if not the War Of The Worlds. Is can you lead us to economic recovery and ultimate victory and a sustainable, plus prosperous future?

It is quite easy and there are endless simplistic solutions for extremely complex problems, if one is prepared to upset the apple kart and shake up the Status Quo. Which evidently and obviously created this economic dismay and carnage that brought us here, without any real personal ramifications or consequences for their failures or irregularities, financially. For those hardest hit are the working class blue collar and now middle class white collar workers!

Let us therefore eradicate our nations pain, anger and frustration which are ultimately sustainable and ethical jobs of thicker value, plus principle's for our brighter, cleaner and purer futures, with longevity. It won't be easy, as the current solutions executed have not delivered or performed the desired results. Therefore further painful choices are urgently required and needed, that most definitely wont be easy if one holds onto failed remedies and antidotes.

Quite simply, we need to design and orchestrate our own ideas which we create, plus produce via manufacturing of innovative, plus imaginative and extremely unique concepts. Un Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon recently said that "There is something seriously wrong with our current model of economic development" of course there is, if the entire populations does not benefit across the board with sustainable incomes but more to the point simultaneously impact our ecology and environment by jeopardising our children's sustainable and cleaner futures.

Therefore keeping it simple and stupid, we not only propose but hold and also have access to various proven and conceptual designs of patented with some pending, along with other conceptual and imaginative newtech, cleantech renewables with an infinite amount in the pipeline to transform the current build environment as we know it. But some very bold and brave decisions will have to be made to make these groundbreaking perhaps even world-leading radical reforms and transformation.

The ultimate objective being ethically sustainable prospects, jobs, futures, outlooks and opportunities for all via a Socially Responsible Profitable Enterprise of an Eco Environmentally Sustainable Transformative Movement aiming towards balancing our communities, lifestyles, outlooks, aims and goals achieving an equilibrium across the board in commercial, as well as ecology and environmental terms. With conditions that are acceptable based on the technology we have at our disposal.
