Tera EU Beta - First play

Me playing Tera for the first time. I'm quite impressed by the game so far. The character creation is quite good, questing is ok, graphics are very beautiful, but the best part for me was the combat system. This is where the game really shines I think. It makes it stand out compared to other MMO games out there. Looking forward for the next beta weekend! :)

Me having fun with the Rift's Instant Adventure, a new feature brought by the latest 1.6.1 update.

It's for 45+ level characters. To join, just press the "." key. The game then teleports you to either Stillmoor or Shimmerstand, where you confront challenges based on the raid size. It's pretty fun, I'm quite enjoying this.

Cryptic just released a story trailer for their upcoming MMORPG, Neverwinter. It's the D&D game set in the fantasy world of Forgotten Realms, and to be released in 2012 for the PC.

Yep, another game that I'll keep my eye on. And please Cryptic, make it a good one! :)

Legend Of Grimrock - Beta Trailer

Oldschool style dungeon crawl game Legend Of Grimrock just reached beta, and the final release should be out early next year for PC, Mac and iOS. Developer Almost Human Ltd. are now focusing on distribution options and polishing game.
Looks pretty cool. I'll be on the lookout for this.

Guild Wars 2 At G-Star - Character Customization

ArenaNet is at G-Star in South Korea this week to show a brand new demo build for Guild Wars 2. Check the video of character creation and customization, commented by Aaron Coberly (Character Artist Team Lead).

"With Guild Wars 2, we are giving our players many different ways to customize their characters, and we’ve revamped a number of the systems involved: armor dye, hair style and color, skin color, and face style. We’ve also added a physique or body-type feature and a face-customization system. Rift - Endless Adventures

Rift is seven months old and Trion just released a new trailer called Endless Adventures to celebrate it. Showcasing all the big features of the game (invasions, dungeons, raids, world events, PvP,...) so the new players can get a glimps of what awaits them. Yep, it's a great game, really love it, but I wonder how it will stand against future MMO games like Guild Wars 2.

Orcs Must Die! - My First Gameplay

And here's my first gameplay of Orcs Must Die! recorded live. Its an action-strategy game set in the fantasy world, where you defend fortresses from orc invasions. I'm really enjoying it so far, really fun to play it. Only bad thing is the lack of multiplayer mode, but I think we'll see this in the next version. But anyway, for a single player game it offers plenty of replay value I think. Definitely worth the money! :)
