Dr. Hasan A. Yahya

The worldwide wave of grief that has greeted the news of the untimely death of pop star Michael Jackson is as extraordinary as was the man himself. News bulletins globally have been dominated by reports first of his death and then of the preliminary results of his autopsy, which was completed by toxicology tests. While the toxicology tests still being conducted, Michael Jackson's cause of death is listed as “deferred” on his official death certificate which shows that his sister LaToya Jackson provided the information on the death certificate, as “musician” in the field of “entertainment.”

There is no social category or status did not share mourning MJ worldwide. Cities around the world from Los Angeles, to, Shanghai, including Mumbai, Paris, London, Berlin, Cairo, Manama, Lebanon, and Tokyo. Sydney and Johannesburg, stunned fans gathered in vigils and sang his music. Politicians found time out to express their deep regret at Jacksons passing. The Internet slowed to a crawl and the Twitter site actually crashed, as fans searched out the latest news, exchanged messages and made millions of commercial downloads of Jackson songs. TV networks in many countries cleared their schedules to broadcast tribute programs to the dead star.

No Arab singer come close to imitate him in his styles in dancing and bold acting on the stage. For one reason, Arab singers are family members and the culture still control not only the artists but their financiers from rich people and Royal Emirs. Therefore, they need 50 years plus to have the courage to act like Michael Jackson.

Born at Gary, Indiana on the skirts of Chicago, Illinois, and corner of Michigan and Indiana in 1958. When he was 10 years old, he began to be known through Jackson five with his four brothers. Michael Jackson lived one year at the Kingdom of Bahrain, his host was the son of the King. Later the Bahraini Prince Abdullah under the al-Khalifa clan, was forced to cut off funding Jackson, his kids and nanny in an extended stay in Bahrain. Jackson was no longer welcome to unlimited generosity from the Bahraini royals. Jackson left Bahrain to Germany, and then on to Italy. But later, he found a couple of wealthy families in Dubai and Oman, where his friends hosted him away from the media.

Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley were American icons, one white, and the other was black. His appreciation of the King of the Rock was in the form of love and marriage with Presleys daughter, at the 1994 MTV Video Music Awards. She was 25 years and MJ was 35. When the announcement was made, It broke many fans who were fond of Michael Jackson. The marriage did not last long, 20 months to be exact passed on the marriage, Presley was 27, filed for divorce from the then-37-year-old pop star.

Ups and Downs : Jackson lived his luxurious life as top singer, his expenses and travels and projects as well as the allegation against him made him in dept for millions of Dollars. For example, $270 million were taken in loans owned by Fortress Investments company. Fortress had given Jackson an extension to resolve his problems. but nothing's happened, Fortress will either foreclose on his property or make a deal with Sony Music which produces the singer albums. Sony, doesn't want Fortress to foreclose and send Jackson's loans to a public auction via bankruptcy court. Jackson's inability to deal with reality and his financial problems became a veritable mountain of ash blown into air at any time.

Famous personalities knew or adopt Jacksons talents. For example, Diana Ross, the famous black singer was the first to get a glimpse of Jackson's talent when she watched him and his older brothers perform at Motown head Berry Gordy's Detroit mansion. Jackson, was 10 years old, even lived with his Supreme mentor, whom he once said he confided his “deepest, darkest secrets.” More than a decade later, the pair starred in 1978's The Wiz, an all-black version of The Wizard of Oz. Elizabeth Taylor was a great sympathizer with Michael, when child molestation allegations faced Jackson, he had the staunchest support from his longtime friend Elizabeth Taylor s Dame, who the singer told Oprah Winfrey in 1993 was the one who anointed him the King of Pop " a moniker that stuck until the end of his career. Liza Minnelli was a longtime friends since 1982, Jackson made a love connection for pal Minnelli, introducing her to her fourth husband, David Gest, Minnelli kept the favor to be repaid by having the singer serve as a co-best man and ring bearer at her star-studded 2002 wedding to Gest. Cher (the famous singer) and Jackson maintained a connection over the decades after the pop star appeared on The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour with his older brothers as part of the Jackson 5. Brooke Shields also was linked with Jackson in the '80s , rumors connected Jackson with the beautiful actress, They met mostly at home, because he didnt like going out in public, as he told Opera Winfry one time. Madonna too, Jackson took her as a date to the 1991 Oscars, creating a worldwide paparazzi frenzy. Madonna, found her match in Jackson. The two went on to reportedly collaborate on a song for Jackson's Dangerous album. Politically President Reagan honored Jackson in the White House.

