For those of us in the business of marketing universities and colleges there are few places where honest opinion can be expressed. After five years in the industry I feel compelled to share successes and failures. To learn and teach, throw darts and flowers, and most importantly, get emotional.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am convinced that the route to university or college brand heaven is in the development of infatuation, loyalty beyond reason, with - wait for it - students (and if we have time, faculty and staff).
