There are many stories we can tell ourselves that will make us feel sad, gloomy or utterly hopeless about life. We can create a fabulous tale in our mind that has imagined a past of deep failure, where we were powerless, victimized, and totally incapable of creating the dream life we desire. The mind is a genius at developing a rational plot and story line for this, and how your particular version of it is actually TRUE! Yes, the mind loves to entertain you, captivate you and bring others in to gain their sympathy and support on a variety of levels... just because you feel depressed.

Depression can range from having the ordinary glimpse of feeling blue, to the perpetual toilet bowl feeling which you can never seem to escape from. Whatever your experience of jumping into your emotional dumpster, it's good to know depression has a deeper reason and purpose for occurring. The soul always has a bigger plan in the background which the mind cannot often see. It often chooses to take this wild rollercoaster ride down into the emotional slum, as a way to bring awareness and enlighten the deeper heavier aspects of hidden inside. This way when you eventually rise back up to the surface to breathe again you bring with you a profound sense of joy, lightness and a renewed appreciation for being alive! Imagine if someone were to hold your head under water for 30 more seconds than you could normally hold your breath? You'd feel extremely happy and passionate about being alive when that initial first breath of air came rushing in.

If you (or a loved one) are battling depressing thoughts or feelings on ANY level, the following information is guaranteed to dramatically cause you to feel happy, alive and excited to be a human being again! The first thing to know on this anti-depressing journey is that all depression is caused by a lack of expression. The damp cold energy of depression is simply needing to meet with a warmer or hot and fiery energy to balance it out. You might say you'd get a steamy result if you really let your real fire flame up and burn through you. This basically means that you allow yourself to be really passionate again. If you cannot let yourself get heated up or angry about something that you feel very strongly about, you are dampening your flame with a cold towel. Don't do that! When in that moment you feel anger, let it rise (throw it out...not at a human) and most definitely you will forget that you were ever depressed. The deeper the depression is the higher and more intense the expression is needed to balance things out and create an equilibrium in the mind again...and this is where things get really exciting!

On a practical level, depression arises as a mysterious block which forces you to become stronger, more focused, and dive deeper into your innermost being. It makes you dive so deep within yourself that you eventually break through the grip of the ego and have to attain mastery over the mind. One must truly set their ego aside if they are to have the courage to beat their depression which essentially means they start sharing with a passion that which cannot be expressed. Yes, its that simple and the best part of all is you get to allow yourself to be totally crazy, wild, and free! How wonderful is that! You know this life of yours is all about discovering what really makes you excited and passionate about being alive. Why are you here on this planet and why aren't you fully here and present in this moment on the planet? Think about it...

The greatest thing about depression is that it causes you to unconsciously unveil your life's mission and purpose. You have to in order to transcend depression. This means you're pushed out the front door to take inspired loving actions in the world, helping the rest of humanity to overcome their inner gloom and doom stories. Once you get clear about what makes you passionate in life and you are taking massive inspired actions daily, then all forms of depression have to fade away. They have no choice. When your life is all about taking inspired action on what really makes you happy, fulfilled and jazzed then you truly become alive (not depressed).

Today is your day to boost your life to the next joyful level, even if you're not the least bit depressed! I want you to discover what is real fun is about, and take your fun factor to an entirely new level. The day you become 100% devoted to serving humanity (including yourself and your relationships) in the most enjoyable enlightening way you can imagine, then all depression will cease to exist in your experience of life.

This is all about waking up the natural way, and using your power to heal yourself. You can do it!! There is no real specific order as to how they should be done, just do it with the attitude of a child and explore!! The secret to seeing real results is doing these actions as frequently as possible with the most amount of playfulness. If you don't have the motivation to accomplish these by yourself then ask a friend to join you for fun and support.

Below is a list of ten anti-depressing super liberating actions which are guaranteed to alleviate any level of depression from your life. There is no need for pharmaceuticals people, you don't want to be addicted to pills the rest of your life that simply make you emotionally numb. Simply follow these 10 secrets for the next 3 months of your life and you'll be soooo high that you'll have no reason at all to take ANY drug again...enjoy!

1. Exercise your body for at least 20 minutes every morning. Bringing more oxygen to the body and brain is essential for feeling high, horney, happy and free. If you want to feel good in life do any exercise as soon as you get up. Go for it until you break a sweat, and continue on until you feel a sense of exhaustion. This will flood the brain with positive happy chemicals that make it much more difficult to feel blue the rest of your day.

2. Stick to eating 70 percent 80 percent raw fruits and vegetables. If you want a super high vibe, stay far far away from any food or drink that is in a box, bag or can. Processed foods made by a machine will not bring out your highest consciousness and a raw veggie fruit diet will. Raw foods contain the highest and most potent energy (from the sun) and lays the foundation where your brain can access expanded levels of energy making it hard to fall into any form of perpetual sadness.

3. Stay away from alcohol or drugs of any kind. Most people who are depressed are drinking and smoking frequently to numb some deep emotional pain, abandonment, death or relationship breakup buried deeper inside. The temporary elated high experience received from drugs or alcohol only later bottoms out, leading for the need to detox the brain and body. The day after one always has to fight their hangover, and battle their way out from the long chemical crash it induces in the brain. This makes it very difficult to think and feel happy thoughts for several days which addicts who cannot handle the low often "bite the hair of the dog" and re-introduce the drug/alcohol back into their system. This cycle will then numb out their low, and jump back on the chemical rollercoaster again. The best advice is to not start at all, and when you go out at night simply order a water, lemonade or a virgin bloody mary instead.

4. Stop eating food for 36-72 hours. One of the most powerful and effective ways to truly conquer the depths of long term depression is making the commitment to do a 2-3 day fast or cleanse. Depending on your severity of toxicity, it may take any where from 2 days to 2 months to reboot your system. You can do a water, fruit juice, and/or vegetable juice cleanse as a way to retrain your brain to let go of attachment to the thing it thinks it absolutely needs to survive...food! When you stop eating food, the mind then becomes void of all thoughts including the ones that make you feel sad and hopeless. You have a clearer consciousness that can see through the story and liberate you from the powerless place you were once in. A stomach that is truly empty of food will purify the mind, cleanse out the internal organs, and as the liquid moves through you liberates the mind from all grasping. 5. Jump up and down with joy because you are alive. An amazing technique that really gets the joy valves pumping is to physically jump up and down every morning yelling with excitement!! Yes, physically jump up and down for at least 15 seconds and yell the words "l'm excited! l'm excited! l'm excited! l'm excited!" This will instantly flood happy creative chemicals into your brain, and force you to think about what you are actually excited about in your life. In this life changing experience you may need to fake it until you make it, pretend it until you transcend it, until you truly start feeling exciting about this opportunity to be alive again.

