Step 1: At first go to the SerpRank website then first you have to login in the site, if you have not registered then first register. After registration login to their system and go to privacy policy generator page and click on "Privacy Policy Generator" link.

Step 2: Then just enter your blog's url and Email address. If your blog use cookies (if you are serving advertising, your blog is most likely using it), select Yes, we use cookies option. See the image bellow.

Step 3: After that in the advertiser information, select the advertising solutions that you use to monetize your blog. See the image bellow.

Step 4: Now click on "Create my Privacy Policy" button.

Step 5: They will provide a privacy policy for your blog. Copy it to a text document.

Step 1: For Blogger Blog: Open your Blogger Dashboard > Pages.

For WordPress Blog: Go to your Dashboard > Pages > Add New

Step 2: Now create a new blank page and paste the previously copied privacy policy in the text document and named that page as “Privacy Policy“.

Step 3: Now you have successfully created your privacy policy page for your blog. Its compleated.

How To Submit Blogger Sitemap To Google Webmaster Tools

To be a successful blogger you must have to generate decent organic traffic to your blog. “Organic traffic” means the traffic which comes to your blog through the search engines. If you are a new blogger then you should be aware with the Google Webmaster Tools, provided by Google itself. It helps the blogs or websites index by the Google and it also help to improve our blog’s crawling rate.

But first of all you just need to verify your blog ownership in Google Webmaster Tools and then submit a simple sitemap. Previously I have already posted "How to create a Sitemap page for Blogger" just check it out. It is very important to submit blogger sitemap to Google in terms of SEO which tells Google about your blog and its content. Whenever we update our blog with new posts, our sitemap helps to index them easily in search engines. Now I am going to tell you the process.

How To Submit Blogger Sitemap To Google Webmaster Tools:

Step 1: Sign in to Google Webmaster Tools.

Step 2: Now you have to click on the blog title for which you want to add sitemap.

Step 3: Now click on Sitemaps button as shown below.

Step 4: Now see at the top of the right corner of the page, Add/Test sitemap button looks like bellow image. Just click on that button.

Step 5: After clicking on that button a small box will appear as shown in the picture below.

Step 6: Now add the bellow code on that text box.

Step 7: Now click the button "Submit Sitemap". After submitting the code, the page will ask for refresh. So just refresh the page. Now you have completed all the process.

Note: The above sitemap code will work for 500 posts only. If you have published more than 500 posts in your blog, then you have to add one more sitemap with the fist one. Do not remove the previous code. So do the Step 1 to Step 5 as same, but at this time you have to add this code.

Yes it's true that for any default Blogger blog layout shows, the "Showing posts with label ABC. Show all posts" message above the posts each time you click on a new label link. But really it is really annoying, that's why many people like to remove it.

How to use Google Drive for file hosting for Blogger

Hay friends there are many file hosting sites in internet. Even we also use some of that file hosting sites to upload our files and then add that sharing link in our blog or websites.

But I recommend you to use Google Drive, because it provides their users 15 Gb of free spaces for uploading files. But some cases the other file hosting sites delete our videos for some reasons.

But if you upload your videos in Google Drive, then your files will not be deleted. Here is the process how to upload files in Google Drive.

How to do?

1. Firstly go to Google Drive > Create > Folder and name the folder such as Downloads.

2. Now open that folder "Downloads" which you have created in first step.

3. After that Click on Upload Button and then click on Files button.

4. Now you have to select the file which you want to upload in your blogger blog.

5. After your file is uploaded, you have to Right-click on the file and click on Share button and then again click on Share button.

6. After that a window will open. Now copy the Link to share link in a notepad.

7. Now in the Who Has Access portion change Shared permission Privately to Public On The Web and click on Save button.

8. Now click on Done.

9. Now copy the bellow link and paste it on the notepad.

How to do?

1. At first you just open the KM Player and then right click on the main window.

2. Then click on Options and then click on Preferences.

3. Then a new window will appear. In the new window click on the General Settings.

4. Then on that window you have to deselect the Disallow Multiple Instances option.

5. Now play your first video which will appear in background.

6. Now pause that video and then right click on it. Now click on the Screen Controls option.

7. Now click On Top option, then select Never option.

8. Now you have to open another video in a new window. Then right click on the new video and then click on the Screen Controls option. Then click On Top option, then select Always option.

9. After that right click on that video and then choose Skins options, then select Control: Default (Auto Hide) option.

10. Now if you want to add another videos then just repeat the 8 and 9 steps

11. Finally maximize the first video. Now position and re-size all the other videos on it.

Hi friends, I am back with a new trick "How To Automatically Download Subtitle Of Any Movie Using VLSub-master In VLC". If you want to download the subtitle of any movie, then no need to search that subtitle in Google. You can download the subtitle of that movie very easily from VLC player by the help of VLSub-master extension.
VLsub is an extension for vlc player. It helps users to download subtitle of current playing movie. To do this you have to install this VLSub-master extension.

How to download the subtitle?

1. At first you have to download that VLSub extension. You can download that extension from the bellow link.

2. After downloading see the file is in RAR format. So, now extract that.

3. After extracting the file, open the "VLSub-master" folder.

4. Then there you will find a file named "vlsub.lua".

5. Now only copy that file and open this path "Program FIles>>VideoLAN>>VLC>>lua".

6. Now in "lua" folder create a new folder with the name "extensions".

7. After that you have to paste the "vlsub.lua" extension file into the "extensions" folder.

8. Finally the process is completed.

9. Now play a movie using VLC player. Now click on View from the menu bar of VLC player. Then select the last option i.e "VLsub".

