So I promise you I listen to every (OK 95%) of the music sent to me. It may not be the exact moment that person sends it to me... But trust.... The time will come and I listen. I really do. So yesterday I get this track.... Which was tagged with all the same things that people tag their music with "Check me out" "CLASSIC" "FIRE" etc.... So I listen.... For reasons unknown to me. And the worst song.... Not the ultimate worst song... But still pretty bad. But it was bad.... It left me a little on the mad side honestly... In case you missed it... Part One "Someone just sent me a video 2 watch that made me mad.... They should have never gave them niggas computer mics!!!! That video honestly just pissed me off.... That's a waste of youtube space... That's it..... I will not watch no video sent to me that has "Fire" "Smash Hit" "Classic" "Real Hip Hop" by it.... REFUSE! Cause yall lying! Its none of those things.... Thats what I think flat like that! Got me errrked early this morning... If I ever see that chick at an event.. I'm taking the mic and bopping her upside the head with it.... Bump that I QUIT MUSIC for the next 2 hours!!!!!!!!! I give up!!!! She a MURDER!!!!!! SHE KILLED THE DREAM!!!!!! Monie Love, Queen La, YoYo, Vintage LIL Kim, Foxy, Lauryn did not pass the mic to her retarded ass.... Got my blood up...." A mini rant also went out on twitter... Which just gave one rapper.... The thought.... I'm going to put all these tags in and make her believe different... Negative.... He later became a tweet stalker..... That's pretty much the best way to get on my last good nerve.... And for me not to hear your music.... And I know Fleet DJ Radio staff pretty much feel the same way... So he really just got blacklisted... I don't play that tweet stalking. Your not going to MAKE me listen to your wackness.... I refuse.... Hell he could be the greatest rapper in the world... But the way it was brought to me was fucked up. So this part of the world will never know. I don't know when I became a buffer and filter for the worlds bad music.... I guess its the job of being a DJ... But I'm really going to do a show and let all the wack songs just ride and let the listeners suffer the pain I do on the daily... Its a dirty job keeping foolishness from the world... But today I wake up and see a video from this cat K-Don on my facebook wall.. I did a strong eye roll... But I listened and was very shocked to say I loved the video and the song was good... Could it be... Could it be my random promo faith has been restored... Check it out I'm feeling this track K-Don... Thanks for restoring my faith in the tag promoting... Because I promise I was too done!!! OOOO My Fleet Bro DJ Hi Volume tagged me in this... OK... Man had a ball! I chilled out for most of the a.m. Laid low. But when we stepped out! Game over!! Had a ball open bar. My homies! Life is so good. I get shocked a lot... But nothing shocked me more then when I speaking with my homie Will, turned around and then saw Ashy Larry!!! I think it shocked me that he was properly lotioned. I know he's a actor but that was some deep ash... I thought it would take him years to Johnson and Johnson that out! I'm so happy I got to see Will, this has been a great week. Got to see two of my besties in one week. The two I haven't seen in the longest!!!! Aight let me go get this day popping!

So I spent most of last night traveling. It was a rather smooth flight. Even though USAir makes you provide your own entertainment! ERRRR I touched down in LA around 11pm West Coast time so it was like 1 something on the other end. It was good seeing Ozy!!! I miss my friend! There is so much to get done out here its crazy. I guess that's why he wants me to move west lol. But we all know I'm not leaving NC.... Southern girl to my heart!

So Sunday.... marked day 8 of the count down to 30! And my homie E took me to my 1st NFL football game. We saw the Panthers play ATL. And oddly the Panthers won!!! I think it was because I was there lol. But I had a ball great sits. Got to act silly. And I was put on to the BEST mac-n-cheese!!!! It's jalapeno mac-n-cheese!!! Talk about crack in a box !!! I wasn't ready. Makes me want to go another game JUST for that Mac-N-Cheese!! Trust I know good Mac-N-Cheese!!! And this was good Mac-N-Cheese!!! But we had a ball. Good seats! Good food good game... Good shit.. And I got to do my football talk like I know whats going on!! Right after that I had to go get my hair did!! Era did that... Can't go to LA 1/2 stepping... You may get booted out lol. I've gone natural twice. Once with the complete chop off of the hair, and rocked the fro. No really...

Throw back pic of me and my homie Jacole at an event! (WILDIN) My fro was fresh! LOL. It was hit or miss though, either people loved it or hated it. I loved it.... Wash and go style. Hated combing it. But I dug it! But when it came time to get married.. I decided to go back to my relaxer. I recently went back natural. But my hair is too thick for that....