6. Stop resisting the experience you are having. Whenever you feel the most depressed during your day, take that precious moment if you can to lay your body down on the ground. Connect with the earth, let your entire being surrender to this planet beneath you and drop into core of your innermost being. Surrender to all the feelings that arise and if you're feeling fear or resistance, then merge and melt with resistance. Open yourself to explore every little body sensation that your having. Let your self dissolve into the experience and do not move a muscle. Surrender as if you were a corpse and if needed go through the death experience in your mind. If you do, don't stop at death until you feel completely peaceful and serene with every aspect of your life. The secret is not fighting, avoiding or resisting the experience you're given on any subtle level.

7. Get out of your box and socialize. At least 6 days a week get out of your box and go meet with one person AND a group of people. A group is considered to be 2 or more people that are including you in the conversation. Learn how to be social and don't talk about intellectual things that bring everyone further up into their head! When in your group, speak from the heart and share something that is real, emotional, heartfelt, or are thankful for in life. Speak only positive words even if you're sharing about something traumatic or negative, you can bring about a lighter side that contains some level of appreciation and gratitude so as not to bring everyone's vibration down. This is your time to be honest with everyone about what you're facing inside, and yet look deeper beneath your story to share what is positive inside you, and discover what you are truly thankful for in your life.

8. Give and receive at least 3 hugs a day. We are energetic beings with a bio-magnetic need to be affectionate and give/receive touch with other people. Science has shown that we live longer, healthier, happier lives the more physical loving contact we have in our daily life. Open your arms to hug every single person that enters your home, even if its a total stranger! Allow yourself the give of being touched and touching others! Get a massage, ask a friend if you can hold their hand, or sit with your partner touching gently yet being slow, quiet and conscious. By increasing the level of conscious physical contact you have everyday, you'll shift your body's bio magnetic field and alter the brains happy chemistry in the process.

9. Become more sexually active. A good orgasm always leaves one feeling high, free and more enlightened. Initiate and instigate sensual sexual connection with your partner several times a week. If you don't have one, go find one! There are many people online looking for the same thing you are. So don't judge the sexual experience, be safe, adventurous and do something that you are afraid to do yet have always dreamed of doing. After a wild night of tantric lovemaking its very hard for the brain to be sad about life. The most powerful and blissful chemicals are released in the brain right after you orgasm. If you are picky and just cannot find the right partner to be with, then pleasure yourself as frequently as you can. 10. Initiate contact with the God Source. Meditate and pray to the Universe for healing and guidance every morning, noon and evening. Nobody can be depressed when they discover their own personal connection with the Divine. Sit for a few minutes a day and meditate on the source of love. Where does the source of love come from? Relax into your body ever so gently and deeply until you become aware of that which is aware. Breathe deeply and remain conscious of this divine all powerful intelligent consciousness that is always here now. Practice this awareness all throughout your day. Every single one of us lives in some type of box. There's the one with the physical walls that take the shape of your room, house, mansion or hut. Then there's your metaphysical box, which holds some form of limiting beliefs and attitudes deeply impressed upon your consciousness. It makes you think, "I can do this, and I definitely cannot do that." Whatever the formation the walls of your personal box have taken, don't judge it. Every single problem or limiting belief is there for a very special reason. They are personally designed (by you) to give your mind the illusion of confinement or a false sense of security. This way you will develop a deeper longing and desire to explore this vast infinite Universe that is constantly expanding within you and all around you.

There are quite a few people in this world who tend to always remain inside their homes hypnotized by the TV their entire lives. They fear going outside in Nature, facing the elements and experiencing the world directly. Depending on the day, they either love it or complain about it. Their sacred box has become their cozy nest on a lazy afternoon, and their personal prison on some sleepless night. People tend to either complain or brag about their box, have ready-made excuses for why they can't alter it, or simply ignore it and pretend they have no power over it. Notice which category you tend to fall into?

With 7 billion people on this planet, you cannot help to find each one of them fascinating. There are those people who love their box, hate their box, are never satisfied with the size of their box, or continuously fretting about the cleanliness and organization of it. There are those who feel overwhelmed about their box because its either to big or too small, too tall or just too narrow. Whatever the size and condition your box is in, its safe to say that it is quite perfect for you. Yes, our Universe is brilliant and it never ever never makes a mistake! There is always perfect order found within the seeming random chaos. Life is always working for you, not against you. If you watch closely, you'll notice your consciousness is always moving towards your enlightenment and never in the other direction.

One thing that you can do to enlighten your life this week is to embrace your box and take the risk to step out of it and far into the unknown. Hmmmm...can you imagine what that would look like? Perhaps you would take a little adventure to meet the new neighbor who is just a tad beyond your comfort zone. Or you might drive far away and visit a new town you've never been to, travel down a long dusty country road you've never seen before, and interact with new people you would never imagine reaching out to connect with. It really doesn't matter what your friends, family or society may say about what is crazy and what is sane. No judgment is as important as participating in the expansion of your Universe. What others deem as safe and predictable is often what leads one closer to being stale, boring and dead.

So it's important to continuously challenge yourself, AND find peace with where you are now. There is an essential balance contained within a truly happy life, and yet we humans tend to be creatures of habit and don't usually attempt to do the thing we are afraid to do. Each day is an opportunity to let go of your old belief systems that aren't serving you and truly become an unstoppable light of love! Think about doing ONE thing this week that you were always afraid to do, yet have always wanted to do. Leap across that raging river and into the peaceful love garden where the grass is growing much greener and bigger. When you do, your mind and heart will have no other choice than to expand.

Always remember that life is a constant maturing process that never ends. This is going to happen for you spiritually, mentally, emotionally and yes even physically, especially if you meditate on the source of love every night! If you're not taking vital steps each day towards living an amazing life that you love, you might as well move in with the mossy slugs down at the local pond. This is YOUR life and its about you really being alive, not just kind of and sort of alive. You are here to really have FUN, let go of your fears and enjoy every day as much as you possibly can! Why not? Your life is worth it right? Let's make this your special new life purpose for the rest of this year...ok? Let go of all those "problems" that were spinning in your mind yesterday, for those thoughts are not worth repeating again today. This is your one life and you deserve to live it up and this means you become an unstoppable ball of bliss for all to enjoy!

