MOMENT OF TRUTH

2013-07-20T09:52:00.001-07:00

Personally I never believed that they is such things as Devil worshipers. I believed that all of this was just a myth;but in this current world all of this is not a myth. People sell their souls to the devil so as they can get fame, money and the luxurious life that they could ever dream of.
It is the moment of truth; it is an ugly truth that people should know. People tend to sell their souls to the devil for power and all the luxurious incentives.
BUT IS IT WORTH IT?
Do not let the devil get control out of you, great people have been controlled by the DEVIL by selling their soul to this beast, especially our role models, political icon, musicians, actors you name it, they are poccessed by the DEVIL.
I WILL SHOW YOU A VIDEO EXPOSING THESE PEOPLE.. IT IS SHOCKING BUT IT IS THE TRUTH

BHAGAT BIG STOMACH.. SHOCKING.

Bhagat: had his twin brother on his stomachSanju Bhagat's stomach was once so swollen he looked nine months pregnant and could barely breathe. iving in the city of Nagpur, India, Bhagat said he'd felt self-conscious his whole life about his big belly. But one night in June 1999, his problem erupted into something much larger than cosmetic worry. Mehta said that he can usually spot a tumor just after he begins an operation. But while operating on Bhagat, Mehta saw something he had never encountered. As he cut deeper into Bhagat's stomach, gallons of fluid spilled out — and then something extraordinary happened. "First, one limb came out, then another limb came out. Then some part of genitalia, then some part of hair, some limbs, jaws, limbs, hair."
At first glance, it may look as if Bhagat had given birth. Actually, Mehta had removed the mutated body of Bhagat's twin brother from his stomach. Bhagat, they discovered, had one of the world's most bizarre medical conditions — fetus in fetu. It is an extremely rare abnormality that occurs when a fetus gets trapped inside its twin. The trapped fetus can survive as a parasite even past birth by forming an umbilical cordlike structure that leaches its twin's blood supply until it grows so large that it starts to harm the host, at which point doctors usually intervene.

Lotito: mister eat-it-all

Michel Lotito (born June 15, 1950) is a French entertainer. Lotito, who was born in Grenoble, is famous as the consumer of undigestables, and is known as Monsieur Mangetout (Mister Eat-it-all). Lotito's performances are the consumption of metal, glass, rubber and so on in items such as bicycles, televisions, a Cessna 150, and smaller items which are disassembled, cut-up and swallowed. The aircraft took roughly two years to be 'eaten' from 1978 to 1980. He began eating unusual material while a child and has been performing publicly since 1966.
Lotito does not often suffer from ill-effects due to his diet, even after the consumption of materials usually considered poisonous. When performing he consumes around a kilogram of material daily, preceding it with mineral oil and drinking considerable quantities of water during the 'meal'. He apparently possesses a stomach and intestine with walls of twice the expected thickness, and his digestive acids are, allegedly, unusually powerful, allowing him to digest a certain portion of his metallic meals

Cathie Jung : World’s smallest waist woman

2011-06-16T20:27:00.000-07:00

Cathie Jung : World’s smallest waist woman
No, it’s not a distorted picture – Cathie Jung’s tiny waist really does measure just 15in. But the super-thin 70-year-old insists there is no, ahem, corset for concern. Grandmother Cathie is perfectly healthy despite having a midriff that can be reduced to the size of a large mayonnaise jar. And having the smallest living person’s waistline has got her into the new edition of the Guinness Book Of Records.

Cathie’s astonishing 39-15-39 figure is the result of spending the last 25 years laced into tight corsets, which only come off when she showers.Cathie, from Manteo, North Carolina, reckons that while her corsets restrict her waist they don’t hold her back from everyday tasks.

She said: “I do everything that I want to do. I eat fairly small meals but I prefer that at my age anyway. I find it tricky sitting in low chairs and sometimes in restaurants I have to sit on the high chairs at the bar.

“I even have a special swimming costume with a corset sewn in it, so I can still go to the beach. And I am still able to do housework — unfortunately!”

Cathie’s husband Bob is an orthopaedic surgeon and he reckons his wife’s unique look does her no harm.

