Because if you start doing this, you can just as well be "correcting the world" for the rest of your life, and you still won't be happy! There is a far more solution that will bring you to your success faster and easier. The next "golden rule" for success is: Once you discover you cannot influence a certain situation, this is only a sign that you are not dealing with the right things or are doing the right things! As we said before, the cause for everything is always hidden within you. And if you ever believe that you are powerless in a certain situation, that only means you have given up your control over the situation.
In other words - you turned away from yourself and allowed someone else to control your situation. This deal will never come through right ... at least not the way you want it to. Because you have just detached yourself from your own personal power. This is always the cause why people are unhappy or do not have what they wish to. It's not about the cranky boss, the un-understanding partner, naughty children that take too much of your energy, the house that you always need to invest in, the government that always takes too much of your hard earned money ... No, these are just the consequences. You can try solving these consequences over and over again, but the situation will only repeat itself sooner or later. What you need to do is turn towards yourself, face the current situation, ask yourself what you want from life ... and then even more motivate yourself to start doing the things that bring you results and those that you enjoy, and changing all the rest.

Do You Influence Your Own Life?
This concept, where we discuss things that effect or don't effect a certain situation, and how to solve them, can be used everywhere. It actually presents one of the most important factors when it comes to your well-being and joy, and with these two your general outlook on life. You are probably often worried whether something bad might happen to your child on her way to school, or if your partners are going to pay you on time, or if you're going to get that deal you are negotiating for, or whether people will accept you the way you want them to. The general rule, when it comes to solving any kind of situation, is: "Discover what things worry you and you have no influence over them - and forget about them and have faith they will solve themselves in the best way possible." Now seek out the situations you can influence and start solving them right now - from the most important one (not the easiest one) to the others and so on. This way you will get plenty of energy and the feeling that you control your destiny: when you discover, in each situation you want to improve, what you can influence in the first place, you will spend your time from this day forward by only dealing with what you can influence. You will rationally invest your energy, and the results are going to be multiplied. Something else important will take place as well if you accept this way of looking at various situations - you will become happy. Happiness actually presents your view of the circumstances- Which is mostly dependent on how much you can enjoy every moment and every situation, and not by compensating your "daily suffering" with money.
So, do not be tempted by "mountains of money, if the "package" doesn't include happiness as well ... because there will come a time when you will want to replace all your money with happiness.

                                 The Influencial Activities
Everything always starts with the first small step. So first just take some time for yourself - now! Take a long walk. Take enough time to thoroughly listen to your favourite CD. Call your friend and tell her how you feel about her. Whatever! Don't forget you are here to live. Don't wait for money to start dictating your happiness - rather start enjoying yourself and living right now. You will discover that you can do many things you enjoy without much money, or without the money you presently might not have. And this is going to turn in to your fastest, most joyful and most certain path to wealth. Because money packed with happiness can only be obtained once you are clearly certain you don't need it any more... This is the path to wealth that leads through the heart!

It can be physical or mental. When the stress is psychological or emotional driven, then it is mental stress. When it is as a result of inflicted or incidental pain or injure, then it is physical stress.
Lets look at mental stress and how to manage it. You may have a problem adapting to new situations, or you may be going through some life transition, such as a divorce, bankruptcy, a new job, new school, or maybe you’re recently widowed. All these things can change your life to such a degree that you no longer feel comfortable in certain situations.Mental stress is seen as a deadly killer, because when your mentally upset, your whole body system is down and broken which can lead to stroke. And stroke kills quickly. According to medicine, our mental state controls our body system (body chemistry). Unhealthy situations can arouse mental stress.
Financial bankruptcy causes stress if perceive with the wrong perception. You walked in to office, immediately you sat on you desk, you were just informed by the human resource personnel that your organization restructured and retrenched workers. You name was on the list of retrench workers. Then you're left with no cash in your pocket to settle your bills. You arrived home to meet electricity, telephone, water bills. You're pissed off seeing the credit card accounts. Just at that point, your kids were sent out of school because of non-payment school fees. You wish the ground will open, swallow you and take you away from all these situations. But your wish is not happening. This is total absurdity.

