The world around us is a living sea of impermanence. This thought is quite scary to some, while super exciting to others. Either attitude you choose, you cannot escape from this ocean of intelligent energy that is constantly moving and shifting all around you and inside you. Everything and everyone on this planet is impermanent, and is going to change. The way in which you deal with this truth determines how happy and peaceful you will feel in the near future.

When we embrace change as the 'spice of life', meeting it everyday with reverence and gratitude, we can live fully in this world while abiding in a constant state of joy. We not only can have total acceptance that everything and everyone in our lives is going to change, we can look forward to it! We can celebrate ahead of time the new house, job, baby, partner, body, attitude and lifestyle that is already headed our way. We can trust the Universe already knows what's best for our souls evolution, and trust ourselves to manifest the experiences we most need to have. Knowing this, we can rest in faith that the most amazing life is coming up ahead. The big question to ask yourself is how open and willing are you to receiving it?

If you've ever taken a good long look inside your mind, you'll see there is a great river of thoughts streaming into eternity, and is pulling you along with its perpetually creative flow. For everyone beginning on their conscious joyride through life, there are thoughts of doubt and fear, as well as thoughts of trust and appreciation about what we want to manifest. This is normal as the mind is taught to swing between these extremes on its own accord. There is such an enormous momentum behind this pendulum swing, that it would take something quite massive or miraculous to stop it. The only thing one can do is sit back, smile and laugh when the pendulum moves to an extreme. We can train ourselves to relax when it swings into trust and joy, and breathe deeper when it swings back into doubt and fear. This allows you to open more fully to life, and welcome the most divine experiences headed your way.

Now the more practice you have with watching the pendulum swing, knowing it will soon move in another direction, the easier it becomes to relax and trust the process. There is some subtle satisfaction each time you sense a little movement, as you know the rollercoaster ride you're now on is about to send you into another thrill. With great awareness there comes a point when there is no resistance or need to control the ride at all, and you surrender completely to every pendulum experience passing through. It is in this deepest surrender that you come to realize a profound feeling of inner peace is avsilable inside you at all times in this changing world. Your surrender serves you to be the master of your existence, allowing you to fully experience the totality and freedom of each swinging movement, welcoming life's pendulum on the most intimate levels.

If you have ever sat next to the ocean, you've felt how the waves are always flowing in and out. There is an eternal flow that is deeply calming to see. You can easily understand how each waves depend on the previous wave to exist. The ocean's inhale cannot exist without its exhale. The same goes with your experience of trusting in life and doubting in life, one cannot exist without the other. When we accept this fact, we stop clinging to trust and let go of resisting doubt. We can experience a deeper let go, and know that in a short time things will shift and the temporary waves of emotion we are currently experiencing will soon change.

What I find interesting about the ocean is that even though we can see this obvious surface movement in the waves, there is also this slower deeper not so noticable push and pull of the tide. The ocean of deeper emotions and patterns we think are stagnant inside us are as well in a perpetual flow and movement. The idea that we are stuck in an emotional pattern is game the mind is playing with itself. We only believe we are stuck because the deeper shift is simply too long and slow for us to see at the surface. We simply need to adjust our vision to having patient eyes that are willing to wait in the witnessing state for an eternity. With the eternal witnesser behind your eyes, you can soon see how the tide of life is already taking your life in a completely new direction.

Again, everything in this world is going to change. Nothing superficial or deep inside us can ever remain stagnant. We can see how these surface and deeper energies are in constant motion in our relationships with people. People are made of 70% water and are always in movement, constantly, growing, aging, evolving, even if we don't think they are. Every relationship in our lives today is going to change, and is not going to be the same tomorrow. The person that we've known the past year or 25 years is not the same person we knew yesterday. Once we start wearing these 'life changing glasses' we will begin to see more clearly the subtle shifts that are constantly happening.

Once we release the idea of who we think others are, we give permission to ourselves as well to change and be more free to embrace how we are changing. When we stop trying to change others and just trust the divine cosmic flow is taking perfectly good care of everyone, we can let go of how we think life 'should be' at any given moment and practice loving everyone for who they are and where they are at in their journey. When we can respect the Universe is ultimately in charge of all outer change in people, we can enjoy the inner changes which we are here to explore in our souls evolutionary process. It becomes extremely enjoyable to abide in a state of trusting life, and almost orgasmic to let go of what we thinks is best for another being.

In reality, we truly have no clue what another soul deeply needs in each new moment. Its vastly more important to figure out what our own soul needs rather than somebody else's needs. We are all searching for happiness. Whether we want to admit it or not, we are happiness-a-holics, on a perpetual mission to find that next feeling of joy bubbling up from inside. Deep down inside us is the embedded desire to be content, deeply happy, full of joy, laughter, and feeling truly free. This desire is hardwired and encoded into our brain, bones and DNA. This deep program has been constantly downloading into our operating system since the day we were born. It will always be here, directing us to do whatever it takes to experience happiness in this lifetime. It is our most conscious and unconscious mission here on the planet, which cannot be destroyed or ever stop functioning on the deepest levels.