She said: “Bob has carried out X-rays on me and says the corset actually helps support my spine. Everything in the midriff is flexible.”

Maria Gomes Valentim Named Oldest Living Person: Guinness World Records Taps 114-Year-Old Brazilian To The Honor

2011-06-16T19:53:00.000-07:00

Meet Maria Gomes Valentim. At 114 years and 313 days, she's the oldest living person, according to Guinness World Records.

The oldest living title is often won through attrition, but the Brazilian great-great-grandmother dethroned Besse Cooper from Monroe, Ga., after researchers determined Valentin was born 48 days before Cooper in 1896.

"To receive a claim from a woman born during the reign of Queen Victoria –- before the Ford Motor Company was formed, or before even George and Ira Gershwin, were born -– is remarkable in itself," said Guinness World Records editor-in-chief Craig Glenday in a statement. "But for that woman to be Brazilian makes it extra special. Never has a successful claim for longevity emerged from Brazil...until now.”

Valentin hails from Carangola, Brazil, a mountain town several hours north of Rio de Janeiro. The supercentenarian and her family proved her age to Guinness researchers by providing them with her birth certificate, marriage license and a current photo ID.

Valentin and her husband, who died in 1946, had one son. She has four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Stephen Coles, a biochemistry professor at UCLA who studies old age and is an official at the Gerontology Research Group, told AOL Weird News that Brazil has been one of the toughest countries to validate ages of people claiming to live well beyond 110 years.

"We heard about Maria for a while in the Brazilian media, but the problem with the Brazilian media is they're not very reliable," he said. "They're seduced very easily by claims that people are 120 or 130 years old."

Coles, who works with Guinness on verifying claims of old age, said it took two to three months to come to a conclusion on Valentin, partially because she lives in a remote area.

THE WORLD'S MOST DANGEROUS COUNTRIES FOR WOMEN

2011-06-15T10:08:00.000-07:00

Before analysis the article on the most dangerous countries for women in the world, I believe that women have rights and they be respected... most societies and countries have no respect on women they are believed as a source of entertainment and have no power of men.. this is not true due to the fact that behind every successful man there is a woman behind him.
LONDON, June 15 (TrustLaw) - Afghanistan, Congo and Pakistan are the world's most dangerous countries for women due to a barrage of threats ranging from violence and rape to dismal healthcare and "honour killings," a Thomson Reuters Foundation expert poll showed Wednesday.
India and Somalia ranked fourth and fifth, respectively, in the global perceptions survey by TrustLaw (www.trust.org/trustlaw), the Foundation's legal news service.

TrustLaw asked 213 gender experts from five continents to rank countries by overall perceptions of danger as well as by six risks: health threats, sexual violence, non-sexual violence, cultural or religious factors, lack of access to resources and trafficking.

Following are key facts on each of the five countries, ranked in order of danger.
1. AFGHANISTAN

Beleaguered by insurgency, corruption and dire poverty, Afghanistan ranked as most dangerous to women overall and came out worst in three of the poll's key risk categories: health, non-sexual violence and economic discrimination.
* Women in Afghanistan have a one in 11 chance of dying in childbirth.
* Some 87 pct of women are illiterate.
* 70-80 pct of girls and women face forced marriages.

2. CONGO

Still reeling from a 1998-2003 war and accompanying humanitarian disaster that killed 5.4 million, Democratic Republic of Congo ranked second due mainly to staggering levels of sexual violence.
* About 1,150 women are raped every day, or some 420,000 a year, according to a recent report in the American Journal of Public Health.
* The Congolese Women's Campaign Against Sexual Violence puts the number of rapes at 40 women a day.
* 57 pct of pregnant women are anaemic.
3. PAKISTAN

Those polled cited cultural, tribal and religious practices harmful to women, including acid attacks, child and forced marriage and punishment or retribution by stoning or other physical abuse.
* More than 1,000 women and girls are victims of "honour killings" every year, according to Pakistan's Human Rights Commission.
* 90 pct of women in Pakistan face domestic violence.

