Olivia is a young woman with a few months old baby, fighting with her demons and trying to survive outside her sleeping cage. This seen is so well depicted that you really start to feel the pain that characters carry along.

Olivia and Thatcher both have faced separate issues stemming from childhood. Their past together was filled with some boundary pushing acts that produced a child that neither expected. Olivia is trying to move on, after a year and back to confront her past. But though she comes clean to Thatcher and others, her mental state is set to take her down a dark path.

My favorite thing to experience is Thatcher’s transformation. He loves Olivia so much from the roomless love that controls the man in his life, that is the best thing to him.

May be you would feel for first few pages that some characters are not so well involved, but surprisingly the come out to be the leads. Loved the way Thatcher took on responsibilities and did every possible thing that was necessary to help Olivia.

People hate characters with bad side like her brother Gray, eventually author has also managed to show some good in them. However, they need a plot and you will love them. Beautifully written, many times heartbreaking but with a happy ending, I loved this book !

It could easily go down as one of my favorite reads of the year so far! This book is so well written! It is heavy and packed in many styles.

Big hearted hero and angry outsider who is a billionaire, a business man surrounding himself with work. He thinks people don't look at him for who really he is but instead they just see him for his rich Status. Golden hearted protagonist and sun-stained personality.

Where on other hand Kate loves helping her elderly neighbors in her unoccupied time. Kind hearted, But also who is not good at relationships with her past relationship experience.

These two some how come across each other, And throw themselves together on more than one occasion against all inequalities and have proved that luck is truly a hand in our lives. Oliver and Kate breathe fresh air. Add lively and bizarre characters to the characters and you turn the pages to see what happens next.

Beautiful story with beautiful Happily ever After. Like people do love happy ending they love to see it ends well. So this one is for them too.

When i went through other reviews on amazon, I could see buyers were well engaged with story and appreciating the beauty of writers art.

Oliver is your typical occupation, busy, moody, lonely and defender, but all disappear when he meets Kate. When he finally finds his girl, he makes sure he does everything to keep her.

I found all the characters to be beautiful; From our furious celebrity Oliver, to a day of unbelieving love he meets Kate’s bubbly ray of sunny kindergarten teacher. He does anything to be a part of his life (even a family dinner can be risky) but they have to share some secrets before they can get regular. Get into some hilarious and bizarre characters and you have a great book I can keep. I do not want it to end and I can not really wait for the next book in this series.

There are some great supporting characters that really add to the book and are hopeful in subsequent books. Some hot scenes between Great Story and Leeds.

The most beautiful stranger to the love of a loving Summer lover. Debra writes the entertaining story of a middle-class teacher who volunteers to help start a school in a particular village and works as a very popular teacher.

Oliver made very little name for his employees. To help its employees, a school in a village was built voluntarily, it needs help. There he meets Kate Summer, who is about to start school. He doesn’t tell Kate who he really is.

What happens when he goes and he does? He takes a PI to find him because he can't get out of his head. Coincidentally they meet on another project but this time they both live in the city.

Kate had a terrible time with boyfriends, especially the one who's rich.

What happens after the second meeting? Do sparks fly? Will she feel the same way about Oliver when she finds out he's rich?

You get drawn in to the store so deeply before you even sense it. All this questions keeps you linked with the story. And you can't just stop thinking of what goes next. I would recommend this book to love story readers.

The book Should be read by any and everyone but also who particularly related with those who want to understand the crisis faced in the middle-east at a more personal level.

This is told with simple truth and honesty. The book describes the most horrific events in a calm tone, allowing the reader to experience inexplicable horror and accidental cruelty, daily cruelty.

He said the government had postponed the Class 12 exams till May 30. The Board will release the revised schedule for Class 12 Board Examinations on June 1.

The decision was taken at a high-level meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. The meeting was attended by Education Secretary Pokhriyal and other government officials.

Here you have to fill DP name option name of the new broken where you want to transfer shares.

Then is the stock details of those shares that you want to transfer like script ID details. Every share has its own unique script. If you don't know you can ask your broker about that. Then fill the stock name and quantity. Fill this all details very carefully as they are the main part of the process. Now we are at the point of year ending as 31st march 2021. And that strikes our mind with payment of taxes for the year. Year was both good and bad at trade Like wise, With ongoing corona pandemics, and also the market fluctuations.

We are talking about saving tax from or source of market income. I'll try to make it easy to let you understand this so you can save your tax . Please try not to skip the parts because everything is linked.

Now in equity markets there are 5 types of earnings or trades we go with. And each varies with its benefits to tax payment.