Dates in Jacksons Life: Michael Jackson holds a street sign that he was presented with by Gary Mayor Scott L. King, left, during a news conference in Gary, Ind., June 11, 2003. Jackson returned to his hometown for the first time in nearly two decades and was also presented with a key to the city. Michael Jackson performs with Britney Spears during Jackson's “30th Anniversary Celebration, The Solo Years” concert at New York's Madison Square Garden, Sept. 7, 2001. In 2002, Spears offered Jackson birthday wishes onstage at the MTV Video Music Awards and he mistakenly thought he was accepting a special “Artist of the Millennium” trophy, drawing barbs from the show's host and viewers.

Michael Jackson testifies in Santa Maria Superior Court, Nov. 13, 2002, in a trial in which he was accused of cancelling scheduled concert appearances, costing his promoter several million dollars. Jackson had appeared weak and ghostly pale at many of his public appearances at the time, and his own attorneys have said he has been involved in nearly 1,000 lawsuits.

Jackson caused an international uproar when he displayed his baby, Prince Michael II, to fans by dangling him briefly from a fourth-floor balcony in Germany, Nov. 19, 2002, in this image made from television.

Michael Jackson the Artist of the Century: carries the jacket he wore when he received his Artist of the Century Award onstage at a charity event in Berlin, Nov. 20, 2002. Jackson brought the jackets he wore at 29 American Music Awards in the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. These and other clothes from German stars were auctioned to help German street kids. German composer Ralf Siegel paid $16,000 for the jacket shown.

Michael Jackson and Islam: The Arab and Muslim World, beyond his global reach, Michael Jackson held a special place in the Muslim world, as one of the first major Western entertainers to break through cultural barriers in the 1980s. Some made a connection with the pop icon because of rumors, never substantiated, that he had converted to Islam. And that he sang a song praising Allah as Thanks to Allah Wahuwa ala Kulli Shayin Qadeer. the Merciful and the Forgiver. Others embraced him as one of their own after he sought refuge in the Gulf emirate of Bahrain in 2005, Oman and Dubai, after his announced trials of child molestation charges in the U.S.

Arabs knew Michael Jackson for his music and loved the person as a role model. At his peak, in the 1980s, a time without Internet and satellite TV, the Arab world was more shielded from Western pop culture. Jackson was one of the few successful crossover artists.
Some Bahraini persons considered him as Bahraini. Because he spent a year in the Kingdom, as a guest of the Bahraini Prince. Jackson kept a low profile there, largely staying close to his host. Strangely enough, unlike Arab generosity, after Jackson's departure, the sheik sued Jackson for $7 million, for failing to fulfill a joint music venture, but the two settled in a friendly manner. In his words to the Gulf Daily News, Prince Abdullah said: “the world has lost a giant in the music industry.”

Across the Arab world, the tributes to Jackson, who died Thursday, mirrored those elsewhere around the globe, though some argued the singer had a special appeal in the region among young people. The rumor of his conversion to Islam was strong, religion is a big part of identity in that part of the world, and the idea he became Muslim boosted Jacksons popularity. Those who publicized the rumor depend on comments made by his brother, Jermaine, a convert to Islam, who has said his brother showed interest in the faith. In November, a British tabloid confirmed Michael Jackson conversion to Islam at a friend's home in Los Angeles. In Lebanon, about 100 young fans lit candles and sang along to his songs in a downtown street lined with bars and restaurants. A few tried to moon walk while others cheered.

Was Michael Jackson an angel? Was he a saint? Did Michael made mistakes? Sure he did. Did he use poor judgment? I would say yes. Was he evil ? who knows? We have a man who at a very young age was in the spotlight, he never got a chance to be a kid. He wanted to see the good in everyone and bring that out. His biggest downfall was that he only wanted to see the good in everyone and thought everyone looked at the world the same way he did. He only wanted to be what he never was a child, and to the dark, depressed cynical mind set that we have, we looked for problems. And when you look hard enough you'll find what you want. Was Michael Jackson a pedophile? it was never proven. Was he strange? By many standards, maybe? but what is strange for someone is not for someone else! we call strange and abnormal according to our judgment and according to our personalities and values. He was viewed as normal and innocent for millions of fans around the world. Now the man is dead let us have him, and remember him for the good and innocent soul he tried to be.

