Expect Great Things!!!!!

As children we can all remember how good it felt to wake up early Christmas morning to see what "Santa" placed underneath the tree. We were in essence "expecting something great"! As a result, our parents stood back in amazement to see the smiles they put on our faces. This is how God feels when we "expect great things" from Him. He's literally sitting on the throne looking for someone to just flat out believe.

What has God spoken to you? Is it something you can do in your own strength? If so, then you've missed God. God will never ask you to accomplish anything that only you can accomplish. His requests are always bigger than ourselves. God will always use the least of them to do great and mighty works on His behalf in the earth. Look at Moses, he stuttered but he led a multitude of stubborn Israelites on a forty year journey. Rahab the harlot was used to hide spies of God and as a result she and her household was saved. Saul while traveling the road to Damascus murdered Christians before he was translated into one himself. These are just examples of God's grace and mercy and His undying desire to use us for His glory.

Therefore, if your journey is taking you outside of your comfort zone, then I welcome you to the will of God for your life. Impossible requests produces extravagant results because it causes you to exercise your faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God! Starting now, begin to declare that no matter what you "expect great things" from God each and every day! As you do this release your faith for it to come to pass in your life. God is now obligated to do great things for you even if you're doing it afraid!

I leave you with this...fear is contaminated faith that produces negative results. Faith is fueled by love and the results are limitless! Feed your faith and starve your doubts and fears to death!

The Church and The Bishop!!!!

Hello All,

I know that it's been a while since my last post. A lot has happened between now and then which brings me to my newest discussion.

There have been recent allegations eluding to the misconduct of Bishop Eddie Long and male counterparts from his congregation. I have heard every opinion known to man but what I have not heard is a prayer on behalf of all involved. I entitled this post "The Church and The Bishop" because not only is Bishop Eddie Long being scrutinized for such "out the norm" behavior, the church as a whole is now under attack. Mega churches have been scrutinized from the very begining because people don't truly understand the laws of sowing and reaping. People's views of Christ is somewhat scewed in that they feel he was a very poor man who was filled with compassion and humility. Only part of that is true. The bible is filled with God's views on money and how we should handle it. It is only when money is loved that it becomes a sin. When you use your money for kingdom purposes then it will be blessed and multiplied. God knew that people with lack of knowledge wouldn't understand this principle and that's why he stated that the blessing comes with persecution.

I think that the body of Christ need to uplift our spiritual leaders on a consistent basis because at the end of the day, they are human just as we are. The bible tells us not to put our confidence in man. If your man or woman of God is feeding you spiritual food that is producing fruit in your life then that in itself is a blessing. If you are in a ministry that is feeding you mere opinions that are not bible based then that my friend is not the will of God for your life. He (God) said that my people perish for the lack of knowledge...why because people refuse to allow the word of God to weigh heavier in their lives than circumstances.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to you in the name of Jesus. Asking for forgiveness of any sin that has so easily beset me. I repent for any time I've allowed the opinions of others to cause me to think negatively about the Bishop or the church as a whole. Lord, I lift up the man of God and his family as well as the young men involved in this case. I ask that the truth will be made known so that we as a body can move forward in the things of God. If the truth reveals any flaws or sins in the man of God may you give us a loving and compassionate heart to forgive and restore him back to righteousness. If the truth reveals that the men involved plotted against your anointed by conjuring up such dreadful lies may you cleanse them of all unrighteousness and forgive them of their sin. Lastly, if the truth reveals that the young men were vicitimized, then Lord I ask that you would restore them wholeheartedly. Lord, only You know where the truth lies and as a result, only You know how to remove the tarnishment from the church as a whole. May people seize this opportunity to pray and not speculate. Heal the hurt, the pain, and the embarrassment of all involved. Thank You Lord for vindication in every area. I plead the blood over our spiritual leaders and I plead the blood against every satanic plot or plan to destroy the purpose for why they exist. I come against every demonic force that is in operation in our spiritual leaders so that they may walk blameless before You and your people! Thank You Lord, that although we are not perfect, we are forgiven through and by the love of God and the blood of His son Jesus! This is my prayer! In Jesus Name, Amen!

A Prayer For All Marriages !!!!