It will of course be hard to take that very first step out of your box and into this new enlightening territory. Be patient with yourself. You will start to believe in yourself more and more with each courageous step you take. Your box is your friend and your enemy, you can always slip back into it in the future and most likely you will! However, the more you can practice being aware of repetitive thoughts, stories, belief systems, and dramas that cycle around in your head, the easier it will be to step out of them the next time around. Just realize that you have the power within you to manifest anything new that you desire! So why not manifest a more liberated, empowered and happier version of you? Everyone can say that you're crazy, that's fine and dandy, you can just whisper the secret to living large in their ear and laugh with them a little harder the next time you meet.

The secret to living large in life is knowing your real nature. Understanding that you are an infinite spiritual being, a soul who has a highly intelligent all-powerful Universe penetrating and surrounding you from all sides. This amazing intelligence runs through every atom and molecule that you can imagine, and it's always listening to your every thought, guiding your every breath. It is your very best friend of all and it will never abandon you. Once you've given up on the idea that you are separate from it, you'll realize that all is good, on purpose and divine. You'll know that the greatest power in the Universe lives within you and you no longer have to participate in life with fear. You can live in complete 100% trust knowing that there is nothing to worry about...ever! This is what it takes to be an unstoppable manifesting being who is naturally overflowing with joy, abundance and effortless success every day of your life!

One final thing...I feel it's vital to understand that everyone in your life is trying (on some conscious or unconscious level) to help you get out of your box. Every new person you meet is a potential best friend, and those who seem to be your enemy are simply your greatest teachers in disguise. So just take this moment to notice where your thickest walls and issues seem to exist in your mind. If you cannot seem to find or remember them, just think about who or what was a "problem" in your life last week. Then thank these illusions for giving you the experience of being separate from your real enlightened free nature. For without these hindrances, you would never know what it feels like to become more conscious and evolve! We are constantly participating in the world of polarity, duality, and when you meet it consciously, head on, you transcend it all. So I invite you to take this day to be grateful for whatever box you are in. No matter what form it takes, or how vague and convoluted it may seem, and appreciate it for what it is. Give it love for it is the next essential step in your awakening journey towards experiencing the amazing enlightened being you really are.

Most of us are living our daily lives in a dream. It's either a fantasy, a nightmare or something in between the two. The mind gets wrapped up in creating scenarios and memories about your past and your future, and you're unknowingly pulled away from being here in the now. It happens more often than you may realize. If you have an important appointment a few hours in the future, the mind starts projecting all sorts of hopes, fears and assumptions about how the experience will be. The mind is constantly living in a fabricated version of reality that is generated by an overly active creative imagination.

I want every spiritual seeker to know that there is nothing wrong with this experience. It is a natural and necessary step in the awakening process. In order to have a global spiritual awakening we all have to be deeply asleep. The purpose of becoming unconscious that we are over identified with our thoughts, is so that we can experience the freedom of being conscious of them again. As the dreamer shifts its perspective it makes reality become soooo amazing and real! Without living in darkness we cannot truly know what its like to live in the light, and once your mind stops believing its inner picture show is real, then you will know without a doubt what it means to be awake.

So how will you know you've truly "awakened from the dream"? There will come a time where you won't have to try to step back from the dream. You will constantly be living as the awareness, the presence, the conscious essence that sees the play between the dream, the dreamer, and the awareness watching the dream. It will be natural, easy and effortless and feel like you're always bathing in the Light of your Being. There will no longer be any worry, struggle, or effort to make reality different than what it is. You've let go of buying into the mind's ideas about right and wrong, good and bad, and you're simply in love with life being right here, right now. You are immersed in the simplicity of what is. There's no thinking machine churning to get ahead of the game, or covering it with fancy adornments to make it better than what it is. You are submerged in the essence of pure Being, simply here feeling at peace with what shows up exactly as it is.

To unravel oneself from a lifetime of being caught in the web of the mind, the first step is being aware of the mind's habit of dreaming about the past and future. Without judgment or emotion, watch how the mind continuously returns to buying into the illusions it creates. The dreaming machine is much stronger than you think it is, yet not as powerful as you are. You'll want to get a firm grip on the mind, and this is done best through practicing meditation. Sitting silent and still as if you were a crystal statue, bring the mind to a place of deep inner calm.

Watch the thoughts pass through the mind, like clouds flying through the vast blue infinite sky, and you'll begin to realize all those super important thoughts aren't important at all. The thoughts seem very real, and you've believed them to be real your entire life, yet where are they really? They are just electrons flying through your brain, synapses firing electrical impulses in that massive space in between your ears. Once you are aware that this is what's happening, you start to pay more attention to what is real. This Universe is a vast ordered chaos of quarks, atoms and molecules flying every which direction, yet what is it that does not move and is the very center of this outrageous cyclone. You may know what the answer is intellectually, and have known this understanding for years yet find yourself still lost in the dream. It is only when you devote your entire heart and being 100% to the grounded experience of what does not change that a full spiritual awakening will occur. When you stop to ponder this thought, and dive into this understanding with deep inquiry and investigation all day long, something profound occurs. You are bound to wake up from lifetimes of dreaming. When your mind becomes obsessed and addicted to diving into the mystery of knowing that which does not change 24 hours a day, the veil begins to lift on its own accord.

The problem for most people is that they think they don't have time for this inner exploration. They feel its not practical or possible given their busy lives of children, work, bills, mortgages and traffic jams. The truth is you can continue doing the same actions you are doing, yet from a more enlightened perspective. You will show up at work and in your relationships with more lightness, smiling and a genuine peaceful interest in what their experience of life is. When you wake up from the dream, life is completely effortless no matter if you're trading millions of dollars on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. You realize a deeper enlightened truth inside, and do not allow anything to compromise the peace in brings.

It is never healthy to try and force yourself to be dedicated to something you feel you "should" do. Often when progress is steady and slow, the final change is more permanent. Slow and steady wins the race, as each subtle shift creates a deeper embedded pattern making it harder for the mind to slip back into it's old unconscious habit. And if you start to hit a wall, relax, rest and be ordinary. A simple walk though the forest can become the pathway of profound realization. The ordinary things in life become absolutely extraordinary when there is nowhere to go and nothing to attain.

