Wow... so much has gone on since my last post! Usually I would work on an outfit and post it right after. But now,I can't reveal pieces from my collections before the collection is launched. Its a bit tricky because I can't update as often as I would like.

With that beeing said. I would love for you to tell me wich outfit is your favorite! =) . Feedbacks! Comments! anything!

Yep! another jacket. I call this one the "Dress" Coat. It looks like an actual dress so it is very practical for wearing over a mini dress or mini skirt =) Oh Lucifer! (horse in the picture) such a funny fellow! He has his own little crazy personality! So Goofy! He's my new found love♥

I am back to posting! Yay! this is actually what I enjoy doing best. I decided to shoot this jacket, Love it! and I actually wear it! So practical! =) Mathieu took these photos at his dad's barn! I had so much fun, never been around so many horses in my life. They were quite the characters! They kept pushing me and trying to eat my boots! Haha. What a weekend! It's unbelievable how amazing the staff was once again! Leah! Thank you so much for helping me get through this =) without you, my head would have exploded! My two volunteers who helped me SO MUCH! Mucho thank you. Greg Kolz, thank you for your beautiful pictures! Of course Gabrielle and Hussein, you guys are pure geniuses! Sylvie Prud'Homme, holey girl you know how to do some hair! And last but not least Michel, thank you for keeping me company during that stressful day =). I can't believe it's all over! Even though I never had as much mixed emotions in one day! It was all worth it and I would do it all over again in a heart beat! Thank you to everybody who came out to support me! Very appreciated! Hi everybody! I made this outfit about a month ago, I actually made these leggings to go see Lmfao in concert Hahaha! I felt so comfortable in them, the fabric is INSANE! These pictures were taken in lovely Ottawa.

Now, this is one of my favorite pieces to date. This color! outch, I fell in love with the fabric and immediately thought BLAZER. Today was probably the last nice day of fall. I thought I would try something different this time,a long dress! I was trying to go for a Bohemian look, I think it turned out okay...right?

I am so excited for Fall/Winter. Fall is by FAR my favorite season. Fresh air, dressing up in layers, coloured leaves, and my birthday of course =P! It makes me think of new beginnings and fresh starts.

Hey guys! This dress is totally inspired by the T.Babaton Spring/Summer 2011 collection from Aritzia. Weird enough though... I got inspired by the fabric, a sort of silk/chiffon, and wanted to make a blouse... but I ended up making it long enough to wear it as a dress...so I just added a band to tie around the waist and voila! I love when a piece turns out to be so versatile.

Oh! and I took pictures of the making of the shorts. Omg! I loved making those shorts! The details were just so fun to create.

A little something I noticed with me designing is how I seem to not think about one piece to design but a full ensemble. Never will I design something without thinking about something else to go with it. I always have an image of a look I need to create, I love that about designing! So I made a high waisted tribal skirt with the blouse and the scarf to go with it.

Shoes by JC once again, I have to stop spending on shoes... it's the hardest thing! Gaaahhh!!

It has been rainning here for the last couple of days so it made me stay inside to sew and be creative. I made this simple dress and embroided the designs by hand, doing it on the sofa while watching Fashion Television♥. Ahh! finally! finished my fall/winter "collection".Now I can focus on my spring work.Here is a mish mash of what was left of my fall/winter collection.I decided to rent a studio to shoot these pieces.

About 2 months ago I was on a reading streak and read 4 books in a month, including the 3 L.A Candy's from Lauren Conrad, witch I surprisingly liked! Before I Fall(in the third picture) is a great book! It is actually the picture on the cover that influenced me to buy it haha, me and beautiful images.My mother once told me to read the 40th page of a book before you buy it, if it looks interesting, then buy it. Anyways, I do recommend it, it reminded me of the movie Groundhog day, but waaaaay better =) Enjoy your weekend everybody! Ciao.

ElizBourk at Ottawa Fashion Week!

This was the best experience I could ever had gotten. So amazing! Gabrielle asked me to show my collection at Ottawa fashion week just 2 weeks before the event!(Thank you!) I worked so hard on finishing everything on time, and everything turned out so great! we had so much fun! The models were just amazing! love those girls!! Also, I had two incredible volunteers Jessica and Nadia, thank you so much! they made my life so much easier at the show =)... Oh! and I can't forget about Vanessa who was the mind behind my show, I just don't understand how a human being can cram so many things in her head and be so organized and so smart! =) There are more pictures to come but I would like to make a photoshoot with them first! Baby its Cold outside!

Finally! got to shoot this winter sweater\Jacket with Mathieu yesterday.It was freaking cold Brrr!! but it was worth it. I made this piece with fabric I bought with a gift cirtificate that my boyfriend's wonderful parents bought for my birthday in October. Thank you!!

This dress is my little jewel. I love having to work on detailed dresses. It was really easy to make, but took me quite some time. I know its a bit short! but all of my designs, I make for myself, and I have shorter legs than she does because obliously I do not have a model's proportions lol.
