Só não tenho coragem de comer 1 Bombom, ainda tenho medo de acionar algo monstruoso dentro de mim…hahahahhaha.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Continuo tomando Chá (vários) e muita agua durante o dia. Musculação e Pilates 3 vezes na semana.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Outra coisa boa que fiz foi retirar a FARINHA BRANCA. Aqui em casa só entra PÃO, BOLO, MACARRÃO, ARROZ ETC….se for Integral.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Também descobri a Quinua em grão. É bommm demais e sacia muitooo.     &lt;br /&gt;Faço minha sopa de legumes e sempre coloco 2 C.S de Quinua. Como uma saladinha crua e depois antes de dormir 1 Yakult congelado (faço de conta que é um sorvete..risos).    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;As vezes no lugar da sopa eu faço Mingau de leite c/ aveia GROSSA. (gostei dela)     &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Novamente estarei em “espera”…. ;o(     &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Mas isso não vai me deixar pra baixo nãooooo, continuarei fazendo minha dieta e malhando 3 X na semana.     &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Estou emagrecendo bem devagar e já desisti de ficar anotando o peso. Final de Junho tenho a Reavaliação na academia e ai sim vou saber quanto perdi em medidas, peso, etc…     &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;O importante é que estou percebendo mudanças no meu corpo. Mas reiniciei a dieta, fui na academia, fiz meu Pilates e minha Musculação.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Voltei animada e bem disposta. Tomei minha sopinha, peguei meu chá de canela e maçã e fui pra caminha p/ fugir da tentação noturna..risos    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Deu certo!! Acordei hoje mais animada ainda e FELIZ POR NÃO TER DESISTIDO DE TUDO.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Continuarei em busca de uma vida mais saudável e como consequência eliminarei peso ;o)   &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;ah!! Massssss…. ficaria em casa sem fazer nadinha, nadinha? duvidoo, eu ia acabar comendo..risos…    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Então resolvi andar antes de ir na medica. Sábado estava tranquila e mantive minha dieta fazendo ótimas escolhas.   &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;O Domingo começou bem, estava feliz e sem ansiedade. Até a hora do almoço quando minha filhinha de 26 anos me deu de presente 1 barra de Toblerrone.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Fiquei muitoooo irritada e falei isso pra ela, foi muita sacanagem me dar chocolate, ela sabe que não consigo comer aos poucos, acabo comendo a caixa toda e por isso já havia pedido para que ninguemmm me desse chocolate durante 3 meses.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Bom, pedi para meu marido esconder!!!&amp;#160; Até as 20hs eu estava tomando chá e tentando dormir, mas a ansiedade subiu e fui na geladeira para pegar 1 yakut e o que encontrei????&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;A BENDITA BARRA DE CHOCOLATE! Comi e fiquei PP da vida comigo, já está sendo tão difícil eliminar peso com dieta, exercícios e academia e eu ainda derrapo no chocolate?   &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Massssss, não deixei por menos.    &lt;br /&gt;Então PAREI O CAFE durante o dia.     &lt;br /&gt;Tomo 1 xicara de café (peq) de manha e todos os dias faço um chá diferente e coloco na garrafa térmica de 2 litros. Toda vez que da vontade de tomar café tomo o CHÁ SEM AÇUCAR.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Já faz uma semana e estou achando que realmente a ansiedade diminuiu bem.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Já fiz`    &lt;br /&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Chá de Hortelã&lt;/strong&gt; : folhas verdes, (as secas são horríveissss) achei que tomando a noite ele dá um soninho bommm ;o)    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chá de Casca de Maçã c/ Canela&lt;/strong&gt;: Esse é divino e se não estou enganada tira um pouco a fome. Uso a casca da maçã e a polpa eu corto em quadradinhos e congelo para usar na vitamina.     &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chá de Capim Limão:&lt;/strong&gt; Fiz o seco que comprei no Mundo verde e achei horrivelll. Então comprei a muda e plantei..daqui uns dias terei as folhas.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Vou procurar outros tipos de chá para fazer, no mercado tem muitos mas não suporto saquinhos e ervas secas por isso estou um pouco limitada, mas minha horta vai crescer…hahahaha    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Cada dia me surpreendo comigo mesma. Passei anos e anos dizendo que era viciada em cigarro e café e que nunca conseguiria parar. Ele disse que são “suspeitos” mas prefere esperar 6 meses para ver o que acontece. Ainda estou na fase de&amp;#160; “perigo eminente depois das 17hs”, assim que completar 1 mes eu fico mais tranquila e controlada no bom sentido.   &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Claro que não consegui dormir essa hora e no meu pensamento só via Ovos de Páscoa. TV ligada e eu pensando em chocolates.     &lt;br /&gt;Fui na geladeira e peguei 10 fatias bem fininha de Pêra congelada. Fica parecendo petisco…mas tem que comer rápido pois derrete fácil. (uma boa distração p/ boca nervosa ;o)    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Tudo estava bem até que meu filho amado e querido entrou no quarto e perguntou se eu queria Kibe e Esfirra do Habib´s, QUASE MATEIIIIII. Minha vontade era jogar uma pedra em cima dele…risos… fiquei irada e disse que não queria.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Mas quando o interfone tocou meu coração disparou… adoroooo Kibe do Habib´s, MAS NÃO COMI (graças a Deus ele pediu só pra ele ;o(    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Levantei e fui na cozinha abrir e fechar a geladeira, peguei um potinho de Adess congelado, dei uma PATADA no meu marido e fui raspar meu sorvete de Adess e tentar dormir.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Caracaaaaaaaaa!! Que absurdoooo, porque dei aquela patada no marididão? Ele não tem culpa de eu estar me privando do que gosto. Como minha tireoide esta funcionando normal a dificuldade de emagrecer pode ser dos nódulos.    &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;Meu marido comprou Ovo de Páscoa, só vai me dar amanha, mas acho que vou devolver…. sacanagem ;o((    &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;As 17:30 volto para a academia fazer 1 hora de Piltaes solo.    &lt;br /&gt;Poderia fazer tudo junto, mas ir de tarde me ajuda a passar o horário critico.    &lt;br /&gt;Se ficar em casa sem fazer nada eu acabo beliscando algo ;o))&lt;/p&gt;