As humans we naturally are all great explorers on a spiritual journey, here to pierce through life's illusions within the world's polarities. We are doing this human adventure to find our deepest spiritual calling, to find out the divine being we truly are and reach total fulfillment. Through the task of having to face this physical life and master it, we end up experimenting with all the good/bad possible ways to live this life, and thus experience the totality of what life is really about. We may try to destroy our bodies or develop exuberant health, reject and ignore the intimacy of a divine relationship or open our hearts with courage and compassion, become obsessed with making more and more money or surrender to living in poverty. Whatever pathways we tend to tread, we are destined to experience life and death, doing, thinking and feeling everything we can imagine along the way because deep down we desire to become truly happy inside.

I find that one of the most fascinating aspects about life is that you cannot escape from the lessons it wants to teach you. The greatest lesson we are here to learn is how to live a life of happiness. This is a simple path, a truly effortless and enjoyable road, which once we start walking on it we wonder why we were doing anything else. The ground that makes up this road is foundation of gratitude and appreciation. When choose gratitude over everything, every thought, belief and story in our minds, we are choosing to be happy and free.

With the simple decision to be grateful for what is, we release the need to fixate, change or be upset about the way things are. We appreciate having a physical body and give it love for how it is, even when its not how we think it "should" be. When we accept people for their differences, we are deciding to love them, learn from them and stop criticizing them. When we allow for our financial state to be what it is, appreciating what we do have, without worrying or wanting it to change, a natural river of abundance flows our way. We can tap into this state of appreciation at anytime, and when gratitude takes the steering wheel of each new day, happiness fills our hearts, minds and souls.

When gratitude is the foundation of our lives, we are naturally in love with life and all that it gives. This natural state is not trying to appreciate the people or things around us, it comes from a place that is much deeper inside us, which transcends the highs and lows of this physical world. There is a deep trust in existence, that we feel life is the guru, and is always showing us the way home. True fulfillment in life is found through the deepest trust. Anytime we get caught up in the mind, believing in some wild story that we created which has a gripping emotion behind it, this deep trust is lost and forgotten. The trust is still there underneath the story, yet simply is being ignored as the foundation of peace, how we truly can love ourselves which is what creates total fulfillment in this lifetime.

There always comes a point along life's journey where we realize that things are not what they appear to be. We start to see through the mind's illusions and discover that everything has its place in this world. The judgments we had about others and ourselves dissolve back into the nothingness from which they came. The beliefs we felt to be so real and true about this world, simply have no ground or meaning in our lives anymore. When all our notions about good and bad and right and wrong are transcended, given back to the infinite creative Ocean from which they came, then the deepest relaxation can occur. In this place the greatest truth can be found, and the most profound happiness is discovered. Within this relaxation of mind and that which is beyond mind, our relationship with the most divine reality is born.

Total surrender to life is where real everlasting contentment, joy and real happiness can be found. When we give up resistance to life, life can pour into us. Yet, it's within this place of divine equanimity with the mind, that true peace and happiness is found. When we dive into our most innermost core, entering the deepest feelings we have within our body, we discover the ability to be in balance and not resist anything. We can say YES to everything in life, and live our lives as one constant orgasmic state, enjoying every valley and peak along the way.

One great secret to arriving in the land of unending happiness is the art of surrender. We must surrender everything we are attached to on our inner world to find true freedom and happiness. We don't necessarily need to change anything at all in our outer world to find happiness inside. The outer world is a mirror reflection of our inner world, and when the inner changes the outer follows. We must simply do the deepest investigation within ourselves, seeing what are the thoughts and beliefs we still believe are real, and let these go.

Having an awareness of what beliefs and thoughts we are attached to is the first step towards liberation. After we know what our addictive patterns are, we must then give up our desire and effort to getting beyond them and letting them go. We must surrender this need to fix or change ourselves in any way to find happiness. We must trust that the fire of pure awareness is hot enough to burn through the illusion when attachment arises again and again. At the deepest place inside, we must give up our lack of trust in ourselves, and know that in each moment we are the manifestors creating our entire reality. We change our lives instantly by simply shifting our beliefs and thinking, attracting a completely new experience that mirrors our inner world.

On the long road through life you'll find that a constant state of happiness is found through a deepening, softening and a quieting of the mind chatter. Find the stillness in the eye of the storm. This will bring the greatest clarity into your life. This ultimate stillness is always inside you, always awaiting your visit at the core of your being. It is a very creative journey getting there, and requires a mix of divine discipline and radical freedom. We need to be able to point the mind in one single direction, while being relaxed and sensually free. We cannot just arrive with a certain mantra, discipline or spiritual structure. We need access to the most creative parts of our being which has the most untamed liberated mind that has no need for rigidity or control. This type of exploration is the ultimate middle path where the mind fully relaxes, it trusts the unending process of life, and we realize our divine nature in every face and form.