This means that if there is no plan the won't be success. So planning equals to success.
There's story about a particular guy who dreams of living in a nice house, He imagines the house in great detail. Where it will be located, and the exterior and interior design of the house. And finally who will live in it. He have exciting dreams but the trouble is the minute he finished dreaming, he wants to live in it! In real life, however, there's a step for the the accomplishment. It's the missing piece of the puzzle. It is ACTION. To make his dreams come true, he needs to take some action. He needs to find the resources for which to accomplish his dreams, only then can he live in his dream house. One of the resource already dwell in him.
Unfortunately, too many people delay their own success because they lack an ACTION PLAN. They dream of success, but fail to act. They cannot experience the success they desire.

These steps can lead you to your desired success destination.
1. GET INSPIRED FOR SUCCESS.
what inspires you? What are your purpose of doing what you do? What purpose drives you to achieve more, get better and continue moving? Identify and list them, then use them to inspire your thoughts and deeds to propel your success.

2. DREAM OF SUCCESS
Dream of success and act on it. Procrastination the say is a thief of time and killer of great dreams. So stop wasting time, act on your dreams quick.

3.LEARN TO SUCCEED.
Success can be achieved by constant learning and practice. Keep learning and you keep growing. Stop and you cease to grow. Learning and practice makes a perfect man. Don't hesitate in your learning as it is the nearest ways to guaranteed success.

4. LEARN FROM SUCCESS.
While learning is vital, learning from a successful source is important. Following the wrong guide is harmful than not learning at all. Look for someone you know is a success and learn from him or her. Don't ignore any of their words. Learn everything you need from them. Keep learning, keep acting and it will keep helping you.

It is the greatest power that man has at his disposal. The world today is in its present state simply as a result of mankind's collective thinking; each
nation is in its present state of either peace and prosperity, or poverty, murder and anarchy, simply as a result of its thinking as a nation; and each individual is what he or she is, and his or her life is what it is, and his or her circumstances are what they are, simply as results of their thoughts. What a man thinks, he becomes; what a man thinks is the mainspring of all his actions; what a man thinks attracts to him his circumstances and environment; what a man thinks determines what type of friends and companions will gather around him; what a man thinks decides whether he shall be happy or miserable, successful or unsuccessful, healthy or unhealthy, prosperous or poverty-stricken, hated or loved. What a man thinks either builds up his character or pulls it down. What a man thinks can overcome fate or strengthen it, can bring him into alignment with his glorious destiny, or make him an outcast and a wanderer in desert places. Indeed, there is no limit to the power of thought, because it is a spiritual power of intense potency. It is the power which distinguishes man from the brute, it is the power by which he can mount up to God, it is the power which can make the unsuccessful successful in the battle of life, it is the power which can make the loftiest achievement possible, it is the power by which difficulties can be overcome, disadvantages of birth and parentage surmounted, and the life beautified and inspired and energized with God-given powers.
By thought man either attracts blessings or curses himself. By it he brings into his life either success or failure, health or disease, happiness or unhappiness, poverty or prosperity. It is all in his mind and the character of his thought. Whatever that is in your life or mine; disharmony, lack, sickness or unhappiness, is the result of our disharmonious thought. We live in an orderly Universe, but we do not react harmoniously to our environment, we are not in correspondence with the hidden law and order around us. It is not necessary for the universe to be altered; what is needed is that we our change. Within ourselves is the cause of the disorder in our own individual world--for we each live in a little world of our own creation-- therefore, the disorder and trouble that afflicts us, or the lack that restricts our life, can never be overcome unless by a change of mind, habit of thought and mental attitude.