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus I pray for all troubled marriages around the world. I bind the strong man in every husband/wife that has ventured outside of his/her marriage relationship, in every husband/wife who has not reverenced one another through Godly submission, in every husband/wife who has not yet received You as their personal Lord and Savior and I loose the blessing of God upon their lives. Lord, your word says that a three fold cord is not easily broken and Lord I thank you that you are in the midst of them right now. I commission the hand of God to get involved in every aspect of their marriage relationship and begin to turn things around for them right now in the name of Jesus. Whether it be financial lack in their lives, lack of joy or intimacy in their relationship, a spirit of separation or divorce...Lord, we ask that you will grant them Supernatural assistance to turn their situation around like only You can. I thank You for healing all hurt, restoring trust, renewing compassion in their lives today. I thankYou for saving that husband or wife by releasing your ministering angels to cross their path with a word from You Lord. Help them to walk in love and forgiveness for we know that this is the key to any breakthrough we wish to see in our lives. Whatever the need be in their marriage relationship we trust that You will fulfill. In the mighty name of Jesus I release all of these troubled marriages to You today and I rejoice on behalf of those that are reading this prayer and have received this blessing for themselves. I come against all satanic and demonic force and rulers of darkness in the name of Jesus. For I know that this battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and the rulers of darkness. I command the spirit of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, drugs, prostitution, and any other demonic force to be disintegrated now by your blood! I command them to loose their hold and set her free NOW! Lord, free her mind like only You can by the washing of Your word and the blood from Your sacrifice. Heal her mind, body, and soul and make her a new creation in You! Lord of the harvest, cause laborers to flood her pathway so that whenever and wherever she goes she will be bombarded by You! Father, in the Name of your Son Jesus, I confess your Word over my finances this day. As I do this, I say it with my mouth and believe it in my heart and know that your word will not return to you void, but will accomplish what it says it will do. Therefore I believe, in the Name of Jesus, that every need is met according to Philippians 4:19. I believe that because I have given tithes and offerings to further your cause, Father, gifts will be given to me, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will they pour into my bosom. For with the measure I deal out, it will be measured back to me. Father, you have delivered me out of the authority of darkness into the Kingdom of your dear Son. Father, I have taken my place as your child. I thank you that you have assumed your place as my Father and have made your home with me. You are taking care of me and even now you are enabling me to walk in love and in wisdom, and to walk in the fullness of fellowship with your Son Jesus.

Satan, I bind you from my finances, according to Matthew 18:18, and loose you from your assignment against me, in the Name of Jesus.

Father, I thank you that your ministering spirits (angels) are free to minister for me and bring in the necessary finances. Father, I confess you are a very present help in trouble, and you are more than enough. A Prayer For Our Schools

Today’s education system has drastically departed from what God first established in this nation through leaders who sought His counsel. The Word of God once served as the basic element in educating Americans. The Ten Commandments were even displayed in schools as a guide to moral attitude and conduct.

The state of our educational system may look hopeless, but when something looks hopeless, it is evidence of a spiritual problem. Hope can begin to work in these circumstances. Hope is a spiritual force which grows stronger and stronger the longer we stand. Faith can begin to work in these circumstances. “Now faith is the substance of the things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1). Patience can begin to work in these circumstances. The definition of patience is being constant or being the same way at all times. As believers exercise these three spiritual forces, the Word of God can work to change the direction of American education.

Our God is a good God! He caused the captivity of Judah and Israel to be reversed, then rebuilt them as they were at first (Jeremiah 33:7). He can do the same in our schools. Pray this prayer of faith and set yourself in agreement with the Word of God for the restoration of God’s principles in all levels of education.

Almighty God, I set myself in agreement with the Word of God and with what You once established in American education. I release my hope and faith in Your Word. I patiently expect Your Glory to be manifest in schools all across our nation.

I come before You on behalf of the students, educators and administrators of the entire educational system in America. Lord Jesus, I ask You to restore honor, integrity, virtue and peace in American classrooms. I confess Isaiah 54:13: “All thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children.” Every time I hear a report of violence and terror in our schools, I will say out loud, “Our children are taught of the Lord and great is the peace and the anointing on them!” And Jesus, You and I know the educators and the administrators cannot teach and run our schools without You and Your Anointing. So, I intercede and give thanks for those You have ordained and placed in positions of authority and responsibility in our schools across America. I believe for Your Anointing to be in them and upon them. I am not waiting until I see the Spirit of God moving in this situation. I am starting my confession NOW! I combine my faith with those who are also praying and believing for the wisdom, honor, power and glory of God to be demonstrated in our school system. I am releasing my faith for the next generation! Lord Jesus, I thank You for the redemptive work You are doing in our schools and in the people who run them. The students and teachers are on Your heart and they are on mine, too. Our schools will be a joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth! Nations will fear God and tremble because of all the goodness, peace, prosperity, security and stability You have provided. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Growing Faith

Faith is something that we've all struggled with at some point in our lives whether it was lack of faith (little faith) or having no faith at all. However, the bible says that without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God (Hebrews 11:6)!