1. Tax on dividend

If this year or any company gives you a dividend below 5000 Tax charges are no applicable. If the dividend is more then 5000 TDS charges are applicable that is 7.5℅ which company cuts off when given in shareholders hand. Tax is payable according to personal slab.

As per the current income tax slabs, taxation of income of resident individuals below 60 years is as follows: Income up to Rs 2.5 lakh is exempt from tax, 5 per cent tax on income between Rs 250,001 to Rs 5 lakh; 20 per cent tax on income between Rs 500,001 and Rs 10 lakh; and 30 per cent tax on income above Rs 10 lakh .

Due to corona government has reduced the charges from 10% to 7.5%. But from 1st April 2021 TDS will again be at 10%.

2. Tax payable on short term capital gains .

In short if you took a delivery of share & sold it in 1year span time they come under short term capital gains. Here 15% of tax is charges on your gains. There are tax benefits to other charges I am talking about tax relaxation here except the STT this is not applicable.

What's is STT ? In short Securities Transaction Tax is a tax payable in India on the value of securities transacted through a recognized stock exchange. As of 2016, it is 0.1% for delivery based equity trading. The tax is not applicable on off-market transactions or on commodity or currency transactions.

3. Tax payable on long term capital gains.

Again if you took delivery of share and hold it more then one year and sell comes under long term capital gain. Here is little relaxation for those who's capital gain is 1lkh or less no tax charges are applicable.

If more then 1lkh 10% of tax is changed. No STT tax benefit but you can get tax benefits on other charges like brokerage charges, turnover charges. Chapter 6 A Benefit (PPA, LIC etc)

Chapter VI A of Income Tax Act contains various sub-sections of section 80 that allows an assessee to claim deductions from the gross total income on account of various tax-saving investments, permitted expenditures, donations etc. Such deductions allow an assessee to considerably reduce the tax payable.

4. Tax applicable on Intraday trade.

5. Tax applicable on F&O trades (future & options)

Intraday & F&O are said to be or consider business income in F&O STT benefit debt are applicable here like on SEBI charges, Transaction charges, Spot charges etc.

Other is the fixed income (debt / Mutual fund ) Here the short term & long term duration is different. Short term is 3 years or less & long is more then 3years.

Here is you sell in short term tax is charged according to personal slab . seriously it's expensive & you have to pay more tax.

Here there are to ways of tax payment indexation way where 20% of tax is changed. And other is long term capital gain. Compare it with which ever is lowest and go according.

Now it's obvious we have to pay tax , but we are talking about saving tax. Not paying tax is a wrong move but tax savings in legal way is smart choice.

If you are earning from all the above sources income tax department will consider it as business income. So if you want to save your tax best way is to divide them up.

Use different Demat accountabout company's like create a portfolio for long term and hold it in A person account. For intraday use B persons account another account in sense. So that what this post was all about.

Minimum Age requirement to open a account?

The answer to the question is there is no age limit you can open an account under 18 too may be bank or demat any of the both. Your account will be opened as but you will be considered as minor. This is a legal process and facility provided by the government.

Definitely you will be opening an account under the guardian who is eligible. Under guardian comes the person who takes the responsibility of minor, they are your parents Father /mother and if not them then the person who is been appointed by the court. So there are three case you can open account under with.

In case of Demat account the guardian can operate account until the holder is minor once you reach the age of 18 your account will become inoperative so guardian cannot operate that account any more. At this stage you have to open your new account as a normal major accounts are opened and share that were in that account will automatically will be transferred to new account .

In bank account case the day you turn 18 your account will automatically will be converted into major one.

Minnor documents required for oprning demat account

1.Pan card of both minor and major

2. Kyc documents

and other formalities are as usual like signatures will be of guardian and form filling etc.

and in demat no joint account can be opened like banks. Guardian may be same for 2 different accounts .

Now any profit to account will be added to majors account and all tax will be liable. Bank account of minor is not necessary to open demat account it can be opened by linking major persons bank account details. But in come cases minors bank account is also required so you can go through with that.

There are some restrictions to minors demat account like intraday trading , future & option , commodity, derivatives cant possibly done ,only delivery based is allowed. Is its possible for you to operate account as minor?

If your account is under a broker he will only take a call from major partner. If you are trading in mobile app their you can take calls when you have account details. But even then i will recommend to take trade under your parents guidance or guardian guidance because this stuff includes your personal and bank details.