4. INDIA

Female foeticide, child marriage and high levels of trafficking and domestic servitude make the world's largest democracy the fourth most dangerous place for women, the poll showed.
* 100 million people, mostly women and girls, are involved in trafficking in one way or another, according to former Indian Home Secretary Madhukar Gupta.
* Up to 50 million girls are "missing" over the past century due to female infanticide and foeticide.
* 44.5 pct of girls are married before the age of 18.
5. SOMALIA

One of the poorest, most violent and lawless countries, Somalia ranked fifth due to a catalogue of dangers including high maternal mortality, rape, female genital mutilation (FGM) and child marriage.
* 95 pct of women face FGM, mostly between the ages of 4 and 11.
* Only 9 pct of women give birth at a health facility.
* Only 7.5 pct of parliament seats are held by women

LUNAR ECLIPSE

2011-06-14T23:38:00.000-07:00

A lunar eclipse on Wednesday is set to take hold of the skies and marvel not only astronomy fans out there but a general audience as well for its rarity.

Unlike solar eclipses that can be appreciated for a couple of minutes using eye protecting filters, this lunar eclipse will be a 1 hour and 40 minute spectacle in its totality phase with no real threat to the naked eye. It will be the longest lunar eclipse in 11 years.

The moon's color is expected to change from silver to orange and to red as it gradually moves into the Earth's shadow but can vary in tones depending on the amount of dust and clouds at the time of the eclipse.
Although the U.S. and Canada will have no chance to watch this phenomenal display this time, thanks to the Internet, live streaming services will be made available to avoid missing out in this event. According to National Geographic, the Earth's shadow will start to darken the moon around 2:22 p.m. EST.
The eclipse will be entirely viewable from eastern Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Western Australia.
The next lunar eclipse is set to occur on December 20, 2011, and will not be visible from the U.S. either. The next visible lunar eclipse visible from the U.S. is staged for April 15, 2014.

HOW OLD IS GOOGLE?

2011-06-12T18:22:00.000-07:00

Google is 13 years old as of 2011 because Google was introduced in 1998.

In 1995, Larry Page and Sergey Brin meet at Stanford. (Larry, 22, a University of Michigan grad, is considering the school; Sergey, 21, is assigned to show him around.) According to some accounts, they disagree about most everything during this first meeting. In 1996, Larry and Sergey, as grad students at Stanford, decide to collaborate and work together to make a search engine. Thus, a search engine called BackRub was introduced the same year, running off of servers functioning at Stanford.

In 1997 Larry and Sergey decide on a new name for Backrub: Google, which is also based on Stanford's server. In 1998, things really got going! Andy Bechtolsheim, co-founder of sun enterprises, wrote a check of $100,000 for Larry and Sergey to get their project rolling. It is made out to "Google Inc.", which did not yet exist.

In September of that year, Google moves from www.google.stanford.edu (which is no longer a valid URL, but you can view the old google on http://web.archive.org/web/19981206152126/google.stanford.edu/) to www.google.com

This marks the official kickstart of Google. So yeah, Google is 13 years old as of 2011 because Google was introduced in 1998.

Philippines man crowned world's shortest

2011-06-12T13:29:00.000-07:00

A teenager from a poor family in the rural Philippines has been declared the world's shortest man as he turned 18.

Guinness World Records presented Junrey Balawing, who is 59.93cm (23.6 inches) tall, with a certificate at his birthday party.
Mr Balawing stopped growing when he was two, his father said.
He is more than 7cm shorter than the previous record holder, Khagendra Thapa Magar from Nepal, who had held the record since last October.
Relatives say he has difficulty standing and walking, but the community was protective of him.
"Officially he is the world's shortest man," declared Guinness World Records official Craig Glenday in front of cheering relatives and friends at his birthday party in the rural town of Sindangan on Mindanao island in the southern Philippines.
Well-wishers, including politicians, presented him with cash gifts which his family said would add to their meagre savings, AFP news agency reported.
"Thank you to all of you for supporting my son, the world's shortest man," Mr Balawing's father said.
Mr Balawing blew out a candle on his birthday cake and said "I'm tired".
His father said he had been a sickly child and doctors had not been able to say why he stopped growing.
His three siblings are all of normal size.