Life is so short. Only 70-80 years for most of us and this life is gone. Have you ever wondered, "what's the point of it all?" At some point in this infinite journey around the Sun, each and every one of us will experience a deep sensation of being completely lost. Yes, this is inevitable. We must all go through the experience of not having a clue which is the best direction for us to be going. Whether it be your job, relationship, health, family or spiritual path, you are guaranteed to experience a time before you die where you will not have any confidence or certainty in where you're going or what you're doing.

When this occurs for you remember my invitation, it is quite simple. When the sensations of confusion and trepidation flood the brain and make you believe everything is not as it should be, do not resist them. Simply treat each one as a doorway to the Divine. Give yourself permission to greet the "lost experience" intimately, as if God was standing on your front porch in the middle of Summer waiting for you with a tall glass of lemonade. Meet the experience fully and drink it in deeply. Bend over and kiss the ground it walks on and do not try to change it in any way.

The experience of feeling lost in your life is actually the realm of infinite possibilities in a great disguise. The Universe is presenting a higher path for you to take and because the old path you were on was worn out and making you lazy. When life becomes too comfortable we need adventure to take over. We need to step out and try something new. The new opportunities awaiting you may cause the mind to "freak out" because it may try to jump on all of them and none of them at once! You may even fail to see the possibility of just sitting silently all day long, watching the grass grow and listening to the birds sing their song.

The mind is always so busy, so determined, and soooo focused on getting somewhere other than here now. It actually doesn't know what it feels like to be truly be here now. The mind doesn't understand how feeling lost could actually be your ultimate vacation and final destination from that perpetual work horse the mind is constantly riding. If you watch the mind vigilantly you'll see it is always focusing on something. Continuously working 24-7 like a mad machine in a deep habitual addiction to its thoughts and thinking patterns. If for a moment this machine start to question its motives, it might make you start thinking that you are off track. When this occurs, try this little experiment. Pay super close attention to the mind for several minutes, and notice what your goals, desires and priorities are in life. Write down all these ideas, and yet more importantly write down what will allow you to be at ease even if these needs are not met.

You can find freedom by asking yourself what do you most need to let go of attachment to right now, to feel deeply relaxed and at ease in this very moment? Explore what belief systems you need to release, and what it feels like to just trust life and be relaxed as you are. The eternal soul that you are deserves to have this everyday. When you realize that you are the eternal observer, the pure innocent untainted witness, you will never feel lost again because you'll know that every juicy moment is a ticket home.

The more you watch the mind, the easier life becomes. When you can see how it tends to cling to certain ideas and repels others away you stop buy into the drama of it all. Ultimately, the mind doesn't have a clue where to find safety and security in the world. It simply cannot because the outer world is constantly changing. The mind simply needs to know how to sit back and be still...and allow for every little thought to pass on through.

There is nothing wrong with the experience of feeling lost, for this is what fuels the spiritual search in the first place. As you allow yourself to embody the experience of feeling lost it will completely dissolve. So be totally confused! Surrender to every which way and possible direction you could be going and eventually it will drive you deep within. I invite you to approach all confusion, indecision or lost feelings with this sense of divine exploration and curiosity for this will result in real appreciation. It takes a true master to do this, yet it is not that hard. Simply surrender your ego's all too important agenda to the pure joy of exploring every little experience that you have along the way.

It's good to know that the Universe will continuously keep providing you with the experience of feeling lost so that one day you truly give up searching "out there", and uncover this beloved warm fuzzy home within yourself. All those moments of indecision and fear are meant to force the mind to stop moving forward, searching backward, and suddenly cause everything to come to a complete stop. This full stop is the vehicle we all need to transcend the mind and find the spiritual path inside. This is one of life's wondrous gifts to help us discover what meditation really is. Without the experience of confusion we would all be very very lost and confused.

Be cautious of the mind for whenever your mind doesn't know what you should be doing with your life, it might start making you believe that something is wrong with you. It may start to judge and condemn you, saying there must be a deep personal issue you need to investigate with a counselor. The ego starts to become afraid that all its great efforting was for nothing. It doesn't want you to do nothing, for you will soon find out that you already have all the answers within you! The ego-mind doesn't want to give up being in charge of life, it would rather sacrifice your self esteem than surrender. Only in deep surrender is there stillness, and the path to opening the heart to total freedom. It is by going through the fire that we purify and are reborn.

The best path is to use your disbelief and doubt as a doorway to the reveal a deeper truth of who you really are. Doubt is always our initial guide to finding freedom because it has no objective, agenda or fixed opinion. It is always wavering, thinking it could be this or that, which forces you to drop deeper into the heart. When you surrender to it all and drop deep inside you'll see that trust was always here, inside your heart, as your real guru and guide. If you can quiet your mind for one minute you can hear what its saying to you. Listening to the heart is easy when you put the world on the back burner. It just happens on its own when you relinquish all attachment to the end result and give in to the simplicity of being purely here in the now. Most of us however are so trained and goal orientated that we cannot hear the longing of the heart, and often reject any wobbling experience that may make us feel derailed from our normal path. It is such a good thing that there are so many distractions in life, otherwise we would be like automatized robots and never discover what the real spiritual journey is about.

Life is such a deep juicy adventure, so do not be afraid of it! Know that each moment is the sacred source revealing itself to you. Just be deeply honest and stop hiding your light from the world. Whatever it is that you really really really want in life can be yours. The secret is to know how to change your vibration and attitude so that you can receive it. You must dive beneath the surface, into your innermost being and discover the power that you truly have. Once you bring a halt to the mind chatter you'll find out what really makes your heart go pitter-pat, and experience every moment of life is taking on the most amazing rich flavor you have ever tasted. If there's one thing in life that we are all scared of... its fear. Yet is fear really something we need to run away from like a coward and avoid? What would happen if we opened up, embraced fear and gave fear a big cozy hug! It probably needs one by now, don't you think? The moment you turn inside and embrace whatever you're afraid of, something magical happens... You find the willingness to make anything happen! When you can move into fear, through fear, and out the other side, then become fearless. Fear becomes as frightening as a shadow, an imaginary obstacle blocking the light of your own radiant being.

The truth is that all fear is illusory. F.E.A.R. = False Evidence Appearing Real. Your fears in life are simply negative thought about your future wrapped up with contracted body sensations. Fear is a mental fabrication created by emotional needs that haven't been met. When you know yourself as the source of love itself, then fear doesn't stand a chance in your life. When fear rises it becomes something you get to deal with. I say "get to" because you see these feelings as opportunities to push you deeper inside, into the source of love. Fear forces you to feel what's at the innermost core of your being. This is the only place in the Universe where you'll find true everlasting love, peace, safety, security and the highest spiritual growth you could possibly ask for. Everywhere else you look you'll find life to be quite illusory and always changing on you.