These two energies cannot occupy the same space in your body at the same moment. With this simple awareness it becomes a moment to moment task in life to ask yourself, "Am I choosing to live in love or fear?" When it comes down to it, our natural state of being is already fearless. We simply have become engulfed in the illusion of separation, wrapped up in somebody else's ideas of panic, lack, greed and desperation. We simply need to remember to breathe and trust that all is well, then sit back and relax into our deepest core. At the very core of our being is a power soooooo mighty, sooooo loving, and sooooo ridiculously amazing that no sensations of lack and limitation can enter it. It's equivalent is like the Sun in the sky. A great ball of fire that is ten times the size of our planet is radiating at the core of our being! It's continuously spreading warmth, creativity, light and life in all directions. If there was any attempt to throw a spear of ice or metal to pierce through it, the Sun will simply welcome it, melt it down, and absorb it into itself. This is exactly what we need to do when anyone tries to hurt us, sending any sharp cold unloving negative energy our way. This inner Sun practice defuses all negativity, radiates total positivity, and teaches others what the highest path in life looks and feels like.

Creating total fearlessness in your life stems from a constant choice to trust in yourself and in life. This is a trust that requires no rational reason for being there, you are just choosing trust because it feels better in your body than doubt and fear. This trusting energy is a by product of honoring this magnificent bright loving Sun that lives naturally within you. You simply trust that life has got your back, that it's guiding you, holding you, protecting you and serving your highest good within each decision that is made along the way. When you are choosing this trusting path first thing every morning, and randomly all through your day, your life will feel like a magical flow of one miracle into the next. You will realize that with trust at the core of your being, you feel unstoppable in all that you are and all that you do.

Can I ask you a personal question? When life brings you a challenging situation or person, how do you typically deal with it? Do you avoid it, resist it or try to scoot around it? Or do you meet it head with an open heart until you are empowered by it? I find that the truly fearless loving life path requires we develop the skills of a being who is like a peaceful warrior. This open hearted warrior has a willingness to choose inner peace over everything and anyone life presents. Whatever the world offers you, the warrior accepts it as a gift for a deepening and softening into love. The peaceful warrior chooses to handle life a way that only results in feelings of inner peace. When we step into this warrior mindset, it means we are allowing our ego's demands to become less of a priority than our devotion to inner peace. Once inner peace is more important than the mind, than fear, than anyone or anything in this world, then we can discover what unstoppable fearlessness is like in everyday life.

I find that the secret to abiding in a long term state of fearlessness is also the very foundation of what creates fearlessness in the first place. When you develop a deep commitment to yourself to be fearless, it must come out of a rooted courage in your heart to move beyond this world of right and wrong. You must constantly know your true Self is like this radiant Sun, a warm shining being who is filled with love and peace at the core. Then, all of your limiting ideas and feelings of low self esteem stop pulling at you and you eventually become free. It's within this continual return to loving you that you can choose inner peace as a way to navigate through your life. You feel good about you, so you only make decisions that feel good. This creates a deep self loving foundation which is poured into the very roots of your being. In some ways, you are like a long term fearless love "project" who cannot quit until you are finished. Once you realize you'll be around for an eternity to get the job done, you'll find the deepest commitment to yourself naturally roots itself quietly in.

There are many obstacles to being fearless, loving and free, which are all meant to turn you into a master. If there was one thing to watch out for on this path it is the ego. The ego loves to hide out in ideas about what it thinks you are and what you're not. It is always coming up with powerful "real" ideas that you innocently believe are true. Ideas that you end up defending righteously, protecting until the end of time. You need to get beyond ALL of these ideas about who you are and who you're not if you really want total fearlessness. Do you really think who you are can be contained within an idea? Something that can be written on a piece of paper? Remember, at the core you are bigger than the Sun! In fact, you are also as vast as the infinity of space that surrounds the sun.

Whenever we get attached to any idea of who we think you are we suffer. No matter how good the idea is, we feel we have to protect and defend it, or try to grow beyond it which one day becomes an invitation for fear-based contractions to step in. Any idea you have about you is a trap, so drop all ideas of yourself and be free! The real cosmic truth of the soul who you really are is beyond any concept that your mind can fathom. The pure consciousness at your core cannot be described with words. Once you realize you are indescribable bliss, and see all your ideas about who you are are holding you back from experiencing this, you will be very very careful the next time you say, "I am this, or I am that." Instead, you will drop into the radiant all loving Source of Sunshine that abides at the core of your being. This eternal source of love is who you truly are.

This life is always much more amazing than we can imagine. The manifesting powers we have inside of us are AMAZING! We can manifest the life of our dreams at anytime. We are super powerful manifesting machines! What we really want to manifest is always much easier to attract into our lives than we can imagine. To viscerally get this, it's vital that we take the time to simply soften, watch the mind, relax the body and look deeply inside ourselves. Try it out right now. Gaze deep inside yourself and find the "I" in the center of the hurricane of the mind. Find the pure awareness that is reading this sentence right now? What is this awareness? What is it made of? Every human being on this planet has a destiny. Our lives are like trains on these long tracks which carry us forward into the sunset with a divine direction, momentum and rhythm. We may try to switch tracks and change directions to shift where we think our final destination should be, yet life is very patient with us and tends to nudge us back onto the deepest path which ultimately serves our soul's highest purpose and mission. It's as if life has "hired" everyone on Earth to play a secret role of being your guide and soul teacher, just to make sure that you stay on track and reach your final goal. Every soul here is working together underneath the surface, continuously inviting, challenging and ultimately redirecting your soul to dive deeper inside yourself where you'll perpetually discover the greatest love, freedom and truth available.

