Hi Ed,

Hang in there. Adam and I have been trying to lose weight since the first of the year... I'm trying to get below 200 lbs - I have about 10 to go. (Aaargh, I've never actually said that "outloud" to anyone but Adam - yikes.) It's such a hard thing. We started out very successfully with Weight Watchers. I see positive results with WW because I do love good quality food and can basically eat whatever I want (not processed, pre-packaged cardboard) - it's mainly about healthy choices and portion control. Ah, portion control... the root of my problem. That and an aversion to exercise. :) Good luck, hang in there... keep me update on progress my friend.

Nice post buddy, couldn't agree more. Weight loss is all about three simple things, mindset, diet and exercise

wow Ed
what an accomplishment
I can only imagine how difficult this process must be
What seems to be true in my life is that when I decide I WILL do something I do it.
Sounds like you are dedicated to yourself and your progress.
Also, it sounds like you are doing it just right, nice and slow = keeps it off.

I wish you success and wellness
Take care

Exportable badges and graphs are in the works for Twitter Scale. I'm in the process of doing a layout redesign, but the graphs are pretty high on the list.

I'm in a similar weight situation myself. Being the programmer I am I developed my own twitter bot to track my weight. Now I'm about to release the public beta for it in a couple days. The site is atrocious right now, but the bot is working and could use real world testing if you are interested

Just follow @weighttracker and you'll be a direct message about where to go from there or visit the site itself: http://www.twitterscale.com
