So my daughter and I placed thinly sliced raw onions on the focaccia. So today let's visit New York. Combine coconut milk, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic, sugar, juice of 1 lime and peanut butter in a saucepan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, till slightly thickened. Divide the sauce into 2 parts&lt;br /&gt;3. Heat broiler. Thread chicken and veggies alternating on skewers. Brush kabobs with half of the above sauce and then place on a baking sheet.&lt;br /&gt;4. Broil for 4 minutes per side or till chicken is cooked.&lt;br /&gt;5. Sprinkle remaining lime juice. Serve with remaining sauce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Note -&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Discard the sauce which is used to brush the kabobs.&lt;br /&gt;2. Instead of 2 cup AP flour, I used 1/2 cup AP flour, 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour, 1/2 cup flax powder.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2.