It has never been so important, however, as in our era of drastic social and technological change and the stress that necessarily results. Everything seems to dwindle the line.
There are few subjects as fascinating as positive stimulating motivation, focus and determination. But these subjects means so many different things to different people. Let's look at the subject motivation. Most people would like to have it but don’t know how to go about acquiring it. If it was available by the pound at the local grocery store, the queue would be long. However, only positive as compared to negative motivation concentrates on desire, whereas negative motivation concentrates on fear.
Focus and determination are vital to living a successful life. The path to success is to take massive, determined action. Predetermine the objectives you want to accomplish. Think big, act big and set out to accomplish big results. The two goes together in accord. The are secret of having a good life. As we know, life is a journey which you must venture with hopes of succeeding through focus and determination. Always figured what you need in life. The problem most people make is chasing after their wants instead of their needs which is the key to their destination. Another secret of having a good life is thinking extra-ordinarily beyond our imaginations and coming out with solution to devastating problem. Always be a solution finder. Flying is now as familiar as walking. But why? Because someone was not content to walk. Aircraft is milestone invention. Michael Faraday found solution to our electrical needs so the history of electricity cannot be written without mentioning his name. Is just like thinking about impossible things and discovering things that no other person have dreamt of. All acts performed in the world begin in the imagination.
Always be inspired even when your desired ideas are not yielding any positive results.Develop success from failures. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success. Be inspired that failure to yield desired results is a step in the positive direction to find positive and lasting solutions to the ailing problem. So you must be extra-ordinary. Take a chance! All life is a chance. The man who goes farthest is generally the one who is willing to do and dare. All the subjects join together makes you the hero you desire. Acquire them and live a fulfill life.

If you do not take aim you will surely fail, and as you seek to justify your failure you may even cause yourself physical illness. A child who did not try to walk would only ever crawl, and would eventually come to believe that there was "something wrong with them" that prevented them from walking. Although they would think that they had something physically wrong, it would in reality be their mind which had stopped them in their tracks.
A popular saying, "if you aim for the moon and you miss you will at least end up amongst the stars" is true for all cases. It is amazing how many of us don't even try to do something because of some sort of mental blockage, usually experienced as fear. In avoiding that fear, we at the same time avoid so many opportunities which we might otherwise have enjoyed. The knock on effect of knowing that we have missed such opportunities can often lead to bitterness and further negativity.
At the same time we can find ourselves searching for something to justify why we did not even try. Like the figurative child who grows to believe that there is something physically wrong with them that prevents them from walking, the human mind is all to adept at thinking that something physical is the cause of failure. It is easier to think that one's failure to aim for the moon was due to the wrong weather, wrong temperature, and wrong direction, wrong anything...or to believe that you do not have the right tools, or the right equipment, and so on. The difference between the person who aims for the moon and the person who does not aim at all is in how they each choose to think. The outer elements remain the same. One who aims for the moon will seek to find the necessary tools and equipment; they will find a way to get there simply by choosing to take aim. The person who chooses not to take aim will seek to justify their position, often causing physical illness to themselves along the way.
How can physical illness be caused? Take the child who does not try to walk; what happens to those unused muscles? They waste away. This is only one example of physical impairment which can be caused by ones mental attitude. Your mind can have a very great impact upon your physical well being. Your body is in fact a mirror of your mind and scientific research is now providing proof of this phenomenon. Every thought you have has the ability to transmit signals from your brain to every cell in your organism. It pays both mentally and physically to pay attention to what you are thinking. Most people however are unaware of this connection. They think that a physical illness is just physical, and believe that their mind is an entirely separate entity. This pattern of belief also justifies an abrogation of responsibility about one's health. It encourages one to simply go to your local GP and expect a cure for any symptoms imaginable, no manner how your thoughts and behavior have contributed to the illness suffered.
Obesity issues are a perfect example of this. How many people now resort to gastric banding? Or diet pills? Or any number of novel surgical procedures? Is this not a wonderful example of abrogating ones responsibility for one's own health? Yes, there are some people who do have a physical cause of their obesity. But far more people do not; they just haven't found a way to get their mind around the subject of weight loss. They haven't found the right way in which to take aim.
No matter what it is you would like to achieve, you will only hit what you aim for. Why not give it a try.