So, let's talk about this thing called faith. Hebrews 11:1 says that "faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen". Therefore, it is safe to say that we hope for things we do not "yet" see through the substance of this thing called faith.

I remember when I had 15.00 in the bank and my son needed a pair of brown shoes for school. I prayed before I went to the store and I asked God to assist us with this purchase. I said Lord, I have 15.00 in the bank and my son needs a pair of brown shoes now lead us to them in Jesus name. I went to Payless Shoe Source and sure enough I found a pair of brown shoes that were perfect for him. But wait, the sticker says 22.99 but I have only 15.00 in the bank. Now, I'm in a dilemma. I desire to have these shoes so I decided to go up to the register and ask if they were on sale and the sales clerk looked at the sticker and said no. I then grabbed the shoes from the counter and walked back to the isle to put them back and then it hit me, exercise your faith! So I turned back around and told the clerk confidently, that these are the shoes that I want. So she scanned them and to both of our amazement the shoes rang up for 14.99 and she replied, "oh I'm sorry they were on sale and they must have been overlooked". My faith put them put them on sale! Praise God! I had enough money to buy the shoes despite what glitches they had in their store. I thanked God right then and there for His goodness and then I called everyone I knew who would listen and I began to share the good news. My faith in God moved the mountain of 22.99. God continued to supply my every need!

I have so many testimonies like this one because I chose to please God by operating my faith in Him on a consistent basis. I never fret when situations arise because I know that I serve a big God. God is looking for individuals who will flat out trust Him no matter what. It is His utmost desire to do us good all the days of our lives. It is up to us whether or not we will experience His goodness. Make a decision today to trust God no matter what. Start small by simply utilizing your faith for gas money or a designer shirt (for example). You must grow your faith from one level to the next. Once you experience God with the gas money or the designer shirt, then move to something greater than that. Your faith will begin to catapult you into a realm that's unimaginable! Begin to believe God and He will show Himself strong in your life! Feel free to testify when He does because this will truly be a blessing to others!

Satan's Method of Operation: Distractions! Subtitle Don't Be Distracted!

Often times when we are believing God for something miraculous to take place in our lives, satan is waiting to throw you one of his biggest weaponries called "distractions". He will try to get you to focus on the distraction so that you won't focus on the promises of God to receive your breakthrough.

How many times have you experienced distractions in your life when you are pressing towards something great? It happens more often than not. Recently, the Lord spoke to me concerning school. Out of obedience I began to move forward with the Rhema word that I received from Him and all of a sudden the fiery darts of distraction came from every direction. First, I lost some pertinent information that is needed in order for me to complete the application process and secondly I received a bad report in the mail. All of these things are designed to move me in the direction of doubt, fear, and unbelief so that the enemy can contain me from tapping into my divine destiny. This is why it is important to stay connected with the source which is God. Jesus was able to defeat satan on his own turf because He was in constant fellowship with His Father.

We have got to get to a place in God where nothing moves us because we are so entangled in the things of God that we can't be entangled with satan's tactics. What is that thing in your life that the enemy insists on using against you time and time again? If you can locate it you can defeat the enemy the same way Jesus did. Satan is a tempter but God is a deliverer! Praise God!

Watch your response when things pop up all of a sudden. Rejoice and be glad and know that you serve a big God and if you don't you can. There is a prayer of salvation listed on my blog if you need to make Jesus the Lord of your life. Remember, when distractions come do all that you know to do in the natural, check your love walk, remember to forgive and release all that binds you. Get before God in prayer and ask Him for guidance. Thank Him in advance for your deliverance/breakthrough! Learn how to trouble your troubles and know that we (the believers) win every battle that we face! Be encouraged and don't mind the distractions!