10. Now click on "VLsub" to search the subtitle of that movie.

11. After clicking on "VLsub" a new window will open. Then click on "Search by name" button. Then you will see a list of subtitles. Just select one and click on "Download selection" button. After a short time your downloading will complete.

12. Now close the window and restart the movie. Now enjoy the movie with subtitles.

Create Wifi Hotspot In Windows 7 or 8 Using CMD

What is Hotspot?

The hotspot is a site which offers to access internet over a wireless local area network (WLAN) by the use of a router...

You know we can,t create a wifi router in Windows 8 without command.
So, Now I am telling you how to create a Wifi Hotspot in Windows 7 or 8...

How To Create?

1. First open your CMD as Administrator mode.

2. Now paste the bellow code in CMD to see your drivers details.

netsh wlan show drivers

3. Now you have to create the Hotspot and set a password for security.So just copy the bellow the code and paste it in the opened CMD.

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=ENGINEER key=4uengineer

Here ssid is your wifi name and key is your password. So you can change it and give your own Wifi name and password.

4. Now you have to start the wifi hotspot. So just copy the bellow the code and paste it in the opened CMD.

netsh wlan start hostednetwork

Now your wifi router is started successfully.

5. Now you have to open Network and Sharing center.
So go through this path: Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Network and Sharing Center

6. Next you have to click on the first Connection name which is connected with the another internet connection. It may be LAN or a Wi-Fi. Then you will see a dialog box will open like the bellow image.

7. Now click on Properties option of the dialog box.

8. After that you will see a new pop up window will open. After that click on Sharing button. Then tick on Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet Connection and then click on OK.

9. Now you can connect your Mobile, others Laptop etc.

10. If you want to stop your wifi hotspot, then again open your CMD as Administrator mode and paste the bellow code in CMD.

netsh wlan stop hostednetwork

Now your wifi hotspot is stopped successfully...

Lock your installed applications

Hey friends I know some times you need more security on your installed applications. Suppose you want to lock your all browsers so that your younger brother or sister can't use it.

You can also lock your media players, installed games and much more.

To lock the applications you have to download a software. Click Here to download the software.

After downloading the software you have to install it.

When installation process will complete it will ask for a Password. Enter your own password and also enter the same password in Confirm Password. Now hit Finish.

After that open the software and it will ask for a password. Then enter your password and click OK.

After that another window will open. Then you just click on Protect a Program.

After that you can see a list of installed apps. Then you just select an application from there and then click on Protect.

After that another window will open, there you can change Protection Mode. Otherwise click OK.

Get Your Lost Administrator Password of Windows XP or Windows 7

Hi friends, suppose if you forgot your Administrator password of your windows XP or windows 7 and you want recover it, then here is a trick to recover it.

For this trick you have to do the following process...

1. Atfirst restart your computer, when the computer starts then keep pressing F8 key. Then windows XP or windows 7 will display some starting modes of your windows xp or windows 7. Then you just select the safe mode.

2. After starting your system in safe mode, then go to Start >> Run.

3. After that type “control userpasswords2“ in the Run .

4. Now you have full permission to access all user accounts on your computer including Administrator account.

5. Now just select Administrator account and then select the option Reset password.

6. After that you have to enter the new administrator password and confirm the same password.

7. Now press OK and complete the process.

Hi friends ENGINEER's TIPS is back with a great trick. By appling this trick, your Computer Speak Your Name On System Start in its computerized voice. You can make your Windows based computer say "Welcome to your PC, Username."

I you want to use this trick, then just follow the instructions given below:-

1. Open your Notepad.

2. Now copy the below code and paste the exact code in the Notepad.

Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.Speak speaks

3. Now replace Username with your own name.

4. Now click on File Menu, then Save As. Now select All Types in Save as Type option, and save the file as "Welcome.vbs" or "*.vbs" ( .vbs extainsion must).

5. Now copy that file.

6. Now go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup(in Windows XP) otherwise go to C:\Users\User's name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows 7,8 and Windows Vista). Mind it this path will work if C: is your System drive.

7. Now paste there the "Welcome.vbs" file.

Now the next time when you start your computer, Your computer will welcome you in its own computerized voice.

Hi friends now I will show you an interesting and very easy trick. How to use web browser as a simple text editor like Notepad and you can also save the text in your directory. This trick works on all web browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. So come on and lets start...

PROCESS:

1. Copy the bellow code.

2. Now paste this code in your browser's url section and hit enter.

3. Now see the magic, your web browser turned into a text editor. You can write anything on it.

4. You can save this text documents by pressing Ctrl + s and save it as " file name.txt " ( remember that .txt is must ).

How to secure your personal data without using common hiding process

Hey friends if you want to hide your personal data secure, then you just keep them in a folder and hide the folder or you just directly hide that file. But others how knows how to unhide or see the hidden items, they can see your personal data.

So I have created a great application to hide your personal data. No one can see your hidden data or hidden folders. This trick will work on all windows platform (Win XP, Win 7, Win8). Follow the bellow tutorial to learn this trick.

1. Firstly download the application locker.exe from the bellow download button.

2. Now keep it into a perticular drive.

3. Now double click on locker.exe and a new folder will be created with name " My Folder " in the same drive.

4. Now keep all the data in this " My Folder " which you want to hide.

5. Again double click on locker.exe and when command prompt appears then type Y and press enter.

6. Now see the magic, the My Folder will be hidden. So noone can see your personal data.

7. Now again access that My Folder just double click on locker.exe, then it will ask for password.

8. You just enter the password ( password is arpan )and hit enter button, now again the folder will shown.