In conclusion, in spite of what Jackson sought cosmetically to change his skin color and features, he demonstrated the unifying power of music worldwide. He will be remembered for a long time to come. I think America will celebrate his birth or death every year side by side with 4th of July. Who knows? www.hasanyahya.com

Have unwelcomed visitors invaded your body, hiding in places you prefer not to discuss? You're probably thinking you might know the answer to this question if you knew what I was talking about. Well, let me ask you the following questions.

1. Do you suffer from gas or bloating?
2. Are you an asthma sufferer.
3. Is constant fatigue getting you down?
4. How about diarrhea. Do you alternate between this unpleasant occurrence and constipation?

If you answered yes to any of these questions intestinal parasites may have invaded your body.

As you start reading this article you find yourself wondering if these parasites completed their invasion of your body.

The bottom line is that intestinal parasites are worms or microorganisms that usually enter your body through the food or water you consume.

Following are the ways and means of these parasites.

Parasites possess numerous ways to invade the body. Some of the vehicles they use for entry are undercooked meats, unwashed foods or drinking contaminated water. Heck, you don't even have to consume something to open yourself up for attack. Just allowing your hands and skin to come in contact with the larva is enough to demolish your defenses.

Imagine this extremely uncomfortable happening. When a person ingests the parasites, they move relentlessly into the intestines. The person experiences some of the life diminishing physical symptoms of fever, headaches, lung congestion, abdominal pain, rectal hemorrhaging and of course, chronic fatigue.

Are you feeling generally under-nourished and weak? Since they feed on your blood and body nutrients how else could you possibly feel.

The hungry parasites are nothing but thieves. They release toxins into your body, pilfering the nutrients you need to remain healthy.

The seriousness of your health situation depends on your age and general health. By the way, your symptoms could come and go, tricking you into believing you haven't suffered a serious parasitical invasion.

Here's a fact. Did you know the human body houses more than 100 types of parasites and worms in the digestive system at any given time.

What is insidious is that they lay eggs in your body. I don't have to explain the implications of this disturbing fact. If you already feel the detrimental effects of these parasites in the form of fatigue and illness you know what I mean.

Are you wondering why the medical establishment hasn't sounded the alarm. You would think they educated themselves to the possible contamination of our food and water supplies. You know they see the above symptoms of parasite invasion on a daily basis. Could there be another reason for their silence?

Unfortunately for you, the medical establishment displays absolutely no dedication to helping people prevent the very health problems that diminish the quality of life.

You're intelligent enough to know there's something fishy going on. You also realize you're the only one who can take control of your health and fitness.

Obviously, when a person is confronted with a life-changing decision there is only one time to act. You know that one time is now.

A patio deck designs presents handy place for informal entertaining and each day delight of the grand outdoors. Patios are regularly constructed either at the back or in front of the abode. Useful patio deck designs increase the floor space of your home and add up a room where you can entertain friends a lot. People who are fond of entertaining acquaintances might fancy a patio with an exclusive kitchen and dining area. Decks add-on are amongst the least difficult and most pleasing home improvement jobs you can perform.

When beginning a new patio design, it is vital to keep in mind that your new outdoor entertaining space does not need to be expensive. There are numerous patio surfaces that match every homeowner's precise preferences and budget which consist of natural clay stones, bricks and concrete paves so you need not stick to one kind of exterior. A wooden patio is also another option.

Concrete Patio Designs
The necessity of a magnificent and separate oriented style of life has resulted in fresh and current concrete patio designs. Concrete patio designs are a must owing to the ensuing preference by the older public and the recurrence of porches and decks within the layout of every person's homes. Concrete patios are also more economical to make and requires less preservation than other materials. You could create concrete slabs to look like bricks or stones. There are also finishing that can create your exterior look like wood to make the ambiance more pliant. Concrete provides a solid surface that completely stops weed growth.