Faith Confession

In the name of Jesus, I am a believer. I believe God's Word. I am what the Word says I am. I have what the Word says I have. I can do what the Word says I can do. In Jesus' name, I render ineffective every negative word I have spoken, every negative thing I have thought, every word and thought that has been contrary to the truth of God's Word. From this moment forward, I will acknowledge only the good things that are in me in Christ Jesus. I am saying it now: out of the good treasure of my heart, only good things will come to pass.

I am the righteousness of God, a new creation, an heir of God, and a joint-heir with Jesus. I have been delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of God's Dear Son. I have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb - redeemed from the curse of the Law; redeemed from sickness and disease, poverty and death.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I am more than a conqueror. He never leaves me nor forsakes me. Since the Greater One dwells within me, I can overcome every situation. The faith of God resides within me, and through it I have the victory that overcomes the world.

I thank you, Father, that I can have all these things. I believe it in my heart. I have released it with my mouth. So be it. It will surely come to pass, in Jesus' name, Amen!

An Affirmation For Prosperity

*If you are experiencing any type of lack in your life it is a direct violation against the word of God! Read the following affirmation in faith daily or until faith comes. The more you read/say what God says about your situation you will feel yourself gaining more and more confidence in His ability to take care of you and your situation through His written word. Lastly, always remember we win every battle!!!

Since I seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, all these things are added to me. There may be a shortage of food in the cupboard and money in the bank, but my God supplies all my need according to His riches in glory. El Shaddai is my source. I speak light into the darkness. Lack of clothing I speak to you. Lack of finances I speak to you. Lack of food I speak to you. Lack of transportation I speak to you. “If God be for me, you cannot be against me. Be removed from my life and be cast into the sea”. Provisions, food, clothing and money, I speak to you, “Come into my life. Come into the life of my family. Righteousness finds it’s way to me. Healing finds it’s way to me. Prosperity finds it’s way to me. Financial blessings come upon me and overtake me”.

Jesus is preeminent in my life. Therefore, all grace is abounding toward me. So I can have a sufficient supply in every area of my life to give into every good work of God. I am a giver. I am a sower. Therefore, I am a reaper. Harvest day has arrived. Jesus became poor on the cross so I could be rich. Prosperity is part of the atonement and my spiritual right. I resist lack and poverty in Jesus name. I will not live below my covenant rights I AM PROSPEROUS. Today will be a good day. Every weapon of Satan planned for me will turn on him. This day, I am more than a conqueror. Today will be filled with blessings from God. All spiritual and natural blessings for this day have been arranged for me before the foundation of the earth. I can’t lose.

Winning in Battle

There is no point in trying to avoid battles because, in life, they are inevitable. As Christians, we are guaranteed to experience affliction, persecution, adversity, and trials. However, God has promised us absolute victory in every situation we face. Our job is to fight the good fight of faith and remain steadfast where God’s Word is concerned. By refusing to be moved from what God has said in the Bible, activating our faith, and rising up in the authority invested in us through Jesus Christ, we can walk out of any battle triumphant.

Many times, the dilemmas we find ourselves in have nothing to do with the devil; but, they have everything to do with the bad choices we have made. When we refuse to follow God’s instructions and do things His way, we can end up going through unnecessary affliction and hardship. But even when this happens, God’s love is in hot pursuit of us. His grace is His willingness to get involved in our situations and circumstances. We can have confidence He is standing by to help us, even when we make senseless mistakes.

How you handle yourself in the midst of the battle makes the difference. One of the most important things we can do is be mindful of the power of words. Second Corinthians 4:13 says, “We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.” Whatever you believe, you must speak. Actually, what is in your heart in abundance will come out of your mouth eventually and make known what you really believe anyway. As it relates to the Believer, our faith is evident by what we say. If we claim the promise of God that says we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, we demonstrate our belief first and foremost by declaring it.

Using the Word of God during spiritual battles is guaranteed to get results. It is the sword of the Spirit and will cut to pieces the snares of the enemy. Whatever is coming against you, find out what God says and put it in your mouth. When you speak what you believe, you send a message to the devil that says you are fighting back and you are winning.

Verse 15 of that same chapter reveals another important key to victory in battle, “For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.” I don’t know about you, but I need God to get involved in my battles! This scripture clearly says that when we actively engage the power of thanksgiving by giving God thanks for everything He has done and for who He is, it releases His grace, which is His unmerited favor. It’s not that we deserve it, but He loves us so much. He can’t help but intervene when we use the big gun of thanksgiving as a weapon.

