Selfishly and secretly most of us would admit that we want better sex. That is not an indictment on our sex lives with our spouse but reality that if there is better out there why can't I have it. Guess what: God wants you to have better sex in your marriage too. God is very concerned about your sex life.

For two weeks we will discuss some of the barriers to better sex in our marriages, explore God's heart for your sex life, and then we will be issuing a 21 day Best Sex Ever Challenge to all married couples.

Have you ever wondered why sex outside of marriage is so good? If God created sex for a husband and wife then why do two causal friends have such great sex? Has God changed his mind?

What about people who have an affair? sure it causes problems for their families and their marriages but think about it...You've never heard of someone having a dull affair. No affairs are always exciting and always 'fun'. Affairs are almost like fantasies.

So why are affairs so good? Is it just because it's new or is there something more?

Is God Homophobic?

Wow...what a question: Is God Homophobic?

Dictionary.com defines homophobia as: Fear of or contempt for lesbians and gay men.

Most of Christian history will tell you that God is homophobic and homosexuals are not welcome or accepted in church.

Let's agree for a moment that all Christians and Christ Followers believe: God is great, He created everything, we are His children.

If that assumption is true. Let me ask you this, if God is so great how can He fear a human that He created. Also, how can a parent have true contempt for their child?

This week we will uncover that either man's definition of homophobia is incorrect or our understanding of God's view is incorrect.

A few questions for you this week, please leave us a response (even if anonymously):

Are you homophobic?
Do you believe God is, and if so what fuels that belief?
If you are gay, lesbian, or bi-sexual have you been shunned by Christians because of it.

Porn Sunday

Pornography is everywhere today. There are actually more adult bookstores and movie rental places than there are McDonalds restaurants. In the last 8 years the porn industry has exploded because of the internet. But what is the big deal? Making or viewing porn is not illegal, unless there are minors involved. The actors and actresses get paid, its their job. Why do our significant others get so worked up when they learn we watch porn? Why do we secretly watch it if it should be ok?

Most people watch porn for one of two reasons:

to masterbate
to enhance the experience with their partner

On the surface nothing may seem wrong with either of these activities but are there hidden dangers? In this message we will explore some of the underlying dangers of porn. We will explore the addictive side of porn and see that porn is a 'gateway drug' to many more sexual experiences. We will even uncover how porn can ruin you appetite for sex.

We promise you that this series is everything you are thinking it is right now and nothing like you will expect either. Come join us as we discover what GOD really says about sex.

Anyone who feels guilt because of an abortion or that God does not love them because the are homosexual.

What About my Kids

Every Sunday we create a separate environment for your children who are potty trained through middle school so they can learn age appropriate material. Kids love VRI Kids because they play games, sing song, learn, have snacks and do craft projects. Your children will be checked into VRI Kids by our staff and can only be checked out by you.