Nowadays, you can indulge in fitting your concrete patio with an outdoor kitchen with complete seating area, fireside and even complex water features to present a well-designed outdoor seating arrangement. The flexibility of the concrete patio outlines and essential materials add up to the features of the home and present actual value for the money spent. Concrete will fracture for a period of time, thus, requires repairing.

Bricks and Natural Stones Patios
It is relatively traditional for patios to be made out of concrete, but today, flagstone and brick patios occurs to be remarkably rampant patio designs. They give a modernized and trendy appearance that works beautifully with brick or stone homes. Bricks and natural stones maybe luxurious but they are very hard-wearing and can hold out too much amount of heat and cold in intense weather conditions. They can be put in sand or gravel based exterior. The most commended way of installing brick or stone tiles is to affix them on top of concrete. This is durable type though, but you will have years of grandeur with a minimal repairs patio.

Wooden Patios
A wooden deck is an indispensable home improvement that augments the radiance and merit of your home. A deck intended as a wooden podium, able of sustaining weight, constructed outside and attached to your house is a lovely patio design choice. It might be enclosed with wooden railing for shield depending on its elevation from the ground. Wooden patios however, need standard maintenance and re-staining after a while.

Home patios can be arranged in diverse forms and dimensions and can be rejuvenated consistently. Outside entertaining is becoming a popular escalating pastime for friends and family, so having it planned to match your choice is enormously pleasing.

Type in phrases like “Quality Movie Downloads”, or “Film Rental” and see what you find. Typing in “Movie Direct” will get you even more sites to look at.

U-571: It is 1942 and the German's are dominating the battle of the Atlantic with their U-boats. In a desperate attempt to change the war, a vintage WWI submarine, the S-33 is given a dangerous and difficult assignment. Steal an Enigma machine, which codes all the German communications, in such a way that the Germans don't even know that it has even been stolen.

Staircase: Stun value of Burton and Harrison as a gay couple was all this film had going for it in 1969, and nothing has changed as long as then, with the exception of heightened elegance of spectators. Dudley Moore configured the score. Cast includes Richard Burton, Rex Harrison, Cathleen Nesbitt, and Beatrix Lehmann. (100 minutes, 1969)

Dead Man Walking: With his execution date is approaching, death row prisoner Mathew Poncelet is befriended by Sister Helen. Sister Helen sees a different side to Mathew than most get to see, and she his suffering. On the other side of the fence, she witnesses the anger and outrage of the families of Mathew's murder victims. It will take all her faith to carry her through whatever outcome lies ahead.

Nomads: Tight, preoccupying adaptation of the William Wister Haines level hit, with Gable a flight skipper who knows that, to triumph the battle, he must send his dudes on suicide missions over Germany. Cast includes Lesley-Anne Down, Perforate Bickford, John Hodiak, Edward Arnold, Marshall Thompson, Richard Quine, Cameron Mitchell, and John Mcintire. (95 minutes, 1986)

Gymkata: Winner acrobat Thomas megastars in this stupid martial arts potboiler, shot in Yugoslavia by the people who carried you Enter the Dragon. Amateurish stuff, based on Dan Tyler Moore's novel, The Detestable Game is a dud. Cast includes Kurt Thomas, Tetchie Agbayani, Richard Norton, and Edward Bell. (90 minutes, 1985)

King Kong: This is a modern day remake of the 1933 classic. On Skull Island to shoot a film, a giant gorilla is discovered. Looking to make some money during the depression, the film crew decides to capture the monster, and take him back to New York. There they can make big money displaying the beast at shows.

After Life: This is a beautifully informed story of caseworkers at a train station between the galaxies who help the lately departed pick a lone minute from their pasts to live inside for the remainder of forever. This is a calm, poetic assessment of life, mortality, and memory, filled with soft humor and blessedly free of some feel-excellent bromides.

Different Ideas on How to Maximize your Boutiques Exposure

Gift Shops are boutiques customers visit when in search for unique items for special occasions. Since items on display are one-of-a-kind, the need for interesting interior, campaigns, and print materials is important.

Matching your boutiques marketing materials down to your paper bags makes your business have more impact on buyers and prospects. With more impact such as good packaging, customers are better serviced by not having additional gift-wrapping. Also with a well-themed interior design, browsing within the premises of your shop is more interesting and entertaining for customers.