Whether you are aware of it or not, every soul has a divine destiny and sacred plan to fulfill here on earth. There is a great glorious future awaiting you that will enable your heart to flourish and deepen, so you can summon even more courage and strength to blaze into the eternal journey ahead. It's good to know one thing on this divine journey through life. Life is going to test you, and any attachment to the idea of what your destiny is "supposed to" be, is going to bring major suffering. People like your parents, family, friends, neighbors and loved ones are the precise participants you need for a full embodied awakening on your path. Your soul chose very wisely. Everyone in your life is playing the most necessary and specific role you need in the grand unfoldment of your life's spiritual awakening process.

The next thing to consider to unravel your divine destiny is to realize that deep within each challenging situation given to you is always the opportunity and challenge to respond with either love or fear. This is the spiritual litmus test that shows just how conscious, free and enlightened you actually are. You have the choice to contract, tighten and shrink yourself, or you can relax, open, expand and trust. It's always one or the other, there is no halfway point here. The power of choice is always here now in this very millisecond as to how you want to respond to life. Your moment to moment decision is what makes your life ride more rough and rocky or more smooth and pleasureful. The more often you can choose the path of surrender, trust, and lightness within facing the darkest darkness, the easier and more empowering your ride becomes. Best of all, you increase your ability to receive the next level of NEW expansive heart opening experiences that are headed your way.

Everyday it is vital that you know that this planet you are living on is one massive schoolyard and playground designed to turn you into an enlightened master. Every experience given by this world is meant to force you to step into becoming a fully self realized unconditionally loving enlightened being who is always finding your way home. There is nothing more important in life than to discover a deep personal relationship with freedom and love. Real true freedom is something that cannot be taken away from you, for it already is the very essence of your essence. It is the nature of who you are, and abides beyond the efforts of the mechanical achieving mind, at the core heart essence of your being. You don't have to give up anything to reach it, or try to create it with your mind. You simply have to realize there already is an eternal source of vast creative powerful intelligent energy inside us all, available for you to do whatever you want with it in each new moment.

The feeling of true freedom has an unlimited expansive quality to it. It feels like life has no walls, no ceilings, no windows, no floors and no doors. There is a deeper knowing that anything is possible, and you have the power in you to change anything you want to about your life. This understanding is extremely powerful. When you taste it for even a single moment, you know without a doubt that there is nothing that you cannot experience that you want to in this life. You feel unstoppable in reaching all that you desire. You know that any experience you want to manifest can be yours, and you know that we all have the power inside us to attract everything and anything we can imagine.

To find this freedom simply relax your body, let go of your mind, and follow your breath. Go beyond the mechanical achieving mind and drop into the heart essence of your very being. Feel into the energy and air surrounding you. Surrender completely to what is here now, in this very experience of your life. Open yourself up as wide and vast as you can imagine. Feel into the feeling that you have access to every experience you've ever had in your entire life. It is all available to you now. If the mind needs something more specific to meditate upon, tell it to focus on unbounded spaciousness. Sending the mind in this direction you'll find your thoughts soon quiet and soften. It is in this unbounded spacious experience that we all discover our greatest power and source of unlimited potentiality.

The reason that most people don't feel free in every aspect of their lives is because are believing in a lie. They understand that to attain freedom, they must become free from something. This type of freedom is illusory and always temporary. The true freedom that I'm referring to is not found by trying to avoid or escape from anything in life. It is better understood as a freedom for something, rather than a freedom from something. This real true freedom embraces every problem, issue and situation as divine. It is seeing life is the perfect teacher and how everything is happening exactly as it needs to. This real freedom cannot be given to you by anything or anyone, which is why it cannot be taken away by the outer world.

True freedom is really quite radical. The mind can have a challenging time trying to understand where it is, what creates it and how to grasp it. The mind cannot imagine that in the midst of all the challenging situations you're facing in your life today, that you can simply rest in the most expansive freeing feeling possible. The mind thinks you have to achieve some goal before you can become free. When you drop this idea of having to achieve anything on your inner world or outer world, you see that true freedom is always right here, right now, always available to you and that you never had to do anything in this world to experience it. Once you discover you have permanent access to true freedom, you'll wonder why you were ever wasting your time trying to settle for the temporary state of freedom that would one day be taken away from you.

It's good to know that all the dramas we get to face in life are always opportunities for deeper spiritual growth. Anytime you hear yourself (or someone else) making an emotional complaint, remember that this is an argument to remain limited in power, love and unbounded freedom. The mind tends to dwell on what is not working instead of what is working. It often forgets that anything is possible. It forgets we are divine all powerful beings capable of manifesting anything we put our attention upon. The mind tends to dwell on what's not right, what's not right, what needs to change, and thus this is what it manifests more of. Whatever we put our attention on grows, and when the mind dwells on the heart of true freedom, the most amazing magical encounters begin presenting themselves to you.

