Si no la vendes corres un riesgo considerablemente alto de que en el futuro no valga nada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tu problema no es Uber sino las cientos de empresas que usando una tecnología cada vez más accesible pueden permitir a cualquiera mejorar el servicio del taxi de multiples formas. Se trata de un mercado en el que todavía no hay un lider claro y que tiene un potencial enorme, mayor, por ejemplo, que el de airbnb. Al igual que airbnb necesita personas que ofrezcan sus casas o habitaciones, estas empresas necesitan que conductores ofrezcan sus coches para que cuando alguien busca un &quot;viaje&quot; se encuentre una oferta suficientemente amplia. Pero, a la vez, necesitas una gran oferta de &quot;viajeros&quot; (o de huespedes en el caso de airbnb) para que los conductores se animen a ofrecer sus coches.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;¿Poner en marcha esta bola de nieve no es nada fácil. ¿Cómo haces para que millones de conductores lleven tu aplicación activa en sus móviles cuando están es sus coches? Por el otro apuesta por el trato y la asesoría personal de sus clientes combinando el offline con el online.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En general me gustan las propuestas de negocio en internet que se basan en tratos personalizados, pienso que es una de las formas de competir con los grandes jugadores de cada sector, no sólo los Amazon, eBay o Walmart, también los Zara, Mango y H&amp;amp;M si hablamos del mundo de la moda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El caso de Atwendo me parece especialmente interesante porque parece que toda la estructura está montada en base a alianzas.