1. Organize and Categorize: With a store that is filled up with a mix of items of different sizes, viewing gifts can get confusing. That is why, organizing items accordingly based on color theme is important. If racks and stands require too much budget, you can improvise by printing UPrinting hang tags. Hang tags designed accordingly can be a practical solution to categorize items and promote at the same time.
2. Designer lighting: Spotlighting is another way to feature your new or special displays. You can find specialists who can customize your lighting fixtures for corners, high racks, and table/countertops. Building a portal-like cashier area near the entrance way for an added effect as customers enter.
3. Walls: Designing walls will be a good idea for establishments but such procedure is not likely for piece by piece items sold in a store. However, using plain yet bold colors or discretely patterned designs will better complement items for sale.
4. Packaging: Wrapping your customers purchased items in uniquely designed paper bags and tags is an added service for clients and business feature for promotions. You can change your wrapping for every season but try to keep a uniform tag to brand your establishment. Just like the size of an UPrinting business card, you can have a functional tag design for customers and a logo design and contact details of your shop for the promo side.

Customers take note of details such as packaging and interior, and to surpass their expectations will certainly come off as a pleasing gesture. Since your clients visit gift shops for their unique items, matching your shop builds one unique establishment.

Domain names are names that are used to identify web sites, the best known varieties ending in .com, .net, and .org. Some examples of well-known domain names include google.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, msn.com, and slashdot.org. With a couple of caveats, people can register almost any domain name that they like (although their are certain rules about what characters in names are allowed, etc.) for just a few dollars per year. The most important caveat is that only one person can have a particular domain name registered at a particular time, and for the most part, it is first come first served.

The first come first served philosophy behind the domain name system, has resulted in the creation of a marketplace. Those people who are the first to identify a valuable domain name, can register it for just a few dollars, and potentially resell it (”flip it”) for a much higher price, making a hefty profit. In some cases, although these are exceptional cases, domain names have been resold for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

There are however a few things that you however need to be aware of:

* Many, perhaps most, domain names registered for resale purposes are never resold. Identifying the kind of names that can potentially be sold requires knowledge of the domain marketplace, and knowledge of how to market a domain for resale. Even for expert domain resellers, it may be hard to sell any particular name - so instead they typically rely on having a portfolio of names, and making a profit from selling just a few items in the portfolio. Obviously however there is of course a risk, especially if you don't know what you're doing: if you buy domain names and fail to resell them, then you are out of pocket for, at least, the price of registration fees.

* Bad faith registration of domain names containing trademarked terms (known as “cybersquatting”) can lead to loss of that name, or perhaps even getting sued. Therefore, if you want to be a domain flipper, you need to educate yourself about these issues, and also stick to registering generic domain names.

I won't pretend that I myself am an expert in this area - I'm not - however I do find the whole subject fascinating, particularly the fact that people are making money simply by flipping domains. If you want to learn more about domain name flipping, you might consider reading one of the guides written by people with personal knowledge of this business, such as Edwin John's “How I Sell My Domain Names”, or Brian Pubrat's “Domain Cash Vault”.

For the hottest summer holiday, Las Vegas (also known as the Sun City) promises an average of 300 days of sunshine per year with very little rain. Perfect weather, ample shops, open parties, superior cuisine are all on offer at inexpensive rates. This makes Las Vegas the ideal destination for locals, foreigners, corporates, and families alike.

Because Las Vegas is positioned in arid desert within Clark County, visitors are advised to pack lightweight cotton clothes and comfortable shoes. Traffic to Hoover Dam is often backed up because of the strict security, so day trippers should ensure that they have sufficient water to drink as well as games to distract the children. The region is one of the fastest growing in the United States!

The city serves as world headquarters for the world's two largest Fortune 500 gaming companies, Harrah's Entertainment and MGM Mirage, so trying your luck at gambling may profit if you know when to stop. Enjoying yourself is key

Las Vegas is, without doubt, the city of sights and sounds so, when leaving your hotel room, make sure that you are armed with your camera, as well as batteries or chargers as a back up. This will guarantee lifelong memories of what is sure to be one of the most exciting, fun and even-filled holidays of a lifetime.

Hoover Dam enjoys optimal viewing from the Arizona Lookout Point, from which visitors are able to take photographs for a full 20 minutes. This is followed by a walk through the Joshua Tree Forest and, from here, to the West Rim of the Canyon.