On this path to freedom I find that it is important to know yourself, and how the mind works. The mind easily becomes accustomed to living a life filled with limitations and self-restrictions. In some way we humans like having tight walls and a low ceiling around us because it makes us feel safe and secure. Yet this is a false security we set up so that we don't have to stretch too much beyond our comfort zone. We can play the same small cozy games we have known for years. We don't have to step into the unknown, we don't have to be powerful, love unconditionally, or really forgive others in the past who have wronged us. The mind can become unconsciously comfortable, repeating our sad story of powerlessness, playing the victim in certain areas of our lives just so we don't have to do anything differently. It gets addicted to the ever pending challenge of trying to break free, without ever really knowing what real freedom is.

Have you stopped to wonder how free you actually are in your life? How free are you financially, in your relationships, with your energy, health, consciousness, and in your love life? What conversations would you have with others and how would you interact differently with your closest friends and family?

You will know you've found true freedom when you are no longer pulled down by the dramas of life, yet are continuously empowered by them. With freedom you will find each moment contains the deepest level of peace you can imagine. You will see that nothing of this world can shake you, yet only awakens you to a deeper understanding of your unlimited creative power. True freedom doesn't mind the drama of life, yet welcomes it. It embraces your mind's limitations, using them to grow beyond those old paradigms, forcing you into being all loving, all powerful, knowing the God Source is the core of everything and everyone, including your very essence. When you live this truth everyday, a natural expansive energy will take over your life, moving you effortlessly forward into the direction of feeling unstoppable in all that you do.

Do you know the difference between what is real and what is unreal? It may seem like a ridiculous question, yet most of us never take the time to sit down to deeply investigate this inquiry. If we never question reality, how can we have a clear understanding about what is real and what is not real? We humans have a tendency to fall into habits of complacency, blindly chasing after what is unreal, and never discovering that which truly satisfies our soul. We may spend a majority of our lives frantically running on the wheel of desire, seeking something we believe is "real gold", yet later discovering it was only a vein of fools gold. We are all fools for the Divine, constantly seeking to satisfy the ego which cannot be satisfied. If we don't stop to explore and understand the difference between the unreal and the real, we will never be able to rest, relax and realize the sacred living purpose of our soul's journey here.

The first secret to discovering that which is real is learning how to deeply and consciously relax into your body. You must use your mind to convince your body that it's completely safe to let go, surrender to life, and trust you are held by a higher power who is caring for your every need. Only through this level of deep vulnerability can we truly relax and find real clarity inside. When the body and mind are at ease, we naturally reach a more sensitive receptivity which is capable of experiencing that which is real. Through deep relaxation, something instantly drops your mind's perpetual addictive search for better, happier or more. As the gears of your mind tend to slow down and relax, you're able to hold your attention on that which is real. This is where life begins to truly become interesting.

So perhaps you are still wondering, exactly what is real and what is unreal? Well, that which is real is permanent, eternal and does not change. That which is unreal will always change, shift and cannot remain the same. The real is beyond the form and the formless. It cannot be threatened, afraid, or have resistance to life. It can only welcome each life experience that is presented. The unreal is exactly the opposite of the real. It feels continuously threatened, insecure, is always trying to defend, fix itself, change others, and circumnavigate it's way through life so that you experience more pleasure and less pain. The unreal is the ego trip which is programmed to avoid pain, seek out pleasure, and constantly try to micromanage your experience of reality. The real is the source of unconditional love, which allows you to transcend your perpetual desire for pleasure and constant avoidance of pain. The real is the eternal essence of your very being, and the only thing which will truly satisfy your soul.

In a more practical context, everything which is born in the mind's imagination is unreal, and that which is felt within the deepest silence of your heart and soul's essence is what's real. When you discover what is real, it is unmistakable and obvious. There is such a profound sensation of gorgeous relaxation that the most tantalizing phenomena of this world cannot compare. All problems instantly melt away in the presence of the real, as you realize you are carried and guided through life by something much bigger than you. If you can always keep you attention on that which is real, you are guaranteed to have an extremely empowered life and become a highly advanced being who can manifest anything at pure will. This may sound outrageous yet it is true, and shows you how often most of us are spending our lives focusing on what is unreal.

Once you can get into the habit of learning how to differentiate the real from the unreal, you stop getting wrapped up in the drama of your mind and the minds of others. You understand that it is all a grand master play being performed simultaneously on 7 billion stages. You recognize that the mind is the servant and not your master, and is continuously producing movies only for your mere enjoyment and entertainment in life. I find the secret to success with any spiritual practice is an infinite reservoir of curiosity and patience. Once you stop taking your mind so seriously, you have energy to start taking the source of unconditional love in your heart more sincerely. Once you realize how liberating and deeply satisfying it is to reveal and melt into that which is real, you naturally stop buying into the mind and are truly free from suffering in this life once and for all.

