Sometimes I think that a student who was not studying when he was in his/her 10th standard or 12th, should be punished after 4 or 6 years when he appears for CAT exams, qualify it and is not alloted seat or does not get a desired IIM just because his marks in 10th or 12th was low.The story does not stops here, whenever a engineering student wants to do a research on any subject he/she is asked whether he /she has a first division or not even though it is well known fact that marking scheme is not regular in India, some institutes provide very low marks to their students. Also most of the well known research scholars are not a good scorer.Even APJ Abdul Kalam writes in "WINGS OF FIRE" ,"I was not good academically". Problems are many but solutions are only three type- Social,Economical and Political.

Social problem accounts for the way society tries to mould a brain from its childhood which includes stress from parent side, teacher's irresponsibility, fake news regarding a branch or a subject or a college. Many of the students say that they choose their subject not because they wanted to study but because their parent wanted them to do that.Question is why parent wanted them to do that?Because the teacher was complaining them and was saying them that your son/daughter is going to do nothing(though the child is in KG at that time). They could have warned parents in another way also, but no.Whenever report card is given to the students, neighbours play a great role. Not only they ask or poke the parents but the kid also. These neighbour only spread the rumour including the media and coaching institutes about the IITs,NITs or any other prestigious institution. They say that IIT recieve 100% placement and also every student gets a placement of atleast 10 lakhs per annum, though its another matter that niether any IIT and NIT recieve 100% placement nor any IIT and NIT has average placement more than 6.5 lakhs.

Teachers I think are villain because if they wish they can change everything but they are not.Day by day teacher's quality is declining and their ego is "uprising".In countries, particulary western and Japan, the education system is much much better than India. In India a student is forced to mug table of numbers such from 2-20,but their ,in Japan and countries mentioned above teacher care about hygiene, diet and their workload for the first 6-9 years as there pattern is 6-3-3-4,means 6 years of primary school,3 years of junior high school,3 years of high school and four years of university. There are cram schools which deals with the extracurricular activities of the students and almost all students join them,if not permanently then at least in vac-cation and parent encourage their children. Now return to India,if a teacher comes to know that a child has joined such kind of school and due to that he/she is not able to complete the so called homework(because it has no practical point of view),the child will be punished, parents will be called and child may be forced to leave such kind of school. Its a normal fact but has a great impact.

To reduce the pressure from students, CBSE board introduces every time something new and we know how much teachers are sincere regarding them.Project work report are cut copy paste work and ultimately are evaluated on the basis of marks you secure in school examination,it doesn't matter you put effort in it but not in their silly pointless examination.Well student also doesn't put effort in it because he is aware of the future. Now somebody said me about the big schools and their way of teaching.Impressive, thats why they are big schools but the problem is everybody can't afford it.But this fact is also wrong.Government expenses around 700-800 rupees on a student of government school in the rural areas. The question is why in those rural ares expense of private schools, which charge a fees of Rs. 400,is observable but not that of government which expenses 700-800 rupees. The reason- irresponsible teachers and corrupt system including the teachers.

Student is also to be blamed because even after coming to college they continue the same habit. They never go through the library and search their own material. They are interested in those books only through which they can secure good marks in exams even though its well known fact that except few company, rest of the company prefer students with technical skills and any other competitive exam also.Sometimes I think this happens because they are habituated to it from past 15-17 years.

Whatever I discussed till now was a part of social problem.Come to economical section. The 4th paragraph written above is a part of this problem also. All of us have heard about the coaching institutes and since I was a part of the system, I know about it.Except a few coaching center like Bansal in Kota,Ramaya in Andra Pradesh and a few of them, all others teach the students the same thing,"Do not prefer books my notes are sufficient."These coaching institutes play a villain role in education system. They give opportunity to economically sound ones(except a few like Resonance) and also impart a high grade muggy pills.Narayana
has started a school from 6th standard and charges Rs. 120,000 per year and continues uptill 12th standard and that is the reason for exponential growth of success percentage in Narayana. This system has led to a disrupted system in Patna where teacher charges a student and receives the money before the commencement of course even though uptill January the course is not finished 10%.In the end when the student starts to panic as it is a crucial time period of his/her life, the teacher comes finishes the entire course in 2 months and in the end gives a message,"BEST OF LUCK".And it truly works.Salute to those students who compete the exams even after this sort of torcher. And since the charge in Patna is lower than other place,so students having lower economic background studies there.Think about there situation.

Now comes the last one,the political cause and I think I don't need to discuss it.

Well I am happy with this present generation as I am able to trace some sort of positive signs. And I hope after 30 years I won't be writing any blog related to this subject, but still 30 years. And I think we can make it faster,I am trying my best, need you also to be there.
