<p>One big reason to work out is to reach your goals of getting your dream body. If you had the choice to be at the recommended weight for your height or to remain overweight, which would you choose? Of course you wouldn’t want to be overweight if you don’t have to! Well, let me tell you a secret: you don’t have to be overweight. It starts with one day’s commitment to be active and change your lifestyle. Go outside and take a walk, put that bag of chips down, and start living healthier.</p>
<p>It’s likely that losing weight and becoming healthier will also lead to you becoming a more attractive version of yourself. You will start to like yourself more and your self-confidence will skyrocket. <h2>PUSHUPS</h2>
<p>Pushups aren’t a generally liked workout, but they are very effective and very quick. Pushups target not only the biceps, but the shoulders and chest. This is a trifecta that can be very helpful for those trying to get bigger and more defined muscles in the upper body.</p>
<p>For this pushup workout, start with your arms shoulder-length apart. Make sure that your body is in a straight line; your butt should not be sticking up in the air, we are not practicing the twerk here. Next, lower yourself to the ground (or about 6 inches away from the ground) slowly and with control. Hold this position for half a second and then push yourself up to the top where you started. <p>Situps are self explanatory. Lie down on your back with your knees bent. Proceed to sit up. Do this slowly and continuously. Do three sets of situps. <h2>PLANK</h2>
<p>The plank has got to be the shortest workout there is. In essence, the plank is the pushup without the pushing action. <p>Planks also target multiple parts of the body, so in addition to being a quick and accessible exercise, it is highly affective. The form is to get in to a pushup-like position and hold your stance without shaking or moving at all. The difference between the plank form and pushup form is that for a plank your forearms should be on the ground resting. You should do three sets of as many second planks as you can do.</p>