If there was a practice to practice throughout your lifetime, it would be to continuously reveal that which is real, by being vigilantly aware of that which is unreal. By knowing and noticing what is unreal, you will completely stop believing in the greatest lie pulled over mankind's eyes. This great lie I'm speaking of is the belief that you are not an eternal all powerful being. Once you see the truth of who you really are, that you are divine, formless and beyond time and causality, the veil is pulled back and you begin stepping into your most enlightened nature. You must be very relaxed and grounded to not let your mind get sucked into the world of the unreal. It helps to feel as if you have an eternity of time to dive into this profound exploration. Having this eternal approach based in a realm of childlike curiosity can make all the difference in the world as to how often you are able to realize what is real.

As you can see, my invitation here is a big one for you today. I want you to take this divine moment right now to dive inside yourself and swim into this exploration of what is real and unreal profusely. Simply know deep down, without a doubt, what is real and what is unreal. Identify that part of you who is eternal, unchanging, and without form. Then notice that part of you which is made of form, subject to life and death and is not eternal. See if you can become acutely aware of that which does not change and also that which is constantly changing. Give yourself time to swing back and forth between these two worlds. Give yourself an abundance of time for this exploration. This recognition needs to be deeply rooted in your consciousness in order of you to stop falling back asleep and getting caught up in the dream again.

If you are ready to have a visceral experience of that which is real, take 45 minutes this week to sit very still and become very silent. Let the body become unmovable, as if it was a large old mountain. Let the mind relax, become receptive and soft as if it was a new flower, blossoming for the first time. Feel the merging and blending of this great mountain and this soft flower inside you. You'll see in this meeting there is an energy pulsing at the center, in your heart, and a subtle silence forming in between your heartbeats. Let yourself fall deeper and deeper into this silence. Become so intimate with your inner silence that you totally relax, surrender and dissolve, and there is no more "you" left. This practice of surrendering to silence can only create massive clarity in your mind, and free you from a future filled with more suffering.

We are all creatures of habit naturally. We simply tend to stay on track and repeat the same thoughts and feelings we had the day before. When you get into the habit of exploring, understanding, opening and resting in that which is real, you will slowly remove the hook that used to pull you back into the unreal. You begin living a life devoted to perpetually revealing that which is real. In this highly conscious state you actually will stop the cycle of suffering completely! This is the greatest secret of life that you will ever discover! Imagine how liberating it will be to never have to go through another experience of suffering again.

Suffering is a habit. It is a choice that each of us make every day. We can choose to resist life or welcome it. We can chase after our dreams, illusions, goals, desires and longings in a way where we think achieving them will make us content, or we can trust the Universe is providing our every need and rest, relax and come home to that which is real inside our heart's and souls. You have an eternity to figure this one out, so it doesn't really matter how many days, weeks or lifetimes you are caught chasing the unreal. There will come a time in life when you get tired of suffering and you are burning with intense desire to truly be free. The opportunity I'm presenting you here with is to have total freedom in your life now. Take on this mission and do not procrastinate. The time is ripe for being deeply aware of what is real and unreal, and this awareness will allow you to celebrate and enjoy every aspect of life today.

Do you know why are you here, what is the purpose of your life, and why you are creating your reality? Whenever you stop to really think about what you are and who you are, do you notice what happens? Just be aware what happens to you when you sincerely ask this question to yourself. Do you come up with an answer that truly satisfies you? Whenever we start searching for an answer to a problems that cannot be resolved immediately, we might assume that the answer is not inside us, and have to go searching "out there" for the answer. We all have been programmed to believe that the world "out there" is more likely to have the answers than the world "in here". This illusion is what begins the perpetual search out there for that which already within you. Once you discover what is real, every question you formulate in life can easily be answered from within.

Looking at the nature of the mind, you can see that it's a lot like being inside a movie theater. The projector is constantly displaying images onto a blank screen that give the audience a muti-dimensional sensual experience of life. The blank screen, the projector's light bulb, and the purely conscious observing audience all represent the real. They are that which does not change and remains constantly the same. The mind and ego (who we think we are) are the dancing shadows of light and dark, which appear to be our real Self, and yet are the temporary movie images which come and go. In this divine theater of your mind, the unreal always seems to be the most captivating, mesmerizing and hypnotizing play, while the real can at first seem quite bland and boring. Yet, once you discover the unending source of peace, stillness and freedom within that infinite eternal spirit inside, your definition of reality expands. Something awakens inside you that knows without a doubt, that you are that which is beyond this world and not subjected to the illusions created in the mind.

Most of us are unaware that we blindly accept living in a society stuffed full with rules, regulations, and imposing laws that command us to follow its lead. We are hypnotized to follow this rigid system of moral code and conduct that was meant to keep the masses orderly, in line, on track and in a container of conducting themselves in a safe and harmless manner. There is a false sense of security that can arise from such a structure, and comparing to how things were 500 years ago (where physically brutality was an accepted form of social correction) we humans have made incredible progress. Yet, as the tight grip of the western world governments have become just a bit too over controlling, it has produced masses of fearful, sterile and emotionally gridlocked humans who are terrified of stepping out of line, being fully self expressed, and rocking the social boat in any way.