It's good to know that fear is the hidden key to one of the greatest mysteries of life. This is the mystery of mastering your existence. Once you've discovered how to overcome fear, you know what real trust and faith is. This deeper level of trust is what gives you complete mastery over your life. Embracing fear requires that you step into your power and rediscover that deeper connection to the source of trust, love and sweet gratitude you have inside. Letting in the fear is the one thing we all need to push us deeper inside, past our comfort zones, so we uncover the spiritual being living within us. It's exactly what we need to transcend the limiting human condition we are all facing.

Once you start embracing fear you'll know how to make decisions. Making the right decision in life takes being willing to make the wrong decision. It requires that you are truly fearless and willing to be wrong about anything, so that life becomes a massive cosmic learning adventure! If you want to be confident about every decision you make, simply step back and see your life from the grand scope of things. On a soul level, there truly is no such thing as a "wrong" decision. It just might take you a little bit longer to reach your final destination if you choose left instead of right. When you remember that you're an eternal being on an infinite journey through life, it doesn't matter. You won't break a sweat on the small stuff because you'll realize it's all small stuff. When all decisions come from this fearless place that knows you're on an infinite journey, you will ultimately initiate choices that only result in playful positive enjoyable outcomes.

To begin your own personal fear conquering adventure you first need to practice knowing that you are separate from the voice of fear. That frightful scary voice that goes off in your head is not you, you are the awareness who is aware of that voice. You are the listener who is listening, the watcher watching. If that voice causes a feeling of panic, terror or anxiety in you, its because you're buying into the dramatic story of this imaginary voice. You are allowing it to feed you a frightful experience. As you come to get to know and listen for this special voice, you'll see it is separate from you. Then, you can start knowing yourself as the soul or awareness who is untouched by it. The more you realize that you are this pure awareness, that is watching and listening from a far to the voice of fear, the easier it becomes to not get so involved in its drama. You then discover the power to make a clear decision about what you want to create in your future and have just taken your first step to overcoming fear.

The next step is to get into the habit of taking one long deep breath into your body anytime you feel fear. Hold this deep breath as long as you can and allow all the scary thoughts in your mind and fearful body sensations to burn through you. Give yourself permission for any fearful sensations to enter your body completely. This allowing experience becomes like a great fire that cleanses your fear channels, and awakens your ego from its slumber. Let fear serve its purpose in keeping you from falling asleep at the wheel of your life! Allow your heart to pound, your blood rise to a boil, and your gut get wrenched because your mind believes something horrible is going to happen. The more you can allow fear to come in, the more alive you'll feel and the faster fear leaves you. After the fire has burned through you a great aliveness takes over. This is where tremendous clarity occurs and becomes an avenue where big life decisions can become effortless, fun and easy.

Anytime you allow fear to take over your entire body, watch what games your mind tends to play. It may try doing back flips to avoid feeling what you're really afraid will happen. Get to know yourself intimately, that is another divine purpose of fear. Watch the mind very closely and notice if there's one particular scene or movie frame from its magnificent horror story that it clings to more than the others. Then take this movie clip out and view the entire scene from beginning to end. Watch it with wonder and let a simple soft pure awareness penetrate through it. Notice the bodily sensations that arise in every segment of your scary scene. You can allow room for excitement to enter by knowing yourself to be an eternal being who has watched millions of these types of movies. After you've played the scene through and felt the core of your fear has completely moved through your body, release the breath and let it all go. You may need several deep breaths to do this exercise depending on the size of your fear. After the fire of fear has cleansed you, you'll find its easy to see this imaginary illusion with a positive productive perspective.

The final step on this terrifying journey is befriending the voice of fear. After the fire has left, approach your fear as if it was an old friend who was trying to teach you something very important about yourself or your life. Come to know and understand this voice of fear is the path to freedom itself. Any experience which causes you to feel contracted, time bound, hurried, rushed or unable to relax means you have something to learn about true freedom. Once you truly know yourself as a spiritual being, these experiences won't touch you. As you get to know yourself, understand your habitual fear patterns and negative ideas your inner gremlin's addicted to, then you can approach them with a very conscious loving embrace. You can have compassion upon yourself and take that one baby step towards embracing your fear. That's really all you need, one baby step towards your fear instead of away from it. Do this and you've just discovered you have nothing to fear. In a single moment you can find freedom by merging with fear. With just one baby step you can transform your inner world into a state of harmony and peace with what is.

To truly understand something is to find peace with it. When you know and understand that fear is necessary to know love, you will start moving towards embracing it. You simply cannot know what real love is unless you have known great fear. Fear is the polar opposite of love, and love is what propels you to move beyond your fear. We live in a Universe that is filled with polarities, so without fear, love could not even exist. We need fear to know love and we know love through embracing fear. Once you embrace all your deepest and darkest fears, only then does peace prevail. Through this deep complete surrender can you know that who and what you truly are is fearless and cannot die. Once your heart has accepted the fact that love and fear come together as one package deal, you'll find tremendous peace as you flow in and out of them both. This peace is all you need to make your life decisions based in love and not from any fear.

I invite you now to do a little work on yourself and stop and think about what you're truly afraid of in your life right now. Just pick the worst thing you can think of and get it over with. Notice how this fear shows up in your body. Now, dig a little deeper and see exactly what is causing you to be afraid. Why are you afraid of this one particular thing and not something else? Look at how and when this fear shows up in your life. When you stop to look at the roots of your fear, you'll start to unravel the pattern. You'll see how it has been with you weaving in and out of your entire life! Yes, fear is a gift from the Universe, a great teacher, and once you stop running from it you'll start learning how to master it.

Fear is the most awesome awakening force in our lives, and is that one force that is teaching you how to be unstoppable and fearless. Especially when life can be so entertaining, with so many activities, task lists to accomplish, and people to meet and greet along the way. The frantic desperate non-meditative mind has become the norm of our society, and the cause of all social injustice and corruption. Once everyone learns the art and science of taming their mind chatter, finding stillness in the incessant stream of thoughts spinning circles inside the brain, the people of this planet will finally come to experience true world peace.

