The 65th EHS Reunion is in the planning process and the Dates have been selected, Friday, August 21st and Saturday, Aug. 22nd. The Saturday Dinner will be at Das Dutchman Essenhaus in Middlebury, 6-9 pm right off US 20 at the bypass split. See Attached Flier. Planning is also underway for the Friday get together. My preference, along with several classmates, would be back at the High Dive Pavilion, catered. That could be Hors d’oeuvres or Tacos plus Beer, Wine. One complaint, so far, has been: no alcohol at the Essenhaus. Reservations will be needed for the events, so they know how many are attending. READ the attached Invite flier for what is planned, so far.

Classmates, It’s time to get planning for our 65th Reunion this year, preferably in August. Has anyone been thinking or working towards this event? We need a committee, if one has not been formed. The replies, so far, have been for two nights of get-togethers. For those of us coming from out of town, it is more enticing to have at least two nights and any other adventures that might interest the group. Let me know what, if anything, is going on. I can help from the Blog end, but I am a bit far away to do any local planning. Time to get Moving on this!

Also, Our condolences to Marge Nickel for the loss of Don Pletcher.

The year has flown by pretty quick. Christmas and New Years are upon us. It won’t be long before it will be time for our 65th Reunion. We need to start thinking about what we are going to do. One or two nights. Two nights might be good for those of us that come from afar. Time to think about a committee to put it together. I’ve already had a few replies that are in favor of having the event. The first or second weekend in August would be my normal choice based on previous events. I can handle some of the promotion from this end and have a fairly current class list. That is available to the planners. Let me know what is underway and I will help all I can.

Also, If anything in your address, email, phone or other info. has changed, Please let me know. Dave