I know that many people wish for, hope for, want for more success, more happiness, more wealth. But wishing, hoping and wanting something is simply a useless mental activity - a waste of energy - because the only thing that will get you what you want is beyond wishing, hoping and wanting - it's believing. More of that later! For now, if you really look around and observe the behavior of so-called normal people, you will discover what normal people really want - they want you to be normal too.
There is nothing more threatening to the normal state of mind than someone who's different - in particular, someone who is abnormally happy and successful. It's not so much that normal people are jealous of abnormal success - they actually want to take the abnormally successful person down. Even though some people have learned to become abnormal, even though they have learned that so-called normal people are actually totally and completely mad, when they venture back out into the ordinary almost everyone the encounter will be normal - will be insane.
A brief aside - because stating that normal people are insane requires an explanation! Here are some quick facts. About 96% of us are normal - we behave according to and conform to a variety of behavioral and social norms. Normal people control about 1% of their mind - in other words, they are only capable of paying 1% attention to what is going on in the present moment. Normal people's reactions and behaviors are automatically created by their subconscious minds which were programmed through snapshot learning during their formative years. In other words, the subconscious mind controls the normal person - not the other way around. If you're not in control of your own mind, surely that's a definition of madness!
There's more - societal norms tell us that we must work hard to be a success, that there are many outstanding things in life that only outstanding people can achieve - not normal people. Research proves that normal people only see what they expect to see, only perceive what they expect to perceive. In other words, normal people wander through life with their eyes closed, their senses dimmed, their life confined to the box created for them by their key influences during their childhood years and by a society that needs normal people to conform - whether that's a society driven by organized religion, the nation state or global corporate interests is a debate for some other day.
Back to the basis - normal people want you to be normal.Imagine opening, clearing and focusing your mind each morning - in preparation for the opportunities that the day holds for all of us. But, then, you get into work and be assaulted by normal people. People wanting to gossip (one of the greatest draws on our precious mental energy), people looking for a fight - and then you arrive home and is confronted by your teenage children - it can often be difficult to remain calm, focused and effective!! All these everyday scenarios drag the calmest of minds into the dirt so that we end up reacting automatically all over again - and when did reacting make anything better!?!
You need to stop being normal - and, if you've started on the path towards being abnormal, you need to protect yourself against all those normal people who, unwittingly granted, was to drag you into their little dramas - want more of your attention, want you to make them feel important or better.
Why take the path that leads towards abnormality? Well, for starters, given my albeit very brief description of the normal mental state, do you really want to be normal? But, more to the point, you need to realize certain truths borne out by all the research that I've already mentioned. Anyone - and that includes you - can achieve the extra-ordinary and the exceptional. Anyone - and that, again, includes you, can achieve effortless happiness and success. You do not need to work hard to be a success. You need commitment, vision and belief - if you've got those, no work is difficult, no effort a strain.
The commitment you need is to your own state of mind. You need to cultivate and develop a clear, present and focused state of mind - a state of mind that is completely at odds with the normal cluttered, distracted mindlessness of normality. You need to commit to developing your ability to pay attention - not to your goals and dreams, but to the only time and place we have - the here and now. That means you pay more than 1% attention - that means you're already exceptional.
You need to believe. Believing is not wishing, hoping or wanting. Believing is seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling and tasting the success you want, as if you already have it. Those five senses that you rarely pay attention to are the very tools by which you can enable yourself believe and, more importantly, the only tools you have at your disposal to pay attention to the here and now - to be present, to be "all there", rather than "all over the place".
Don't want what normal people want - believe in the extra-ordinary. It will take you the greater heights.