A meditative mind is very powerful, and its much easier to manifest our desires than with a non-meditative mind. If you just let your mind always run the show and be in charge, it will run circles around you and not relax enough to receive what it is you really want. The Universe has a way of teaching us in the most mysterious ways. Throughout your life, you’ve most likely encountered experiences which made you feel stuck, lost, frustrated, or disappointed on some level. Then, just when you thought all hope was lost, some act of grace happened and life turned your situation around. You then experienced a feeling of relief, satisfaction, joy or just felt things were lighter for you in some way. Life is very intentional in the way its pendulum swings. When we get to taste sour lemons, it makes the lemonade even more succulent and sweet.

The grand diversity of experiences that life provides for you is what causes your soul to grow and evolve. We can only form a desire to move towards a higher experience of love, freedom, joy or compassion when we are wallowing deep in the trenches of our emotional pig pen. The secret to having compassion within yourself is knowing this emotional pendulum is natural and will persist throughout your existence. It is a tremendous blessing in that it causes your soul to discover what true freedom really is. When being faced with choosing love over fear everyday, the soul is forced to look deeper inside and uncover the eternal essence of your being. This essence is what's truly satisfying to the sweet and sour experiences life brings.

When you can release your personal attachment to where your pendulum is currently at in the swing, you'll discover a state of deep self acceptance at the root of your being. This very root is where compassion abides. This is an effortless state of love for yourself, the world, and everyone in your life as they are. It is complete mastery of life. This internal heaven yields a feeling of completion within yourself that is like nothing else you've ever experienced before. The deepest acceptance of life is the feeling of perpetual bliss. Happiness, joy and freedom all stem from this root of bliss, and happens for those who are willing to wait for eternity for it. When you stop rushing through life to get somewhere and simply relax into every single experience that arises, you'll soon discover the greatest compassion has already found you!

To master compassion is to master yourself. Self mastery always starts and ends with a deep curiosity about who you are. Imagine what your life would look like to always be loving and accepting of yourself, others and the world as it is. This does not mean to bury your head in the sand when you see fowl play or injustice. True compassion is much smarter than that. Real compassion understands why human beings do the things they do, and knows that you would have done the exact same thing if you were born inside their body and brain as a baby. To reach this level of emotional understanding of others is essential for true compassion to take root, and the first step to being free from any future form of suffering.

To live in a perpetual state of compassion is to be free from the judgmental mind that says this is right and that is wrong. Compassion sees the global picture, knowing the Universe is ultimately in charge and the ego is just a little pawn. Compassion is what allows you to master your life, and once you master it everyday becomes an easier ride downhill into the divine. It is the most sacred energy because it doesn�t care who or what is right or wrong, how others should or shouldn�t be, or what outcome needs to happen or not happen. It�s an energy born from love, rooted in freedom, energized by lightness, and bound by no laws. It is bliss itself and is your natural state of being.

To begin practicing compassion with everyone you meet, start redirecting your attention as frequently as possible to the most loving, accepting, timeless, light, or spacious energy that has no judgment about anything. When you discover this feeling stay there as long as you can. This is the fuel for compassion to opens the door for divine bliss to enter. When you realize how good it actually feels, you'll spend more time being curious about how to be more compassionate. You'll devote your enter life to seeking the source of bliss, knowing it comes from accepting all beings as they are, in whatever way they temporarily show up.

The source of compassion is unlimited, and this bliss arises naturally from it. When it engages your mind completely, you won't have to try to be friendly, polite or loving with others anymore. You'll naturally have a lighter response to those challenging situations, people, thoughts, and emotions inside. You'll have discovered your own source of freedom. You may even look forward to the next challenging person as your next new opportunity to test your level of lightness and compassionate mastery. You'll find a way to use every experience that arises to bring more awareness forth, to transcend old karmic habits you've had for lifetimes.

One of the greatest secret to summoning compassion into your life begins with self forgiveness. After forgiving yourself and those with whom you're holding any heaviness inside, you can instantly access a higher energy and consciousness. Forgiveness is not something you can wait to happen to you, you must dig deep down into your emotional mire and give it to yourself. Don't wait another day of your life. Give this gift to yourself before you fall asleep tonight. Forgive yourself for any past drama and whatever "wrong" acts you did the past 20+ years. Think about everyone you need to forgive on the smallest level and tell them you're sorry, you love them, you're thankful for them, and ask to be forgiven. Allow grace to take over you. Let a soft, sensitive, sweet, lightness to penetrate your heart and enter your bones. By forgiving yourself on the inner world, others will naturally fall into this energy and forgive you on the outer world. By living in the habit of constant forgiveness you’ll naturally respond to others with more lightness and compassion. When this becomes your normal everyday way of being, you've found the golden key to self mastery.

Forgiving yourself on the deepest levels takes everything you've got. It is by far the greatest act of compassion one can ever achieve in life. Perhaps you've heard the saying that one must walk a mile in another man's shoes to understand him. Well, try going back in time in your own shoes, visiting yourself throughout your entire life, and see if there's any more room for just one more ounce of gentleness that you could receive. Remember that the others you meet along your journey are just reflections of yourself, so how they are treating you on your inner world is how you're treating yourself. By going on a deep meditation journey inside, you'll bring about total inner healing and discover your life's true mission. As you let go of your ego's need to be right and step into the feeling of forgiveness, you find that deep peace is much more satisfying than being right. The relinquished ego instantly brings about the natural sweetness of your life and gives rise to an eternal spring of compassion.

The sweet source of forgiveness is not hard to find. It is closer to you than your next breath of air. Simply hold tight onto the intention that you are worth forgiving. Give yourself full permission to let go of ANY fixed idea you have about who you are or were. The soul you really are is indescribable and undefinable. Nothing can pinpoint exactly with words what you always were and forever will be. You are pure consciousness within a highly ordered chaos of perpetually changing energy. You are too mysterious to held down by any one limiting thought or idea. Certainly a negative feeling or judgment about yourself is not big enough to contain the vast truth about who you truly are.

The most enlightened way of living your life is to be free from the mind and the thoughts it formulates. Choose to be free from everything that comes into the mind. By simply making this freedom a priority, you will soon rise above the mind and see through all the subtle slippery good/bad judgments it tends to fixate on. A soul who is free from its mind soon becomes a master, and forgiveness is the super highway home. The insights and inspiration you'll receive from this path will liberate you and reveal the most enlightened loving self you truly are inside.

The last great secret to becoming a master of compassion is taking a trip down the spiritual path of surrender. Surrender means to give into your experience of life, whatever it is... don't fight it, just give into it, let go and become it. Surrender to whatever experience is here now. Give in to this sweet ever-present unbounded Universe around you, open your heart to the divine infinite reality and all that it contains. Be completely willing to be present to whatever shows up in the moment. With this approach your heart naturally welcomes every thing, thought, person and feeling with deep acceptance. There is no greater source of peace to be found.

