How to make your Hair more Soft/Shining and Silky with Beer

noreply@blogger.com (fanwar) — Wed, 23 May 2012 13:10:00 +0000

If you are wondering Beer could be beneficial for your hair, then look no further. Yes, beer got something more than just a drink. See how bear can make your hair more silky, shining and soft.

Beer is delicious, and many brews are packed with vitamins and nutrients that our ancestors have used to bolster their meals since ancient times, but did you know that beer can work wonders on your hair as well? It's true, but before you head to the shower with a cold bottle of beer to dump over your head, there's a little more to the story. Here's what you need to know.

First of all, beer alone isn't going to go ahead and replace shampoo or whatever else you may already use on your head. Over at Truth In Aging, there are specific recipes for a beer-based shampoo, beer-based conditioner, and even a beer and cider vinegar rinse, none of which will leave your head smelling like a hobo after you get out of the shower, promise. Don't just take our word for it:

Although it is debatable whether the corn, rice, or wheat protein in beer can actually deposit on your hair to form a strengthening film, there is no question that it makes hair seem thicker. This effect may be attributed to the proteins left on the hair fiber, though beer also seems to slightly swell the hair shaft. Ideal for fine hair, an at-home beer solution is an economical alternative to the $20-40 thickening tonics on the market, since it kills two birds with one stone- adding extra volume while at the same time coating the cuticles with shine. When experimenting with beer as a hair product, it is recommended to use traditional brewed beer made from hops to maximize nutrients and minimize chemicals (since most commercial beers are loaded with stuff you probably shouldn't be putting in your body, let alone your hair).

Have You Seen a Delicious Chocolate Room?

noreply@blogger.com (Faheem) — Wed, 14 Dec 2011 22:45:00 +0000

Chocolate Room

Your mouth will be watering after seeing this delicious chocolate room. The idea of building a chocolate room inside Kaliningrad Plaza belonged to Lithuanian ad agency Ad Hunters, who commissioned experienced sculptor Elena Climent to carve it out of 420 kilograms of dark, milk and white chocolate. Measuring around 20 square meters, the delicious-looking room features furniture like a chocolate sofa, table and carpet, as well as chocolate cutlery, candle holders, and flowers. 40% of the room is made of dark chocolate, another 40% is milk chocolate, and the rest is white chocolate.

Elena Climent declared she had a lot of fun working on the chocolate room, and while she compared the process to ice sculpting, she said chocolate is a warm, good smelling material which creates a unique atmosphere. While working on the project, Climent faced some difficulties with preserving the original appearance of her masterpieces and did a lot of experimenting with chocolate mass and shape at temperatures between 22 – 24 degrees Celsius. noreply@blogger.com (Faheem) — Tue, 18 Oct 2011 23:05:00 +0000

iPhone 4S is a Mini Version Of iPad2

The hottest in demand iPhone 4S is said to be a mini version of Apple’s iPad 2, after a teardown done by iFixit, Analysis of iSupply, Chip works, and others.
Its memory uses a A5 chip which has a 512MB of Samsung DDR2 RAM, which is similar to that of the iPhone 4 and iPad 2. The RAM is also supplied by Elipida, a merged memory operations of NEC and Hitachi. Thus, the A5 appeared to be made by Samsung which is the same System-On-Chip (SoC) used by iPad 2, although it has a lower running clock speed and a lower voltage according to Anandtech. The Accelerometer of iPhone is similar with iPad 2 as well. It uses a LIS331DLH which is an ultra low-power high performance three axes linear MEMS accelerometer belonging to the ‘nano’ family, with digital I2C/SPI serial interface standard output,” according to Chipworks.
Moreover, the camera is 8 megapixels which is sixty percent more than the camera on iPhone 4 And has a larger aperture of f/2.4. One more feature is that it has a Sony CMOS sensor.