I want to encourage you to remain immovable when you’re going through a tough time. Trouble won’t last always. You have been equipped with God’s Word, which is more than enough to fight off anything the devil throws at you. You win!

The enemy longs to destroy the plans and purposes of God because he knows that when we are walking in our divine destiny we defeat his plan. So join me as I continue to slay the enemy with my God given authority by praying these powerful spiritual warfare prayers. In order to defeat satan and his cohorts we must identify the enemy that we are up against! Remember, weapons WILL be formed BUT they shall not prosper! Now, let's put our foot on the devil's neck! Hallelujah....

You Amorite spirit, I bind you and your power from operating against me and causing me to slander or to entice me to babble and rebel and talk about other people, in Jesus' name. You will cease and desist from sowing thoughts of discord and division into my mind. You will not bring condemnation to paralyze me in Jesus' name. I am free from your slander, from your babbling and talking and rebelling and bitterness and division and sowing discord, in Jesus' name.

You Hitite spirit, I take authority over you in the name of Jesus. You will not bring deception or wickedness to me any longer. As a villager or deceitful friend, you will no longer disguise yourself as someone ordinary. You will not seduce me to part with my money or some get rich quick scheme or some wrong deal. I command you to cease your activity in my life, in Jesus' name and I claim back every dollar that I have spent or invested in schemes and wrong deals, in Jesus name!

You Jebusite spirit, according to Matthew 11:28-30, I take authority over you. You spirit of heaviness, you will not operate against me any longer. You will no longer tread me under your feet or attack my emotions with negativity. You will not attempt to sap my confidence or my strength any longer. I command you to cease and desist from instigating the feeling of resignation or quitting in my life, in Jesus name. Your powers are broken now, in the name of Jesus.

You Perizzite spirit, according to John 10:10, the thief cometh not but for to kill, to steal, and destroy. It says if I find a thief, he shall restore to me sevenfold. You have been found! You will no longer cause me to dwell in an un-walled city. You will no longer steal or dispossess from me what I have built up in Jesus' name. So I take back (with violent force-which is my faith in the word of God) everything you have stolen in the name of Jesus and I declare that I am prospering and everything in the Book belongs to me!

I prohibit satanic manifestations and I speak that divine "abortive" measures and "miscarriages" occur in satanic wombs and incubators. Everything that satan is trying to birth, I command a miscarriage.

Now Father, you have given me a great work to accomplish. I war for the releasing of finances and all resources that belong to me. Everything prepared for me before the foundation of the world, that pertains to my life, my ministry, my calling and godliness, comes to me now. I shall not/will not accept substitutes. I call in the resources necessary for me to fulfill God's original plan for my life and I command that it comes to me without delay, in the name of Jesus!

Marriage Series: Giving Him All of You Through Intimate Ministry! Subtitle: How to Pucker Up When You're Plumped Out!

Hi Ladies,

It is my prayer that you have enjoyed my miniture series on marriage. We know that marriage was ordained by God; therefore, the enemy hates it and longs to destroy it. Therefore, we must not allow the enemy to have a foothold in our marriage relationships. It is vital that both parties work hard to maintain the marriage; however, if this is not the case then allow God to use YOU to turn it around!

Now, let's take a journey into the area that is most important to our spouses outside of respect. That is the area of intimacy! Every husband needs it and desires it no matter what is going on in our lives or their lives. It doesn't matter if you've worked all day, taking care of the kids, running errands, preparing dinner, etc. (you get the point! Sex is so vitally important because every time you come together in intimacy you become one in spirit. If it were not so Jesus would not have identified the woman at the well as being married. He saw her as one with the man she had been with.

We as woman are so emotionally connected to things that if intimacy doesn't start early in the morning with taking out the trash, helping get the kids ready for school, or any other chore like duty we shut down. We really need to change that. The bible says that the Holy Spirit is our "helper" so let's utilize the help. Ask the Holy Spirit to assist you in meeting the needs of your husband in the area of intimacy. Here are a few suggestions, when you roll over in the morning pursue him first thing by providing him with what Min. Chaun Pinkston likes to call a "maintenance quickie". This will help in those in between times when you really want to satisfy him while your mind is fresh and clear. Next, if your spouse needs you after a long days work, simply ask him for a few minutes so that you can get refreshed. Step away and employ supernatural assistance to help you renew your mind and get prepared. A quick shower to refresh, a favorite perfume, candles, and soft music can set the stage for play that he will never forget. If you are angry at your spouse, quickly set your will to forgive him despite who was at fault so that you can always keep the doors of intimacy open. Intimacy is a sure way to send the devil packing because when you come together you are one.