I don't know how to do hair. Never been good at it. I wont lie. And its a whole lot to manage when you don't know what your doing! And the hours I was working, who has time to get their hair done every week. (Which I was having to do when I had the fro! To make sure I was getting the whole thing combed through. I tried to told you its a task!!! Its not all what some may want you to think. I feel relaxers were made for people like me. LOL now I really have a comb and go. And I'm comfortable with it. But I still love a good natural style. So I was bound to fall in love with this new line of natural shirts.

So last night me and my brother (we didn't take a picture....errrrrrr sad face) Went to the Theater. On the menu tonight. Twilight: Los Angeles 1992!

Its a play that is based on interviews which were done around the time of the Rodney King beating. So it wasn't a play in the sense that you have a script plot etc. It was a really put together from the interviews, which I found to be very creative! Mixed with dance. Its really a great play. I was very young when the riots happen, and I never got to dig really into the heart of everything that happen. So this gave me a whole different view into the rage, and emotions that were happening during this time. The actors were amazing!!!!!!!!!!! But I have to give props to the three who stood out. James Lee Walker II MAN-O-MAN!!!!!! He is for lack of a better word AMAZING!!! He took on so many characters and accents! He did that! All I can say!!! He's amazing to watch!

John Price was really really good too!!! He had me on the edge of my seat a lot of the time. Eyes glued!!! And Amy Wada

brought the funny! She had me rolling! But she also flipped it and pulled out the emotions. Everyone did an amazing job. You guys know I have to give major props to my cousin Toi who was one of the featured dancers in the play!!!! (Proud Cousin over here!!) But these three stand out the most. Me and my cousin were in IKEA today (Charlotte) And we found this picture of old school QC. Not super old to the point where Bank Of America was still called NCNB. But old enough. I know there are some major QC fans out there who will just have to have it.

We say it a few times on the show. But KB's been my friend for 12 years strong now. It is safe to say he is one of the closest people to me. And I'm thankful everyday, because he agreed to do the Bangnat Show with me. I couldn't see it any other way. We have been having crazy convo's and wild adventures for years now! And people never really fully understood. Now I feel the world is getting s VIP look into our crazy friendship!!! I promise we should be a realty show. I know even on the show when we have our off air convo's and come back... And be rolling. People just don't really get it. So I caught some footage of the between show takes lol. Its crazy in the studio for real. I enjoy doing our show. As you can see we cut all the way up!!!! But its just how we do!

So I know you guys see me tweet and IG about my art dealer! But I'm really a lover of art. I met Wolly V. YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARS ago on the Queen City Hip Hop scene!!! And he's just a cool kat! Always been the same.... And me being a very systematic person likes sameness! LOL Anywho. Wolly introduced me to his art crew God City, and I was just GONE after that! I had to have a piece!!! You see in college art was my minor for a very short period of time.(Before I got kicked out the program... And NO it wasn't for lack of skill.... My A.D.D. would never allow me to just sit there for three hours and be that quiet... It creep-ed me out really) Back to the story. I had a professor Dr Hooker. Who always said.... Your house is not a home unless you have art on the wall. (Yes that's what stuck with me all these many years later!!!) So I was hell bent on making my house a home and putting art on my walls. So when it was time to start Wolly was the only person I thought about going to!!!! I brought my 1st piece back in 2010! I don't know what he calls it. All I know is that I love it!!!!! This one hands in my bedroom above my bed! Hasn't moved since the day I brought it home! LOVE IT!

I even had a print made and hung it in my office because I loved it so much. Now this year I got two more paintings! The next one hangs in my livingroom. Everyone who has walked in has said something about it right off back. I love it!

So I will keep it 100 with everyone. I didn't ride a city bus until I was 28! I was in LA, had to get somewhere. Jumped on the bus. I oddly liked it. Because its an outstanding number of foolish things that happen on your way to where your going. Examples: A black lady got on the bus in a full blue Kimono, socks and wooden funny two brick sandals. I got my life off that. I was sooooo confused. Then I saw a young man who got in a fight. He ran on the bus. Sat right behind me. About 7 guys surrounded us. They were sitting in the seats. But all facing us. I was NERVY. Had to clutch the knife! Then before I blinked the guy behind me shot out the back door! And they jumped seats and bust out after him. I felt like I was in Cooley High! That's LA life for YA though. Anywho. I ran across another bus driver spassing out. I don't know when these young people will learn you have to respect your elders. Or get your ass beat!!! Dems the 2012/13 RULES... Baltimore bus drivers not playing out here!!!! That little girl needed to B-More Careful... Side memo: I loved that book!