One of the major flaws I find in any overly controlling system is not the three thousand extra laws and addendums added to each new set of rules every year, nor the amount of money, time and energy it takes to get anything accomplished within the system structure. The real issue is that our system's foundation is built on a lack of trusting each individual's divine intuition and connection to higher consciousness. This psychological depth of fear based control has lead the masses to forget and refute the fact that we are all super powerful magnetic manifesting beings who can attract anything we desire by pure will.

The lack of trust in our connection to spirit has separated us from our greatest inherent ally that would liberate us all from this deep unconscious trance. This ally is that wild free animal within us who refuses to be a slave for the systems needs, as it cannot follow any rigid set of rules for deep down it understands the actual divine manifesting power we each have. It knows that we are living in a multi-dimensional Universe that has no limits or boundaries, and that the heart will always know the right way and wrong way of navigating through this experience called life.

It really doesn't matter as a collective that we have unconsciously given our system power over us by assuming it is the authority over the choices we make and how we live our lives. We can pretend to play by the social rules, believing that it is deeply wrong that anyone should stand up and dance on the table at a fancy restaurant, or belt out their favorite love song at the local church, or kiss your lover passionately in front of a watchful crowd.

Most of us don't know just how deeply we are imprisoned and programmed to behave in a very particular way, until we choose to rebel. Most of us were not taught how to be free in our thinking, words and actions as this would upset the social norm. We simply do not realize we are sovereign, until we come across a more enlightened being who demonstrates through their consciousness, energy, heart and wisdom what true freedom really is and how they discovered it along the way.

I find that the biggest truth is the one that creates the most liberation, aliveness and love in your life. If you continue following the smaller truths, the beliefs that make you feel more powerless, imprisoned and unloved, it is going to weaken you, stifle you and eventually kill you. Every human being knows deep down what is best for themselves. We are each born with a natural indicator that tells us this information in each new living breathing moment. When we return to our deeper animal nature, we feel it, know it and naturally trust in the fresh information that arises in each new sensual moment, listening to higher guidance that is constantly showing us the way. There once was a study done on baby fleas that were born in a glass jar only 5 inches tall. Normally in life, a new born flea can jump up to 3 feet or more when they are mature. These baby fleas however, grew up always hitting a mysterious "glass ceiling" that was placed over them at birth, and so they never knew anything else than pain and frustration whenever they tried to jump beyond 5 inches. When the fleas were removed from the jar after they were fully mature, the study found that for the remainder of their lives the fleas never could jump higher than 5 inches. So the real question here is... what are the glass ceilings in your life? What are your belief systems that cause you to play small, think small, act small and only jump so high? What is stopping you from stepping into your most enlightened animal nature?

Until we get a glimpse of our infinite potentiality, and feel the unbounded level of creative energy we can tap into within ourselves, we truly have no idea what limited lives we are still living. To get a tiny glimpse of this real freedom, we have to return to the most liberated part of ourselves, which comes in the form of our basic mammal nature. Yes, it is true at the deepest core of your essence you are very primal and animalistic. This core animal essence within you is either going to be your path to total freedom and enlightenment, or it will thicken the walls of a perpetual social prison.

Once you realize how imprisoned you are, how socially unacceptable it may feel to be radically alive, the shift will begin to happen! You will stat to truly befriend your most wild, free animal nature, and only through this will you discover the most liberating, conscious and wholesome aspect of yourself. We must integrate the dark and light aspects within themselves if true enlightenment is going to find us. Once the raw real and wild side is allowed to surface and surrender into that soft, conscious and receptive intuitive nature, all the walls blocking you from your dreams begin falling down.

I find it also helps to bring your attention to any animals you may see. Feel into their energy and imagine you are inside them. If you look at animals in the wild, you mainly see this very sweet calm, relaxing and patient energy they naturally have. They are directly connecting with the earth, aligned with the elements, the weather, and living in harmony with their surroundings. This connection with mother nature creates the most sensually alive and deeply peaceful presence any being can have. Your most soft, receptive and accepting blissful nature will simply shine forth from within.

Most people are afraid of that wild crazy and free aspect of their inner animal which would allow them to behave however and perhaps destroy the life and relationships they've created. This fear is coming from that childish part inside who didn't know any better, and the trusting of oneself as an adult is where the "enlightened" aspect comes in. Your heart is conscious and it has full understanding over what feels right and wrong to choose and do in each moment. Trusting in your heart is the ultimate guide, and you can start living totally, without any hesitation, procrastination or fear of what other "unenlightened" animals around you would think of you.

Often it will happen that whenever people first allow the most wild free animalistic energy inside themselves to fully come out into the society, they are instantly met with feelings of fear, guilt, shame and a piercing judgment from others. It's only when we can discover our truly grounded and liberated inner animal, that we can transcend all the imposing negative beliefs others may have about us, and feel free to express ourselves in the most authentic, empowering and liberating ways. Through smiling eyes that know you are on the path of freedom, being your true self not to rebel against the sheeple, yet to discover the active source of true freedom within you.