Ladies, get creative and pursue. Always look nice around your spouse to keep him attracted to you! Make him feel desired and make him hate to leave home! God ordained marriage and He also ordained sex for marriage so employ His help and allow Him to take your love life to new dimensions!

Marriage Series: Call Him What You Want Him To Be!

Confessions for the Wife (to create the husband she desires)

1. My husband is the undisputed head of our household and he leads us in godliness and with temperance (Ephesians 5:23; 1 Peter 5:6)

2. I love, honor and respect him, and speak well of my husband to others. I also speak kindly to him for his edification (Proverbs 31:26)

3. My husband is faithful and true to me. He has no need to go else where, because I provide everything he needs and desires (Proverbs 5:18-19)

4. I was created to be a suitable helpmate for my husband. Everything he needs is in me. He lacks no good thing (Proverbs 31:12)

5. My husband's life is redeemed from distruction and no weapon formed against him prospers (Isaiah 54:17)

6. He is a mighty man of valor and protects, provides and leads our family in the perfect will of God for our lives (Judges 6:12)

7. God perfects those things that concern him (Psalm 138:8)

8. My husband handles money wisely. He is careful to pay tithes and offerings and give firstfruits (Malachi 3:8-11; Romans 11:16) Because of this, the windows of heaven remain open over our lives.

9. Because my husband is obedient to the Word of God, he shall live long and prosper all the days of his life (Proverbs 3:1-2)

10. My husband provides abundantly for our family as a result of God providing abundantly for him (1 Timothy 5:8)

11. My words have creative ability (Proverbs 18:21), and in the name of Jesus I have what I say. I release most holy faith to bring these things to pass in my life. God, Your Word says, "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so..." (Psalm 107:2). I have been redeemed by faith in the blood of Jesus. Therefore I declare these things to be so now, and I receive them in Jesus' name. Amen.

Ladies, you may not see these qualities in your husband right now, but the word of God produces great results if you stick with it long enough. Don't be discouraged when you don't see results overnight because the word of God is seed that must first take root in the soil of your heart. It will then produce a life force that will produce results once spoken! Keep the faith and keep your mouth tuned to the confession not the reality. Always remember that the truth of God's word can change any fact! Be blessed and empowered!

Marriage Series: The Power of Agreement

Hi ladies,

Welcome back! I pray that your holiday was a blessed one. Now join me as I continue to help you take your marriage to another level. God ordained and created marriages because it is a true representation of His love in the earth; therefore, the enemy HATES it! So much so that he attacks marriages in various ways. One of them being in the area of "disagreement". Disagreement is related to the lack of communication. There is so much power in agreement. If it weren't, God would not have stated in His word that "if two of you shall agree on earth..." (Matt. 18:19) or "can two walk together, except they be agreed" (Amos 3:3). You get the picture.

We all know that our husbands are the heads of our homes; however, they don't always make the wisest decisions. The bible refers to the wife as the "helper" which is also what the bible calls the "Holy Spirit". Wow, what a blessing to be compared to. Ladies, it is our job to assist (help) our husbands make the right decisions by utilizing the horizontal and vertical equation. Let me show you how.

Let's say that your husband has his eyes on a new and expensive sports car but you have been saving money for that nice family vacation that both of you discussed and were in agreement on. Now all of a sudden he has to have this new car and he wants to use the "vacation fund" as his down payment. Whoa, pump the breaks! You instantly have a strong desire to utilize the devils language and tell him where to go and how fast to get there. This is when you refer back to the list of things you should never say to your husband. What do you do now you ask? You utilize the gift of agreement. That's where the horizontal/vertical equation comes into play!

