Learn how to fight back and gain confidence in yourself! This is a hands on program designed to give you the tools to respond to a real attack scenario whether showing houses, holding open houses or general everyday activities. We will include situational awareness, personal protection and basic self defense techniques. You will learn safety in and out of the home and will also be taught a foundation of knowledge that you can call upon to survive an attack if necessary.

WHEN: Saturday, September 4^th, 2010 TIME 10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m.

WHERE: 1408 S. Fretz Ave. Suite 8 – Edmond, OK

WHAT TO WEAR: Workout type clothing – No shoes allowed on mats.