Omnimax theater located within Caesars Palace shows entertaining and educational films on a 6 story high screen. Call for current shows 702-731-7900 (Admission Fee)

Circus-Circus is a Five acre theme park features a roller coaster kiddie rides, water flume and an arcade. Entry is free with ride tickets or unlimited passes available.

The Grand Canyon is located approximately 300 miles from Las Vegas in Arizona, the South Rim of the Grand Canyon is open to year round to visitors. Formed by the erosion from the mighty Colorado River, The Grand Canyon is a mile deep and just over 280 miles long. Many tours are available including mule trips to the bottom of the canyon and flights over the canyon by helicopter or plane. Bus tours to the Grand Canyon are approx. 16 hours in duration and operate daily with hotel pick up and drop off available. We can assist you in finding a tour that is right for you, with 16 tours available including bus, helicopter or plane and overnighters, there is sure to be one that suits your taste and budget.

Not forgetting Boulder City. Boulder City offers small town charm with craft shops and boutiques and is close to Lake Mead. A perfect spot to get away from the excitement of Las Vegas!

I hope to find you on my travels as I embark on a journey. Backpacking my way through America with next to no money. Buy me a beer when you see me

Website design should be intuitive for the user, experts say, yet sometimes web designers need tips on how to make it so. Here are some dos and donts you can keep in mind when trying to figure out how to create a good website design.

Do follow conventions. Dont be boring, though.

There are conventions in website design that users have come to expect. There should be a recognizable header, for example. The user should know what other pages the website has. The user should know what page of the website they are on, and how to get to the other pages. Navigation buttons and bars should have clear and easily understandable cues in text or images. These should be consistent in all pages of the same website.

Do not confuse the users by changing these elements around. It will be like suddenly changing the rules of a game midway. This is not to say that all your website designs should look exactly the same, though. The challenge is in how to creatively follow conventions without being boring. Make innovations but make sure they are within the context of conventions and will not leave users bewildered.

Do keep your website design clean and simple. Dont clutter it with too much graphics and text.

Include only the most important elements that will communicate the message of the page clearly, with emphasis on what is most important. Make sure you present clear information hierarchy and visual hierarchy. This will make even more complex pages easier to read and analyze.

Text should be easy to read. Make sure the font is legible and big enough, but not too big. Use not more than three types of font in one page, and a maximum of three different font sizes.

Dont put text against a distracting background. Divide your text into small chunks. Use narrower text columns as these are easier to read onscreen. Use the least amount of text possible to put across your message, but make sure nothing is left ambiguous or left out.

Text link colors should be coordinated with the page colors. Underline them for better visibility.

Graphics should catch the eye but should not be distracting. Avoid annoying animation, especially those that interfere with reading and page usability.

Use white space creatively. This helps the user process the page, mentally categorizing the text and image data.

These are only some inputs on good website design. Keep on reading and updating yourself on the basic principles of design and what users want online, though.

Make sure you get not only good website design but the best possible website design for all your landing pages by contracting an expert web site developer like Web Dot Com Website Development Philippines, Inc. The companys programmers and designers who are specialists in php, mysql, JavaScript and other applications craft low cost advanced web site development packages with graphic design and multimedia components including flash animation development.