True surrender is the deepest form of trust we can have. It is meeting life with effortlessness, and reveals a goldmine of bliss hidden inside you. Surrender naturally occurs when you understand that life is conscious, intelligent and here to help you evolve. So surrender your ego's fight to fix your problems and its ongoing effort to figure out your solutions. When you truly give up, you give in and the real answers come flooding! When you surrender to that which does not change, and is forever here now, it will instantly reveal the most spiritually awakened being inside you.

Your ability to let go and surrender is actually what measures how evolved of a soul you are. It tells you what level of mastery you've reached thus far. The more you can trust and surrender, the less the ego is in charge. Surrender opens all the doors to finding love so you can access the highest realms of bliss. It allows the mind to go beyond the duality of right/wrong and good/bad and transcend human suffering. It is the doorway to bliss and the golden key to your awakening.

By knowing what is true and what is just a thought flying through your mind you can become free from potential future suffering.

The way you see the world determines everything. Who you are being is shaped by that which you see. Someone who can only sees the good in others can only feel good inside themselves. We automatically feel what we are focusing on. If you could train your mind to think only positive thoughts about your present predicament, then only positive feelings would be experienced by you. Your inner world is a reflection of what you place your attention upon.

The mind functions much like a movie projector, continuously playing movies, displaying images from the past and future onto the blank screen of consciousness. Naturally we are entertained by certain scenes that engage us emotionally, getting sucked into the drama and pulled into the story. This is where problems are created. When you start believing your inner movie is real.

If you become stressed, uptight or overwhelmed with life, start asking yourself this simple question, "What is reality and what is my imagination?" You can run from your life and pretend to be a mouse, or you can face it and move towards it like a lion. Only when you truly face your life do you start summoning every gift, energy and inspiration inside you to conquer the obstacles ahead. Facing our pain is how we all grow and evolve as human beings.

People are born to change, and they will surprise you when you can give them the love, space and time to respond differently. Everyone has the potential inside them to become as quiet, peaceful and enlightened as a Buddha.

Consciously or unconsciously, you are creating your financial situation everyday. We are either in the habit of proclaiming to the Universe that we are lacking and there is just not enough, OR we are being thankful and appreciative for everything that we do have. Once you see that your thoughts are creating each and every moment of reality, any previous cycle of financial stuckness can dissolve instantly from your life.

What you think about is what you get. All suffering comes from a deep demanding and grasping habit that states, "life should be something other than what it is." When you relinquish the addiction to this type of thinking you'll discover deeper feelings of joy, peace and abundance inside. Through the mindful practice of sitting back from your thoughts, observing the minds habit, inner peace will find you. You may or may not get all of your egos needs, wants and desires met in life, yet one day you might discover something much better...the secret to totally transcend the habit of suffering.

The biggest truth is that no matter how much money you have, the ego will never ever feel that it's enough. If you had a million dollars the ego would want two million, just for safety and security reasons in case you somehow lost your first million. The game the ego plays is one of lack. Yet the good news is that this lack forces you to look for real security, that is at the very core of your being. The ego is here to help you discover true freedom, and redefine who you really are.

If you are not this body, this ego, this mind, or this personality then who are you? This question takes you on a journey inward, and if you follow it you'll reveal just how deeply are you connected to the God Source. If you can let yourself relax and feel this intimate connection, everything will change. You will instantly boost your financial frequency! From this deep feeling of inner abundance, you can easily manifest as much money as you want in your outer world. When you meditate on your spiritual infinite nature you realize that you can be instantly free from suffering at any time. You can see that every high and low in life is just another spiritual learning experience pointing you the way home.

The most essential practice to start manifesting financial abundance is doing one simple thing. Soaking, playing and resting in the feelings that you are connected to the God Source. Each one of us naturally carries a deep and sacred clarity about ourselves and our world. We were born with a crystal clear perception of life that has no judgments nor any limiting beliefs. However, through the years this innate understanding became clouded by others judgments, opinions and misperceptions. Habitual thinking patterns soon developed that were embedded with gobs of assumptions, societal beliefs, and countless stories about what limited and powerless human beings we really are. With all of this misunderstanding, the mind could assume that this whole world was unjust, and that human interactions were a constant struggle we all just had to deal with to survive.

The habit of unclear seeing can be so cloudy that you don't realize you've got it. If you feel that you're in a whirlpool of challenges and have been suffering on any level for weeks or months, you will want to break out of this spinning toilet bowl of limited thinking and simply return to your greatest truth. Your greatest truth is that which liberates you on the deepest level and causes your life to overflow with joy and ease. It is your most natural state of being that has the taste of unbounded freedom! When we can clearly know our truth and feel what is exactly going on within our heart, we become aligned with our soul's mission and feel a deep aliveness bubbling up from within. The truth brings us into the experience of "divine alignment" with the whole Universe, where every day feels like you're floating down a fun effortless river made of milk and honey.

My invitation for you today just might be the most radical and challenging task you've ever received in your life. The action in itself is one that any child could easily conquer, yet for a mature adult it may bring you down to your knees. Its only for those who want to become unstoppably successful in every area of their lives. If this is you, then read on. If you want to feel totally alive, overflowing with tremendous joy and freedom in this lifetime then give yourself plenty of courage to attempt this mission.

Yes, be aware, this assignment is not for the halfhearted. It may bring up the greatest amount of fear you've ever discovered. Yet, it's good to know that all fear is simply excitement in disguise. So I hope that you can get excited about this invitation, and see it as special journey in unraveling yourself. I believe that all you'll need is 15 seconds of courage to complete this assignment, that will shift your life in the most profound ways.

Before I go into explaining the assignment I want you to know why I'm giving this to you. When you follow through with this mission, you'll discover the most amazing freedom inside you. A freedom that has no boundaries, no limitations and a vast unlimited potentiality. It has nothing to give you but pure ecstasy and bliss! This freedom is not created by thoughts, bound by thoughts, nor liberated through thinking. It is discovered in that timeless space between your thoughts, otherwise known as the "gap" between each word which continues passing through your brain. In between your thoughts is this void, the unknown, the place where pure love, creativity and a divine state of bliss will arise from.