Dog Survives Being Bound, Shot And Buried

2011-06-06T11:31:00.000-07:00

A dog has managed to survive despite being bound and shot in the head 40 times before being buried alive

The stray collie - named Star by her rescuers - managed to wriggle her way to the surface of the shallow grave where she had been left to die in Malta.

Animal welfare officers were investigating a tip-off about three dogs being held in a cage when they heard her muffled whimpering.

They were shocked to find only her wired-up snout poking above the ground.

Rescuers were shocked to find Star still alive after being buried

As they dug her out, they were even more horrified to discover Star had her legs tied together with shoe laces and had been shot 40 times in the head with a pellet gun.

The five-year-old was rushed to the nearest veterinary clinic where she had emergency surgery.

Vet Trevor Zammit said: "We had to spoon out pellets from under her skin. The person who shot her didn't do so accidentally because she was shot from quite close range."

The collie's muzzle was tied-up with shoelaces

Star's incredible tale of survival has touched the world with a Facebook page entitled Star: the dog who lived, set up in her honour.

The site, which has attracted more than 35,000 people, also aims to raise awareness to animal cruelty, pet adoption and rescue.

Police are now hunting the person responsible for her sickening ordeal.

FATHERS DAY...

2011-06-04T22:31:00.000-07:00

FATHERS DAY...... SPECIAL

Just like Mother's Day is celebrated to honor motherhood, Father's Day marks fatherhood to honor and commemorate our fathers and forefathers. It is a great time to let your father know you haven't forgotten him and also show him how much you value and respect him. It gives all kids an opportunity to thank and express gratitude to their fathers for all their support, love, affection and guidance throughout. The day is observed on different days in different countries but most countries celebrate it on the second Sunday in the month of June. Father's Day 2011 will be celebrated on Sunday, June 19th in most of the countries worldwide.

What do people do?

On Father's Day, many people make a special effort to visit their father. They often take or send cards and gifts. Common Father's Day gifts are ties, socks, underwear, sweaters, slippers and other items of clothing. Other people give tools for household maintenance or garden work, luxury food items or drinks.

Many Father's Day gifts have slogans such as "The World's Best Dad", "For My Father" or just a simple "Dad" on them. The increase in print-on-demand services offered by photo processing companies has made personalized gifts even more popular for Father's Day. Photographs of children can be printed on desk calendars, mugs, T-shirts, mouse mats, bags and even ties. Many fathers are expected to take these to the office to remind them of their families while they are working.

In the days and weeks before Father's Day, many schools, Sunday schools and children's organizations help their pupils to prepare a handmade card or gift for their father. Mothers and other family members may help children to make personalized gifts, such as calendars with drawings made by the children.
Some families celebrate Father's Day by planning an outing or weekend trip, perhaps just for the male members of the family. This may be a simple walk in the countryside or a whole planned "experience". Popular Father's Day experiences include driving a fire engine, rally car, tank or even airplane or taking a golf, football or cricket lesson with a celebrity coach. Other families organize a special meal at home or in a pub or restaurant. A common Father's Day meal is a traditional roast dinner with meat, stuffing, potatoes and vegetables, which can be eaten in a pub and accompanied by pints of ale or lager.

Public life

Father's Day is not a bank holiday. In terms of public life, it is a normal Sunday. Public transport systems run to their normal timetables. Pubs and restaurants may be busy, as people take their fathers out for a meal to celebrate.

Background

There are some suggestions that the idea of Father's Day may originate in pagan sun worship. Some branches of paganism see the sun as the father of the universe. Since the summer solstice occurs around the same time of year as Father's Day, some people see a link between the two.

The idea of a special day to honor fathers and celebrate fatherhood was introduced from the United States. There, a woman called Sonora Smart Dodd was inspired by the American Mother's Day celebrations to plan a day to honor fathers. Father's Day has been celebrated in June since 1910 in the USA. The celebrations in the United Kingdom are thought to have been inspired by the American custom of Father's Day. This is in contrast to Mother's Day, which has a very different history in the United States and the United Kingdom.
