período de&amp;nbsp;verão a maioria das pessoas buscam o litoral para , relaxar e repor
as energias né ? Aqui em sao paulo infelizmente nossas praias ficam um pouco
distantes , mas vale a pena dar uma escapadinha da vida agitada e se recompor
no litoral ! Bom semana passada fui pra Ilhabela , porque estava super curiosa
para conhecer o SUP , stand up paddle e um esporte que mistura o remo com o
surf ,esta se popularizando agora tanto no rio como em sao paulo . O SUP e de
origem havaiana ,começou quando os beachboys , usavam as pranchas na época
tábuas e os remos para tirara fotos dos turistas que aprendiam a surfar . &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

eu fiz uma aula , que e o suficiente para aprender a parte teórica e conseguir
remar e pegar umas ondinhas . Além de ser super divertido , em águas mais
transparentes você consegue ver os peixes , tartarugas , um visual maravilhoso
!! E um esporte que pode ser praticado por pessoas de qualquer idade , além de
ser super saudável , pois trabalha grupos musculares internos e tem um gasto
calórico grande , e uma ótima forma de relaxar e se desligar . Bom eu fiquei
apaixonada , não vejo a hora de remar denovo !! Super recomendo !!&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Foi super &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;normal eu não comer nada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Refleti sobre o que aconteceu e percebi que quando não controlamos a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;alimentação, o prazer de comer coisas gostosas fora de hora é maior do &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;que a necessidade de se sentir bem consigo mesma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;Aí, quando começamos a seguir o plano da Meta Real, e os resultados &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;começam a aparecer, o prazer de estar magra supera (e muito) o prazer &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;de comer coisas erradas fora de hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hoje coloquei uma calça que estava meio apertada e que agora está &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Consolas;"&gt;super confortável.