As a real estate buyer's brokerage our objective is to ?save you money and protect your interests?. If you are a home buyer you are everything to us therefore when you come to us for your housing solutions we treat you like royals. Our philosophy of remaining loyal to home buyers only has made us Ann Arbor area's principal and most successful Buyer's Brokerage. More importantly, it has enabled us to save buyers like you a lot money. Each year many buyers pay too much for their home and their home buying services. We work to limit all your extra expenditures. There are many advantages if you decide to work with Ann Arbor Real Estate's top buyer's brokerage. The three basic advantages are mentioned below: 1. We show you the real market: Conventional real estate agents usually work to persuade you to buy those properties which are their office listings. We don't list properties we work to show you everything that is available in the market. We will show you available property and help you decide objectively between them. We leave it to you to make the right choice. 2. We negotiate for you! Agents from conventional real estate offices often try to get the maximum price for the seller. Although they may claim to be your agent they often end up abandoning you in the end and generating twice the income for the brokerage. We use our skills and training to negotiate for you and only you. You won't find the conflicts here that other real estate companies have. 3. We save your money on loans and costs: After we negotiate a purchase contract we try hard to save you money on your loan, inspections, professional fees, and closing costs. You get the advantage of our absolute buyer focus and our national leverage! Ann Arbor Open Houses: Ann Arbor provides the most variety of open houses, offered by major real estate companies in Ann Arbor. Some of the real estate companies with Ann Arbor real estate are mentioned below: Charles Reinhart Company: The largest local firm by most measures, provides consumers with designated buyer and seller agency. Edward Surovell Company: They display many of the open houses posted in the Ann Arbor on their open house site. Open houses offered by Edward Surovell are represented by the company?s logo and the agent?s photo who has the home listed. Other open houses just show an IDX logo. They also offer only designated buyer and seller agency. Real Estate One Open Houses: As the largest real estate company in Michigan they offer thousands of properties for sale throughout Michigan. Unfortunately their site makes finding Ann Arbor open houses somewhat difficult. They provide designated buyer agency and designated seller agency. A firm their size would find it impossible to provide buyer agency because of the liabilities involved. Keller Williams Company: Is one of the newer companies in the area and does provide open houses. Prudential Snyder Real Estate: They offer open houses and provide designated agency services. For details visit:http://www.buyersagentannarbor.com Ann Arbor Open Houses information available at Ann Arbor Open Houses dot Org.There are many advantages if you decide to work with Ann Arbor Real Estate's top buyer's brokerage.

Worthing's Museum and Art Gallery is located in the centre of the town, next to the Town Hall on Chapel Road and just a short walk from the Montague and Warwick Street shopping areas. It is operated by the Leisure and Cultural services department of Worthing Borough Council, entry is free and it is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am-5pm. Having first opened in 1908, Worthing Museum and Art Gallery has just recently celebrated its centenary. The elegant Edwardian building houses the largest museum in West Sussex. With thousands of artifacts and objects in its collection, it is able to make a large number display of local and national interest.

The museum has over a thousand dolls that range in date from the late eighteenth century to the 1980s. As well as dolls from famous makers, there are unusual examples such as the peddler doll that has a head made from a pickled apple and a fertility doll that is reputed to have helped an Eliza Westwood to have thirteen children in the nineteenth century. The growing collection of toys includes bears of all shapes and sizes and all sorts of Victorian toys as well as jigsaw puzzles, board and card games. A recent bequest of the Colin Mears Collection of children's books and associated material documents the history of 20th Century Childhood.

There is an excellent display of Worthing's geological past and how the local chalk downs, Wealden clays and sandstones were formed. The fossil collection includes those that are typical of the chalk hills of the South Downs as well as the tusk and tooth of a woolly mammoth and remains of an Iguanadon. The displays take us through the archaeology of the area with finds from the oldest flint mines in the country (New Stone Age), Bronze Age, Roman and Saxon times. Amongst them are the remains of an Anglo-Saxon long boat that once ferried up to four passengers at a time across the river Arun, an ancient Egyptian glass vase with a Greek inscription, found at the Anglo-Saxon cemetery at Highdown and as well as many Roman coins, the Patching hoard of gold coins.

The more recent past of life on the South Downs and the development of Worthing as a popular seaside resort over the last two hundred years or so is represented in a number of displays. There are typical scenes of a Downland kitchen, a Victorian nursery and bathing in the sea as well as a large collection of objects and photographs.

The costume and textile collections date from the 17th century until present day. The diverse costume collection comes from all over Britain and covers a whole range of types of clothing for different occasions. The textiles cover all aspects of needlework, domestic furnishings and pictures in wools and silks.

Upstairs, the collection of fine art not only covers local artists and those linked to Sussex, but also works representing a wide range of styles which includes Bianca (1869), a painting by William Holman Hunt who was one of the founders of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. Exhibitions and themed displays of the museum's own collections are frequently held in the Norwood Gallery. The current display celebrates the Museums centenary. Here and downstairs there are many examples of decorative art such as glass and ceramics which include local pottery and souvenir pieces.

To finish the tour of the museum, there is a Sculpture Garden at the back of the building where interesting sculpture exhibitions are held three times a year.
