ChiRunning is the world’s leader in teaching a safe, efficient, and natural running technique aimed to reduce injury and improve personal performance

Our mission is twofold: to help you run as efficiently and injury-free as possible. These two skills will make your running a joyful and successful practice and are based on the movement principles of T’ai Chi.

ChiRunning is based on a centuries-old principle from T’ai Chi: shift your workload to the core muscles. Your efficiency comes from allowing gravity to assist your propulsion, taking the workload off your legs and letting you run lightly and swiftly like you did as a youngster.