Goal setting is indeed very necessary if you would like to empower yourself, as it is the initial step towards a more satisfying and fulfilling life. So to use personal empowerment to develop and further enhance your life, ample support from family, friends and relatives are essential and you need discipline as well to create and come up with the right and best decision in your life. Goal setting could be in the form of the achievable and the feasible and also, those which are not within your ability and your budget but that could be addressed later.
Personal empowerment will allow you to follow the dreams that are not within your means now. Take those small steps and set attainable and reachable goals within a brief time frame so that you would feel empowered when you accomplish them. Achieving goals become easier as you pursue and persist to empower yourself. You could take your time to experience your growth personally as it can be very empowering to aspire to move on and be more in life. There are several rewards you can reap to personal empowerment but you really need to think forward as goal setting would enhance your life for the better and likewise help you to attain more.
Inspiring moments are also helpful and it could enliven you more and move on to pursue and foresee more personal goals. As you pursue and reach every small goal, you can see positive and better changes in you and the succeeding set of goals become more and more challenging. You would begin to look forward to it and personal empowerment would form a life you truly desire and always dreamed about. Every personal growth would heighten and intensify your sense of power and ideas and ambition are no longer out of reach. You may also need to map out a group or team of action to handle with the several obstacles in life as they delay and postpone one’s progress.
Always bear in mind to keep pushing yourself and think positive at all times, as they can be so empowering. Get rid of the negative vibrations and feelings. It will take time, yet try to make it a routine to think more on a positive note. Turning negative into something optimistic is a good distinctive feature and never, ever giving up as endurance and perseverance and patient and tolerant in overcoming the many barriers and hindrances, and always looking forward is truly important to empower oneself. To create something out of your own life, there are myriad of ways out there but each begins with a small step.
To begin empowering yourself, you have to do things which truly interest you and along the way, you would be the person ever you will hold in high regard. Are the choices you make truly your own, or do influences beyond your control unduly navigate your opinions? Besieged by sights, sounds, impressions, images and emotions our minds are daily exposed to far more information than we can consciously process. Even in sleep we integrate people, places and events into partly real, sometimes frightful and at other times wildly whimsical dreams. The sheer volume of ideas and information bombarding our minds creates information crisis in us, a battle for control over what we think or believe.
The battle for your mind is a reality that you cannot afford to ignore. Believe it or not, you are the focus of relentless efforts to alter your beliefs, and some of the subtle skills meant to shape the way you think are astonishingly powerful and effective. The have a great and large influence in you.
Under the right circumstances, the influence of others on our lives can be beneficial. People who positively affect our thinking expand our understanding, views and knowledge. They stimulate our minds and expand our horizons, increasing the excitement and challenge of life itself. From them we learn and grow. Emotionally, we benefit immensely from their nurturing influence. Our fellow human beings contribute enormously to our personal development and continuous growth. But not all who seek to shape our views are constructive. This is especially true of the massive efforts at work to eradicate society's standards and values.
In general, irrational ideas foster irrational behavior. How you think controls the way you live and how you relate to other people.Your thoughts will influence your decisions and thus your actions. So our actions are our thought in play. Ultimately, in this sense, you are what you think. Who exerts the greatest influence on your personal opinions? What are the external pulls that sway your thinking the most? What are the sources that affect the standards for your behavior? When you answer these questions honestly, you'll find their answers disturbing as well as profound.
