Goods sold are not returnable. All the products are checked before dispatch and we are committed to ensure that the best condition item is delivered to you. However the product may be damaged in the delivery process.

Please notify us within 3 working days upon receipt of your purchases should you received any damaged or incorrect item ONLY. We will arrange an exchanges for you.

4. Order Confirmation :
Once your order received, we will send a confirmation of order with the full amount needed to pay and the banking / remittance details via your email within 24 hour.

How To Clean Your Wedding Gown

1. Examine your wedding gown to see if any of the trims, hems or detailing have come loose. Resew or restitch any items that need repair.

2. Brush off any dirt or floor lint from your wedding gown. Use a soft, barely damp washcloth to hand clean any spots around the hem. Make sure that water and mild soap will not spot or stain the wedding dress fabric.

3. Wash your gown by hand only if its fabric is washable. Lay the gown flat to dry rather than putting in a drier. If the wedding gown has many ornate trims and beads, don't wash the gown.

4. Take your wedding gown to a professional dry cleaner that specializes in wedding gowns. It's best to check with your bridal salon for recommendations on cleaning. Ask the salon about dry cleaning options that include chemicals to preserve your wedding gown. The preservation procedure will treat your gown, hand press it and pack it in acid-free tissue paper before sealing it in a storage box.

A) 发货声明

本店铺是一家网店，没有实体店铺。
本店的婚纱礼服全部都是预购的,如果您不能等的话请别下单.(预购的截止日期后 25-30工作天方能收到货物。），订做婚纱礼服需要60-75个供作天-付款日算起）偶尔会出现货物延迟的情况，因为本店的货物大多是外国进口的，特别是假日期间，或海关问题（这些情况很少会发生），请多多包涵。
现货则需 5-7个工作日。
本店只招呼有心人为的是提供优质婚纱礼服和所有婚嫁礼品, 谢绝踩场.本店铺将严厉对付造谣者。
本店只接受正统意见,谢绝无理的要求。
本店的现成婚纱由RM 299-RM 899 (不会超过 RM 900),订制婚纱礼服由 RM 900起,谢绝比较价钱,如果价钱不合心意,请别下单。

B) 性价比问题

这也是个很主观的因素，每个人的想法都不一样。有的MM花 RM100买到RM80 的东西就很满足，有的MM花 RM100 却是想买到RM1000的东西，价值观不同，期望过高的MM，也请恕我们无法满足。小店只提供性价比高的东西给朋友们。款式、面料、质量、做工难易程度、价格、售后服务都是性价比的内容。我们相信：天上不会掉馅饼，而一分钱才是一分货。

C) 质量问题

发货前都会有专门质检人员进行衣检，应无质量问题，如衣服确实存在本身的瑕疵（破洞等）请在收到的3天内及时联系我们提供图片，一定为您妥善解决.如果衣服非质量问题退回,例如：不喜欢该款式，不能穿等恕不受理.买家试穿应在床上试穿，衣服的裙摆特别容易脏的请一定注意，如果买家发错货或质量有问题，衣服退回前请保持完整,无穿过.洗过.并在二天内退还.洗后会掉色非我们能控制范围,不属于质量范畴哦。（有时衣服难免会有些小脱线，要求完美的·美眉请不要下拍（购买）。

D）尺寸问题

每件商品都是手工测量详细尺寸，每个人量法与量具不同，有一些误差是正常现象，我们一般会量取一个适合范围，拉松一点或者拉紧一点的差别都很大。本店的客服也会针对您提供的身材帮您参考建议，但我们并不了解您的身材和气质，只能单纯通过您提供的身高体重三围判断，决定权还在您自己，请不要事后以推荐尺码错误怪罪卖家。那很抱歉，不接受以此为理由的退货。订制婚纱礼服的美眉，请联系我们，我们会为您提供尺寸测量表和测量手则。我们建议您订做前给专业裁缝师测量尺寸以提供精准和正确的尺寸，所有订做衣物均不可退货。

E) 色差问题

小店内所有商品都是实物拍摄,为了保证颜色不出现偏差，我们会用多台电脑对颜色进行了校正，保证颜色在最大程度上不失真。但我们的确不能保证每位买家的显示器不出现色差，建议注重颜色的MM多换几台显示器看看。对一点色差都不能容忍的MM请慎重！

F) 评价问题

我们重视您的每一个中肯评价。您如果还满意，并给我们鼓励的好评，我们当然感激不尽。如果您有任何不满意，请先跟我们沟通，相信任何合理的问题都可以迅速给您解决。贸然的给出中差评，并不能解决任何问题。中肯的批评我们虚心接受，我们的工作肯定会存在这样那样的失误，也非常愿意为此承担责任。出现了问题，彼此之间多一份冷静和坦诚，都试着换位思考一下，相信任何问题都会迎刃而解的。

G) 售后服务

收货当天发现发错款式、衣服质量问题.请及时与我们在线客服联系,更换,来回邮费我们承担。
换货流程如下：

麻烦您把问题服装退回，在原包装外加包装寄回，请保证服装干净整洁、配件齐全，在不影响第二次销售以及退回厂家的，并不要直接把运单请或胶带直接贴在原包装上面，请您注意，我们不接受到付件，因为到付是现付的两倍，我们没有能力承担到付如止昂贵的费用。还得麻烦您现付，我们会把快递费退还给您！
请您在寄回的服装内用纸写一下您的MSN账号，电邮，联系方式及电话，以及您订购的款式及编号.方便我们查询和核对.会在到您退回货物后,30-45天内快递发出。（要把货物退给国外厂家替换需时）

注意事项：无论是什么问题，请在收到货24小时内联系客服，并在72小时内发快递退回，非质量问题退货来回的运费买家承担；量身定做的尺寸，无质量问题，均不退换！不便之处敬请谅解。

H) 快递问题

本店合作的固定快递公司poslaju,skynet 和G-DEX，顾客订单在无特殊要求下,均随机使用合作快递送货.快递因所在城市不同，运送速度也不一。特别是遇到法定节假日，都会有延迟耽搁现象。另外快递公司每个网点的业务员素质也不一，中间可能出现个别网点业务员态度不好或者包裹损坏等，一些卖家无法预知的意外因素。总之有什么不愉快请联系我们，我们会积极跟快递公司沟通解决的。所有包裹在运送途中遗失或损坏，本店恕不负责，不便之处请见谅。（请放心，极少会有这种事发生）本店将会把所有寄出包裹的号码告诉买家以方便跟踪包裹。

I) 缺货问题

库存庞大，而且数据变化太快，所以容易出现断货情况很普遍，有可能是购买前询问还有货，但排到发你的单就没有了,下订单的顺序一律以付款顺序为准,所以这是正常现象.负责你的订单的客服人员如果商品在三天时间内不会再返单将会尽快通过各种方式联系你进行更换或者退款.如果三天内能返单的将不再通知.等货来了就发.不能接受和理解这种情况的买家，请一定不要拍哦。如果您付款后出现了断货，我们会同你协商是否要更换款式,或者是申请退款。
