The economy, taxes and education are a few of concerns on the minds of Ohioans. Ed Enderle knows how vital these issues are.

Energizing Our Economy
One of Ed Enderle's top priorities is revitalizing our local economy by keeping and creating more good-paying jobs in Northwest Ohio. Working with employers, Ed Enderle has been a leader in helping businesses expand, locate and invest millions of dollars in our communities. Ed Enderle will keep fighting for common sense economic development and tax policies that will spur new job growth and help our community grow.

Lowering Taxes for Working Families and Seniors
Ed Enderle knows that lower taxes stimulate economic growth and make it easier for working families to realize their dreams.

Investing in Our Schools
Our children need a world-class education in order to compete in today's global economy. Ed Enderle will work hard to make sure that our schools are up to the task. He has worked with local businesses to bring them tax incentives that will bring into the local public school system an additional $500,000 annually. Ed Enderle will continue to fight to put more resources in the classroom where our children need it most.

Election Countdown - Just a Week Away

With just one more week to go before the election, voters are researching candidates and making their final selections before casting their ballots. After working as a laborer at a local manufacturing company for several years, Enderle lost his job when the company he worked for moved its operation to another state.

“I know that we are going through tough economic times and I understand some of the fears that you and your families may be facing as I have experienced some of them myself,” Enderle said. “I too have experienced the stresses that come with a changing work situation.”

Enderle is looking forward to representing Ohio’s workforce in Columbus. He believes that providing incentives for companies will encourage new business development in Erie and Ottawa Counties. He plans to do that by working on reducing taxes in Ohio.

“We can start to solve these problems by addressing the problem of Ohio being one of the highest taxed states, 47th out of 50. Without a reduction in state taxes we cannot expect to attract new businesses or retain the ones we do have.”

Enderle plans to work with local union representatives and elected officials in Columbus to make Erie and Ottawa Counties more business friendly.

Enderle Announces Run for State Representative

Ed Enderle is running to represent the 80th Congressional District of Ohio in November 2008.