The media and television are the most powerful media ever invented for conveying ideas and information to large numbers of people. Remarkably effective and influential, television is drastically altering our society's thinking and behavioral patterns, even encouraging so-called alternative lifestyles. The power of the entertainment business has influenced our actions and flaws from its ability to redefine what constitutes normal behavior in this society. We'll observe that the society's standards and values are incrementally but constantly altered by the entertainment media, the most significant acts of influence are gradual and cumulative, not immediate, and they occur only after extended exposure. The full impact of today's media messages will be felt more in years to come. The media no longer respects the values of the society at large, and many of the important issues in contemporary life. Popular entertainment seems to go out of its way to challenge conventional notions of decency.
All too often popular music represents the cutting edge of a philosophy that influences its adherents to seek to undermine all established conventions. Combining catchy tunes with sometimes antisocial lyrics, popular music exerts a near-incessant influence on many young people. Most adolescents can easily and flawlessly recite the words to today's most-played tunes, yet they stumble over memorization work at school. And even forget their home-works just for the passion of antisocial lyrics. Even adults can recall lyrics that were popular decades ago, but they cannot recall the names and phone numbers of friends that was given to them some mintues ago. Yes we know that music is food to the soul, but only if absolved with the right conception without being engulfed in it and forget our values and conventions.
Music's influence is profound and pervasive. It is one of the most effective tools to alter the attitudes and outlook of those hearing it, both positively and negatively. It reaches emotions and reasoning simultaneously, ensuring a lasting impact. For those immersed in the cynical hostility that has characterized much of popular music in recent decades, the consequences can be devastating. Consider the rationale behind the promotion of some music-industry artists. Tragically, too many parents find themselves inadequately equipped to explain right from wrong. Their view of the society as a growing global village has made them accept impacts even when it is antisocial.
Intelligent moral standards serve simply as practical rules for considerate conduct. They establish our ethics, ideals and values. They allow society to function in peace and safety for the benefit of all. Proper moral standards should be carefully thought-out principles for distinguishing right from wrong. Without them, we retain no guidelines for the way we live. They are the natural laws that guide our lifes.
Who holds the prerogative to set absolute standards for the way we think and behave? Some among the academic elite do well to tell us that human traditions are not reliable sources; they are too often contradictory and parochially biased. But they are wrong to tell us that absolute standards of right and wrong do not exist. The Almighty God, He who created mankind, reveals to us how we should live. Clear, wholesome thinking puts concern for others as a priority—equal to concern for oneself. It is founded on genuine love for others.
We live in a society that prides itself on its new ways of thinking, many of which have really been around as long as mankind has existed. Because of the sheer force of these ideas, we are confronted with a personal battle for control of our thoughts and values in the face of almost overwhelming opposition. Those who would abolish standards of conduct often imply that acceptance of values defined by anyone besides yourself—whether God or man—is an abdication of choice. To blindly accept the ideas of others would, of course, be abdicating personal responsibility. However, to carefully examine, comprehend and adopt the wisdom of God is the mark of one who makes informed and intelligent choices. Acting only on feelings and emotion shows neither discretion nor intelligence.
The consequences of negative influence on mankind's thought processes have proved devastating. Seldom has the world seen peace, more than 300 million people have died in wars some centuries ago . Uncountable number suffer from diseases which result to early death. The rate of death polls keep increasing daily. In spite of constant attempts to improve our lot, thousands live on the verge of starvation, and millions go to sleep hungry every night. A fourth of earth's population lives under totalitarian and tyrant regimes with little or no control over basic decisions that affect their lives.
A godly victory is possible only by establishing righteous standards as your values. That will require you to make difficult choices.
Who you allow to exert the greatest influence on your life is your choice. Will you permit God, by seeking His knowledge and assistance, to win the battle for your mind? The choices you make will have impact on the existing and unborn generation. Remember, we are what we think.