There are many techniques that will enable you to suddenly fall deep into this gap between your thoughts and discover the very source of who and what you are. Yet, many of these techniques have no lasting permanent effect which remain implemented in your daily social life. There however is one technique that I deem as the most powerful of them all, which comes through one simple intention. Speaking about that which cannot be spoken.

What does this mean? How are you to speak something which you cannot say? Inside you there exists a level of information that you are protecting, hiding and keeping secret from the world. You fear that if society found out this information about you, that you would be ruined. This information is protecting your ego from being "found out" where you may become embarrassed to the point of feeling like you should leave the community. The energy around protecting this information is draining and is exactly what you need to let go of. Holding on too tightly to anything in this world will create an energetic wall around your ego, causing you to live a shielded, guarded "un-free" life. Whatever is behind this wall is the sacred secret information which you most need to share.

The one thing that would destroy you in life, is also that which will liberate you. Perhaps its your greatest secret, your biggest fear or that most embarrassing moment of your life. The golden nugget here is to see WHY this tiny piece of insignificant information has become such a big deal for you. Why you have spent so much energy in protecting and hiding it, rather than being liberated from these thoughts and feelings. We really don't know how small of a cage we are currently living in until we step out into the vast sky. By sharing that which we cannot share, we open the door to become that being who is continuously overflowing with joy, love and laughter like a child.

When we no longer are invested in our egos, we don't spend all this extra mental energy in hiding or avoiding saying things with anyone. When we give up protecting the ego, a tremendous freedom is instantly found. A truly free soul is one who can speak whatever is on their mind with anyone at anytime. They are a walking state of liberation! No matter how trivial their message is, it is the liberty at which their words effortlessly pour out of their mouths which make them so amazing to be with. It is this level of freedom that gives them the power to dive into the deepest depths of their soul.

That which we cannot share, should not share, or feel terrified in letting others know about ourselves, is a big egoic game and hoax. People really don't care about your secrets. They most likely have their own which are ten times more frightening than yours. When we can dismantle any hesitation around sharing that which we "should" not share, the core ego structure and its walls around the prized identity we were once clinging to come tumbling down. After we share ourselves openly without care, our hidden secrets can fly free into the wind and vast unbounded sky. When the dust from the fear of social ostracization soon settles and we can suddenly see the world through crystal clear eyes... as if it was for the very first time.

As I mentioned, this may be the hardest act of courage you have ever tackled in your life. Yet, no great action went without fear. You will discover a multitude of excuses for avoiding sharing what you cannot share. The ego may make you think this assignment is ridiculous and your reputation is at stake! There are just some things in life that are not meant to be shared. Look at this. Look at what you are defending, protecting and avoiding. The ego is a master at keeping you in prison, and continuing to hide that which keeps you locked up inside. Would you be a greater or lesser person having gone to your grave desperately holding this information back from those who are most intimate with you? You'll soon find that speaking your truth freely is contagious, as it enlightens the load for everyone in your presence everyday.

Once you start thinking about what information you're holding back from the world, ponder the idea of what it may feel like to not have to protect it anymore. What would it feel like once your great secret is out, and fully accepted with great compassion by your entire community? It makes you realize how much energy we spend on coping. What a tight, controlled and limited world we often live with on the inside. There is no need for this self-engaged prison. You can choose to be free! Now, I'm not saying that you should shock every person you meet on the street by barfing your darkest deepest secret onto them. What would be the point of that? While that may be a liberating exercise, what I'm pointing you towards today is much more liberating. Its about creating a profound intimacy with those souls you already know.

One great secret is knowing how to start sharing that which you cannot share. Before you say anything to anyone, it's key that you "set the stage" with your individual listener or audience. This can be done through shifting your tone of voice to a more deep sincere honest quality that prepares them to listen from that depth as well. Then you can start with saying, "I'd like to share something with you that is not easy for me to speak about". With this one comment you will instigate a heightened level to their listening and the room will instantly get quiet. This creates a momentum to dive deeper within you, where it becomes easier to reveal your deepest truth AND be fully heard.

If your listener is not willing to hear you, there is no reason to speak. If you know you simply cannot reach the minds and hearts of your audience, then remain silent and speak to them in a room by yourself. Yet, if these people truly love you, they will listen as best they can. It's vital that you learn how to reach out with your feelings and get a sense for where your audience is listening from. How can you say what you're needing to say in that special way they can understand you? When you learn how to listen to and through your listener's ears, you speak that message that comes through clearly. By tuning your mind to who is listening you can share from a more confident space and communicate the more subtle aspects of that which cannot be communicated inside you. Radical heart felt communication is about sharing your truth in a way that is received fully. If you aren't in tune with your audience's listening, it will feel like you're talking to a brick wall.

When you're ready to instigate a radical change in your life, I recommend doing this exercise. Create a Truth Circle! Gather a group of your closest friends or family members into a circle for an hour. Find an object that everyone agrees is to be the sacred talking stick. The stick can be anything from a rock, an egg, an actual stick, or whatever you deem to be the special talking device. Only the person holding the stick has the right to speak and everyone else cannot make commentary, give suggestions, or feedback. The only feedback everyone can give is silence. Give each person 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the circle) to share that which they cannot share. Place the stick in the middle of the circle and when a person is ready, they must pick it up. Each person holding the stick must spend the entire time speaking as much as they can from their very soul. If there is more silence than words, wonderful! That will give them more initiative to share when the sharing circle happens next week.

Before you begin the circle, talk about the intention of the circle which is to create a deeper quality of honesty, love, truthfulness and friendship between everyone. The support of the circle will as well liberate each individual from their fears and insecurities. Have everyone agree that information shared is sacred and that it will never leave the circle. The reverence for this agreement gives everyone more permission to reveal themselves fully. The silence during sharing time also needs to be held in the most sacred manner, and yet if some people absolutely cannot hold back a small chuckle or laughter that also has to be welcomed and integrated. Laughter can instigate a deeper healing, creating lightness out of what someone deemed a heavy traumatic demon in their mind for decades.

You will be blown away at what happens in your life with this assignment! You, your family and friendships will totally be transformed! By holding a sacred sharing circle on a weekly basis the connections and intimacy will be amazing. The layers of shielding and hiding will in time start falling away, and you'll discover an entirely new level of inner peace and relaxation with everyone. The inside your being. Imagine a world where everyone you know is included in this level of sharing. Imagine what would happen if your entire community started to participate in their own sharing circles. Everyone around you could openly share their deepest truth without fear. In a few months, you would have a very empowered, whole and healed world around you.