The horizontal line goes from side to side which represents you on one end and your spouse on the other as if you are standing face to face. Then you have the vertical line that goes straight up and down which represents you on the bottom and the Father on top. Picture this in your head as you read. Now go back to the scenario. You should instantly get in agreement with your spouse no matter what was previously discussed because remember that's where the power is. Then (you) take the problem to God the Father who oversees both lines (horizontal and vertical) and leave your concerns with Him. Let Him transmit the correction from the top of the vertical line to the horizontal line. Watch how God will minister to your husband concerning this seemingly bad decision. God only honors agreement! There is no power in disagreement. Before you know it your spouse will return to you and say, "baby, I really don't need that car. Spending time with my family means more to me than some fast car". Praise God! Let us pray...

Lord, we thank you for allowing us to always remain at peace with our husbands. Help us to remember to always get in agreement with our spouses so that we can put 10,000 to flight. Lord, help my husband to make wise decisions by seeking You first when he has an idea. Thank you Lord, for helping us to be an awesome help to our spouse. In Jesus name, Amen!

Wow, what a difference a kind word makes. I felt all warm and fuzzy inside as I typed. Just imagine how your husband would feel and the difference it would make if you spoke this way all the time. Hi Ladies,
I'm so glad you joined me. I am excited about what God is birthing on the inside of me concerning marriages and meaningful relationships. Often times we tend to follow the idiosyncrasies that we've learned from watching meaningless relationships from our childhood whether intentional or by happenstance. Whatever the case may be the major issue in most marriages aside from financial would be the lack of proper communication. It is one of the biggest threats to our marital relationships because when it is not used properly it will destroy the human spirit. So let's start by focusing on the top 25 things that a wife should never say to her husband.

As a Wife, I vow to never say...

I told you so
You're always in a bad mood
You just don't think
It's all your fault
What's wrong with you
All you ever do is complain
I can't do anything to please you
You made your bed; now lie in it

Whew, I know that was hard to swallow because we are all guilty of using those negative filled words towards our spouses. Yet, there is hope. Join me tomorrow as I show you the 25 things that your husband longs to hear.

Father in the name of Jesus, I come before you now asking for your forgiveness for all of the negative words I've sown into _____________ 's life. I pray for an immediate crop failure because I realize my words are containers that will produce what I say. Whatever he is lacking, Lord help me to speak nothing but the desired result. Prayers: Shattering Stronghold's

1. “In the name of Jesus, I bind my body, soul and spirit to the will and purposes of my God. I bind myself to an awareness of the power of the blood of Jesus working in my life everyday. I bind my mind to the mind of Christ that I can have the thoughts, purposes and feelings of His heart in me. I bind my feet to the paths You have ordained for me to walk in lord, that my steps will be strong and steady. I bind myself to the work of the cross with all of its mercy, truth, love, power, forgiveness and dying to self.” In Jesus Name, Amen

2. In the Name of Jesus, I bind the strongman and loose his hold on everything he has ever stolen from me (health, wealth, peace, family, etc.). I rebuke his works and loose the power and effects of every deception, devices and influence he wants to bring against me. In Jesus Name, Amen

3. Lord, I repent of having wrong attitudes and thoughts. I renounce them now and ask your forgiveness. I loose every old wrong pattern of thinking, attitude, idea, desire, belief, habit and behavior that may still be working in me. I tear down, crush, smash and destroy every stronghold I have erected to protect these wrong attitudes. I bind myself to the attitudes and patterns of Jesus Christ. I bind myself to the overcoming behavior and spiritual desires that line up with the fruit of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus Name, Amen

4. Father, I loose any stronghold in my life protecting wrong feelings I have against anyone. Forgive me as I forgive those who have caused me pain, loss or grief. I loose any desire for retribution or to rectify. In the name of Jesus, I loose the power and effects of any harsh or hard words (word curses) spoken about me, to me or by me. I loose any strongholds connected with them. I loose all generational bondages and their stronghold from myself. I thank you Jesus that you have promised whatsoever I bind and loose on earth will be bound and loosed in heaven. In Jesus name; Amen

5. Father in the name of Jesus, I bind myself, soul and spirit to Your will and purposes. I bind myself to the truth, to a fresh awareness of the blood, to the mind of Christ and to the work of the cross. I loose and shatter every hindrance and device that my soul would use to distract me from moving deeper in You. I loose, shatter and destroy every wrong agreement I have ever entered into; whether it be with another person, a wrong spirit, a deception or a false philosophy. I loose, sever and cut myself and all soul ties I have ever formed with anyone. I loose, sever and destroy any justifications, logic, arguments or reasoning that I have ever held onto to excuse wrong attitudes, wrong patterns, or behavior or unforgivness in my life. In Jesus Name, Amen