The enlightened animal within you is the most grounded, solid, and real individual inside you, who is already deeply free. This being may live in the same society as everyone else, yet they are completely free from fear. They allow fearful feelings to rise and pass away which are meant to heighten their sensitivity to life, yet they don't let any worry dominate or control their mind. They consciously make and break their own rules, as they know that they are the sovereign authority over their life. This true enlightened being lives only by divine inspiration, following the path of love, intuition, and consciously choosing to abide in the source of complete harmony being at peace with the society's fear based illusions.

There is absolutely nothing that any animal fears socially. When this enlightened animal within you comes alive, it feels totally free to speak your deepest truth without holding back energetically on any level. There is an understanding that you are a unique individual being who also is always at peace with the greater herd. They know this state of Universal "oneness" is the permanent nature of reality and do not fight with it. The enlightened animal is not interested in harming others, yet only interacting with the community in a way that is conducive to creating more sustainability, growth, love and engaging intimately with others that reveals more truth, lightness and freedom along the way.

The enlightened animal is able to find a sensual experience of God in every personal human interaction. Deep down they know that if others judge you they are simply defining where they are at, instead of where you are at. Life is meant to have its twists and wild crazy unpredictable turns. Without the element of mystery and surprise, our lives would be like wading neck deep in an eternal ocean of soft warm milky mud. We are always awaiting the gradual unfolding of our unknown future. Unable to predict the next word, thought or feeling that may come through our body. This great unknown unpredictability is so vast and wide that it recalibrates our entire system with a profound humility. With just one small glance into this vastness, we are taught how to surrender completely and deeply into this present moment. This sweet humility is the first step on the path that will take you directly to the Source of God.

There as many paths to God as stars in the sky. We can use anything to find that divine connection if our intention is solid and true. The deepest and fastest path however, is the one that touches you with the greatest emotion. The heartache we feel when we lose a lover, a husband, wife, or life partner, can touch us so deeply that it instantly wipes the mind clean from the possessive ego, and we find a Universal love and truth that fills every crack and crevice of our being. If you happen hit rock bottom and feel there is nothing left worth living for in your life, the Source of God is right there, patiently waiting for a moment of your love, awareness and attention.

To find the quickest and deepest doorway to open into the heart of God, simply get in touch with the core wounding and emotional pain you are carrying right now. If you think about it, it truly isn't desirable to have an entire life that is totally absent of emotional pain. We would never fully appreciate the joy, love and great feelings gratitude that spring up out of it when it's gone. This pain inside you will skyrocket you into the heart of the Divine, once you welcome the feeling and not stir or move from its source until it changes. Within even a few minutes of holding onto the raw pure feeling you can find that it morphs, and you are comforted by something much more amazing than you ever could imagine. The divine source begins to breath through you, sweeping through your mind and heart with a love that has no limitations, inhibitions or boundaries.

The Source of God is all around us and breathing through us all the time. We don't always feel into this source of unconditional love, because the mind is making up all sorts of stories about the world, yourself and others that paint images over it. Yet, this source is always inside you, at the very core. To access it takes a willingness to face that which cannot be faced, and feel that which you cannot feel. You must be with those judgments and assumptions you have yet cannot own, and work through those feelings which you absolutely don't want to continue repeating. These are the blocks standing in the way between you and feeling the living breathing heart of God inside you. The limitations in your mind and emotional body are the blocks and stepping stones to find the most divine unconditional love in existence.

Once you welcome and merge with that which you cannot merge with in your life, you can see though the mirage and understand that the greatest possible love was always waiting for you on the other side. If you choose to ignore your pain, or get addicted to staying in it, you'll remain on the same side of the wall you've always been on, and find it gets harder and harder each day to find the courage to go beyond it. If you feel lost in all of this, and simply cannot find anything you cannot merge with, then merge with that "lostness". Until we are fully self realized beings we all have something we cannot be with or face on the inside, and that is what's driving us back home, grounding us deeper into our biggest heart and highest divinity.

The heart of God can only be found within you. It is not outside you, or in the heart of anyone else. It is at the very deepest core of your being, which is not limited just to you body. You are not in the body, the body is in you, and the mind is in you. Your being is the home of pure consciousness. It is as small as an atom and as vast as the Universe. When you realize this truth and apply it to every interaction in your life, you'll awaken that spiritual understanding that no matter what occurs you cannot escape from the heart of God. You can also stop and take a long good look back at your life to recall all the moments where you felt expansive, loved, loving, joy, freedom, happy, or just simply at peace inside. These are all doorways to the Divine. A sweet and pure surrender to the raw feeling inside yourself is the invitation to give to yourself, which will take you to the greatest party happening on the planet...YOU! With a profound state of curiosity and patience, you will dive deeper and deeper inside and eventually reach the most ecstatic feeling of bliss, lightness and unconditional love. You'll reach the most peaceful stillness you have ever found. This is the heart of God. Once you enter this place, you'll rest here as if it was for the first time in your life. While in this resting just know that this experience is at the core of every experience, and will always be available for you at anytime you desire. This will empower you to integrate the connection with everyone in your life and become the greatest possible person you can be.
