&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Patlıcanı 3-4 saat tuzlu suda bekletip acı suyunu döküp bol suyla yıkayın. Güvecin içine kuru soğanları doğrayın sonra patlıcanları&amp;nbsp; soğanların üzerine koyun en üstünede&amp;nbsp; domatesleri ve tuzu ekleyip yağı üzerlerine gezdirin.Kapağınıda kapatıp kısık ateşte pişirin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Soğuyunca toz krem şantiyi katıp mikserle çırpın.Dikdörtgen bir&amp;nbsp; borcama ya da tepsiye&amp;nbsp; kadayıfların yarısını döküp kaşıkla düzeltin&amp;nbsp; sonra muhallebi karışımın hepsini dökün&amp;nbsp; onuda düzeltin.Geriye kalan kadayıfı da döküp üzerini düzleştirin. Buzdolabında 3-4&amp;nbsp; saat&amp;nbsp; bekletin.&amp;nbsp; Üzerini streç flimle kapatmayın ;çünkü kadayıflar o çıtırlığını kaybedip yumuşuyorlar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