6. I loose the grave clothes from my soul. I loose any generational bondage from my soul. I loose any opposition and resistance from my soul and I loose any hidden agendas from my soul. I loose, shatter, and destroy the layer of self-control and self-defense, that I have allowed my soul to put down over my unmet needs, my unhealed hurts, and my unresolved issues. Father, some of them have been there for so long, and I have believed they would never be fixed. Forgive me, Father, for believing this, help me to work with You to loose layer after layer myself, so that these layers of vulnerability can be exposed to Your healing grace.

Thank You for helping me to continue to loose and destroy every fear that I will be disappointed and hurt if my unmet needs come to the surface of my soul. I loose and shatter every wrong belief I have ever had that You wouldn’t fix every single lock and wrong in my life and that You wouldn’t make me whole and strong and filled with joy. In Jesus Name, Amen

7. Father, I ask You to forgive me, my doubts to cleanse me and guide my steps towards becoming the fulfillment of Your purpose from my birth. I thank You Father, because I know it is Your will to do this for me. In Jesus name, amen

To Walk in the Prosperity Ignited by Love

PRAYER: Lord I pray for an increase of the anointing, love and compassion. I know that promotion comes from You (Ps. 75:6,7), and I know that You are a rewarder of them that diligently seek You. (Heb. 11:6) Because of Your favor, Lord, I expect miraculous increase in every area of my life. And I am 1000 times better from this moment on. (Deut.1:11). In Jesus’ name. Amen

CONFESSION: In the name of Jesus I am rooted and grounded in the love of God. I decide today that I live and walk in Love. My faith will increase. My anointing will increase. My power will increase – because my love has increased in Jesus name.

Have you ever endured a trial in your finances, marriage, family/kids, or on your job that seemed to never cease? It seems as though you've prayed about it yet nothing seems to change. Well, have you spoken life into your situation? Prayer becomes null and void when your confessions don't support the request you've made to heaven.

For instance, in Ezekiel 37 the Lord told Ezekiel to speak to the valley of dry bones and when he did everything came together but still there was no life. Then Ezekiel called out to the winds of the four corners of the earth and commanded it to breathe life into the skeletal remains and life evolved! Praise God! What's dry in your life? Speak to it and command the breath of God to breathe life into that dry situation.

Another example of speaking life into dead situations is when Jairus' daughter was ill and Jesus was asked to come and see about her (Mark 5:35). As He was on His way, He was stopped by the woman with the issue of blood. See how distractions can pop up when you are in need of the miraculous? The good thing about it is there is enough of Him to go around as long as you stay in faith. Before Jesus could reach the house where Jairus' daughter was he was met by a man who said, "don't bother" the damsel is dead. Jesus then replied, "keep on believing" the damsel is not dead she's asleep-paraphrase. Jesus kicked all of the naysayers out so that he could set an atmosphere of faith to perform his miracle. As a result, she was raised from the dead.

The Power of Imagination!

Can you remember -as a child-your imaginary friends or visions of an occupation that were so real you felt as if you could reach out and touch it? They were so vivid and clear that it seemed as if you were the only person on the planet earth.

In fact, the power of imagination almost caused mankind to build a tower that would lead to the heavens in Gen. 11. So much so that God himself had to get involved in cancelling their plans. We were created to use our imagination and our words to create the lives that God intended. It is His word that we are to speak on a consistent basis that will cause the plan and purpose of His will for our lives to be birthed through our imaginations.

What can you see yourself doing? Is it real to you? Always remember, if you can see it-you can be it!

Praise is My Weapon

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you felt as if all hope was lost? I've been there. The bible tells us that God will never leave us nor forsake us which means that He's always there with us even when it looks and feels bad. When you are weighed down with a spirit of heaviness, use praise as your weapon. Praise is the most powerful tool that is sure to stop the devil in his tracks. God ministered to me that praise is the vehicle that usher's in heavenly assistance. It has the power to create days of heaven in the earth. God is pleased when we praise Him. Even when we do it as a sacrifice. Begin to praise God in the midst of that trial and that tribulation and watch the peace of God-which surpasses all of your understanding-surround you as a shield! Be blessed and full of praise today!