Most people are ignorant of this subject that ignites all the hidden potential we possess.
By definition motivation means that which ignites, that which makes us take action towards our desired goals and which gives purpose and direction to those actions. Now we all know that very often we lose our motivation and we allow procrastination to dominate our life. Without our motivation we stop taking action and doing the things we really want to do, we stop achieving the things we really want to achieve and we stop believing we are capable of becoming the world's most greatest achiever. The secret to out-coming procrastination is that we need to keep motivated. Every day we must do something, anything that gets us motivated, whether it’s listening to your favorite song, going for that morning run or simply reading some quotes. Every day we must motivate ourselves because when we are motivated we have energy, we have ideas and we have dreams and we pursue those dreams with our unbounded faith that we will achieve them and more.
The secret of getting ahead is getting started. Now we ask ourselves- how do we get started? Is it by folding our hands and watch events that would change our life elapse, or by grasping these life changing events through motivation? For true success ask yourself these questions: Why? Why not? Why not me? Why not now? When you've answered these questions you're on your way to success. I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who inspired their life through motivation. It's a million-dollar decision. Your life is in your hands, to make of it what you choose.
Success is not measured by how long it took you to succeed. It's measured by how many times you get motivated each time you fail. According to Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Our greatest glory is not in never failing but in rising up every time we fail." Abraham Lincoln later became the President of the United States of America after experiencing failures because he didn't quits. He possess what I tagged as "I CAN DO IT" spirit. It makes you never attempting to quit on yourself. It keeps you on track even when there seems no solution to your quest. Impossible is a word found in the dictionary of fools. The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible. It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed. Attempt they said bears no harm. Make a move, or you'll remain stagnated in life.
According to Zig Ziglar, "People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing -that's why we recommend it daily." People become really quite remarkable when they start thinking that they can do things. What we can or cannot do, what we consider possible or impossible, is rarely a function of our true capability. It is more likely a function of our beliefs about who we are. Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a
keen pulsating desire, which transcends everything. Much of the best work of the world has been done against seeming impossibilities.
Imagination must be discussed when talking about motivation. The product of your motivational imagination is your success and failures. All the break-through you need in life wait within your imagination. Imagination is the workshop of your mind, capable of turning mind energy into accomplishment and wealth. All successful people are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose. They achieved because they think they can.Be miserable, or choose to motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice. You can achieve what you mind conceive and believe. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of
their dreams. Cherish your visions and your dreams, as they are the children of your soul, the blueprints of your ultimate achievements. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. We can be motivated through the live and works of others. Our best performance can come from imitating the footprints of those we know as role models. But the motivation that is generated within you is most powerful tool. The best motivation is self-motivation. Remember failure and success are inseparable. If you never stumble you cannot climb high mountains. Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently. So success comes after failures.
Our strength grows out of our weakness. You will never possess what you are unwilling to pursue. Anthony Robbins wrote, "I've come to believe that all my past failure and frustrations were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy." Thus motivation is a foundation for your new level which you'll enjoy abundantly. Never look at past failures and frustrations as the end of the tunnel for your journey. In fact they are the starting rungs of your ladder to great height. Take control of your
consistent emotions and begin to consciously and deliberately revamp your daily experience of life now.

