			<title>Elsevier and Tsinghua University Press sign co-publishing agreement</title>
			<description>&lt;p&gt;Elsevier has signed co-publishing agreements with Tsinghua University Press (TUP). 

The agreements are for a new series on computational mechanics, and for a book, System Parameter Identification: Information Criteria and Algorithms, edited by Badong Chen, Yu Zhu, and Jinchun Hu, which will be published in 2013.