Even though kids have grown smarter now days but still you can get cheated and all the above this is related to money so try to stay away from such stuff and get help from your guardians. Kalyan Jewellers:

Kalyan Jewellers' IPO will begin on March 16 and end on March 18. The price band for the public issue has been fixed at Rs 86-87 per equity share.

The main purpose of IPO is to collect application money to fulfill working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.The jewellery business has remained risky and volatile, with gold prices also adding to the headwinds the company faces.

Seeing high competition from both organised and unorganized players in the Indian jewellery industry experts recommend risky investors can subscribe. As the majority of the jewellery industry consists of unorganized players, who have historically dominated the market.

Gold prices have been in a downtrend with emerging signs of economic recovery. MCX Gold has declined from a high of Rs 56,191 to a low of Rs 44,150 - a fall of 21 percent. At present, the yellow metal is trading around the Rs 45,000-mark.

Suryoday Small Finance Bank

Biding for Suryoday Small Finance Bank will open on March 17. Price band of Rs 303-305 per share. The issue will close on March 19. With initial public offering of 1,90,93,070 equity shares.

Gross Loan Portfolio of bank has grown at a CAGR of 46.98 percent from Rs 17.18 billion as on March, 2018 to Rs 37.11 billion as on March, 2020 to Rs 39.08 billion as on December, 2020.

Expert recommendations are mixed but if the economy picks up momentum, Suryoday Small Finance Bank (SSFB) may very well be lifted by the rising tide.a current book value per share of 133.5. The company has a diversified asset portfolio, Valuation comfort and growth will keep the company on buyers' radar, suggest experts.At a higher price band (305), the stock is valued at 2.28(x) P/BVPS with Factoring the good return ratios, FY20 ROA/ROE of 11.3%/2.5%.

Nazara Technologies

Nazara is set to become the first gaming company to list on the exchanges.The Rakesh Jhunjhunwala-backed Nazara Technologies will open its maiden public offer for subscription on March 17, within a price band of Rs 1,100-1,101 a share.

Nazara Technologies is a leading India-based diversified gaming and sports media platform. Company has performed well and made a presence in India and markets such as Africa and North America.

Reports also says The gaming business is quite difficult to understand we never know which game will become the next PUBG or fail due to some regulations. Its extremely risky business at this point as there is no defined concept to value and price any game's intrinsic value. It will cost millions of dollars for development and marketing a so a huge amount of capital to be invested in market.

According to a report the company may trade at an even higher multiple vis-à-vis expectations, as it is a pure-play digital company offering a potential of 30 percent CAGR and scarcity premium with almost no traditional company showing capability to grow at this pace in the medium term.

What's the time duration of conversion of shares into demat form? what is the process of converting physical or paper share in to Demat/Electronic form? all this questions are been asked .

Here is the answer to all those questions. Now dematerilisation is a little long process as they verify the company certificate to transfer those shares to the right owner. According to the rules and laws of SEBI it takes around 21 days to complete the process of transfer or dematerialisation.

But in some case it can take more or less then 21 days may vary from company to company of your broker.

Other thing is the process.

A demat account is required to transfer the share . So the owner of physical share and account holder must be same.

Fill a DRF form ( Dematerialisation request form) . You can get this from your broker or company like Zerodha, Angle brocking , Badjate etc which ever you have.

If in case persons is dead the shares will be transferred to nominees demat account. Wait what nominees demat? Yeh right if nominee has a demat account they will directly be transfer-ed when you fill transposition form. Or you have to open a account and then do the same process.

Nominee has to check the mode of holding of physical shares.

1. Single mode: Then in that case you need to prove yourself as nominee in court with proof.

2. Anyone/survivor mode: In that case you can transfer those shares by filling transposition form.

Also if those physical shares are written in your name as nominee in family person's / others Will a legal declaration can be transferred .

There are 2 depositories in SEBI one is NSDL and other CDSL you can ask to your broker if you don't know which one you are connected with. Now this depositories don't directly deal with customers so the have depository participants who can deal with their customers on their behalf to whom we know as broker.

When you submit the physical certificate and DRF form to you broker/depository participants they keep a copy with him and submit the original to NSDL/CDSL (Depositories). Now NSDL/CDSL (Depositories) will keep the DRF form and give the share certificate to the company the share belong to. Company verifies the physical shares and gives the conformation back to NSDL/CDSL (Depositories).

Finally NSDL/CDSL (Depositories) gives the conformation back to broker (depository participants) and he will transfer those shares to demat form. According to SEBI's guidelines its is compulsory that you shares are in demat form if you want to buy or sell them. Not only shares but also all the physical format certificates.