Their hopes of flying high in life has crashed because they categorize themselves among under-achievers. Their beliefs make them myopic. Their inability to see success right under their nose gives them the conception that others were created with special talents. They see others as eagles among the birds. Your views about your present state will not change till you refine you thoughts and perception. Life has given us equal tools to exploit our destiny.
The mind is the most powerful tool given to us. A mind in neutral has no power-a fertile mind knows no limits.Take a close look into the life archives of many great people, their unlocking tool to success is the mind. RICHARD BACH in one of his books title "illusions" wrote "Learn what the magician knows and it's not magic anymore." So the magical powers of great achievers is the mind. You have one! Don't you? Have you ever asked yourself what these achievers have which you lack? The mind! Head!! Brain!!! Sight!!!! You have them all. Then what are you waiting for? Apply some common sense and you won't have difficulty simplifying you existence.
Put your mind to work and identify the areas your work and performance in life will maximize you existence. The fear of failure makes ways for you to think you can never achieve or even accomplish the easiest task. Scott.F. Fitzgerald wrote, "Show me a hero and I will write a tragedy." Heroes and great achievers encountered failures on daily basis on their quest for success, but one thing remained out-standing in them, the conquered fear of failure. They have creative minds and strong desired to accomplish the conception of their thoughts. The are not extra- ordinary. What makes them great is the product of their minds-their thoughts!
Creativity originates from the mind. You imagine creating a flying umbrella. Great conception! You first step to accomplishing this theory is to turn you hypothesis into experiments. You never know the outcome may be incredible. But when your first experiments fails to yield results, you look like an idiot and fear you cannot achieve you desired result. Yes! you can. It's a matter of not accepting defeat and quit on yourself and your innovative ideas. You must have the mind of "I can do it," even when you try and fail over and over again. It do not really matter how long or how many times you being trying, you discover things you've not done right when you failure. So failure is the catalyst for success.
A child learning to crawl never stops attempting just because he/she fails on several attempts. He discovers a new trick each time he falls. His new move begins from the place he failed but with redefined moves. That's exactly how the psyche of heroes and great achievers work. The see solution in their failures. The mind keeps urging them on.According to a Hungarian revolutionary leader Lajos Kossuth, it's the surmounting of difficulties that makes heroes." Inferences from this shows that great people and heroes know how to steer past obstacles and achieve more even as the proceed towards their own definition of success. He makes mistakes and falters, he probably might stop accomplishing for a period of time, but he never quits in his quest to accomplish his conception of ideas. That the product of great mind. People with great minds are good thinker. The open up their mind for ideas.
Thousands of creative ideas are in you. Explore them and you'll be more famous than those you deemed famous. Remember you mind is your most active weapon. It's your breastplate and sword to swift past obstacles. The mind is a good initiator of useful thoughts. But if we try to take it a little further, we’ll have a clearer vision of the whole art work.
We reach a point in our life when we are ready for change and a whole bunch of information that will help us unlock our self improvement power. Until then, something can be staring us right under our nose but we don’t see it. The only time we think of unlocking our self improvement power is when everything got worst. Take the frog principle for example –
Try placing Frog A in a pot of boiling water. What happens? He twerps! He jumps off! Why? Because he is not able to tolerate sudden change in his environment – the water’s temperature. Then try Frog B: place him in a luke warm water, then turn the gas stove on. Wait til the water reaches a certain boiling point. Frog B then thinks “Ooh… it’s a bit warm in here”.
People are like Frog B in general. Today, Anna thinks Carl hates her. Tomorrow, Patrick walks up to her and told her he hates her. Anna stays the same and doesn’t mind her what her friends says. The next day, she learned that Kim and John also abhors her. Anna doesn’t realize at once the importance and the need for self improvement until the entire community hates her.
We learn our lessons when we experience pain. We finally see the warning signs and signals when things get rough and tough. When do we realize that we need to change diets? When none of our jeans and shirts would fit us. When do we stop eating candies and chocolates? When all of our teeth has fallen off. When do we realize that we need to stop smoking? When our lungs have gone bad. When do we pray and ask for help? When we realize that we’re gonna die tomorrow.
The only time most of us ever learn about unlocking our self improvement power is when the whole world is crashing and falling apart. We think and feel this way because it is not easy to change. But change becomes more painful when we ignore it.
Change will happen, like it or hate it. At one point or another, we are all going to experience different turning points in our life – and we are all going to eventually unlock our self improvement power not because the world says so, not because our friends are nagging us, but because we realized its for our own good.
Happy people don’t just accept change, they embrace it. Now, you don’t have to feel a tremendous heat before realizing the need for self improvement. Unlocking your self improvement power means unlocking yourself up in the cage of thought that “its just the way I am”. It is such a poor excuse for people who fear and resist change. Most of us program our minds like computers.
Jen repeatedly tells everyone that she doesn’t have the guts to be around groups of people. She heard her mom, her dad, her sister, her teacher tell the same things about her to other people. Over the years, that is what Jen believes. She believes its her story. And what happens? Every time a great crowd would troop over their house, in school, and in the community – she tends to step back, shy away and lock herself up in a room. Jen didn’t only believed in her story, she lived it.
Jen has to realize that she is not what she is in her story. Instead of having her story post around her face for everyone to remember, she has to have the spirit and show people “I am an important person and I should be treated accordingly!”
Self improvement may not be everybody’s favorite word, but if we look at things in a different point of view, we might have greater chances of enjoying the whole process instead of counting the days until we are fully improved. Three sessions in a week at the gym would result to a healthier life, reading books instead of looking at porns will shape up a more profound knowledge, going out with friends and peers will help you take a step back from work and unwind. And just when you are enjoying the whole process of unlocking your self improvement power, you’ll realize that you’re beginning to take things light and become happy.
